しかしながら、上述したような捨貼工法を採用する場合でも、床下に十分な作業空間を確保することができない場合には、床下における配線作業性が極めて悪くなり、床暖房フロアを効率よく施工することができないといった問題があると共に現実に床下配線を行うことができないこともある。

【課題を解決するための手段及びその効果】
上記の課題を解決するため、請求項1に係る発明は、電気ヒータが内蔵された床暖房パネルを敷設することによって形成される床暖房エリアの周辺部に敷設される床暖房用周辺パネルにおいて、前記床暖房エリアから外側に引き出される前記床暖房パネルからの配線を収容する配線収容溝がパネル基材の裏面に形成されており、前記配線収容溝には、前記配線を前記パネル基材の裏面側から収容可能な配線保持部材が装着されており、前記パネル基材の裏面には、前記配線収容溝を除く部分に緩衝材が貼着されており、前記配線保持部材は、その下端部が前記パネル基材の裏面と前記緩衝材の裏面との間に位置していることを特徴とする床暖房用周辺パネルを提供するものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、実施の形態について図面を参照して説明する。図1及び図2に示す床暖房用周辺パネル1は、電気ヒータが内蔵された、直貼工法用の床暖房パネルをコンクリートスラブ上に直接敷設することによって形成される床暖房エリアの周辺部に敷設される直貼工法用の床暖房用周辺パネルであり、床暖房パネルに内蔵された電気ヒータを壁面に取り付けられたコントローラ等に接続するため、床暖房エリアから壁際まで導かれるヒータ用中継ケーブル等の配線Lを収容するための配線収容溝11aを有するパネル本体10と、このパネル本体10の配線収容溝11aに装着される配線保持部材20とから構成されている。

前記パネル本体10は、3プライ合板または5プライ合板等の木質板からなるパネル基材11と、このパネル基材11の表面側に貼着された突板等からなる表面化粧材12と、パネル基材11の裏面側に貼着されたクッション性の良好な緩衝材13とから構成されており、前記パネル基材11の裏面には、図4(a)〜(i)に示すような種々のバリエーションで、短手方向や長手方向にパネル基材11を横断する1または複数の配線収容溝11aが形成されている。なお、緩衝材13は、図2に示すように、配線収容溝11aが形成された部分は切除されている。

前記配線保持部材20は、図1及び図3に示すように、下端部がパネル基材11から僅かに突出するような状態で配線収容溝11aに嵌着(装着)される断面門型形状の本体部21と、この本体部21の下端縁から配線収容溝11aの幅方向内側にそれぞれ張り出す鍔部22とから構成されており、前記鍔部22は、図5に示すように、その先端側が僅かに上方に傾斜した状態となっている。

以上のように構成された床暖房用周辺パネル1をコンクリートスラブ上に敷設する際は、まず、図5(a)に示すように、床暖房エリアに敷設された床暖房パネルからの配線(VVFケーブル等)Lを、その幅方向の一側側を両鍔部22の間から本体部21内に嵌め込み、同図に矢印で示すように、片側の鍔部22を上方に撓ませるようにして配線Lの他側側を押し込むと、同図(b)に示すように、配線Lが本体部21内に完全に収容され、一旦収容された配線Lは両鍔部22の存在によって、本体部21から容易に脱落しないような状態になっている。そして、このように配線Lが配線保持部材20によって配線収容溝11a内に収容保持された状態で、床暖房用周辺パネル1をコンクリートスラブ上に敷設する。

以上のように構成された床暖房用周辺パネル1、2では、ヒータ用中継ケーブル等の配線Lを配線保持部材20、30によって、パネル基材11の配線収容溝11aに収容、保持した状態で、敷設することができるので、配線Lをほとんど意識することなく、通常の床材をコンクリートスラブ上に敷設する場合と同様に敷設作業を行うことができる。

また、上述した各実施形態では、直貼工法用の床暖房用周辺パネルについて説明したが、本発明の床暖房用周辺パネルは、直貼工法用のパネルに限定されるものではなく、図10に示すように、緩衝材がなく、表面化粧材12が積層されたパネル基材11のみによって形成されている捨貼工法用の床暖房用周辺パネル3について適用することも可能である。このように、捨貼工法用の床暖房用周辺パネル3に配線収容溝11aを形成し、この配線収容溝11aに配線保持部材20等を装着しておくと、床下に十分な作業空間が確保できない場合でも、捨貼合板等に配線溝を形成することなく、効率よく床暖房フロアを施工することが可能となる。
