Description

【0001】
【0030】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cleaning tool used for business use or home use.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as cleaning articles, there are a vacuum cleaner, a broom, a mop, a cloth, a chemical cloth, etc., which have been properly used according to the purpose or the advantages and disadvantages of each method. In recent years, floors using wooden floor materials have increased in apartment houses and the like. For example, disposable cleaning sheets that are mounted on a cleaner with a handle and are used like a mop and can be easily replaced after use have become widespread. As cleaning sheets, flat cotton cloth or non-woven cloth impregnated with oily substances are common, and although these are effective in removing fine dust, etc., hair, bread crumbs, crumbs, granular materials, etc. It was difficult to wipe off the relatively large garbage. In addition, since the trapping force is weak, there is a disadvantage that the dust once trapped drops due to vibration or the like and stains the surroundings. Therefore, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 4-250130 and Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 4-31430, the heat-shrinkable sheet and the nonwoven fabric are partially joined, and the heat-shrinkable fiber is heat-shrinked, so that it is partially convex. In addition, JP-A-4-96724 discloses a mixture of extra fine fibers with a weaving degree of less than 0.8 denier, but the effect of capturing dust is not sufficient, There are also many problems in terms of sheet strength and manufacturability.
[0003]
On the other hand, for carpets and carpets, a method is also known in which a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is wound around a roll, and this is rolled on a treated surface such as a carpet to capture dust. However, the dust trapping effect of the adhesive sheet is not always sufficient for relatively large dust, and once the dust adheres, the dust trapping effect is significantly reduced, so it is necessary to remove the adhesive sheet every rotation. In addition, there is a problem that it is very troublesome, and the processing surface, hands and clothes are easily stained.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention is capable of capturing all types of garbage in houses and other buildings, especially cotton dust, hair, bread crumbs, confectionery scraps, and particulates on carpets and carpets. And it was made as a subject to provide the cleaning tool which is easy to use.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present inventors have conducted intensive research. As a result, particularly with respect to a cleaner with a handle, a roller is rotatably mounted along the end surface in the cleaning direction of the head portion, and the dust, hair, etc. It is found that a cleaning tool that can solve the above-mentioned problems can be obtained by guiding the dust that has been swept up into the interior of the cleaner head from the bottom opening of the cleaner head and trapping or containing the dust. completed.
[0006]
That is, the invention of claim 1 is a cleaning tool comprising a cleaner head portion, and a support rod that is detachably attached with a gap along both ends of the cleaner head portion in the cleaning direction.
An adhesive sheet is installed inside the bottom surface of the cleaner head so that the adhesive side can be replaced with the top side except for the opening,
The opening has a strip shape, and its area is 5 to 50% of the area of the bottom surface,
A curved surface is formed from the bottom surface toward both end surfaces in the cleaning direction,
A roller having a number of loop-like or hook-and-loop-like protrusions is rotatably attached to the peripheral surface of the support bar.
The present invention relates to a cleaning tool .
The invention of claim 2 is a cleaning tool comprising a cleaner head portion, and a support rod that is detachably attached with a gap along both ends in the cleaning direction of the cleaner head portion,
The inner wall in the vicinity of the side of the opening on the bottom surface of the cleaner head stands upright, and the space on the bottom surface excluding the opening is a dust storage chamber,
The opening has a strip shape, and its area is 5 to 50% of the area of the bottom surface,
A curved surface is formed from the bottom surface toward both end surfaces in the cleaning direction,
A roller having a number of loop-like or hook-and-loop-like protrusions is rotatably attached to the peripheral surface of the support bar.
The present invention relates to a cleaning tool.
[0007]
The cleaner head used in the present invention corresponds to the tip of a cleaning tool, particularly a cleaner with a handle, and is generally a flat, generally box-shaped body made of plastic. Although the opening is provided on its bottom surface, the shape of the opening is intended rectangular one or two rows, and as the opening area accounts for 5-50% of the bottom area. Furthermore, the cross section of the opening may be comb-shaped or tapered in order to increase dust capture efficiency. Incidentally, Material cleaner head portion, the shape, the shapes of the openings as long as it serves the purpose of the present invention is not limited at all.
On the other hand, the upper lid connected to the normal handle can be detachably attached to the cleaner head portion by appropriate locking means.
[0008]
In a conventional cleaning tool, a cleaning sheet is wound around the bottom surface of the cleaner head, and in the present invention, a capturing function using a roller provided close to the cleaner head and a capturing function via a bottom opening are used. By combining the above, various kinds of garbage can be captured reliably and in large quantities.
For this reason, a support bar is provided with a gap along at least one of both end surfaces of the cleaner head in the cleaning direction, and a roller having a large number of protrusions on the peripheral surface is rotatably attached to the support bar. The support rod may be made of plastic or metal, and may be provided so as to surround at least one of both end faces in the cleaning direction. However, it is preferable to adopt a detachable configuration so that the roller can be properly maintained. Furthermore, a scissors may be attached outward from the upper lid of the cleaner head part to cover the upper part of the roller. In addition, it is sufficient that the support rods are provided on either one of the both end surfaces in the cleaning direction, but it is preferable to dispose the support rods on both end surfaces in terms of usability and dust capture efficiency.
[0009]
The shape and number of rollers are arbitrary, but a plurality of rollers are preferably disposed so as to cover the length of each end face. In addition, the protrusions on the roller peripheral surface capture dust such as cotton dust and hair adhering to carpets and carpets, while for the purpose of sweeping out relatively large dust, synthetic fibers or metal fine wires with excellent strength Preferably, a plurality of hairs are implanted around the periphery in a loop shape or a hook-and-loop fastener shape (that is, a lower loop shape or a key shape). The lower end surface of the roller peripheral surface and the bottom surface of the cleaner head are designed to be substantially flush with each other, but the cleaner head from both ends in the cleaning direction can be easily transported to the opening. Department curved surfaces that are formed towards the bottom. Furthermore, it is possible to provide a step on the curved surface to increase the efficiency of transferring dust.
[0010]
In the present invention, various means are provided in the cleaner head portion for capturing or containing the dust that has passed through the bottom opening. For example, there is a method in which a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is replaceably attached to a portion other than the opening with the pressure-sensitive adhesive side as an upper surface. The adhesive sheet used here is a base paper (for example, paper, paraffin paper, etc.), a plastic sheet, a metal foil, or a support such as a laminate thereof, which is coated with an adhesive. Various pressure-sensitive adhesives such as epoxy can be used, but acrylic or rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesives are preferable from the viewpoint of performance. In the present invention, the adhesive force of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is not a very important factor for adhering dust onto the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet, but considering the usability, JIS Z0237 (pressure-sensitive adhesive tape / pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet test) 180 degree peeling adhesion A test based on a force test method showing a value of 100 to 5000 g / 25 mm width is suitable. In addition, an inner wall having a height slightly exceeding the thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet may be provided along the opening so that dust accumulated on the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet does not spill again from the opening.
[0011]
Further, as a means for capturing or accommodating dust entering from the bottom opening, an inner wall may be erected in the vicinity of the side of the opening, and a space on the bottom surface excluding the opening may be used as a dust storage chamber. As the shape of the inner wall, it is preferable that the upper portion of the raised inner wall is folded back in the direction of the end face so that the taken-in dust does not fall from the opening, and further, the accumulated dust is discarded. These means may be appropriately attached to the cleaner head.
[0020]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
When the cleaning tool of the invention of claim 1, particularly a cleaner with a handle, is applied to a treated surface such as a carpet or carpet, dust such as cotton dust or hair is captured by protrusions on the roller peripheral surface, Various kinds of dust on the processing surface swept out by the protrusions of the rollers are taken inward from the bottom opening of the cleaner head and captured or stored. That is, the cleaning tool of the present invention exhibits high dust capture efficiency by a combination of the capture function by the roller and the capture function through the bottom opening of the cleaner head. In addition, the treated surface is not contaminated and is excellent in usability. For example, when an adhesive sheet is used as the dust trapping means inside the cleaner head, the sheet can be easily replaced and less frequently replaced than the conventional product. Can be used repeatedly by simply disposing of garbage.
The bottom surface of the cleaner head can be provided with a resilient material such as urethane, sponge, or a soft fiber layer to further increase dust capture efficiency and usability.
[0021]
According to the first and second aspects of the present invention, since the rollers are provided on both end surfaces in the cleaning direction, the cleaner head can be stably and easily moved on the processing surface, and dust can be captured from both directions. So the garbage capture efficiency is higher.
[0022]
According to the first and second aspects of the invention, since the shape of the opening on the bottom surface of the cleaner head is a strip shape and the area of the opening is 5 to 50% of the bottom surface area, various kinds of dust are captured with high efficiency. be able to.
[0023]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the adhesive sheet is replaceably mounted on the part excluding the bottom opening with the adhesive side as the upper surface, the dust entering from the opening can be reliably captured with the adhesive sheet in a large amount. Can do. In addition, the replacement of the seat is simpler than the conventional product.
[0024]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the inner wall is erected in the vicinity of the side of the bottom opening, and the space on the bottom surface excluding the opening is used as the dust storage chamber. It reliably guides to the space and prevents the dust from falling from the opening.
[0025]
According to the first and second aspects of the invention, since the curved surface is formed from the bottom surface of the cleaner head portion toward at least one of both end surfaces in the cleaning direction, the dust swept by the roller is efficiently transferred to the bottom surface opening. The
[0026]
According to the first and second aspects of the invention, since the curved surface is formed from the bottom surface of the cleaner head portion toward both end surfaces in the cleaning direction, the efficiency of transferring dust to the bottom surface opening portion is further improved.
[0027]
According to the first and second aspects of the present invention, since the support bar is detachably attached, the roller can be removed for easy cleaning (cleaning, dust removal, replacement, etc.).
[0028]
According to the first and second aspects of the present invention, since the protrusion on the roller peripheral surface is formed in a loop shape or a hook-and-loop fastener shape, it is possible to efficiently capture cotton dust, hair, etc. It can be swept up smoothly.
[0029]
The thus obtained cleaning tool of the present invention, particularly a cleaner with a handle, is extremely useful as a cleaning article such as carpets and carpets in offices, workplaces, restaurants, etc. as well as homes.
Moreover, it is very practical because it does not contaminate the treated surface and is superior in usability compared to conventional products.
[0030]
【Example】
Next, although the cleaning tool of this invention is demonstrated in detail based on a specific Example and test example, this invention is not limited to these.
[0031]
Example 1
As a pressure-sensitive adhesive used in the present embodiment, a clearance of 15 mm is provided from both front and rear end surfaces in the cleaning direction of the plastic cleaner head body having a width (length of the end surface in the cleaning direction) of 22 cm, a depth of 10 cm, and a thickness of 3 cm, and a diameter of 4 mm. A cylindrical support rod was detachably disposed. Three rollers each having a large number of loop-shaped protrusions having a diameter of 15 mm and a length of 6 cm and a height of about 2 mm were rotatably mounted on each support rod. Also, the bottom surface of the cleaner head body is provided with a row of strip-shaped openings of 2 cm in width and 18 cm in length. A 3 mm inner wall was attached. In addition, a curved surface was formed from the bottom surface toward the both end surfaces, and a ridge was provided on the roller so as to cover the roller. Further, on the inner bottom surface of the cleaner head main body, a portion roughly corresponding to the opening was opened, and an adhesive sheet formed by applying an acrylic adhesive on the upper surface was mounted. A connecting portion of a handle was connected to the upper lid of the cleaner head portion so that the handle was rotatable, and a locking tool with the main body was provided.
[0032]
FIG. 1 shows the cleaner head portion of the cleaning tool thus obtained. A support bar 3 is detachably provided with a gap along both end surfaces 2 in the cleaning direction of the cleaner head body 1, and the support bar 3 is provided with rollers 5 having a large number of loop-shaped protrusions 4. Further, an inner wall 7 is provided inwardly on each side of the opening 6 on the bottom surface of the cleaner head main body 1 in the same direction as the end surface 2, and an adhesive sheet 8 is mounted on the bottom surface. . A roller 9 is provided on the roller, a handle connecting portion 11 is connected to the upper lid 10, and a locking tool 12 for the main body 1 is provided.
When the cleaner head part of the above cleaning tool was attached to the handle via the connecting part and used on a carpet or carpet, a large amount of all kinds of garbage such as hair, bread crumbs, confectionery scraps, and granular materials could be captured. Moreover, compared with the conventional cleaning tool (hand roller with a cleaning sheet), the frequency of replacement of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is reduced, and the processing surface and hands are not soiled.
[0033]
Example 2
According to Example 1, another cleaning tool of the present invention was manufactured. However, two rows of strip-shaped openings having a width of 1 cm and a length of 18 cm were provided on the bottom surface of the cleaner head main body. Instead of standing an inner wall with a height of 5 mm on each side of the opening and attaching an adhesive sheet, the upper part of the inner wall is folded back toward the end surface, and the space on the bottom surface other than the opening is defined as a dust storage chamber. did.
[0034]
FIG. 2 shows the cleaner head portion of the cleaning tool thus obtained. A support bar 3 is disposed so as to surround the end surface 2 with a gap along the end surface 2 in the cleaning direction of the cleaner head body 1, and the support bar 3 is provided with rollers 5 having a large number of loop-shaped protrusions 4. ing. Further, an inner wall 7 stands on each side of the opening 6 on the bottom surface of the cleaner head main body 1, and its upper part is folded back toward the end surface. As in the first embodiment, there is a ridge 9 on the roller, a handle connecting portion 11 is connected to the upper lid 10, and a locking tool 12 to the main body 1 is attached.
The cleaning tool can efficiently capture various kinds of dust adhering to carpets and carpets, and it is only necessary to dispose of the dust accumulated in the storage chamber in a timely manner.
[0035]
Test Examples Various cleaning tools of the present invention shown in Table 1 were produced according to Example 1, and the following various performance tests were performed. Table 1 also shows the results.
(1) Garbage capture test About 5 g of bread crumbs of various sizes are sprinkled on a 1 square meter carpet, and the entire surface is wiped evenly with a cleaner-type test cleaning tool with a handle. The amount was examined. The results were evaluated visually according to the following criteria.
○: Mostly captured regardless of the size of bread crumbs △: Captured regardless of the size of bread crumbs, but a little left behind ×: Slightly captured and easy to fall off (2) Usability test Items such as adhesive adhesion / contamination (A), ease of sheet mounting / replacement and cleanliness (B) were evaluated, and the results were evaluated according to the following criteria.
○: Very good test item usability △: Excellent test item usability ×: Inferior test item usability [0036]
[Table 1]
Figure 0003740617
[0037]
As a result of the test, the cleaning tool of the present invention showed a high dust catching power and was very excellent in terms of usability. On the other hand, the conventional control product, for example, the hand roller with adhesive sheet (Control 1) has a problem in terms of usability such as contamination on the treated surface, and has a simple roller with no protrusion on the peripheral surface. Both (Control 2) and those having no opening in the cleaner head (Control 3) had poor dust capture efficiency. Therefore, it is clear that a useful cleaning tool can be obtained by adopting the configuration of the present invention.
[0038]
【The invention's effect】
As described in detail above, the cleaning tool of the present invention can efficiently and reliably capture all kinds of waste, regardless of size, and does not contaminate the processing surface, and is excellent in usability. Its practicality is extremely high.
