Description

The present invention relates to a sash having a heat insulating sash frame having a heat insulating sash frame, and more particularly, to a sash having a heat insulating sash frame using a sash frame member provided with an outdoor aluminum member and an indoor resin member.

Patent Document 1 discloses a sash excellent in heat insulating properties in which a heat insulating shoji is mounted on a heat insulating sash frame.
The sash frame material forming the heat insulating sash frame is formed by connecting an outdoor aluminum member and an indoor resin member.
In such a sash frame material, the indoor side portion is a resin member, so that no condensation occurs in the indoor side portion.

The above-described sash frame material is formed by stacking a resin member on the indoor side portion of the aluminum member, and screwing the screw from the resin member through the hole of the aluminum member into the building housing and tightening, thereby fixing the indoor side portion of the aluminum member and the resin member. Is generally attached to the building frame with screws.
However, if this is done, the indoor side portion of the aluminum member and the resin member come into contact with each other and heat is easily transmitted to both members, so that satisfactory heat insulation performance may not be obtained.
In order to solve this problem, a sash frame material has been proposed in which an air layer is provided between the indoor side portion of the aluminum member and the resin member to improve the heat insulation performance.

In this sash frame material, the indoor side portion of the aluminum member and the resin member are separated from each other, and therefore the indoor side portion of the aluminum member and the resin member are attached to the building frame using stepped screws.
For example, as shown in FIG. 7, the stepped screw 1 is screwed into a building housing (not shown) through the hole 3 of the resin member 2 and the hole 5 of the indoor portion 4a of the aluminum member 4, and the stepped portion of the stepped screw 1 1a is pressed against the periphery of the hole 5 in the indoor side portion 4a of the aluminum member 4, and the head portion 1b of the stepped screw 1 is pressed against the resin member 2 so that the indoor side portion 4a of the aluminum member 4 and the resin member 2 are attached. ing. In the figure, the air layer 6 is provided between the indoor portion 4 a of the aluminum member 4 and the resin member 2.

When the stepped screw 1 is attached as described above, the stepped portion 1a of the stepped screw 1 is in contact with the indoor side portion 4a of the aluminum member 4 so that the aluminum member 4 and the stepped screw 1 are in direct contact with each other. Condensation is likely to occur on the head 1b.
In addition, the cost is high because an expensive stepped screw is used compared to a standard screw.
Further, the stepped screw is difficult to insert into the hole 3 and the hole 5 as compared with the standard screw, so that the screw tightening operation is difficult to perform and the workability is lowered.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and its purpose is to have an air layer between the indoor side portion of the aluminum member and the resin member and to improve the heat insulation performance, and to the indoor side portion of the aluminum member. And sash frame that can be attached to the building frame side with standard screws, is low in cost, easy to tighten screws, improves workability, and does not easily cause condensation on the screw head. It is providing the sash used as the heat insulation sash frame using the material.

According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided an outdoor aluminum member, an indoor resin member that is provided in an indoor portion of the aluminum member to form an air layer, and a spacer that is difficult to transmit heat provided in the air layer. , Including a screw to be fixed to the building skeleton side through the screw insertion hole of the spacer from the mounting hole of the resin member and the through hole of the indoor side portion of the aluminum member,
The head of this screw has a truncated cone shape,
The mounting hole has a truncated cone screw head pressing hole,
The other end surface of the spacer has a truncated cone shape,
By fixing the screws to the building skeleton side, its bis head is pressed against each of the other end surface of the spacer and the screw head pressing hole of the mounting hole, one end face chamber of the aluminum member of the spacer The sash is characterized in that a heat insulating sash frame is formed by using a sash frame member pressed against a peripheral portion of the through hole in the inner portion.

In a second invention, the mounting hole for the resin member in the first invention has a spacer fitting hole,
The other end of the spacer is fitted into the spacer fitting hole of the mounting hole, and the spacer is supported by the resin member.

A third invention is a sash according to the first invention, wherein one end of the spacer is engaged with the through hole of the aluminum member, and the spacer is supported by the indoor side portion of the aluminum member.

According to this invention, since it has an air layer, it is a sash frame material which the heat insulation performance improved.
Also, the screw tightening force is supported by the indoor side portion of the aluminum member via the spacer, and the head of the screw is pressed against the resin member, so the standard screw is used to connect the indoor side portion of the aluminum member and the resin member to the building. It can be mounted on the housing side, and the cost is low, and the screw tightening work is easy to perform and the workability is improved.
Moreover, since the above-mentioned screw does not touch the aluminum member directly, dew condensation hardly occurs on the head of the screw.

As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, a sash excellent in heat insulation is formed by attaching a pouch 20 and a pouch 30 to a heat insulating sash frame 10 in a sliding manner.
The heat insulating sash frame 10 is an upper frame 11, a lower frame 12, a left vertical frame 13 and a right vertical frame 14 connected in a square shape, and the upper frame 11, the lower frame 12, and the left and right vertical frames 13, 14. Includes an outdoor aluminum member 15 and an indoor resin member 16. In this embodiment, the aluminum member 15 of the lower frame 12 is a heat insulating shape member in which two aluminum members are connected by a heat insulating material, but only one aluminum member may be used in the same manner as other frames.
A resin member 16 is superimposed on the indoor side portion 15a of the aluminum member 15 of the upper frame 11, the lower frame 12, and the right vertical frame 14, and the upper frame 11 is screwed with screws 17 from the resin member 16 to the building housing 18. The lower frame 12 and the right vertical frame 14 are fixed by screwing screws 17 into the building frame 18 from the overlapping portion.

A resin member 16 is provided on the indoor side portion 15a of the aluminum member 15 of the left vertical frame 13, and an air layer 19 is provided between them.
For example, the resin member 16 has a cross-sectional shape in which the outdoor-side attachment piece 16a, the inward-facing piece 16b, the intermediate piece 16c, and the indoor-side attachment piece 16d have a substantially bowl shape, and the intermediate piece 16c has a locking outward piece 16e.
The outdoor mounting piece 16a is fixed with a screw in the middle of the aluminum member 15 in the indoor outside direction, and the locking outward piece 16e is engaged with the indoor side end portion of the aluminum member 15 to mount the inward piece 16b and the intermediate piece 16c. An air layer 19 is formed by the locking outwardly facing piece 16 e and the indoor side portion 15 a of the aluminum member 15.
The screws 17 inserted through the spacers 40 provided in the air layer 19 are screwed and fixed to the building housing 18, and the indoor side portion 15 a of the aluminum member 15 and the resin member 16 are attached to the building housing 18. This left vertical frame 13 is the sash frame material of the present invention.

Each of the aluminum members 15 includes a housing attachment piece 15b. The housing attachment piece 15b abuts on the building housing 18 and is fixed by screws 15c.

Any of the upper frame 11, the lower frame 12, and the right vertical frame 14 may have an air layer similar to the left vertical frame 13, and may be fixed to the building housing 18 with the spacers 40 and screws 17. A plurality or all of the frame members may be the same as the left vertical frame 13.
That is, the sash frame member of the present invention is a frame member that forms the heat insulating sash frame 10.

The upper collar 21, the lower collar 22, the door-to-door fence 23, and the summoning bowl 24 that constitute the inner shoji 20 are heat-insulating bowls having an outdoor aluminum member 25 and an indoor resin member 26. Insulated shoji.
The upper collar 31, the lower collar 32, and the door collar 33 constituting the external shoji 30 are heat insulation baskets including an outdoor aluminum member 35 and an indoor resin member 36. However, since this summing bowl 34 overlaps with the summing bowl 24 of the inner shoji 20 in a state where the inner / outer shoji 30 and 40 are closed, the outer shoji 30 is also a heat insulating shoji.

Next, the detail of the part which attaches the indoor side part 15a and the resin member 16 of the aluminum member 15 of the said left vertical frame 13 to a building frame is demonstrated.
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a through hole 41 is formed in the indoor portion 15a of the aluminum member 15, and a mounting hole 42 is formed in the resin member 16 (intermediate piece 16c).
The mounting hole 42 has a screw head pressing hole portion 42a and a spacer fitting hole portion 42b, and the screw head pressing hole portion 42a is inward in the in-plane direction (the side opposite to the indoor side portion 15a of the aluminum member 15). The spacer fitting hole 42b is open to the outside in the in-plane direction (on the indoor side portion 15a side of the aluminum member 15).
In this embodiment, the screw head pressing hole portion 42a has a truncated cone shape so that the truncated cone-shaped head portion 17a of the screw 17 contacts.

The spacer 40 is made of a material that is difficult to transmit heat, such as resin, and has a screw insertion hole 43 through which the screw 17 is inserted so as to penetrate the one end surface 40a and the other end surface 40b.
One end surface 40 a of the spacer 40 is in contact with the peripheral portion of the through hole 41 in the indoor portion 15 a of the aluminum member 15, and the other end is fitted into the spacer fitting hole portion 42 b of the mounting hole 42. The other end of the spacer 40 has a tapered shape so that it can be easily fitted.
The head 17a of the screw 17 is in contact with the other end surface 40b of the spacer 40 (the peripheral portion of the screw insertion hole 43). That is, the head 17 a of the screw 17 is in contact with the screw head pressing hole 42 a of the mounting hole 42 of the resin member 16 and the other end surface 40 b of the spacer 40.
For example, the other end surface 40 b of the spacer 40 has a truncated cone shape that is continuous with the truncated cone screw head pressing hole portion 42 a of the mounting hole 42. That is, the screw head pressing hole portion 42a of the mounting hole 42 and the other end surface 40b of the spacer 40 have a truncated cone shape at the same angle, and the truncated cone-shaped head portion 17a of the screw 17 is different from the screw head pressing hole portion 42a. It is in contact with the end face 40b.

Thus, the indoor portion 15a of the aluminum member 15 and the resin member 16 can be attached with the screw 17, and the tightening force of the screw 17 is supported by the spacer 40, so an excessive force acts on the resin member 16. There is no deformation.
Further, the screw 17 and the indoor side portion 15a of the aluminum member 15 are not in direct contact with each other, and it is difficult for condensation to occur on the head 17a of the screw 17.
The screw 17 is a standard screw.
Further, the head 17a of the screw 17, the screw head pressing hole 42a of the mounting hole 42, and the other end surface 40b of the spacer 40 are each in the shape of a truncated cone, so that the head 17a of the screw 17 protrudes from the resin member 16. Without being substantially flush, preferably flush.
Further, the other end portion of the spacer 40 is fitted to the spacer fitting hole portion 42b of the mounting hole 42 and attached to the resin member 16, and the aluminum member 15 and the resin member 16 can be connected in this state, so that the connection is easy. Can be.

The spacer 40 may be attached to the indoor side portion 15 a of the aluminum member 15.
For example, as shown in FIG. 5, the spacer 40 is provided with four locking pieces 45 on one end surface 44a of the cylindrical body 44, and the other end surface 44b of the cylindrical body 44 (peripheral portion of the screw insertion hole 43) has a truncated cone shape. And
Each of the locking pieces 45 has a flat upper surface or lower surface and a locking portion 45a, and an outer peripheral surface 45b having an arcuate shape. The surface is substantially arc-shaped, and a locking projection is formed at the center where a screw 17 can be inserted.
The through hole 41 of the indoor portion 15a of the aluminum member 15 has a linear shape on the top and bottom and an arc shape on the left and right. The four locking pieces 45 are inserted into the through hole 41, and the locking portion 45a is Lock it to prevent it from coming off.

As shown in FIG. 6, the spacer 40 is attached with four locking pieces 45 inserted into the through holes 41 and supported so that the locking portions 45 a are locked to the opening edges of the through holes 41 so as not to fall off.
Also in this case, similarly to the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, the head portion 17a of the screw 17 is connected to the screw head pressing hole portion 42a of the mounting hole 42 and the other end surface 44b of the cylindrical body 44 (the other end surface 40b of the spacer 40). Touch.
The upper and lower portions of the one end surface 44a of the cylindrical body 44 (one end surface 40a of the spacer 40) are in contact with the upper and lower portions of the periphery of the through hole 41 in the indoor side member 15a of the aluminum member 15 to support the tightening force of the screw 17. .
