【従来の技術及び発明が解決しようとする課題】
着用時に腹側に配される腹側部及び背側に配される背側部を有しており、該背側部の左右両側縁部に、それぞれファスニングテープを有する使い捨ておむつは、広く知られている。
しかし、従来の斯かる使い捨ておむつは、着用者の激しい動作や長時間の着用により、おむつが次第にずれ落ちてくる場合があり、装着感が悪化したり、所要の漏れ防止効果が得られなくなる場合があった。

本発明は、液透過性の表面シート、液不透過性の防漏シート及び両シート間に介在された液保持性の吸収体を具備し、背側部の左右両側縁部に、それぞれファスニングテープを固定して形成されたテープ固定部を有する使い捨ておむつにおいて、着用時に、背側部の上端縁が腹側部の上端縁よりも上方に位置するようになされており、前記テープ固定部は、前記背側部の左右両側端から突出するテープ突出部の基部上端の高さ位置よりも上方に延出する延出部を有している使い捨ておむつを提供することにより、上記目的を達成したものである（以下、第１発明というときは、この発明をいう）。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明をその好ましい実施形態に基づいて説明する。
第１及び第２発明の一実施形態である使い捨ておむつ１は、液透過性の表面シート２、液不透過性の防漏シート３、及び両シート２，３間に介在された液保持性の吸収体４を具備し、実質的に縦長に形成されており、着用時に着用者の背側に配される背側部Ａの左右両側縁部に、それぞれファスニングテープ５，５が設けられている、いわゆる展開型の使い捨ておむつである。
