【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、プラスチック製袋や紙袋等の辺縁部の2辺間に挟着される蓋付き注出口に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
図1で示すように、主にスポーツドリンク、ジュース、ゼリー等の飲料用の液体を充填して使用されるガゼット型のプラスチック製袋等は、従来より知られている。そして、このような袋等には、その辺縁部の2辺間に蓋付き注出口が挟着されていることが多い。
この蓋付き注出口の注出口本体(50)には、図17、図18で示すように、横断面が十字型となるように形成された4枚の板状リブ(51)(52)(53)(54)からなる閉塞防止部(55)が設けられており、その閉塞防止部(55)が袋内に挿入されることによって、袋の閉塞を防止するようになっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、従来、この閉塞防止用のリブ(51)(52)(53)(54)は、正面視、側面視共に直線状に形成されており、このように直線状に形成されたリブでは、袋に注出口本体(50)を挿入するときに挿入し難く、かつ、袋が変形したりすると、そのリブ(51)(52)によって袋の内面が傷つき、ひどいときには袋が破損するという不具合があった。そして更に、内容物の充填前に行う袋内の脱気工程のときに、リブ(51)(52)の幅(W”)が大きいため、リブ(51)(52)(53)(54)の先端部近傍に不必要な空間部が形成され、十分に脱気しきれないという不具合があった。
そこで、本発明は、袋等に注出口本体を挿入し易く、かつ、脱気工程が好適に行え、袋等が変形しても中の閉塞防止用のリブによって袋等が破損することのない蓋付き注出口をうることを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
以上のような目的を達成するために、本発明は、次のような袋等に用いる蓋付き注出口を提供するものである。すなわち、袋等の内部に挿入される横断面十字型のリブからなる閉塞防止部と、袋等の辺縁部に挟着される接着基部と、蓋体が螺着される筒部を有する注出口本体と、該注出口本体の筒部に螺着する蓋体とで構成される蓋付き注出口であって、前記閉塞防止部のリブの少なくとも袋等の内面に接触する側を、先端に行くに従って細くなるようなテーパー状に形成するとともに、前記閉塞防止部のリブの少なくとも袋等の内面に接触する側の先端に肉厚部を設けたことを特徴とする袋等に用いる蓋付き注出口である。なお、前記蓋体は不正開封防止手段を有している。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面に示す実施例を基に説明する。
図1は本発明にかかる蓋付き注出口が設けられて内容物が充填されたガゼット型袋の斜視図であり、図2は蓋体、注出口本体、袋を示す斜視図である。また、図3は袋に注出口を装着し、蓋体を螺着した状態を示す正面図である。
図4は蓋体の正面図、図5はリング体の平面図であり、図6は注出口本体から蓋体を螺脱する様子を示す右半断面図、図7は注出口本体に蓋体を螺着する様子を示す右半断面図である。
また、図8は注出口本体の正面図、図9は同じく側面図、図10は同じく平面図であり、図11は閉塞防止部を構成するリブの先端部分を示す拡大正面図、図12は同じく拡大側面図である。そして、図13は注出口本体の一部拡大正面図、図14は図13のX−X’線断面図であり、図15はホットランナーで射出成形する場合の注出口本体の閉塞防止部の一例を示す拡大正面図、図16は同じく拡大側面図である。

本発明にかかる蓋付き注出口は、図1で示すように、主に液体などの流動物を入れる袋型の容器、即ちガゼット型、スタンド型等のプラスチック製袋や紙袋等、又はパウチ等の辺縁部、もしくは隅角部をカットした部分の上辺縁部の2辺間に挟着されるようにして設けられるものである。
そして、この注出口(1)は、図2、図3で示すように、袋(2)の内部に挿入される横断面十字型のリブからなる閉塞防止部(24)と、袋(2)の辺縁部に挟着される接着基部(23)と、蓋体(10)が螺着される筒部(21)を有する注出口本体(20)と、注出口本体(20)の筒部(21)に螺着する蓋体(10)とで構成されている。

そこで、まず最初に、ガゼット型の袋(2)について説明をすると、この袋(2)は、図1乃至図3で示すように、前面部(3)と後面部(4)及び側面部(5)(6)とで構成されており、側面部(5)(6)の内面側周縁部と前面部(3)及び後面部(4)の内面側周縁部を接着すると共に前面部(3)及び後面部(4)の内面側上辺縁部及び内面側下辺縁部を互いに接着し、更に側面部(5)(6)の外面側上隅角部と外面側下隅角部を接着して構成したものである。
また、このときの接着方法は、内容物が液体であることを考慮して、接着剤、熱、超音波シール等、適宜の方法で液密が保てるように接着するものである。

また、袋(2)の材質としては、主にスポーツドリンク、ジュース、ゼリー等の飲料用の液体を容れて、携帯して使用することが多いため、プラスチック製で、かつ、内面側が合成樹脂で構成された耐水性のものが望ましい。
なお、袋(2)の上辺縁部の中央には、注出口本体(20)の接着基部(23)を挟着できるように、図2で示すような挿入孔(7)を形成しておくもので、注出口本体(20)をその挿入孔(7)に装着した後、接着剤、熱、超音波シール等の適宜の接着方法によって、袋(2)の前面部(3)内面及び後面部(4)内面と、接着基部(23)外面とをそれぞれ接着して液密を保つようにするものである。

次に、蓋体(10)について説明をすると、この蓋体(10)は高・中・低密度ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン等によって射出成形されるもので、図4で示すように、キャップ本体(11)とリング体(12)とで構成されている。
キャップ本体(11)とリング体(12)は、複数(好ましくは4つ)の薄肉部(13)で連結されており、キャップ本体(11)の下部周面部には射出成形用の金型から蓋体(10)を取り出すときの薄肉部(13)のつぶれ防止用である側面視長方形状の当接部(14)と、内容物充填後に注出口本体(20)に蓋体(10)を螺着するときのリング体(12)に対する係合部材である側面視台形状の係合部(15)がそれぞれ複数(好ましくは対向させて2つ)突設され、リング体(12)側の上部周面部には同じくキャップ本体(11)に対する係合部材である側面視台形状の係合部(16)が同数突設されている。

キャップ本体(11)及びリング体(12)に突設された各係合部(15)(16)は、内容物である液体を充填した後、注出口本体(20)に蓋体(10)を螺着するときに、キャップ本体(11)とリング体(12)との螺着時の抵抗が異なっても、薄肉部(13)を裂断することなく、キャップ本体(11)と共にリング体(12)を螺着できるようにするためのものであって、係合部(15)(16)が互いに係止し合うことによって、後述する注出口本体(20)の係止フランジ部(26)をリング体(12)の下部内周面に設けた環状突起(17)が乗り越えるときなどに、充分に力が加えられるようになっているものである。
その他、図5で示すように、リング体(12)の上部内周面には、内方側に向かって、平面視台形状の係止部(18)が複数(好ましくは4つ)突設されている。

ところで、本発明における蓋体(10)は、不正開封やいたずらを防止できる、いわゆるピルファープルーフ手段を講じてあるもので、4つの薄肉部(13)を裂断しないと開封できないようになっているものである。つまり、不正に開封されていたら、薄肉部(13)が裂断されているので、一目で不正開封を認識できるようになっているものである。
したがって、注出口本体(20)の筒部(21)に螺着された蓋体(10)を実際に開封するときには、図6で示すように、蓋体(10)のキャップ本体(11)を回転させて薄肉部(13)を裂断し、リング体(12)からキャップ本体(11)を分離して開封する。

次に、注出口本体(20)について説明をすると、この注出口本体(20)は高・中・低密度ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン等によって射出成形されるもので、図7で示すように、蓋体(10)を注出口本体(20)に螺着したときには、蓋体(10)のキャップ本体(11)の内天面に垂設された嵌入部材(19)の外周面が注出口本体(20)の筒部(21)の内周面を押圧しながら嵌入し、より液漏れ防止のための緊密性を保持できるようになっている。
注出口本体(20)は、図8、図9で示すように、上から順に、蓋体(10)が螺着される筒部(21)と、機械等で注出口本体(20)を搬送するときに把持する把持部(22)と、袋(2)の挿入孔(7)に挟着される平面視舟形状の接着基部(23)と、袋(2)の内部に挿入されて袋の閉塞を防止する閉塞防止部(24)とで構成されている。

その他、左右横方向側の間隙部(26a)近傍の係止フランジ部(26)の上部には、係止部(28)がそれぞれ設けられていて、前述のように、キャップ本体(11)を螺脱して開封するときに、リング体(12)の係止部(18)と強固に係止し合って、リング体(12)の回転を阻止するようになっている。

このような構成にすると、袋(2)内に注出口本体(20)の閉塞防止部(24)を挿入するとき、前面部(3)及び後面部(4)にそれぞれ接触するリブ(38)(39)の接触面が緩やかな傾斜面になるため、容易に挿入できるようになり、また、袋(2)の脱気工程のときには、リブ(38)(39)の先端の幅(W)が従来よりも小さくなるため、リブ(38)(39)のテーパー形状に沿って袋(2)を圧縮して脱気すれば、好適に脱気をすることができるようになり、従来のように脱気されない空間部が残るような不具合を解消することができる。
また、袋(2)の前面部(3)及び後面部(4)の内面にそれぞれ接触する側のリブ(38)(39)の先端に肉厚部(42)(43)が設けられているため、袋(2)を変形させても袋(2)の内面を傷つけることがなく、従って、袋(2)を破損するようなこともない。

【発明の効果】
本発明によれば、袋等の内部に挿入される横断面十字型のリブからなる閉塞防止部の少なくとも袋等の内面に接触する側のリブをテーパー状に形成したので、袋等内への閉塞防止部の挿入が容易になり、かつ、袋等の脱気工程のときには、リブ先端の幅が従来よりも小さくなるので、好適に脱気することができるようになる。
