BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
According to the present invention, a release operation and a joint operation of a clutch (dry clutch) that is interposed between an output shaft of an engine and an input shaft of a transmission in a vehicle and interrupts torque transmission are performed according to an operation state using a clutch actuator. The present invention relates to a control method of a clutch to be controlled.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The clutch control method is disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2-229922. In the control method disclosed in this publication, the clutch connection speed at the start is set according to the engine speed and the speed of change. The clutch engagement operation is performed at this clutch connection speed. In addition, the clutch is released when the accelerator is turned off and the vehicle speed falls below a predetermined vehicle speed.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The clutch control methods described in the above publications include a method of completely releasing the clutch to prevent engine stall when the accelerator is OFF and the vehicle speed is lower than a predetermined vehicle speed, and a decrease in engine speed and a boost during clutch engagement operation. This is a method to prevent the occurrence of a shock, and does not consider the shock caused by the vehicle acceleration change during the clutch release operation and the engagement operation, and there is a possibility that a large shock may occur during the clutch release operation and the engagement operation. .
[0004]
By the way, a large shock accompanying the change in vehicle acceleration during the clutch releasing operation and the joining operation is caused by a long drive shaft (propeller shaft) from the output shaft of the transmission to the rear differential like the FR vehicle, and the drive train from the clutch to the tire. If the system rigidity is insufficient and the clutch is disengaged and engaged when the vehicle is accelerating or decelerating, the drivetrain system will resonate and this resonance will cause a large vehicle acceleration change. Caused by.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems of the Invention]
The present invention is the cause of the occurrence of the shock described above. Shifting What was made to reduce changes in vehicle acceleration And Between the engine output shaft and the transmission input shaft Ku Latch release and splice operations Actuated by hydraulic pressure from hydraulic accumulator Clutch actuator By Control according to operating conditions Vehicle When a shift request for the transmission is detected In the process of bringing the clutch release operation by applying the hydraulic pressure accumulated in the hydraulic accumulator to the clutch actuator prior to the shifting operation of the transmission, Half-clutch state after a momentary complete release from full engagement To set time and then Fully open state Control the hydraulic pressure applied to the clutch actuator to There is a feature in doing so.
[0006]
In the present invention, by controlling the hydraulic pressure applied to the clutch actuator as described above, the vehicle acceleration is changed from the value at the time of the shift request of the transmission to substantially zero at the set time during the clutch release operation. Later, since the vehicle acceleration can be converged near zero, the vehicle acceleration change that occurs during the clutch release operation can be minimized and the shortest time can be reduced, and the shock that occurs during the clutch release operation can be reduced. A comfortable feeling with less shock can be obtained while shortening the release operation time. In particular, in the present invention, the H Since the engine is temporarily released during the transition from the fully engaged state to the half-clutch state, it is possible to effectively shorten the time required for the vehicle acceleration to be substantially zero from the value when the transmission is requested to shift. .
[0007]
In the present invention, the clutch release operation is controlled only by the clutch control by the clutch actuator. High sex Compared to clutch release operation control that simultaneously performs engine control (an actuator that controls the engine output) that is difficult to speed up, cost reduction and high-speed control are possible.
