【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は研磨工具等装着用アタッチメントの締着が容易で、使用時、研磨用工具等の脱落が生じない歯科技工用レーズに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、歯科技工用レーズのモータシャフトと研磨工具装着用アタッチメントとは、単にテーパ対テーパによってモータシャフトに研磨工具装着用アタッチメントを締着させていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記テーパによる締着のみでは、テーパの狂いあるいはスラスト又はラジアル方向の負荷により、アタッチメントにずれが発生し作業中に外れてしまうことがあった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記に鑑み発明者は研究実験の結果、次の手段により、この課題を解決した。
(1)モータと、モータのシャフトと、該シャフト前方部に締着される工具装着用アタッチメントより構成される歯科技工用レーズにおいて、前記モータのシャフト前方部は、その先端に先細り形状のテーパ部と、その後方の外周には雄ねじ部を有し、また、前記アタッチメントは、円筒体であり、後方円孔部内壁には、雌ねじ部と、その前方には、前記シャフトに該アタッチメントを締結した際に、前記シャフト先端のテーパ部に当接する、テーパ状に縮径した円孔部とを有し、かつ前記雄ねじ部のねじ山は少し落とされてなることを特徴とする歯科技工用レーズ。
(2)モータと、モータのシャフトと、該シャフト前方部に締着される工具装着用アタッチメントより構成される歯科技工用レーズにおいて、前記モータのシャフト前方部は、その先端に先細り形状のテーパ部と、その後方の外周には雄ねじ部を有し、また、前記アタッチメントは、円筒体であり、後方円孔部内壁には、雌ねじ部と、その前方には前記シャフトに該アタッチメントを締結した際に、前記シャフトと先端のテーパ部に当接するテーパ状に縮径する円孔部とを有し、かつ前記雄ねじ部のねじ山は少し落とされてなり、また、前記シャフト先端のテーパ部と前記アタッチメントの円孔前方のテーパ部とは、そのテーパ角度を異にするものであることを特徴とする歯科技工用レーズ。
(3)アタッチメントが、その前方に、外周に先細りのねじ部を備えてなるものであることを特徴とする(1)項又は(2)項に記載の歯科技工用レーズ。
(4)アタッチメントが、その前方に、ディスク状の工具取り付け用の定着用具を備えてなるものであることを特徴とする(1)項又は(2)項に記載の歯科技工用レーズ。
(5)歯科技工用レーズのモータシャフト前方部と、該シャフト前方部に締着される工具装着用アタッチメントを、モータの左右両端部に備えてなることを特徴とする(1)項〜(4)項のいずれか1項に記載の歯科技工用レーズ。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施の形態は、従来のテーパのみによるモータシャフトと研磨工具装着用アタッチメントの締着に加えて、モータシャフトの表面の一部に、ねじ山の1部を落とした雄ねじを設け、また研磨工具装着用アタッチメントの開口円孔部内壁に前記雄ねじに螺着する雌ねじを設けて、上記螺着の際の取り付けを容易にするとともに、アタッチメント締着の際の軸ぶれを防止し、そして前記締着のためのねじの方向は、回転方向に対し締まるようにしてあるため、テーパのみによる場合の嵌合の狂いによるずれや、スラスト又はラジアル方向の負荷の加力によるずれの発生を未然に防止し、アタッチメントが脱落することがない。

【実施例】
以下本発明による実施例を、図面に基づいて説明する。
図1は、本発明の歯科技工用レーズのモータシャフトにアタッチメントを締着し、先端部に研磨用工具を装着したときの実装外観図である。
図において、1は歯科技工用電気レーズ、2はモータ、3はモータシャフトカバー、4は切り込み済シャフト、5はシャフト押さえ用切り込み、6は研磨工具装着用のバフ・ブラシ用テーパ付き(竹の子)(アタッチメント6)、7は研磨工具装着用の砥石用アタッチメント(アタッチメント7)、8はアタッチメント取り外し用孔、9、10はシャフトの回転方向、11はバフ、12は砥石(ディスク)13は平ワッシャ、14は肉厚ワッシャ、15はなべねじ、17はテーパ表面右ねじ、44はモータシャフトをそれぞれ示す。
図1に示したように、歯科技工用電気レーズ1のシャフト44の右・左両端には、バフ・ブラシ用テーパ付きの、アタッチメント(竹の子)6及び砥石用アタッチメント7が締着されており、各々、バフ11及びディスク12が装着されている。上記は、シャフト44の回転に対し逆ねじで締着・装着されているため作業時に脱落しない構造になっている。

次に本発明の、モータシャフトにアタッチメントを締着する構造の詳細について説明する。
図2は、モータシャフトにバフ・ブラシ用テーパ付きアタッチメント(竹の子)を締着する場合の図1の研磨工具を除くX−X方向矢視断面図である。

上記の構成において、前記アタッチメント6を、アタッチメントの締着方向27に移動させ、シャフト44に締着させるものとすると、
まず、アタッチメント6の基部は、シャフト44の先端部に嵌入されるが、このとき、アタッチメント6の雌ねじ部21の基部に近い部分が、シャフト44の雄ねじ部26の先端部に近い部分に接触するので、以降はアタッチメント6を右回りに回転させて螺着させる。この場合、前述したように雄ねじのねじ山は一部落とされているので、螺着は容易に行うことができる。
上記の状態にあるとき、アタッチメント6の内孔のテーパ部19と、シャフト44のテーパ部24のテーパ角度は、若干異なるものとしてあり、
例えば、シャフト44のテーパ部24の角度を35゜、アタッチメント6の内孔のテーパ部19の角度を45゜としてあるので、締着時には、前記テーパ部24の中間部と内孔のテーパ部19の先端部とが、環状の線接触状態となり、
アタッチメント6の軸線はシャフト44の軸線と一直線に整合される。
上記のとおり、シャフト44のテーパ部24及びアタッチメント6内孔のテーパ部19とは、環状の線接触が行われるため、シャフト44とアタッチメント6とは、容易に整合でき軸ぶれを起こさない。
また、前記ねじ山を少し落とした雄ねじ部26と、雌ねじ部21との螺着により全体が締着されるため、アタッチメント6の先端部に例えば、バフ11等を定着して材料の研磨を行った場合、ラジアル方向又はスラスト方向の負荷の加力によるずれの発生を防止することができ、アタッチメント6が脱落することがない。
なお、シャフト44の回転に対し、上記は各々逆ねじで螺着されているため作業時には締め込まれる方向となっている。

そして研磨等の作業終了後、アタッチメント6を取り外す場合は、前記切り込み済みシャフト4の部分を器具で掴持して固定した後、前記アタッチメント6のアタッチメント取り外し用孔8に棒状の回動器具を挿入して、アタッチメント6をシャフト44の回転方向に対して逆回転させて、容易に取り外すことができる。
また、バフ11等の研磨工具をアタッチメント6から取り外す場合は、アタッチメント6を固定して、同様に工具を逆回転させて容易に取り外すことができる。

上記の構成において、アタッチメント7を、アタッチメントの締着方向43に移動させ、シャフト44に締着させるものとすると、

また、前記ねじ山の一部を落とした雄ねじ部26と、雌ねじ部29との螺着により全体が締着されるため、アタッチメント7の先端部に例えば砥石(ディスク)12等を装着して材料の研磨を行った場合、ラジアル方向又はスラスト方向の負荷の加力によるずれの発生を防止することができ、アタッチメント7が脱落することがない。

【発明の効果】
本発明によれば下記に記載する優れた効果を発揮することができる。
1、本発明の請求項の1の発明によれば、
本発明の歯科技工用レーズは、モータのシャフトと、該シャフト前方部に締着される工具装着用アタッチメントより構成され、モータのシャフト前方部は、その先端に先細り形状のテーパ部と、その後方の外周に雄ねじ部を有し、また、前記アタッチメントは、円筒体であり、後方円孔部内壁には、雌ねじ部と、その前方には、前記シャフトにアタッチメントを締結した際に、シャフト先端のテーパ部に当接する、テーパ状に縮径した円孔部とを有し、かつ前記雄ねじ部のねじ山は少し落とされてなるため、締着の際の取り付けを容易にするとともに、アタッチメント締着の際の軸ぶれを防止し、嵌合の狂いによるずれや、ラジアル方向又はスラスト方向の負荷の加力によるずれの発生を未然に防止し、アタッチメントが脱落することがない効果がありかつ、工具の着脱は容易に行うことができる。
2、請求項の2の発明によれば、
前記シャフト先端のテーパ部とアタッチメント円孔部前方のテーパ部とは、そのテーパ角度を異にするものであるため、締着時には、シャフトのテーパ部の中間部とアタッチメントのテーパ部の先端部が、環状の線接触状態となり、アタッチメントの軸線はシャフトの軸線と一直線に整合される。
そして前記両者のテーパ部は、環状の線接触で行われるため、シャフトとアタッチメントとは、容易に整合でき軸ぶれを起こさない。
3、請求項の3の発明によれば、
アタッチメントが、円筒体の前方外周に先細りのねじ部を備えたいわゆる、竹の子であり、研磨用工具の各種のブラシあるいはバフ等を装着し、研磨作業を安全確実に行うことができる。
4、請求項の4の発明によれば、
アタッチメントが、前方にディスク状の工具取り付け用の定着用具を備えてなるため、円板状の砥石等を装着し、研磨作業を安全確実に行うことができる。
5、請求項の5の発明によれば、
歯科技工用レーズのモータシャフトに、各種研磨工具用アタッチメントを、モータシャフトの左右の両端部に装着できるため、各種の研磨用工具を選択してアタッチメントに装着使用することにより、研磨作業を安全確実にかつ、効率よく進めることができる。
