Description

【0001】

【0036】
図1に示すように、この車両の制御ブロックは、MMT_ECU100とEFI(Electronic Fuel Injection)_ECU200とにより、自動クラッチと、エンジンとが制御される。
【0037】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an automatic clutch mounted on a vehicle, and more particularly to an automatic clutch control device controlled by a clutch actuator based on a target clutch torque.
[0002]
[Prior art]
An electric motor direct acting actuator is added to the conventional manual transmission, and an electronic throttle, various sensors, a dedicated shift lever, a dedicated ECU (Electronic Control Unit) are added to the vehicle, 1) automation of clutch operation, 2) When selecting the automatic transmission mode, select the optimum gear according to the driving conditions such as the accelerator opening and the vehicle speed, as with the automatic transmission. 3) When selecting the manual transmission mode, operate the shift lever (upshift, Transmissions have been developed in which the shift operation is automated by a shift signal by downshift. This type of transmission has an automatic transmission mode that achieves both low fuel consumption compared to a manual transmission vehicle and easy drive, and a light and direct sporty driving unique to a manual transmission vehicle. The manual mode that enables the operated operation is appropriately switched and used.
[0003]
In such a transmission system, the clutch operation at the time of starting and shifting is optimally controlled on the system side. A clutch that is transmitted by controlling the command current value to the electric motor that is an actuator so that the target clutch torque is calculated by the dedicated ECU, and a feedback control system that uses a disturbance observer is configured to reach the target value. Control torque.
[0004]
As the clutch that is automatically controlled in this way, the rotation transmission between the flywheel that rotates integrally with the output shaft of the internal combustion engine and the clutch disk that rotates integrally with the input shaft of the transmission is automatically controlled. A clutch control device is known. In such a clutch control device, for example, when the vehicle starts, the pressure load of the clutch disk to the flywheel is gradually increased in accordance with the increase in the engine speed so that the rotational speed difference between the flywheel and the clutch disk is reduced. The slip amount is controlled. When there is almost no difference in the rotational speed between the flywheel and the clutch disk and synchronization, the slip between the flywheel and the clutch disk is more reliably prevented (rotational transmission between the flywheel and the clutch disk is prevented). In order to make it more reliable, an excessive pressure bonding load is applied to perform synchronous rotation control.
[0005]
By the way, it is known that when the output shaft of the internal combustion engine is rotating at a low speed, the internal combustion engine cannot generate a sufficient torque (driving force). Therefore, when the flywheel and the clutch disk are synchronized and shift to the above-described synchronous rotation control in such a low rotation state, for example, when the throttle is subsequently opened, the internal combustion engine is driven by a load (for example, driven by the internal combustion engine). Load on the tires of the vehicle). And since the increase in engine speed and torque is suppressed, the acceleration delay of the vehicle is forced.
[0006]
Japanese Patent Laying-Open No. 2003-56600 (Patent Document 1) discloses a clutch control device that can suppress such acceleration delay of a vehicle. The clutch control device includes a flywheel that rotates integrally with the output shaft of the internal combustion engine, and a clutch disk that rotates integrally with the input shaft of the transmission, and changes the pressure load of the clutch disk on the flywheel. And controlling the amount of slip between the flywheel and the clutch disc, and applying a surplus pressure load when synchronizing the flywheel and the clutch disc to control the rotation of the flywheel and the clutch disc in synchronization. In the control device, when the output shaft of the internal combustion engine rotates at a speed lower than a predetermined number of revolutions, the slip amount between the flywheel and the clutch disk is continuously controlled when the flywheel and the clutch disk are synchronized.
[0007]
According to the clutch control device disclosed in Patent Document 1, when the output shaft of the internal combustion engine rotates at a speed lower than a predetermined rotational speed, the slip amount between the flywheel and the clutch disk is controlled when the flywheel and the clutch disk are synchronized. Will continue. Therefore, even if the flywheel and the clutch disk are synchronized in a low rotation state where sufficient torque (driving force) cannot be generated, for example, when the throttle is subsequently opened, the internal combustion engine is loaded (for example, the internal combustion engine). The load on the tires of the vehicle driven by the vehicle is not lost. That is, the shortage of torque (driving force) of the internal combustion engine with respect to the load is absorbed by the slip amount between the flywheel and the clutch disk, and the acceleration delay of the vehicle is suppressed by rapidly increasing the rotational speed and torque of the internal combustion engine. [Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the control device disclosed in Patent Document 1 described above has the following problems.
[0010]
In the conventional automatic clutch control device including the control device disclosed in Patent Document 1, it is the difference between the engine speed NE and the reference engine speed (idle speed) based on the map shown in FIG. A target clutch torque TC (tgt) is calculated from ΔN.
[0011]
As shown in FIG. 8, in this map, a relationship represented by a straight line is established between the differential rotation ΔN between the engine speed NE and the engine reference speed and the target clutch torque TC (tgt). Yes. Using this target clutch torque TC (tgt) as a target value, a feedback control system using a disturbance observer is configured to control the command current value to the electric motor as an actuator.
[0012]
When the control is performed using the map shown in FIG. 8, the engine speed NE, the input shaft speed NIN of the automatic transmission (can be converted to the output shaft speed NOUT by the gear ratio), the accelerator on signal, the engine FIG. 9 shows temporal changes in the torque and the target clutch torque TC (tgt).
[0013]
As shown in FIG. 9, when the accelerator is on, the engine torque TE increases and the engine speed NE increases. Since the engine reference speed is the engine speed at idling, when the engine speed NE increases, the differential speed ΔN that is the difference between the engine speed NE and the engine reference speed shown in the map of FIG. 8 increases. The target clutch torque TC (tgt) increases. Since the target clutch torque TC (tgt) increases, the clutch torque in the automatic clutch is controlled by the feedback control system, and the engine speed NE also increases with a gentle slope. When the difference between the engine torque TE and the target clutch torque TC (tgt) disappears, the engine speed NE enters a region where it does not change. Thereafter, the automatic clutch enters a lock-up state, and the engine speed NE and the input shaft speed NIN of the automatic transmission are the same.
[0014]
In such a feedback control system, in order to improve the driving force responsiveness in the time domain shown in FIG. 9, a linear gradient may be set as shown in the map shown in FIG. At this time, if the map gradient is too steep, as shown in FIG. 11, the responsiveness is improved but hunting occurs.
[0015]
This is because when the engine speed NE increases excessively (when overshooting), the gradient of the map is steep, so that the target clutch torque TC (tgt) greatly changes with respect to a small ΔN (deviation). In order to repeat (decrease) and overshoot in the opposite direction, and to repeatedly change the target clutch torque TC (tgt) with respect to the overshoot, hunting is continuously generated. This is equivalent to a large feedback gain in feedback control.
[0016]
If the gradient of the map is set appropriately, hunting of the engine speed NE improves the starting performance (no time lag and no clutch slipping) at the time of starting, but if it is too steep, as described above Hunting will occur and cause discomfort to the driver.
[0017]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide an automatic clutch control device that achieves both improved fuel efficiency and improved drivability.
[0018]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
An automatic clutch control device according to a first aspect of the invention controls an automatic clutch in a power transmission mechanism of a vehicle including a manual transmission, an automatic clutch, and a clutch actuator. This control device stores in advance the relationship between the detection means for detecting the engine speed, the differential rotation obtained by subtracting the reference engine speed from the detected engine speed, and the target clutch torque in the automatic clutch. Storage means, and calculation means for calculating a target clutch torque used for controlling the clutch actuator from the differential rotation calculated based on the detected engine speed. The relationship between the differential rotation and the target clutch torque is that the value of the target clutch torque in the first direction in which the differential rotation increases and the target clutch torque in the second direction in which the differential rotation decreases are the same. The value is set differently.
[0019]
According to the first invention, the target clutch torque used for controlling the clutch actuator is calculated from the relationship (map) stored in advance in the storage means. The relationship between the differential rotation and the target clutch torque is that the value of the target clutch torque in the first direction in which the differential rotation increases and the target clutch torque in the second direction in which the differential rotation decreases are the same differential rotation. The value is set to be different. That is, this map has hysteresis. For this reason, as shown in FIG. 11, when the gradient of the target clutch torque with respect to the differential rotation in the map is made steep in order to improve the responsiveness, the engine speed overshoots. When the engine speed overshoots and the differential rotation turns from increasing to decreasing, it has hysteresis (the target clutch torque does not change even if the differential rotation changes), so the target clutch torque does not change (conventional clutch torque). Thus, the target clutch torque does not drop abruptly as in the map shown in FIG. Therefore, even when the overshoot is made with a steep slope in order to improve the responsiveness, the number of times of hunting (frequency) is reduced, and the driver can be prevented from feeling uncomfortable. As a result, it is possible to provide an automatic clutch control device that can improve fuel efficiency due to good responsiveness and can improve drivability by reducing the number of overshoots.
[0020]
In the automatic clutch control device according to the second aspect of the invention, in addition to the configuration of the first aspect, in the previously stored relationship, the value of the target clutch torque in the second direction is the same for the same differential rotation. The hysteresis is set so as to be larger than the value of the target clutch torque in the direction of 1.
[0021]
According to the second aspect of the invention, the relationship between the differential rotation and the target clutch torque is equal to the target clutch torque value in the second direction (return path after overshoot) in which the differential rotation decreases even if the differential rotation is the same. However, it has a hysteresis that becomes larger than the value of the target clutch torque in the first direction (the forward path before overshoot) in which the differential rotation increases. When the engine speed overshoots and the differential rotation changes from increasing to decreasing, the target clutch torque does not change even if the differential rotation changes due to this hysteresis, so the target clutch torque does not change. You can avoid shooting as much as possible.
[0022]
In the automatic clutch control device according to the third aspect of the invention, in addition to the configuration of the second aspect of the invention, the differential rotation changes within a predetermined range in the first direction in the relationship stored in advance. Even so, it has a first dead zone in which the value of the target clutch torque does not change.
[0023]
According to the third invention, although the response of the automatic clutch at the time of start-up is reduced due to the first dead zone, since the inclination is steep, the response can be maintained well. When the differential rotation changes in the second direction, a dead zone parallel to the first dead zone (that is, a dead zone in which the value of the target clutch torque does not change with respect to the differential rotation) is avoided as much as possible. it can.
[0024]
In the automatic clutch control device according to the fourth aspect of the invention, in addition to the configuration of the second or third aspect of the invention, in the relationship stored in advance, the differential rotation is within a predetermined range in the second direction. Has a second dead zone in which the value of the target clutch torque does not change even if changes.
[0025]
According to the fourth aspect, the second dead zone (that is, the dead zone in which the value of the target clutch torque does not change with respect to the differential rotation on the return path) can avoid overshoot on the return path as much as possible.
[0026]
In the automatic clutch control device according to the fifth invention, in addition to the configuration of any one of the first to fourth inventions, the relationship stored in advance is that the horizontal axis is the differential rotation and the vertical axis is the target clutch torque. The map is represented by a closed curve in which the target clutch torque increases when the differential rotation increases in the first direction and the target clutch torque decreases when the differential rotation decreases in the second direction. is there.
[0027]
According to the fifth invention, by using a map represented by such a closed curve (for example, a quadrilateral, in particular, a parallelogram, or each of the sides of the quadrilateral represented by a curve), as shown in FIG. In addition, the engine speed generated when the gradient of the target clutch torque with respect to the differential rotation in the map is made steep in order to improve the responsiveness overshoots. When the engine speed overshoots and the differential rotation starts from increasing to decreasing, the target clutch torque does not change due to hysteresis. Therefore, even when the vehicle overshoots with a steep slope in order to improve the responsiveness, the number of times of hunting is reduced and the driver can be prevented from feeling uncomfortable. As a result, it is possible to provide an automatic clutch control device with good response and good drivability using such a closed curve map.
[0028]
In the automatic clutch control device according to the sixth aspect of the invention, in addition to the configuration of the fifth aspect, in the closed curve represented as a map, the slope of the hypotenuse in the first direction is greater than the slope at which the engine speed hunts. It ’s a big one.
[0029]
According to the sixth invention, even when the engine speed is larger than the hunting gradient, the target clutch torque for the differential rotation does not change in the map return path (when the differential rotation decreases). The overshoot in can be avoided as much as possible.
[0030]
In the automatic clutch control device according to the seventh aspect of the invention, in addition to the configuration of any one of the first to fourth aspects, the relationship stored in advance is that the horizontal axis is the differential rotation and the vertical axis is the target clutch torque. The map is represented by a closed curve in which the target clutch torque increases when the differential rotation increases in the first direction and the target clutch torque decreases when the differential rotation decreases in the second direction. The upper and lower sides of the closed curve have a predetermined inclination with respect to the horizontal axis.
[0031]
According to the seventh invention, a map represented by such a closed curve (for example, a quadrilateral, in particular, a parallelogram having an inclination with respect to the horizontal axis, or each side of the quadrilateral represented by a curve) is used. As a result, as shown in FIG. 11, the engine speed generated when the gradient of the target clutch torque with respect to the differential rotation in the map is made steep in order to improve the responsiveness overshoots. When the engine speed overshoots and the differential rotation turns from increasing to decreasing, the target clutch torque is calculated so as to decrease gently by the set gradient in the hysteresis region. Therefore, even if the vehicle overshoots with a steep slope in order to improve responsiveness, the slope on the return path becomes gentle. You can avoid giving a pleasant feeling. As a result, it is possible to provide an automatic clutch control device with good response and good drivability using such a closed curve map.
[0032]
In the automatic clutch control device according to the eighth invention, in addition to the configuration of the seventh invention, in the closed curve represented as a map, the slope of the hypotenuse in the first direction is more than the slope at which the engine speed hunts. It ’s a big one.
[0033]
According to the eighth aspect of the invention, even if the engine speed is larger than the hunting gradient, the target clutch torque for the differential rotation is changed to decrease in the return path of the map (when the differential rotation decreases). Overshoot can be quickly converged on the return path of the map.
[0034]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the following description, the same parts are denoted by the same reference numerals. Their names and functions are also the same. Therefore, detailed description thereof will not be repeated.
[0035]
<First Embodiment>
Hereinafter, a control block including an MMT (Multi-mode Manual Transmission) _ECU that realizes the automatic clutch control device according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described.
[0036]
As shown in FIG. 1, in this vehicle control block, an automatic clutch and an engine are controlled by an MMT_ECU 100 and an EFI (Electronic Fuel Injection) _ECU 200.
[0037]
MMT_ECU 100 is connected to shift & select actuator 110, clutch actuator 120, gear position sensor 130, transmission input rotation speed sensor 140, brake lamp switch 150, and shift lever position sensor 160. Respective detection signals are input to the MMT_ECU 100 from the gear position sensor 130, the transmission input rotation speed sensor 140, the brake lamp switch 150, and the shift lever position sensor 160. Further, the engine speed NE is input from the engine speed sensor 230 to the MMT_ECU 100.
[0038]
The shift & select actuator 110 includes, for example, a shift operation electric motor, a select operation electric motor, reduction gears (bevel gear for shift, rack and pinion for selection), shift stroke sensor, select stroke sensor, and the like. It is a unit part as a part. The shift & select actuator 110 performs a shift operation and a select operation via a reduction gear by driving a motor. For shifting, the shift load of the transmission is controlled by the motor output. The shift speed and shift stroke are controlled by feedback control based on the stroke sensor signal.
[0039]
The clutch actuator 120 is a unit component including, for example, a clutch operating electric motor, a deceleration worm gear, an assist spring, and a clutch stroke sensor as its main components. The clutch actuator 120 performs clutch disconnection and engagement via a reduction gear by driving a motor.
[0040]
In order to reduce the motor load and reduce the size, an assist spring corresponding to the clutch cover release load is set. By executing feedback control based on the stroke sensor signal detected by the clutch stroke sensor, clutch disengagement control and engagement control are performed.
[0041]
These shift & select actuator 110 and clutch actuator 120 are controlled by MMT_ECU 100.
[0042]
The EFI_ECU 200 is connected to an electronic throttle control system 210, an engine 220, an engine speed sensor 230, a throttle opening sensor 250, an engine torque sensor 260, and a display / warning device 270. Respective detection signals are input from the engine speed sensor 230, the accelerator position sensor 240, the throttle opening sensor 250, and the engine torque sensor 260 to the EFI_ECU 200.
[0043]
The display device / warning device 270 includes, for example, a gear position indicator and a system warning lamp. The gear position indicator basically displays the gear position of the transmission, and also has a function of blinking the gear position of the transmission when a mismatch between the shift lever and the transmission occurs. Further, the system warning lamp issues a warning to the driver by lighting or blinking the warning lamp when an abnormality occurs in the system.
[0044]
FIG. 2 shows a shift pattern in a vehicle controlled by MMT_ECU according to the embodiment of the present invention. The shift pattern shown in FIG. 2 is a right handle shift pattern, and the left handle pattern is a symmetrical pattern. As shown in FIG. 2, this shift pattern allows the automatic transmission to be operated in reverse travel position (R position), neutral position (N position), automatic transmission position (E position), manual transmission position (M position) and M position. The driver can select upshift (+) or downshift (−) at.
[0045]
The position of the shift lever in the shift pattern shown in FIG. 2 is detected by the shift lever position sensor 160 shown in FIG. 1 and input to the MMT_ECU 100. The MMT_ECU 100 controls the shift & select actuator 110 based on this input signal. Further, when the start control and the shift control are actually executed, the MMT_ECU 100 controls the clutch actuator 120 to realize the automation of the clutch operation.
[0046]
A map stored in the memory of MMT_ECU 100 will be described with reference to FIG. In the map shown in FIG. 3, the horizontal axis is the differential rotation ΔN (calculated as engine speed NE−engine reference speed), and the vertical axis is the target clutch torque TC (tgt) of the automatic clutch.
[0047]
As shown in FIG. 3, this map 1000 is represented by a quadrilateral having an upper base and a lower base that function as a dead zone 1020, for example, a parallelogram, or a closed curve in which each side of the parallelogram is represented by a curve. In the forward path in which the differential rotation ΔN increases, the inclination thereof is steeper than an inclination (inclination indicated by a one-dot chain line) in which the engine speed NE is not hunted, and a dead zone 1020 in a predetermined differential rotation ΔN region. Dead zone parallel to Then, as the engine speed NE changes, the target clutch torque TC (tgt) calculated from the differential rotation ΔN changes as shown by the arrow in FIG.
[0048]
With reference to FIG. 4, a control structure of a program executed by MMT_ECU 100 according to the present embodiment will be described.
[0049]
In step (hereinafter step is abbreviated as S) 100, MMT_ECU 100 determines whether or not the engine is idling. This determination is made based on signals input from sensors such as engine speed sensor 230 and gear position sensor 130, or based on signals input from EFI_ECU 200. If the engine is idling (YES in S100), the process proceeds to S200. If not (NO in S100), the process returns to S100 and waits until the engine is idling.
[0050]
In S200, MMT_ECU 100 detects the engine idle speed. At this time, MMT_ECU 100 detects the engine idle speed based on a signal input from engine speed sensor 230. The engine idle speed varies depending on the operating state of the compressor of the air conditioner.
[0051]
In S300, MMT_ECU 100 stores the engine idle speed detected in S200 in the memory as a reference speed. In S400, MMT_ECU 100 determines whether or not start control is being performed. If the start control is being performed (YES in S400), the process proceeds to S500. If not (NO in S400), the process returns to S200, and the process of detecting the engine idle speed again and storing it in the memory as the reference speed is repeatedly executed.
[0052]
That is, the engine idling speed changes when the operating state of the auxiliary machinery changes (operation of the compressor of the air conditioner starts) even when the vehicle is stopped. If the engine speed NE changes, the magnitude of the engine torque at the time of start will differ. Therefore, the engine speed (idle speed) is always detected during idling, and the latest engine speed is determined as the idle speed. As a memory. However, as shown in this flowchart, the engine speed is not detected every time the program is looped (S200 to S400), but the engine idle speed is detected at a separately determined timing and stored as a reference speed. You may make it do.
[0053]
In S500, MMT_ECU 100 detects engine speed NE. In S600, MMT_ECU 100 calculates differential rotation ΔN as engine rotation speed NE−reference rotation speed. The engine speed NE at this time is the engine speed detected in S500, and the reference speed is the speed stored in the memory in S300. In S700, MMT_ECU 100 refers to the map shown in FIG. 3 and calculates target clutch torque TC (tgt) based on differential rotation ΔN.
[0054]
In S800, MMT_ECU 100 performs feedback control using target clutch torque TC (tgt) as a target value. In this case, a disturbance observer is used in the feedback control system. In S900, MMT_ECU 100 determines whether or not the start control is completed. When the start control ends (YES in S900), this process ends. If not (NO in S900), the process returns to S500, the engine speed NE is detected again, and the differential rotation ΔN is calculated. Referring to the map shown in FIG. 3, target clutch torque TC (tgt) is calculated based on differential rotation ΔN, and feedback control using target clutch torque TC (tgt) as a target value is repeatedly executed. .
[0055]
The operation of the vehicle equipped with MMT_ECU 100 according to the present embodiment based on the above-described structure and flowchart will be described. FIG. 5 shows temporal changes in the state quantities of the vehicle corresponding to the map 1000 shown in FIG. The map shown in FIG. 3 is a map with a steeper slope than the map shown in FIG. In FIG. 5, changes over time such as the engine speed and the target clutch torque indicated by the solid line in FIG. 11 are indicated by dotted lines.
[0056]
If the engine is idling (YES in S100), the engine idle speed is detected (S200) and stored in the memory as the reference speed (S300). When the start control is in progress (YES in S400), engine speed NE is detected (S500), and differential rotation ΔN is calculated by subtracting the reference engine speed stored in the memory from the detected engine speed NE. The target clutch torque TC (tgt) is calculated based on the differential rotation ΔN with reference to the map shown in FIG. Feedback control is executed with the target clutch torque TC (tgt) as a target value (S800). These processes (S500 to S800) are repeatedly executed from the start of the start control to the end of the start control.
[0057]
At this time, as shown in FIG. 5, since the dead zone 1020 exists in the map shown in FIG. 3, the rise of the target clutch torque TC (tgt) is slow. When the accelerator is turned on, the engine torque TE increases and the engine speed NE increases. As can be seen from the map shown in FIG. 3, the target clutch rotational speed TC (tgt) remains 0 in the dead zone 1020 even when the engine rotational speed NE increases and the differential rotational speed ΔN increases. That is, this is a portion corresponding to the dead zone shown in FIG.
[0058]
Thereafter, when the engine speed NE increases and the differential rotation ΔN exceeds the dead zone 1020, the target clutch torque TC (tgt) calculated based on the differential rotation ΔN starts to increase. At this time, the engine speed NE overshoots because it is steeper than the conventional gradient. In the case of overshoot, when the engine speed decreases, there is a dead zone in the return path due to the relationship between the differential rotation ΔN and the target clutch rotational speed TC (tgt) as shown by the arrow in FIG. Even if the slope is steep, conventional hunting does not occur. That is, as shown in FIG. 5, the number of huntings of the engine speed NE can be reduced. This shows that the number of huntings can be reduced while improving the responsiveness by making the map slope steep. This is because the map shown in FIG. 3 has hysteresis in the return path.
[0059]
As described above, in the vehicle controlled by the MMT_ECU according to the present embodiment, by using the map shown in FIG. 3, the target clutch torque TC (tgt with respect to the differential rotation ΔN in the map is used in order to improve the responsiveness. The target clutch rotational speed TC (tgt) does not change due to the hysteresis when the engine speed NE generated when the gradient of () is abruptly overshoots and then the differential rotation ΔN changes from increasing to decreasing. Therefore, even when the inclination is steepened to improve the responsiveness and the engine speed NE overshoots, the number of huntings can be reduced and the driver can be prevented from feeling uncomfortable. As a result, for example, using such a parallelogram map, an automatic clutch control device having good responsiveness and good drivability can be realized by the MMT_ECU.
[0060]
<Second Embodiment>
Hereinafter, an automatic clutch control apparatus according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described. The automatic clutch control device according to the present embodiment differs in the shape of the map referred to in the program executed in the MMT_ECU that implements the automatic clutch control device according to the first embodiment described above. Is a feature. Since the block diagram showing the other hardware and the flowchart showing the software are the same as those in the first embodiment, detailed description thereof will not be repeated here.
[0061]
FIG. 6 shows a map stored in the memory of MMT_ECU 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention. In FIG. 6, as in FIG. 3, the horizontal axis is the differential rotation ΔN, and the vertical axis is the target clutch torque TC (tgt). A map 1000 shown in FIG. 6 is the same as the map 1000 shown in FIG.
[0062]
A map 3000 used in the present embodiment in FIG. 6 is a map obtained by adding the map 2000 (dotted line) shown in FIG. 6 to the map 1000 shown in FIG. 3 used in the first embodiment.
[0063]
That is, the dead zone 1020 shown in FIG. 3 disappears in the map shown in FIG. Further, when the differential rotation ΔN decreases in the return path in which the differential rotation ΔN turns from increasing to decreasing, the range in which the target clutch torque TC (tgt) is maintained constant in the first embodiment (corresponding to the upper dead zone). In the second embodiment, the target clutch torque TC (tgt) is set so as to decrease with the inclination of the map 2000 as shown in FIG.
[0064]
In FIG. 6, the map is represented as a quadrilateral (parallelogram), but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, a map represented by a closed curve in which each side of the parallelogram is represented by a curve may be used. For example, a map as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 6 may be used.
[0065]
The operation of the vehicle when such a map (FIG. 6) is used will be described.
FIG. 7 shows a temporal change in the state quantity of the vehicle corresponding to the map 3000 in FIG. In FIG. 7, time changes such as the engine speed and the target clutch torque indicated by the solid line in FIG. 11 are indicated by a dotted line. In the description of the operation according to the present embodiment, the same description as that of the operation in the first embodiment will not be repeated here.
[0066]
As shown in FIG. 7, when the accelerator is turned on, the engine torque TE increases and the engine speed NE increases. As the engine speed NE increases, the differential rotation ΔN increases as shown in FIG. 6 and there is no dead zone, so that the target clutch torque TC (tgt) increases. Therefore, in FIG. 7, there is no portion corresponding to the dead zone as shown in FIG.
[0067]
If the engine speed NE continues to increase in this state, the differential rotation ΔN increases as shown in FIG. 6, and the target clutch torque TC (tgt) increases with the increase. At this time, the map moves as indicated by the arrows shown in FIG.
[0068]
Once the engine speed NE overshoots, the differential rotation ΔN shown in FIG. 6 changes from increasing to decreasing, and the target clutch torque TC (tgt) corresponds to the slope of the map 2000 as the differential rotation ΔN decreases. Decrease.
[0069]
For this reason, even if the map gradient is steep as shown in FIG. 7, the effect of reducing the number of huntings in the first embodiment is limited, but the map 3000 shown in FIG. As a result, the target clutch torque TC (tgt) gradually decreases as the differential rotation ΔN decreases, so that an appropriate target clutch torque can be set. Therefore, hunting after an overshoot of the engine speed NE can be avoided. it can. That is, when the map 3000 shown in FIG. 6 is used, the responsiveness is improved, the dead zone is eliminated, and hunting can be avoided.
[0070]
As described above, according to the automatic clutch control device realized by the MMT_ECU according to the present embodiment, by using the map shown in FIG. 6, the target clutch for the differential rotation ΔN in the map is improved in order to improve the responsiveness. This is a case where the engine speed NE generated when the gradient of the torque TC (tgt) is abruptly overshoots, and the target clutch torque TC (tgt) due to the backward gradient when the differential rotation ΔN turns from increasing to decreasing. Is calculated to decrease further. Therefore, even if the vehicle overshoots with a steep slope in order to improve the responsiveness, it can be immediately converged even after hunting once, and the driver can be prevented from feeling uncomfortable. . As a result, using the map shown in FIG. 6, an automatic clutch control device with good responsiveness and good drivability can be realized by the MMT_ECU.
[0071]
The embodiment disclosed this time should be considered as illustrative in all points and not restrictive. The scope of the present invention is defined by the terms of the claims, rather than the description above, and is intended to include any modifications within the scope and meaning equivalent to the terms of the claims.
