Description
The present invention relates to a lid and a side groove that can prevent rattling of the lid and generation of noise.
In order to solve the above problem, a side groove has been proposed in which a silencing effect can be obtained without using an elastic body. By changing the shape of the lid support portion (lid receiving portion) of the side groove and the lid contacting the lid support portion, rattling is prevented to obtain a silencing effect. That is, in the system in which an elastic body such as rubber is sandwiched between the lid support portion and the lid, when a load of a vehicle or the like is applied to the lid, the elastic body is thinned between the side groove and the lid, and a silencing effect is obtained. Therefore, the lid receiving portion of the side groove is horizontal, and the back surface of the lid that rides on it is also horizontal.
On the other hand, the silencing-type side groove has an inclined lid support portion, and the shape of the lid side in contact with the lid support portion is also inclined or curved. By combining these, the lid and the lid support portion are in surface contact. The range is reduced, and the occurrence of rattling is substantially prevented by linearly contacting the lid and the lid support portion.
In Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2002-250075, a support member is provided in parallel to the back surface of the grating lid, and among these support members, a receiving portion (lid support portion or lid receiving portion) formed obliquely to the side groove block. The surface abutting on the inclined surface is formed as an inclined surface, and the inclined surface of the support member is fitted into the receiving portion of the side groove block to prevent rattling. The big problem of the method of reducing the contact area between the lid receiving portion and the lid by fitting the inclined surface of the lid to such an inclined lid receiving portion to prevent rattling is that the uneven weight is applied to the lid. The lid may turn and tilt when added. The situation where the lid turns and falls into the side groove is the worst, but even if the lid does not fall inside the side groove, the lid turns slightly and one upper end of the lid protrudes from the side groove and the other upper end If the car sinks into the gutter, it will be an obstacle to vehicle travel. Further, in the case of a grating cover that is lighter than a concrete cover, if the load is concentrated on one upper end protruding from the side groove, it may lead to a problem that the cover jumps up and is dangerous.
For this reason, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002-250075, protrusions are provided on both side walls of the lid body to prevent the lid from turning so that the protrusions abut against the inside of the opening of the side groove block. However, by providing protrusions that protrude from the lid body on both sides to prevent turning, the tolerance between the opening of the side groove block and the lid body is reduced, and the protrusion and opening interfere with each other, making it difficult for the lid to fit into the opening. In this case, there is a possibility that the lid may not fit in the opening. Even when the lid is housed in the opening, in addition to the inclined surface of the support member, protrusions protruding from the lid body on both sides hit the side groove block, increasing the number of contact points between the lid and the side groove block. The possibility of occurrence increases. Therefore, even if it is possible to prevent the lid from turning by providing protrusions on both side walls of the lid main body, the lid is difficult to be accommodated in the opening, and rattling and noise tend to occur.
Therefore, in the present invention, even if the lid is lighter than a concrete lid such as a grating lid, there is no trouble such as jumping up, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of rattling and noise, and the lid also fits in the opening of the side groove. An object of the present invention is to provide a lid for a side groove that is easy and does not cause a situation in which a tolerance is insufficient and the lid does not fit into the opening.
For this reason, in the present invention, the lid body covering at least a part of the opening of the side groove and the cross-section attached to the back surface of the lid body so as to be parallel to the longitudinal direction of the side groove are substantially square 2 The bottom surface of the support member at least in the vicinity of both ends in the longitudinal direction provides a lid for a side groove whose outer side in the transverse direction is flat and whose center or inner side protrudes downward from the outer side. In the lid for a side groove having this configuration, the lid main body and the support member can be made of metal, and a highly permeable member such as grating can be adopted as the lid main body. And after attaching a support member to a lid main body by welding etc., the lid for side grooves with high durability can be provided by plating the whole with zinc etc.
The side groove cover of the present invention can be constructed by combining it with a side groove block having an opening to which the side groove cover is attached. Support member when the lid is fitted into the opening by inclining the inside of the lid receiving portion (lid support portion) of the opening of the side groove block so as to contact the outside of the portion protruding below the bottom surface of the support member The projecting part on the bottom of the lid contacts the inside of the lid receiving part and stops. For this reason, the contact area of a lid | cover receiving part and a lid | cover can be limited, and a side groove with little generation | occurrence | production of rattling and noise can be constructed.
Furthermore, in the lid of the present invention, a support member having a substantially square cross section is attached in parallel to the back surface of the lid body, and at least the bottom surfaces in the vicinity of both ends of the support members are flat in the transverse direction and in the center. Or the inside protrudes below the outside. Accordingly, the flat portion of the bottom surface of the support member spreads outside the portion protruding so as to be in contact with the inside of the lid receiving portion. For this reason, when the lid is turned in the opening of the side groove block, the flat portion of the bottom surface of the lid support member is in contact with the flat portion outside the lid receiving portion and does not turn. Furthermore, a part of the bottom surface of the support member that absorbs fluctuations in the thickness of the lid main body, not the lid main body whose distance varies from the lid receiving portion, and is always disposed in the vicinity of the lid receiving portion. The bottom part of the support member and the flat part on the outside of the lid receiving part are small, and the lid is rotated by a minute angle. The bottom surface of the support member and the flat portion outside the lid receiving portion come into contact with each other, and the turning stops. Therefore, even if the lid is swung, the corner on the surface side does not largely protrude from the upper surface of the side groove block, and the jumping up of the grating lid can be prevented in advance.
Furthermore, since the bottom surface of the support member is a stopper for preventing the rotation of the lid of the present invention, it is not necessary to provide a protrusion protruding in the transverse direction from the side surface of the lid to prevent the rotation. Accordingly, the tolerance of the size of the lid with respect to the size of the opening is not reduced, and troubles such as difficulty in opening and closing the lid and the inability to install the lid on the opening can be prevented.
For this reason, by adopting the lid for the side groove of the present invention, there is no trouble such as splashing and noise, even if the lid is made of metal such as a grating lid and is lighter than the concrete lid. In addition, the lid can be easily accommodated in the opening of the side groove, can be easily maintained, and the lid for the side groove can be provided in which the tolerance is insufficient and the lid does not fit into the opening. The lid of the present invention can be applied even to a U-shaped side groove having a substantially U-shaped cross section and a bottom surface, or a free-gradient side groove having an upper wall and having a bottom surface constructed on site.
It is also effective to provide a leaf spring that protrudes so as to hit the inner wall of the opening of at least one side groove in the transverse direction of the lid body. An elastic body such as a clip or rubber made of a thin steel plate of about 1 mm can be inserted between the lid for the side groove and the inner wall of the opening to prevent generation of sound due to the interference therebetween. In these methods, elasticity is weak, and noise due to direct contact between the lid and the inner wall of the opening can often be prevented. However, a lid for a side groove in which the lid body tries to prevent rattling or noise from the lid receiving portion by contacting the lid receiving portion of the opening of the side groove with a point or a line. It is difficult to hold the receiving part in an ideal position for contact with a point or line. On the other hand, in a member that has almost no elasticity and is close to a rigid body, it is necessary to ensure a tolerance in order to put a lid on the opening, so that it is not always in contact with the inner wall of the opening. Therefore, it is difficult to hold the lid at an ideal position for noise prevention. For this reason, the leaf spring can be deformed to the extent that it does not become an obstacle when the lid is set in the opening, and on the other hand, has a sufficiently large elastic coefficient so that the position of the lid does not easily shift. Is desirable. Specifically, if the leaf spring has the same thickness as the plate material constituting the lid body, for example, about 4 to 6 mm, there is a high possibility of satisfying those conditions.
A typical metal lid body is a grating, and the thickness of the side bar forming the lateral side surface of the lid body is suitable as the thickness of the leaf spring. Therefore, it is possible to weld a plate spring having the same thickness to the side bar, and it is also possible to cut and raise a part of the side bar to form a plate spring. When the leaf spring is formed by the method of cutting and raising, the labor of welding can be saved and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
If the lid for the side groove is provided with a support member on the back surface of the lid body, the leaf spring can be extended from the side surface in the transverse direction of the support member so as to hit the inner wall of the side groove. However, since the plate spring becomes long, the elastic coefficient tends to be low, and when the plate spring is thick, the tolerance when the lid is set in the opening is easily affected. Therefore, the structure which protrudes a leaf | plate spring from a cover main body is desirable. By projecting the leaf springs so as to hit the inner wall of the opening from both lateral sides of the lid body, the lid body can be held at a position suitable for noise prevention by the balance of the leaf springs on both sides. Alternatively, a leaf spring may be provided only on one side in the transverse direction, and the position of the lid may be held by pressurizing the projection on the bottom surface of the lid body or the support member on the opposite side to the lid receiving portion.
Further, when a leaf spring is provided only on one side, the side on which the leaf spring is not provided is easier to turn, and the direction in which the lid turns when a load is applied from above can be defined to some extent. Therefore, by arranging the side on which the elastic body is provided when the lid is installed in the opening of the side groove, the direction in which the lid is inclined can be made constant. That is, the lateral groove lid of the present invention stops from the upper side of the bottom surface of the support member attached to the back surface of the lid, while the outer side of the lid receiving portion of the lateral groove body contacts and stops. Is added, it is a small amount of about 1 to 3 mm, but there is a high possibility that the position of the lid is stabilized by turning. Even if the inclination of each lid is slight, if the direction of turning is different between adjacent lids, the inclination direction is different, and further, the difference between the top and bottom of the top surface of the lid widens to about 2 to 6 mm and may stand out. . By attaching an elastic body such as a spring to one side of the lid and placing it on the inside of the opening, the direction in which the lid inclines can be made constant, and the inclination of the lid can be made inconspicuous. The elastic body may be provided on one side in the transverse direction of the lid, and when the lid is attached to the opening, the elastic body is deformed in contact with the inside of the opening. Therefore, a situation where the tolerance is insufficient and the lid does not fit in the opening does not occur.
In a lid for a side groove in which a support member is provided on the lid body, a metal support member having a substantially square cross section with a protrusion on the bottom surface can be manufactured relatively easily by using a drawing process or the like. However, there are some further problems. First, the bottom surface of the support member is curved so that the center in the transverse direction or the inside protrudes simply, and the center is narrow in the longitudinal direction. The shape that only exists at both ends has a higher silencing effect. If the middle or central portion of the lid in the longitudinal direction is in contact with the lid receiving portion, either one of both ends tends to float, and rattling or noise occurs when the place where the load is applied to the lid changes. This is because the side groove is warped and twisted, so if it is supported from the lid receiving part at the center part in the longitudinal direction of the lid, both ends float, and when the vehicle passes over the lid, the floating part is It is thought that noise is generated by violently colliding with the side groove body. Accordingly, if the protruding portion of the intermediate portion is unnecessary, if there is no intermediate portion, it is necessary to receive all the load applied to the lid at both ends, and a concentrated load is applied to both ends, and both ends are easily deformed. If both ends are deformed, it causes rattling and noise. For this reason, ideally, it is desirable that the intermediate portion bend to a slight extent (about several millimeters) that can absorb the warp and twist of the side groove.
In order to curve the protruding portion into an arcuate shape, there is a method of bending the support members inward so that the interval between the intermediate portions is narrowed. This should increase the silencing effect. However, such a shape cannot be manufactured by drawing, and becomes a custom-made product in itself and is expensive. Furthermore, it is not easy to mass-produce a support member having a shape curved to about several mm with high accuracy.
Furthermore, since the thickness of the lid body varies depending on the design conditions, and the size of the lid receiving portion of the side groove block cannot be changed, there is a problem that many types of support members having different sizes are required. The thickness and height of the strength member of the grating called a slit bar or a bearing bar change depending on load conditions such as 2 tons, 6 tons, 8 tons, 10 tons, 20 tons and 25 tons. Furthermore, the size of the slit bar also changes depending on the distance between the slit eyes called narrow and thick. If the support member has a simple cross section, various sizes of support members can be prepared at low cost by a processing method such as drawing or pressing. However, in order to produce cross-sectional shapes with the center or the inner side protruding from the support members of various sizes, various types of press dies are required, which is an economic burden. In addition, enormous costs are required to prepare the support members curved in an arc shape in various sizes. In the present specification, the square cross section is a concept that includes a hollow member such as a square pipe as long as the outline of the cross section is square.
Therefore, in the present invention, the support member is further divided into a support body having a square cross section and an auxiliary member constituting a protrusion extending in the longitudinal direction. Then, an auxiliary member extending in the longitudinal direction is attached to the center or inside of the bottom surface of the support body, and at least the bottom surface in the vicinity of both ends is flat on the outside in the transverse direction and protrudes below the outside in the center or inside. The lid for the side groove is manufactured by the step of forming the support member. If the lid body and the support member are made of metal, welding can be used for joining the lid body and the support member and joining the support body and the auxiliary member.
By composing the support member into the support part main body and the auxiliary member, the complicated shape as described above required for the bottom surface of the support member of the silencing lid is the shape of the auxiliary member itself or the bottom face of the support part main body. This can be solved by attaching the auxiliary member to the above. For example, by attaching the auxiliary member only to the bottom surface in the vicinity of both ends without attaching the auxiliary member to the central portion in the longitudinal direction of the support body, adverse effects due to the intermediate portion (center portion) of the portion protruding from the bottom surface can be prevented.
In addition, the shape of the auxiliary member is such that the central portion in the longitudinal direction has a smaller protruding amount or a narrower width in the transverse direction than the both end portions, thereby adversely affecting the central portion of the portion protruding from the bottom surface. Can be prevented. Furthermore, since the auxiliary member has a smaller cross-sectional area with respect to the support body and can be bent when the auxiliary member is attached, the distance between the auxiliary members is smaller in the central portion in the longitudinal direction than in the both end portions. By attaching so as to be, it is possible to prevent the adverse effect of the central portion. The cross section of the auxiliary member may be a semicircle, a trapezoid, a circle, a pipe (annular), a circle, or a shape lacking a part of the ring. Therefore, a general-purpose round bar-like member such as a reinforcing bar can be used as an auxiliary member as it is or after being appropriately processed, and can be obtained at a low cost.
In particular, if the cross-section of the auxiliary member is a shape that lacks a part of a circular or annular semicircle or less, a portion where the auxiliary member is attached to the bottom surface of the support body is recessed from the periphery. Therefore, the recessed gap portion can be used as a welding allowance, and the welded portion can be stored in the gap. For this reason, even if the finish of the welded portion is somewhat rough, or the finish of the welded portion is not finished, it is possible to prevent a situation in which the welded portion protrudes from the outer surface of the auxiliary member and comes into contact with the lid receiving portion of the side groove. That is, if the welded portion protrudes from the auxiliary member and the shape of the convex surface formed by the auxiliary member changes, the shape of the portion protruded to the lower side of the support member changes, and the contact state of the side groove with the lid receiving portion Changes, which may cause rattling and noise, but by using an auxiliary member with a shape that lacks a part of a circular or annular semicircle or less, rattling and noise are caused by welding. Can be easily prevented.
As described above, since a complicated shape can be realized by the auxiliary member side or the auxiliary member mounting method, the shape of the support body is simplified, and the change in the size of the support member to compensate for the change in the thickness of the lid body is It becomes possible to adjust the size of the support body having a square cross section. Therefore, a member such as a pipe having a simple square cross section can be used as the support body, and the auxiliary member can be obtained at a low cost, so that the manufacturing cost of the silencing lid can be greatly reduced.
In particular, a lid for a side groove using a cylindrical shape, that is, a non-hollow round bar as an auxiliary member is excellent in various respects. First, in order to prevent rattling and the accompanying sound, the auxiliary member preferably has a shape that makes contact with the lid receiving portion of the side groove block constituting the side groove main body as much as possible with a point or a line. Therefore, the silencing effect is higher when the radius or diameter of the auxiliary member is as small as possible. However, even if a small-diameter portion is made of concrete, it is easily chipped and the strength is insufficient. Even if it is a metal, in the member which shape | molded the hollow or the plate, intensity | strength is insufficient and a shape is not stabilized. In addition, as described above, in the member in which the plate is formed, the processing of the welding beat for connecting to the support body is problematic.
In this respect, if it is a metal rod-like member that lacks a part of the cross section of the round bar or the round bar so that the contact surface with the support body is slightly flat, the strength against the diameter is not hollow. Since it is high and does not chip, the shape is stable, and a small diameter suitable for silencing can be adopted. Furthermore, since a welding allowance can be made between the support body if it is a round bar, the welding beat should not protrude outside the rod-shaped member and the welding beat should not contact the lid receiving part. Is easy.
Furthermore, it is desirable to attach the rod-like member to the support body so that the distance between the auxiliary members extending in the longitudinal direction becomes a bow so that the center is narrowed by about several mm with respect to the end, but the small-diameter rod-like member If so, a desired shape can be realized by positioning in an appropriate shape when welding to the support body without being bent by a press or the like in advance. When making a bend of about several millimeters by pressing, it is necessary to consider bending back called spring back, and it is difficult to process with high accuracy. On the other hand, in the case of a manufacturing method in which a round bar is bent and attached to the support body, the distance between the rod-like members is compared with the both end portions in the longitudinal direction in order to express a bending of about several mm. Using a jig (jig, guide, or presser) that is specified to be smaller, the worker can weld with the hand holding the round bar with the jig, thereby achieving a highly accurate shape. Therefore, an expensive processing machine such as a press is not required, and a gutter lid can be manufactured at a low cost.
The round bar desirably has a diameter of about 5 to 20 mm. If the diameter is 5 mm or less, the shape of the round bar itself may be damaged by welding or plating. When the diameter exceeds 20 mm, it becomes difficult to realize a bow-like shape with a jig when welding. The diameter of the round bar is more preferably in the range of about 6 to 16 mm. This is because it is easy to weld and bend easily. The diameter of the round bar is most desirably around 10 mm, that is, in the range of about 9 to 13 mm.
The side groove lid using this round bar as an auxiliary member can reduce the diameter of the portion of the opening that contacts the lid receiving portion, so that at least a part of the inside of the lid receiving portion is in contact with a part of the rod-like member. A high silencing effect can be obtained by combining with side grooves that are inclined to each other. The shape of the lid receiving portion is not limited to a flat outer surface and a slanted inner surface, but is slanted as a whole, slanted outside, or curved upward or convex. The silencing effect can be improved by using a small-diameter round bar as a member that contacts the lid receiving portion. In this case, there is a case where the rod-shaped member is not necessarily attached to the inside of the support portion main body, and is preferably attached to the outside of the support portion main body. The shape of the support portion main body is not limited to a rectangular shape, and may be any shape that is suitable for welding a rod-shaped member. For example, it may be a flat bar. It is also possible to provide a side groove lid with a high silencing effect by embedding the support body in the bottom surface of the concrete lid and welding a round bar as an auxiliary member. Furthermore, if the lid body covering at least a part of the opening of the side groove is made of metal, for example, grating, the back surface of the lid body is directly attached by welding or the like along the longitudinal direction of the side groove. Two rows of protrusions extending in the longitudinal direction can be formed.
As described above, in the present invention, first, a support member having a substantially square cross section is attached to the back surface of the lid body, and the bottom surface of each support member is flat on the outside in the transverse direction and outside on the center or inside. A gutter lid protruding further downward is provided. When the lid for a side groove having this structure is installed in the opening of the side groove provided with a lid receiving portion whose inner surface is inclined toward the internal flow path, the protruding portion of the bottom surface becomes the slope of the lid receiving portion. Since it is in contact, it can prevent rattling and noise. Furthermore, the lid does not turn when the outer flat surface of the bottom surface of the lid and the outer flat surface of the lid receiving part that is in contact with it, it is safe, and the tolerance between the lid and the opening is sufficiently secured. it can.
And such a lid for a side groove is an auxiliary member that forms a protruding portion by attaching the support member to the square pipe-shaped support portion main body having a square cross section and the bottom surface thereof, for example, an auxiliary member in the form of a round bar such as a reinforcing bar. It is possible to manufacture by combining with a member. By configuring the protruding portion with an auxiliary member extending in the longitudinal direction, it becomes possible to form a protruding portion on the bottom surface with a central portion in the longitudinal direction recessed inwardly from both end portions, and a side groove block Even if there is some warping or distortion of the lid, it is possible to prevent the end of the bottom surface of the lid from being lifted, and it is possible to provide a lid and a side groove for side grooves that do not generate rattling or noise reliably.
Furthermore, the present invention provides a gutter lid characterized by using a round bar as an auxiliary member in contact with the lid receiver. By using the round bar, the diameter of the portion protruding so as to come into contact with the lid receiver can be reduced without difficulty, and a higher effect can be obtained for preventing rattling.
FIG. 1 shows a cross section of a side groove to which the present invention is applied. As shown in a cross section in FIG. 1A, the
In many cases, a
On the other hand, in the
FIG. 2 shows a state in which the
Accordingly, when the
Furthermore, in the
Therefore, when the
Therefore, even if the
Furthermore, the
The
FIG. 4 shows an example of different side grooves of the present invention. The
FIG. 5 shows the configuration of the
The
Furthermore, in the silence type lid of the type in which a part of the
Further, in the
On the other hand, when the
In addition,
In the
At this time, if a load is applied not only in the vertical direction but also in various directions, a force is generated that causes the
If a load is applied to the lid, the lid will move to some extent within the opening if it simply prevents the side of the lid from hitting the inner surface of the side groove opening to generate noise or damage the inner surface of the opening. Since this is permitted, it is only necessary to sandwich an elastic body having a relatively low elastic coefficient such as rubber or a clip in the
Further, by using a metal leaf spring, the
Furthermore, although a moderate load is applied to the
In addition, when a
FIG. 7 is an enlarged view of the vicinity of the
The rod-like
Further, in the case of the rod-like
A bar-shaped
FIG. 9A and FIG. 9B show an example of yet another silencing type grating lid according to the present invention in an enlarged manner in the vicinity of the
Even if the cross-section of the auxiliary member is not a complete circular or annular member, as in the
Further, in the
FIG. 10A and FIG. 10B show an example of still another silencer type grating lid according to the present invention in the vicinity of the
And, instead of changing the shape of the
As described above, according to the present invention, for economic reasons, in the side groove lid such as a grating lid having different thicknesses under load conditions, the
Further, in the
As described above, the method of always pressing the inner surface or the inner wall of the opening of the side groove by welding to the
In the above description, the
Hereinafter, some examples in which rod-like auxiliary members are attached will be described. The
The
As the auxiliary member for supporting the concrete lid, the various shapes described above can be adopted. A suitable auxiliary member is a
Furthermore, since the diameter of the auxiliary member can be reduced, the auxiliary member is attached to the support body so that the distance between the auxiliary members extending in the longitudinal direction becomes a bow so that the center is narrowed by about several mm with respect to the end. It becomes easy. FIG. 14 shows an example of a jig 60 suitable for attaching the rod-shaped
The jig 60 shown in FIG. 14 has a
Considering that the operator can press the
