Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an improvement in an apparatus for preventing smoke from entering a hoistway from an elevator entrance / exit.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As conventional devices, those shown in FIGS. 2 to 4 have been proposed.
That is, FIG. 2 is a front view of a conventional elevator smoke-proof door device for elevators, FIG. 3 is a view taken along line AA in FIG. 2, and FIG. 4 is a view taken along line BB in FIG.
[0003]
In the figure, 1 is a landing door that opens on both sides at the elevator hall entrance, 2 is an entrance vertical frame, 3 is an entrance upper frame, 4 is a sill, and the entrance entrance is opened by the entrance vertical frame 2, entrance upper frame 3 and sill 4. Forming part. 5a is a smoke shielding piece provided on the side of the landing door 1 to block the gap between the entrance and exit vertical frame 2, 5b is a smoke shielding piece to close the gap between the landing door 1 and the entrance upper frame 3, and 5c is a groove 4a of the sill 4. It is a smoke shielding piece that is inserted into and closes the gap. In addition, 6 is a screw which attaches each smoke shielding piece 5a, 5b, 5c.
[0004]
The elevator hall smoke-proof door device configured as described above includes an entrance vertical frame 2, an entrance upper frame 3, a sill 4 when the door is closed by smoke-shielding pieces 5 a, 5 b, 5 c provided around the hall door 1. By closing the gap between them, even if a fire occurs, smoke does not enter the hoistway so that smoke does not spread to other floors through the hoistway. For example, the techniques disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 50-79184 and Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 63-112389 relate to this type of smoke shielding piece.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional apparatus, the smoke shielding pieces 5a, 5b, and 5c are always in contact with the opposed surfaces, and therefore, naturally wear through opening and closing of a normal door, and as a result, maintenance must be performed reliably. Moreover, it is extremely difficult to open and close the landing door 1 smoothly, and always suffers from sliding noise.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and provides a landing smoke-proof door device for an elevator that does not require much troublesome maintenance and that can perform normal door opening and closing operations very smoothly. Objective.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention relates to an entrance / exit frame composed of an upper frame and a vertical frame provided at an entrance / exit leading from the platform to the hoistway, and a landing / opening / closing opening that is arranged on the entrance / exit frame with a gap and guided by a sill. In an elevator provided with a door, a panel having a function of integrally closing a gap between the upper frame, a vertical frame, and a sill is movably provided on a landing door.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In the present invention, a landing door is formed into a so-called double structure, and a part thereof is configured to be movable.
[0009]
【Example】
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a side view showing an example of a smoke-proof landing door device for an elevator according to the present invention, and FIG. 5 is a view taken along the line PP in FIG.
[0010]
In the figure, the same reference numerals as those in FIGS. 2 to 4 denote the same components, but 10 is a landing door according to the present invention suspended from a well-known door hanger 9, and 10 a is guided to the groove 4 a of the sill 4. It is a guide piece. 11 is a movable front panel arranged so as to cover the surface of the landing door 10, and the bracket 11 a passes through the hole 10 a of the landing door 10, and between the bracket 10 b on the back surface of the landing door 10, It is movably connected via a shaft 13. The shaft 13 is rotatably supported by the bracket 10b, the link 12 is fixed to the shaft 13, and is connected to the bracket 11a by a pin 11b.
[0011]
Therefore, if the shaft 13 is rotated in the counterclockwise direction in FIG. 1, the link 12 is also rotated in the counterclockwise direction. As a result, the front panel 11 is in the state shown by the two-dot chain line, and the gap 3a between the upper frame 3 and The gap 4b with the sill 4 and the gap 2a with the vertical frame 2 are all closed all at once, so that the intrusion of smoke into the hoistway is almost completely prevented.
[0012]
6 and 7 are diagrams showing an example of the rotational drive mechanism of the shaft 13, FIG. 6 is a view taken along the line Q-Q in FIG. 5, and FIG. 7 is a view taken along the line RR in FIG. is there. In the figure, reference numeral 20 denotes a cam fixed to, for example, an end portion of the shaft 13, and is provided with a notch 20a. 30 is a stopper which normally engages with the notch 20a of the cam 20 to prevent the rotation of the cam 20, and is attached to a rod 41 operated by an electromagnetic solenoid 40, for example. The state where the rotation of the cam 20 is prevented is a state where the gaps 2a, 3a and 4b are maintained as shown by the solid lines in FIGS. In this solid line state, the landing door 10 can be smoothly opened and closed together with the front panel 11 without any obstacles.
[0013]
When a predetermined signal is sent to the electromagnetic solenoid 40 and the rod 41 is attracted, the stopper 30 moves upward, the engagement with the cam 20 is released, and the shaft 13 can freely rotate. As a result, As described above, the front panel 11 is in the state indicated by the two-dot chain line shown in FIGS. 1 and 5 due to its own weight, and the gaps 2a, 3a, 4b are simultaneously closed to prevent the intrusion of smoke. This predetermined signal is, for example, a signal from a fire detector or smoke detector. Thus, only when an abnormality occurs, each gap is quickly closed to prevent smoke from entering. Such a rotational drive mechanism is not limited to the embodiment and can be variously considered.
[0014]
Next, FIG. 8 is a diagram showing a case where the present invention is applied to a two-door single door. Each door 10 is provided with a movable panel 11, and a gap 10 b between the doors is also moved by the movement of the movable panel 11. It can block smoke. As for the type of elevator hall door, there are four central openings, but the present invention can be applied to any type of door.
Here, the landing door 10 is described by taking a conventional door as an example, but this may be a thin one such as a panel, and is not limited to the embodiment. The entire door may have a double structure in which a front panel and a back panel are overlapped. If a flexible member such as packing is attached to the contact surface of the front panel 11 or a member facing the front panel 11, the degree of sealing is remarkably improved, which may be desirable.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, only in the situation where smoke is generated, the gap between the landing door and the entrance / exit frame and the sill is closed, so that there is no friction in the normal situation where the passenger uses the elevator. The door can be opened and closed very smoothly. In addition, if an abnormality occurs, the gaps can be closed all at once, so that smoke can be prevented from entering very quickly.
