【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、ハウスダストなどのゴミを捕集する使い捨ての清掃用シート及び清掃布に関わり、特に、ゴミを繊維に絡めたり吸着して捕集する基材シートを主体として構成され、清掃用具に装着されて使用される清掃用シート及び清掃布に関する。

【従来の技術及び発明が解決しようとする課題】
建物内の調度品、壁、床、車内の装備品などの清掃対象物の表面を清掃するための清掃用具が各種提案されている。それらの中でも柄の先端部の装着部に、不繊布等で製造された清掃用シートを装着して使用するものがある。

しかし、従来用いられている清掃用シートは、髪の毛や綿埃、土埃などのゴミを不織布の繊維に絡めて捕集することはできるが、細かいゴミや、砂、小石、食物の破片、米粒、ゴマ等の粒で大きさが約１ｍｍ以上の粗い固形のゴミをすべて繊維に絡めて捕集することが困難であった。このため、これらのゴミは、ちりとりや電気掃除機等を用いて処理しなければならなかった。

そこで、特開平９−１６４１１０号公報及び持開平９−２２４８９５号公報に記載のように、繊維に絡めて捕集できないゴミを、清掃布の清掃部に設けた粘着部に付着させて捕集する清掃用シートが提案されている。

しかし、これらの清掃用シートは、通常の清掃方法、即ち、清掃用シートを被清掃面上に滑らせて清掃する方法では前記ゴミがその粘着部に捕集されないので、使用者がそれらのゴミを狙ってゴミの上から清掃用シートを一定以上の力でその粘着部に押し付けなければならなかった。このため、清掃用具を押し付けてゴミを付着させようとしても、捕集されなかった種々のゴミのうち、粗いゴミ、すなわち、粒径の大きいゴミや厚みの大きいゴミが先に粘着部に捕集されてしまうと、この粗いゴミによって清掃用シートの清掃部が清掃対象に密着できなくなり、その他の捕集されなかった種々のゴミが捕集できなるほか、さらに繊維に絡めて捕集できるはずのゴミも捕集できなくなる場合があった。また、粘着部が清掃用シートの清掃部に設けられているため、前記粗いゴミを捕集する前に綿埃等の細かいゴミで粘着部が覆われてしまい、粘着力が低下して肝心の粗いゴミが捕集できなくなる問題があった。

また、特開平９−１７３２６１号公報や特開平１１−１２８１５６号公報には、繊維にゴミを絡めたり吸着して捕集する繊維層を剥がすと、その下から粘着層が現れるように設けられ、その粘着層を使用して当該繊維に絡めて捕集できないゴミを捕集するように設けられた清掃用シートが提案されている。

しかし、ゴミが絡まった繊維層を剥がすときに手が汚れて不衛生であるほか、粘着層が現れてからは前記従来技術の場合と同様に一部の粗いゴミが捕集できなかったり、粘着層でゴミを捕集した後に再度剥がした繊維層で粘着層を覆って捕集しようとすると粘着層に捕集したゴミによって繊維層が粘着層に付着できなかったり、付着できても捕集したゴミで部分的に繊維層が盛り上がって、床等の被清掃面に対してゴミを捕集することができないか、或いは、被清掃面を傷つける摩擦抵抗が大きくなる等操作性に劣るものであった。

従って、本発明の目的は、繊維に絡めたり吸着して捕集できないゴミを確実に捕集することができ、しかも操作性に優れる清掃用シート及び清掃布を提供することにある。
【０００９】
【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、ゴミを繊維に絡めたり吸着して捕集する基材シートを主体として構成され、清掃用具の板状の装着部に装着されて使用される清掃用シートにおいて、
前記基材シートにおける清掃対象物表面のゴミを捕集する清掃面以外の部分に、該清掃面で捕集できずに残ったゴミを捕集するゴミ捕集材を備えており、
前記ゴミ捕集材は、前記基材シートに折り畳み状態若しくは巻き取った状態で固定されており、且つ前記ゴミに接触させるか又は近づけて該ゴミを捕集するゴミ捕集面を有していることを特徴とする清掃用シートを提供することにより、前記目的を達成したものである。

また、本発明は、ゴミを繊維に絡めたり吸着して捕集する基材シートを主体として構成されており、該基材シートが貼り合わされて、その内側に挿入空間を有する袋状に形成され、前記挿入空間に、装着部を柄の先端部に備えた清掃用具の該装着部が挿入されて使用される清掃布において、前記基材シートにおける、前記装着部に装着されたときに清掃対象物の表面のゴミを繊維に絡めたり吸着して捕集する清掃部以外の部分に、該清掃部で捕集できなかったゴミを捕集するゴミ捕集材を備えており、前記ゴミ捕集材が、前記基材シートに折り畳み状態若しくは巻き取った状態で固定されており、且つ前記ゴミに接触させるか又は近づけて該ゴミを捕集するゴミ捕集面を有していることを特徴とする清掃布を提供することにより、前記目的を達成したものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明を、その好ましい実施形態に基づき図面を参照しながら説明する。

図１及び図２は、本発明の清掃用シートを、床面をすべらせてゴミを捕集する清掃用具に装着されて用いられる清掃用シートに適用した第１実施形態を示すものであり、該清掃用シートが清掃用具の装着部に装着された状態を示すものである。これらの図において、符号１は清掃用シート、１０は清掃用具を示している。また、清掃用具１０の柄１１は先端部のみを図示している。

図１に示すように、清掃用シート１は、ゴミを繊維に絡めたり吸着して捕集する基材シート２を主体として構成され、清掃用具１０の柄１１の先端部に取り付けられた板状の装着部１２に装着されて使用されるものである。本実施形態では、装着部１２に弾性変形可能な複数の片部で設けられたスリット部１３が４箇所設けられており、清掃用シート１の基材シート２がスリット部１３に押し込まれて固定されている。

清掃用シート１は、前記基材シート２における清掃対象物表面のゴミを捕集する清掃部２０以外の部分（以下、非清掃部ともいう。）２１のほぼ中央部に、清掃部２０で捕集できなかったゴミを捕集するゴミ捕集シート（ゴミ捕集材）３を備えている。

本実施形態では、前記基材シート２は、装着部１２の底面部１２ａを覆う面が清掃部２０に設けられており、それ以外の部分、即ち、装着部１２の正面部１２ｂ、背面部１２ｃ及び上面部１２ｄを覆う面が非清掃部２１に設けられている。

基材シート２は、従来からゴミを繊維に絡めたり吸着して捕集する清掃用シートに用いられているものを特に制限なく用いることができる。基材シート２には、紙、不織布、フィルム、繊維の等、パイル等の他、例えば、特開平７−１８４８１５号公報の明細書の段落〔０００８〕〜〔００１８〕に記載の清掃用シートを用いることができる。また、基材シート２は、鉱物油、合成油、シリコーン油等の油剤成分や界面活性剤を１種類以上含んだ液剤を担持させ、該液剤の吸着力でゴミを繊維に吸着させるものを用いることもできる。

基材シート２の非清掃部２１のほぼ中央部には、当該基材シート２に前記ゴミ捕集シート３を折り畳み状態で固定する固定部材２２（図２（ａ）参照）が取り付けられており、ゴミを捕集した後でもゴミ捕集シート３を折り畳み状態に安定的に維持できるようになっている。該固定部材は、表面に粘着性を有する粘着テープ、ファスニングテープ等で設けることができる。

前記ゴミ捕集シート３は、前記清掃部２０で捕集できなかったゴミを粘着力で捕集する粘着面（捕集面）３０と、粘着面３０に連設され、折り畳んだ状態で該粘着面３０を被覆する被覆面３１と、被覆面３１に連設された接着基部３２とを有している。ゴミ捕集シート３は、接着基部３２において基材シート２に接着固定されている。被覆面３１と接着基部３２との間には、ミシン目からなる切断線３３（図２（ａ）参照）が設けられており、切断線３３でゴミ捕集シート３を切断することにより、当該ゴミ捕集シート３が基材シート２から部分的に分離できるようになっている。

ゴミ捕集シート３の基材は、紙、不織布、織布、合成樹脂フィルム、カーボン、金属層を有するフィルム、ウレタンフォーム等合成樹脂製の発泡体（多孔質材）等シート状のものであれば材質に関わらず用いることができる。該基材は、天然素材、合成素材の何れからなるものでもよい。そしてこれらの中でも、操作性、加工性、コスト等の点から紙、不織布、合成樹脂フィルムが好ましい。該基材の坪量は、操作性、加工性、剛性、柔軟性の点から１〜１００００ｇ／ｍ²であることが好ましく、５〜１０００ｇ／ｍ²であることがより好ましく、１０〜５００ｇ／ｍ²であることがさらに好ましい。また、該基材の厚さは、操作性、加工性、剛性、柔軟性等の点から１〜１００００μｍであることが好ましく、５〜３０００μｍであることがより好ましく、１０〜１０００μｍであることがさらに好ましい。

前記粘着面３０の粘着力は、粘着テープ・粘着シートの試験方法（ＪＩＳＺ０２３７１４）でボールの”呼び”の３２倍であるボールＮｏ．で１〜３０であることが好ましく、３〜２８であることがより好ましく、５〜２５であることがさらに好ましい。粘着力が弱すぎると清掃部で捕集できなかったゴミを捕集できなくなり、強すぎると被清掃面に強く接着して剥離が困難となって操作性が悪くなるほか、無理に剥離をして被清掃面が損傷したり、ゴミ捕集シートが破れたりする。

粘着面３０に用いられる粘着剤には、天然ゴム系、スチレン／ブタジエンラテックス系、スチレン系、アクリル系、シリコーン系の粘着剤、熱可塑性ゴム、ＡＢＡブロックコポリマー、ブチルゴム、ポリイソブチレン、ビニルエーテルポリマー等が挙げられ、これらの中でも、特に、加工性、保存安定性、粘着力の持続性、のり移り等の点からスチレン系、アクリル系の粘着剤が好ましい。

粘着面３０は、平面以外に、凹凸であったり、切り込みが入れてあったり、また、粘着剤がドットや各種の模様でパターンづけられていても良い。

ゴミ捕集シート３は、未使用状態では、二つ折りに折り畳まれており、粘着面３０は、被覆面３１で被覆されている。

被覆面３１は、前記粘着面３０に繰り返して被覆ができるように、ゴミ捕集シート３の基材に易剥離性処理、エンボス加工、立体成形等の表面処理を施して設けることが好ましい。

本実施形態の清掃用シート１は、基材シート２の表側を使用した後に裏返して裏側を使用する場合にもゴミ捕集シート３が使用できるように、表裏が同じように設けられており、前記ゴミ捕集シート３を基材シート２の裏側にも備えている。

図１に示すように、本実施形態の清掃用シート１は、未使用状態では、ゴミ捕集シート３が前方に位置するように清掃具１０の装着部１２に装着される。そして、基材シート２の清掃部２０で床を掃いて綿埃、土埃、髪の毛等のゴミを繊維に絡めたり吸着して捕集した後、清掃部２０で捕集できなかったゴミは、図２（ａ）に示すように、二つ折りにされたゴミ捕集シート３を伸ばして粘着面３０を露呈させ、該粘着面３０にその粘着力で付着させて捕集することができる。

ゴミ捕集シート３でゴミを捕集した後は、図１に示すように、再び被覆面３１で粘着面３０を覆うようにゴミ捕集シート３を折り曲げる。この時、捕集したゴミが多く、ゴミ捕集用シート３にこれ以上ゴミが捕集できない場合は、図２（ｂ）に示すように、ゴミ捕集シート３を前記切断線３３で切断して基材シート２から分離し、分離したゴミ捕集シート３ごと捕集したゴミを廃棄する。ゴミ捕集シート３にゴミを捕集する能力が残っている場合には、図１の状態で再び通常の清掃を行った後、図２（ａ）のように使用することができる。

基材シート２の裏面の清掃部を使用する場合には、基材シート２を装着部１２から外して裏返し、図１と同様にして当該基材シート２の未使用面を外側に向けて装着部１２に取り付ける。そして、表面と同様にして清掃部２０で通常の清掃を行い、清掃部２０で捕集できなかったゴミは、前記同様にしてゴミ捕集シート３で捕集する。ゴミ捕集シート３の捕集能に応じて表面の場合と同様の操作を繰り返し行った後、清掃用シート１を装着部１２から取り外して廃棄する。

以上説明したように、本実施形態の清掃用シート１によれば、基材シート２の繊維に絡めたり吸着して捕集できないような粗いゴミや細かいゴミを、ゴミ捕集シート３の粘着面３０に付着させて捕集できるので、清掃対象物表面のゴミを余すことなく捕集することができる。また、ゴミ捕集シート３で捕集したゴミは、ゴミ捕集シート３を折り畳んで廃棄できるので、手を汚すことなく衛生的に廃棄することができる。また、ゴミ捕集シート３を基材シート２の非清掃部２１に備えているので、清掃部２０でゴミを捕集しているときにゴミ捕集シート３に綿埃などの細かいゴミが捕集されることがなく常にその捕集力を維持することができ、その後のゴミ捕集シートの使用に支障を来すことがないほか、ゴミ捕集シート３で粗いゴミを捕集した後再度清掃部２０で捕集前とかわらない清掃を行うことができ、操作性に優れている。

また、ゴミ捕集シート３におけるゴミを捕集した部分を切断線３３で分離できるようになっているため、表を使用した基材シート２を裏返して使用するときにも、ゴミを捕集した部分で装着部１２の上面が汚れることがない。また、基材シート２がゴミ捕集シート３で捕集されたゴミで膨らんだりすることがないため、基材シート２を裏返して清掃用具１０の装着部１２に装着するときも何等支障を来すことがない。

図３は、本発明の参考実施形態（以下、本実施形態ともいう。）を示すものであり、該清掃用シートが清掃用具の装着部に装着された状態を示すものである。図３において、前記第１実施形態と共通する部分については、同一符号を付している。従って、特に説明のない部分については、前記第１実施形態における説明が適宜適用される。

図３に示すように、本実施形態の清掃用シート１’は、基材シート２の非清掃部２１のほぼ中央部に、粘着面３０を有するゴミ捕集シート３が接着固定されている。ゴミ捕集シート３の粘着面３０は、未使用状態では、前記同様の表面処理が施された被覆面３１を有する被覆材３４で被覆されており、被覆材３４は、その接着基部３２において基材シート２に接着固定されている。

被覆材３４の基材は、紙、不織布、織布、合成樹脂フィルム、カーボン、金属層を有するフィルム、ウレタンフォーム等の合成樹脂製の発泡体（多孔質材）等シート状のものであれば材質に関わらず用いることができる。該基材は、天然素材、合成素材の何れからなるものでもよい。そしてこれらの中でも、操作性、加工性、コスト等の点から紙、不織布、合成樹脂フィルムが好ましい。該基材の坪量は、操作性、加工性、剛性、柔軟性の点から１〜１００００ｇ／ｍ²であることが好ましく、５〜１０００ｇ／ｍ²であることがより好ましく、１０〜５００ｇ／ｍ²であることがさらに好ましい。また、該基材の厚さは、操作性、加工性、剛性、柔軟性等の点から１〜１００００μｍであることが好ましく、５〜３０００μｍであることがより好ましく、１０〜１０００μｍであることがさらに好ましい。

被覆材３４の外表面には、ゴミを繊維に絡めたり吸着して捕集するゴミ捕集層３５が設けられている。ゴミ捕集層は、前記基材シート２に用いられるシートを前記被覆材３４の前記基材に接着することによって設けられている。

本実施形態の清掃用シート１’は、基材シート２の表側を使用した後に裏返して裏側を使用する場合にもゴミ捕集シート３が使用できるように、表裏が同じように設けられており、前記ゴミ捕集シート３を基材シート２の裏側にも備えている。

本実施形態の清掃用シート１’は、前記第１実施形態の清掃用シート１と同様に、基材シート２の清掃部２０で床を掃いて綿埃、土埃、髪の毛等のゴミを繊維に絡めたり吸着して捕集する。そして、清掃部２０で捕集できなかったゴミは、図３に示すように、接着基部３２を起点として被覆材３４を剥がし、ゴミ捕集シート３の粘着面３０を露呈させ、さらに、基材シート２を装着部１２から部分的に取り外し、粘着面３０をゴミに向けて押しつけ、その粘着力で付着して捕集する。

粘着面３０でゴミを捕集した後、前記被覆材３４を元に戻し、付着したゴミとともに粘着面３０を被覆し、基材シート２を装着部１２に装着する。

基材シート２の裏面の清掃部を使用する場合には、基材シート２を装着部１２から外して裏返し、当該基材シート２の未使用面を外側に向けて装着部１２に取り付ける。そして、清掃部２０で捕集できなかったゴミは、前記同様にしてゴミ捕集シート３で捕集して廃棄する。ゴミ捕集シート３の捕集能に応じて捕集操作を繰り返し行った後に廃棄してもよい。

以上説明したように、本実施形態の清掃用シート１’によれば、前記第１実施形態の清掃用シート１と同様に、基材シート２の繊維に絡めたり吸着して捕集できないような粗いゴミや細かいゴミをゴミ捕集シート３に粘着させて捕集できるので、清掃対象物表面のゴミを余すことなく捕集することができる。また、ゴミ捕集シート３を基材シート２の非清掃部２１に備えているので、清掃部２０でゴミを捕集しているときにゴミ捕集シート３に綿埃などの細かいゴミが捕集されることがなく常にその捕集力を維持することができ、その後のゴミ捕集シートの使用に支障を来すことがないほか、ゴミ捕集シート３で粗いゴミを捕集した後再度清掃部２０で捕集前とかわらない清掃を行うことができ、操作性に優れている。

また、被覆材３４の外表面に繊維で絡めたり吸着してゴミを捕集するゴミ捕集層が設けられているので、仮に清掃具１０から取り外して手で使用するときにその部分で清掃することができる。

また、ゴミ捕集シート３の粘着面３０に付着したゴミを被覆材３４で被覆できるので、捕集したゴミで装着部１２の上面が汚れることがない。

図４、図５（ａ）及び（ｂ）、並びに図６（ａ）及び（ｂ）は、本発明の清掃用シートを、床面を掃いてゴミを捕集する清掃用具に装着されて用いられる清掃用シートに適用した第２〜第４実施形態を示すものであり、該清掃用シートが清掃用具の装着部に装着された状態を示すものである。これらの図において、前記第１、及び前記参考実施形態と共通する部分については、同一符号を付している。従って、特に説明のない部分については、前記第１、及び前記参考実施形態における説明が適宜適用される。

図４に示す第２実施形態の清掃用シート１’は、前記第１実施形態の清掃用シート１におけるゴミ捕集シート３の被覆面３１を粘着面３０にしたゴミ捕集シート３’を用いるとともに、被覆面３１を有する被覆材３４でゴミ捕集シート３の粘着面３０を被覆したものである。

本実施形態の清掃用シート１’は、ゴミ捕集シート３’の未使用時には、ゴミ捕集シート３’及び被覆材３４が、前記第１実施形態のゴミ捕集シート３と同様に（図１参照）二つに折り畳まれている。そして、清掃部２０で繊維に絡めたり吸着して捕集できなかったゴミを、ゴミ捕集シート３’で捕集する場合には、図４に示すように、ゴミ捕集シート３’及び被覆材３４を伸ばし、さらに被覆材３４を剥がして粘着面３０を露呈させ、当該粘着面３０をゴミに押しつけてその粘着力で付着して捕集する。捕集したゴミは、ゴミ捕集シート３’を切断線３３で切断して基材シート２から分離し、粘着面同士を内側にして当該ゴミを挟むように折り畳んで廃棄する。ゴミを捕集する力が残っている場合は、粘着面３０に再び被覆材３４を付着させ、通常の清掃を行った後に再度使用することもできる。

本実施形態の清掃用シート１’によれば、前記第１実施形態の清掃用シート１と同様の効果が得られる。また、粘着面３０が広いので、より多くのゴミを捕集できるほか、粘着面３０を向かい合わせるように二つ折りにする過程でさらに粗いゴミを摘むようにして捕集することができる。さらに、清掃用シート１’を廃棄するときに、小さく折り畳んだものを粘着面３０で小さく固定し、容易にコンパクトにすることができる。

図５（ａ）及び（ｂ）に示す第３実施形態の清掃用シート１’は、第１実施形態における固定部材２２が、ゴミ捕集シート３の接着基部３２の表面に取り付けられたものである。本実施形態の清掃用シート１’によれば、図５（ｂ）に示すように、ゴミを捕集した後においても、安定的にゴミ捕集シート３の折り畳み状態を維持することができる。

図６（ａ）及び（ｂ）に示す第４実施形態の清掃用シート１’は、ゴミ捕集シート３’がロール状に巻き取り可能に設けられている。ゴミ捕集シート３’は、粘着面３０が内側に設けられており、外面には易剥離性処理が施されている。ゴミ捕集シート３’は、切断線３３を介して接着基部３２で基材シート２に固定されている。このため、図６（ｂ）に示すように、ゴミ捕集シート３でゴミを捕集した後に当該捕集シート３をロール状に丸め、切断線３３で分離してそのまま廃棄できるようになっており、手を汚すことなく衛生的である。

図７は、本発明の清掃布を、家屋の調度品や車内の装備品等の清掃対象物表面のゴミを捕集するハンディータイプの清掃用具の装着部に装着されて使用される清掃布に適用した第１実施形態を示すものである。図７において、前記第１実施形態の清掃用シート１と共通する部分については、同一符号を付している。従って、特に説明のない部分については、前記清掃用具１における説明が適宜適用される。

図７に示すように、本実施形態の清掃布４は、清掃用具１０の柄１１の先端部に取り付けられた装着部１２に装着されて使用されるものである。

清掃布４は、前記清掃用シート１に用いられる前記基材シート２が二枚所定形状に裁断され、ヒートシール部２２で接合されて挿入空間４０を有する袋状の形態に形成されている。本実施形態の清掃布４は、前方部が先細り且つ開口部４１の縁部を除く外縁部が連続する山形に形成されている。

本実施形態では、清掃用具１０の装着部１２の縦断面形状は、底面部、左右の両斜面部及び上面部を有する台形状に設けられており、基材シート２における装着部１２の底面部１２ａを被覆する部分及外縁部を構成する部分が清掃部２０とされ、それ以外の部分、即ち装着部の上面部及び両斜面部を覆う部分が非清掃部２１とされている。

本実施形態の清掃布４は、その非清掃部２１の先端部分にゴミ捕集シート３が接着基部３２で接着固定されており、このゴミ捕集シート３は、未使用状態では、前記第１実施形態の清掃用シート１の（図１参照）二つに折り畳まれている。

そして、前記清掃部２０で捕集できなかったゴミを捕集するときは、図１０に示すように、ゴミ捕集シート３を伸ばし、粘着面３０を当該ゴミに押し当ててその粘着力で付着して捕集する。捕集したゴミは、ゴミ捕集シート３を切断線３３で切断して部分的に分離し、粘着面３０を被覆面３１で被覆するように分離されたゴミ捕集シート３を折り曲げて廃棄する。

本実施形態の清掃布４によれば、基材シート２の繊維に絡めたり吸着して捕集できないような粗いゴミや細かいゴミを、ゴミ捕集シート３の粘着面３０に付着させて捕集できるので、清掃対象物表面のゴミを余すことなく捕集することができる。また、ゴミ捕集シート３で捕集したゴミは、ゴミ捕集シート３を折り畳んで廃棄することもでき、手を汚すことなく衛生的に廃棄することができるほか、収納してまた後で使用することができる。
