本発明は信号を受信する受信部と操作のためのボタンを備える、電子機器等の受信装置に関するものである。

テレビジョン受信機、オーディオ、パーソナルコンピュータ等の電子機器においては、複数の操作のためのさまざまなボタンがその表面または側面等に用いられているが、誤動作を防ぐために、そのボタンがオンされないようなロック機構が工夫されているものがある。操作部のロックを行なう方法として、例えば特開平11−317123号公報に記載される方法がある。

この方法は図8に示す様に、電源スイッチ18を人が誤って操作しないようにするための電源スイッチ18のロック機構であって、電源スイッチ18を容器12aに設けられた凹部20に収納すると共に、凹部20の開口部には開口部を閉塞可能な開閉蓋22を設けるというものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、操作するためのボタンを有する電子機器等において、幼児等がいたずらしてこれらのボタンを操作することが無いようにボタンの操作を行わせないロック手段を備えたボタンを有することを特徴とする受信装置を提供するものである。

また、受信装置のロック手段を備えたボタンの向きをかえることによって、リモートコントロール送信装置(以下、リモコンと記す)からの信号が受信装置に届かないようにすることで、リモコンを操作しても機器が反応しないようにできるロック手段を備えた受信装置を提供するものである。

通常、ボタン類はスイッチを動作させる際の部品として使われているため、押込むことが可能となっている。このボタン類を回転させる事で、押込み可能な状態と、押込み不可の状態を作り出し、ロック機能を持たせる。このためにボタン類にはリブを、キャビネットには凹部と貫通孔を設ける。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明は、ボタンの向きを変えることによって、操作部の操作を可能とすることを特徴とするロック機構を備えた受信装置に関するものである。このような構成を備えることで、誤ってボタンに接触することで誤動作がなされることをふせぐことが可能で、例えば幼児等がいたずらして操作部を触ってもボタン操作できないために、受信装置は誤った操作を起こすことを防ぐという効果を有する。

また本発明は、リモコンからの制御に対しても誤動作を防ぐ機能を奏する受信手段に関するものであり、受信装置のボタンの向きをかえることによりリモコン信号が受信部に届かないようにし、意図的にリモコン操作を操作しても受信装置が反応しないようにすることを特徴とするものであり、これはリモコンを誤って操作した場合でも受信装置の誤動作を防ぐものであり、例えば幼児等のいたずらによるリモコン操作でも反応せず誤動作を起こさない効果を有する。

図1(a)、図1(b)、図1(c)のそれぞれは、本発明の受信装置のボタン1の一構成例を示す断面図であり、図2(a)、図2(b)は、ボタン1が係合する受信装置のキャビネット5の一部の構成を示す断面図であり、図3および図4は受信装置のボタン1とキャビネット5と係合する構成を示す断面図であり、図3は係合前の状態と、図4は係合したところの状態を示す断面図であり、図5はボタン1とキャビネット5と係合する状態で、ボタン1がロック時の状態を示す断面図であり、図6はボタン1がロック解除された状態、すなわち操作可能時の状態を示す斜視図である。

図3のようにキャビネット5とボタン1の間にはコイルバネ9が挟められ、常にボタン1を復帰させようとする力を生じている。爪3はボタン1が抜けないようキャビネット5に引っかけられている。図4が組立てられた状態である。図5のようにリブ2が凹部6のところにある場合、ボタン1を押込もうとしても、リブ2が凹部6に当たりそれ以上押込む事が出来ない。これにより操作不可状態を作り出す事ができる。

また、凹部6にリブ2が引っ掛かり回転方向のズレを防ぐことが可能となる。ボタン1を操作可能としたい場合は図6のようにボタン1を90°回転させ、リブ2を貫通孔7の場所に位置させる。貫通孔7はリブ2の当てとなる事はなく、ボタン1を押込む事が可能となり、電源スイッチ10を動作させる事が可能となる。

以上のこのことから、ボタン1を90°回転させる事で簡単に操作部のロックが可能となり、乳幼児が操作部を操作できないという作用を有する。

次に本発明の受信装置における第2の実施の形態例について図面を使って説明する。尚、符号について(実施の形態1)で説明したものについては、同等の機能を備えるものであり、本実施の形態の説明において詳しい説明を省略する。
