[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the pressure of the high-pressure turbine is often set to be 4 to 6 times higher than that of the intermediate-pressure turbine, and the casing constituting the first high-pressure turbine section, the main steam pipe for guiding the steam to the high-pressure turbine, and the components of the boiler Etc. must be made of a thick material that can withstand high pressure. The use of such thick austenitic materials increases equipment costs, and austenitic materials have lower thermal conductivity than ferritic materials. Sometimes it is necessary to keep the rate of load change low so that thermal stress does not become excessive, and the operating characteristics are significantly worse compared to ordinary steam power plants.
[0011]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems of the prior art, and reduces the amount of high-grade materials that can withstand ultra-high temperatures, thereby suppressing an increase in equipment costs and suppressing an increase in the number of shafts. An object of the present invention is to provide a steam turbine power plant that ensures stability against vibrations of the system and has good operating characteristics.

[0022]
As described above, according to the first embodiment, by separating the intermediate pressure turbine into the first intermediate pressure turbine section 2a on the high temperature and high pressure side and the second intermediate pressure turbine section 2b on the low temperature and low pressure side, The portion of the austenitic heat-resistant alloy material that requires the use of a high-grade material that can withstand ultra-high temperatures is limited to the first medium-pressure turbine section that is exposed to steam of 650 ° C. or higher, so the high-pressure turbine and the second medium-pressure turbine The part and the low-pressure turbine can be made of a ferritic material as in the prior art.
[0023]
As a result, the present embodiment can suppress the increase in equipment cost by reducing the amount of austenitic heat-resistant alloy material that can withstand ultra-high temperatures of 650 ° C. or higher. In addition, since the use range of the austenitic heat-resistant alloy material can be limited to an intermediate pressure portion having a low vapor pressure, it can be made of a relatively thin material.

Further, after separating the intermediate pressure turbine into the first intermediate pressure turbine section 2a on the high temperature and high pressure side and the second intermediate pressure turbine section 2b on the low temperature and low pressure side, the

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the first invention, in the steam turbine power plant having a high-pressure turbine, an intermediate-pressure turbine, and a low-pressure turbine as a generator, the intermediate-pressure turbine is a first intermediate-pressure turbine section on the high-temperature high-pressure side. And the second medium-pressure turbine section on the low-temperature and low-pressure side, so that the amount of high-grade materials that can withstand ultra-high temperatures is small and the increase in equipment costs can be suppressed, and the number of shafts can be increased. By suppressing the above, it is possible to secure stability against vibration of the shaft system and provide a steam turbine power plant having good operating characteristics.
[0041]
Further, according to the second invention, the steam extracted from the high-pressure turbine is introduced as cooling steam into the intermediate-pressure turbine, so that the amount of high-grade material that can withstand ultra-high temperatures of 650 ° C. or higher is small and the equipment cost is low. It is possible to provide a steam turbine power plant that can suppress the increase.
