[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to an automobile interior material comprising a polyolefin resin to which an alkyl phosphate metal salt and a hindered amine compound (hereinafter HALS) are added. More specifically, the present invention relates to an automobile interior material made of a polyolefin resin having excellent weather resistance and having no fogging to which a divalent metal salt of a mono / dialkyl phosphate ester having 12 to 24 carbon atoms and HALS are added.
[0002]
[Prior art and problems]
Conventionally, vinyl chloride resin has been widely used as an automobile interior material. However, the use of vinyl chloride resin is restricted due to concerns about environmental pollution, and replacement with non-halogen resin is required.
[0003]
Then, the substitution by the polyolefin resin which has the physical property suitable for a vehicle interior material is examined. However, since automobile interior materials are exposed to strong sunlight at high temperatures when parked outdoors, etc., high weather resistance and weather resistance coloring are required.
[0004]
Conventionally, various HALS have been disclosed and methods of use have been proposed for the purpose of imparting weather resistance to polyolefin-based resins as polymer materials for general molding. By actually adding HALS, the weather resistance of the polyolefin resin is remarkably improved, and the addition of HALS is indispensable in the polyolefin resin used for automobile interior materials. Metal soaps and antioxidants have also been used as indispensable additives for polyolefin resins for the purpose of imparting processability and heat resistance.
[0005]
However, the compound added for stabilizing the polyolefin-based resin and improving the processability has a problem of fogging which is volatilized by being exposed to a high temperature and adheres to the glass of the automobile. In particular, compounds having a molecular weight of 1000 or less have high volatility, and fogging when added to automobile interior materials was remarkable.
[0006]
[Means for solving problems]
As a result of intensive studies in view of the above-mentioned present situation, the present inventors have obtained an automotive interior material having a high degree of weather resistance without fogging by using an alkyl phosphate metal salt and HALS in combination with a polyolefin resin. I found out that it can be provided.
[0007]
That is, in the present invention, 0.001 to 10 parts by weight of an alkyl phosphate metal salt represented by the following general formula (I) and / or (II) is added to 100 parts by weight of a polyolefin-based resin and (2, 2, 6, 6 An automobile interior material having excellent weather resistance and having no fogging, characterized by adding 0.001 to 10 parts by weight of an ester compound of -tetramethyl-4-piperidyl) . When the amount of the alkyl phosphate metal salt is less than the above range, the weather resistance is not improved. Similarly, when the amount of the ester compound of (2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidyl) is small, the fogging suppression effect is obtained. However, if both components are used more than the above ranges, the physical properties of the resin are lowered or the product quality is impaired by blooming.
[0008]
[Chemical 3]
R 1 and R 2 represent an alkyl group having 12 to 24 carbon atoms, and M represents magnesium or calcium .

There is a disadvantage that it does not last, and the fogging suppression effect by the combined use with the phosphoric acid ester metal salt of the present invention is particularly remarkable and preferable.

【Example】
(Examples 1-1 to 1-12, Comparative Examples 1-1 to 1-9)
100 parts by weight of polypropylene, tetrakis [methylene-3- (3 ′, 5′-ditertiarybutyl-4′-hydroxyphenyl) propionate] 0.1 part by weight of methane, tris (2,4-ditertiarybutylphenyl) 0.1 parts by weight of phosphite, a hindered amine compound (see Table 1), and an ultraviolet absorber (hereinafter referred to as UVA, see Table 1) were blended to produce extruded pellets at 230 ° C. The obtained pellet was injection-molded at 240 ° C. to prepare a sheet-like test piece having a thickness of 1 mm. 5 g of the test piece was put into a 100 ml beaker, covered with a glass plate, and the stain on the glass plate after 48 hours at 80 ° C. was visually observed to evaluate the presence or absence of fogging. One with no fogging, 1 with about half of the glass plate being fogged, and 3 with fogging on the front side of the glass plate.
