Claims (10)
- 基体(6)と、環状のシール部材(12)と、クランプリング(50)と、基体(6)と連結可能な環状体(20)とを含み、シール部材(12)が封止をするように当接する管端部(4、5)を、クランプリング(50)によって差込継手に固定可能であり、基体(6)の環状溝(13)に配置されたシール部材(12)が、差し込まれた管端部(4、5)の内面に当接する2つのシール隆起部を有しており、基体(6)の環状溝(13)は、径方向内側に配置されたシール部材(12)の環状溝(58)に係合する、半径方向外側を向いている保持体(57)を有している差込継手であって、
環状のシール部材(12)に、連結部分(68)によって互いに一体的に連結された2つのOリング(60、62)が組み込まれており、前記Oリング(60、62)の径方向の外面が、前記シール隆起部を形成するとともに、前記Oリング(60、62)の横断面が、実質的に円形の外側輪郭(80、82)を有しており、シール部材(12)の実質的に円筒状の内面(84、86)が、少なくともほぼ外側輪郭(80、82)に対して接線上を延びており、シール部材(12)の環状溝(58)が、第1のOリング(60)の円形の外側輪郭(80)の範囲外で連結部分(68)の領域に配置されており、連結部分(68)が、第1および/または第2のOリング(60、62)の径方向の厚さ(90、92)の40%から70%までの範囲内にある径方向の厚さ(89)を有していることを特徴とする、差込継手。 - 変形空間(78)がシール部材(12)の連結部分(68)を取り囲んでいる、請求項1に記載の差込継手。
- 連結部分(68)が、第1および/または第2のOリング(60、62)の径方向の厚さ(90、92)の50%から60%までの範囲内にある径方向の厚さ(89)を有している、請求項1または2に記載の差込継手。
- 環状溝(13)の保持体(57)が環状に構成されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の差込継手。
- シール部材(12)が、軸方向に第1のOリング(60)の前方に前側の軸方向端部(98)を有しており、前記前側の軸方向端部(98)の軸方向の長さ(100)が、第1のOリング(60)の径方向の厚さ(90)よりもはるかに小さく、および/または前記前側の軸方向端部(98)の軸方向の長さ(100)が、前記径方向の厚さ(90)の10%から40%まで、有利には15%から30%までの範囲内の大きさである、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の差込継手。
- 第2のOリング(62)に軸方向で続くように、軸方向の長さ(104)をもつ後側の軸方向端部(102)が配置されており、および/または前記後側の軸方向端部(102)の軸方向の長さ(104)が、第2のOリング(62)の径方向の厚さ(92)よりもはるかに小さく、前記第2のOリング(62)の径方向の厚さ(92)の有利には30%から60%まで、特に40%から50%までの間である、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の差込継手。
- 環状体(20)および/または基体(6)が、前側端部に向かってシール部材(12)に続くように、案内領域(35)を備える延長部(34、37)を有しており、差込継手に挿入されるべき管端部(4、5)を、差込継手の長軸(18)に対して実質的に同軸に位置合せ可能である、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の差込継手。
- シール部材(12)が、基体(6)のウェブ(15)および/または当接面もしくは端面(16)に対して所定の間隔(17)を有する前側の端部面(14)を備える環状溝(13)に配置されており、前記間隔が、環状体(20)の内側に位置する案内領域(35)の内径(36)と少なくともほぼ同じ大きさであるか、または前記案内領域(35)の内径(36)よりも大きく、または前記間隔(17)が、前記案内領域(35)の内径(36)の50%から130%まで、有利には60%から120%まで、特に70%から110%までの範囲内で設定されている、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の差込継手。
- 環状体(20)の延長部(34)および/または内側に位置する案内領域(35)が、所定の軸方向の長さ(38)を有しており、前記所定の軸方向の長さが、前記内径(36)の30%から60%までの範囲内で設定されている、請求項7または8に記載の差込継手。
- 基体(6)の延長部(37)および/または径方向外側に位置する案内領域(35’)が、所定の軸方向の長さ(38’)を有しており、および/または前記所定の軸方向の長さ(38’)が、環状体(20)の前記内径(36)の30%から60%まで、有利には40%から50%までの範囲内で設定されている、請求項7から9のいずれか一項に記載の差込継手。
