BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a back pain prevention mat. More specifically, a back pain prevention mat that is used while placed on a bed, etc., on which a patient such as a healthy person or an elderly person sleeps, prevents back pain from occurring or reduces back pain symptoms. Belongs to the technical field.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Low back pain is a typical disease that is now called national illness, and it has been commonly seen among elderly people as one of the aging phenomena, but recently, not only elderly people and bedridden patients but also healthy people. This tendency is also pointed out by young people. If this low back pain is left unattended, it may cause problems in walking or cause internal organ diseases, so preventing and treating low back pain has become an urgent issue.
[0003]
The cause of low back pain includes visceral diseases, stress, etc. Among them, posture has the greatest influence. In other words, the poor posture increases the curvature of the lumbar vertebra, causing excessive strain on the lower back muscles and bones and causing back pain. Therefore, in order to prevent and reduce low back pain, it is important to improve posture in everyday life and not place a burden on the lower back, and also during sleep, which accounts for a large percentage of the time of the day. is there. In particular, when a soft bed is used, the trunk (the torso) heavier than the shoulders and legs dents the center of the bed, and the waist sinks, causing back pain. On the other hand, when a hard bed is used, the lowering of the waist can be suppressed, but the waist is raised, and a natural posture cannot be obtained. Further, there is a problem that pressure concentrates on a specific part in contact with the bed and blood circulation failure is likely to occur. Therefore, for a bedridden patient, there is an increased risk of not rubbing the floor or inducing pressure ulcers. Therefore, it is desired that the bed has a good body pressure dispersion that suppresses the sinking of the waist, can maintain a natural posture that does not lift, and does not concentrate pressure on a specific part.
[0004]
By the way, this applicant pays attention to the pressure ulcer (floor rub) problem that occurs when a certain posture is continued on the bed for a long time such as a bedridden elderly person, and already has a pressure ulcer prevention mat for preventing this. It has been proposed (see Patent Document 1). This pressure ulcer prevention mat has a pressure receiving optimization part made of a silicone gel material in the middle of the pressure receiving cross section direction of the foam mat material such as urethane foam. As a whole, a so-called “koshi” is given, and an excessive pressure concentration on the sacral region or the like, which is a frequent site of pressure ulcer, can be prevented while maintaining a suitable posture in the supine position.
In the above invention, the entire mat must be softened to some extent in order to prevent pressure concentration on a specific part, and although a silicone gel material is used for the pressure receiving optimization part, particularly from the viewpoint of preventing low back pain. When seen, there was room for improvement, such as suppressing depression of the waist more.
[0005]
In addition, as mentioned above, (Patent Document 2), (Patent Document 3), and the like can be cited as other techniques for dispersing body pressure by combining silicone gels and the like. The effect was not sufficient.
[0006]
It is also important for elderly people who are bedridden to sterilize pressure ulcer-derived bacteria adhering to mats, etc. to prevent their growth and maintain cleanliness. Therefore, it has also been desired that the odor can be effectively deodorized.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, in view of the above-described conventional situation, the present invention can obtain a natural posture as when standing on the mat and can prevent concentration of pressure on a specific part. It is an object of the present invention to provide a novel back pain prevention mat that can effectively prevent and reduce back pain without straining muscles.
[0009]
Another object of the present invention is to provide a low back pain prevention mat that is excellent in antibacterial and deodorizing properties and can keep patients clean.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the back pain prevention mat according to the present invention is deformed in the plane direction in the middle of the pressure receiving direction of the foam mat material as claimed in
[0011]
According to the above configuration, when the patient lies down, the foam mat material deforms in the thickness direction to support the body, and at the same time, the sheet-like gel stretches and deforms in the surface direction, and the elastic film is excessive in the sheet-like gel. By suppressing the stretching deformation of the body, excessive depression of the waist is prevented, and a natural posture can be obtained at the time of supine. In particular, the balance of the spring constant in the surface direction of the sheet-like gel and elastic film constituting the posture optimizing layer moderately suppresses the stretching deformation in the surface direction of the sheet-like gel, particularly excessive depression of the waist. To prevent. In addition, since the sheet-like gel is deformed in the thickness direction together with the foam mat material, it is possible to prevent excessive pressure concentration on a specific part that does not rub the floor and induce pressure ulcer. Here, the elastic film refers to a thin film-like material that is deformed in the surface direction and has elasticity, and thus includes not only a general resin film but also a rubber sheet, a stretchable cloth, and the like. is there.
[0012]
Claim 2 A posture optimization layer is provided in the middle of the pressure-receiving direction of the foam mat material to deform in the surface direction to prevent excessive depression of the waist, and the posture optimization layer has an Asker C-type hardness of 50 or less and a penetration (JIS) K-2207) a gel sheet of 250 or less, and an elastic film having a hardness of JIS A-15 to 90 (JIS K-6301) is laminated on both sides of the gel sheet, and the posture optimization layer The elastic film is formed to have a spring constant in the surface direction larger than that of the gel sheet, and the elastic film suppresses deformation in the surface direction of the gel sheet. It is characterized by that.
[0013]
According to the said structure, the back pain prevention mat is comprised combining a some foaming mat raw material and a posture optimization layer. And since the rebound resilience of the upper layer is made smaller than that of the lower layer, the patient is kept in a correct posture as a whole and the waist is settled in a natural position while maintaining the action of dispersing body pressure.
[0014]
Claim 3 is a claim. 1 or In the back pain prevention mat according to 2, Gel sheet is silicone gel It is characterized by being.
[0015]
According to the above configuration, the rebound resilience value of the upper foam mat material is optimized from the viewpoint of preventing excessive depression of the waist while dispersing body pressure by the body sinking into the upper mat layer. The
[0016]
Also, Gel sheet Is a silicone gel having an Asuka-C hardness of 50 or less and a penetration (JIS K-2207) of 250 or less.

[0020]
Up Structure According to the composition, an optimum form of the sheet-like gel and the elastic film is specified. These are deformed when body pressure is applied, and effectively prevent further depression of the waist due to the elastic force of returning to the original.
[0021]
Also The waist In the pain prevention mat, the portion provided with the foam mat material with low hardness is characterized by being integrated with the posture optimizing layer and the mat material with high hardness along the pressure receiving direction.
[0022]

【Example】
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described more specifically with reference to examples, but is not limited thereto.
Example 1
A target back pain prevention mat was prepared using a foamed mat material of urethane foam (manufactured by Bridgestone), a silicone gel (αGEL (registered trademark) manufactured by Geltech Co., Ltd.), and a urethane film (Esmer URS manufactured by Nippon Matai Co., Ltd.).
Specifically, first, a urethane film having a thickness of 100 μm was attached to one side of a silicone gel (length 700 mm × width 100 mm × thickness 2 mm) to prepare a posture optimization layer. When sticking, first, a primer (PR-700 manufactured by Arteco) was applied to the surface of the silicone gel, and then dried at room temperature for about 15 minutes, and further a cyanoacrylate adhesive (industrial industrial adhesive manufactured by Arteco). EE) was used to attach a urethane film.
The silicone gel had an Asker hardness (C type) of 25. Table 1 shows various properties of the urethane film.
[0058]
[Table 1]
[0059]
Subsequently, three layers of foam mat materials (length 1950 mm × width 970 mm) having different impact resilience are laminated, and as shown in FIG. 6, between the upper layer foam mat material and the intermediate foam mat material (in FIG. 6, For convenience, only the intermediate
The thickness of each layer is shown in Table 2 together with the case of Comparative Example 1 below. Table 3 shows various characteristics of each foam mat material. In Table 3, PU represents polyurethane foam.
[0060]
(Comparative Examples 1-2)
A mat according to Comparative Example 1 was produced in the same manner as in Example 1 except that only a silicone gel was sandwiched between foamed mat materials without using a urethane film. The laminated structure and various properties of each foam mat material are shown in Table 2 and Table 3, respectively.
Further, as Comparative Example 2, a commercially available mat made of polyester fiber having a thickness of 85 mm, which is generally said to have a hard cushioning property and a low back pain prevention effect, was used.
[0061]
[Table 2]
[Table 3]
[0062]
Next, with respect to the mats according to Example 1 and Comparative Examples 1 and 2, as a local model in which the human body presses the mat, a weight is placed on a pressurizer simulating the shape of the waist, and 7 to 22 kg. The amount of depression of the pressurizer when the load was changed in increments of 5 kg and the pressure at the center of the pressurizer were measured. The amount of subsidence is shown in Table 4 and FIG. 7, and the pressure is shown in Table 5 and FIG.
From the measurement results, it can be seen that the back pain prevention mat according to Example 1 has a smaller sinking amount than Comparative Example 1, and a larger sinking amount than Comparative Example 2. Thus, it was suggested that the back pain prevention mat according to Example 1 is effective in preventing and reducing back pain, in particular, because the waist portion does not sink, does not rise, and a natural posture is obtained. Moreover, according to the measurement result of pressure, it can be said that Example 1 and Comparative Example 1 have the same degree of softness and can prevent pressure concentration on a specific part of the body. In the case of Comparative Example 2, since the pressure value is high, it can be said that there is a high possibility that the bed will not rub and induce pressure ulcers when used by a bedridden patient due to concentration of pressure on a specific site.
[0063]
[Table 4]
[Table 5]
[0064]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the lumbago prevention mat of the present invention is included in the foam mat material. A posture optimization layer that is deformed in the surface direction and supports the body with elastic force to prevent excessive sinking of the waist is provided, and the posture optimization layer is deformed in the surface direction by body pressure and exhibits a tension. And an elastic film that has a larger spring constant in the surface direction than the gel and suppresses deformation in the surface direction of the gel. Therefore, when the patient goes to bed, the waist does not sink too much, and therefore back pain can be suitably prevented or reduced.
[0065]
[Table 6]
[0066]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, since the back pain prevention mat of the present invention is provided with the posture optimization layer in which the sheet-like gel and the elastic film are laminated in the foam mat material, the waist does not sink too much when the patient goes to sleep, and therefore Back pain can be suitably prevented or reduced.
[0067]
Moreover, when combining the air permeable sheet | seat which adhered catechin, the outstanding antibacterial property and deodorizing property can be acquired, and a patient can be kept clean.
