BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a halogenated phthalic acid derivative and a method for producing the same.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The phthalic acid derivative is useful as an intermediate material for optical materials, wiring board materials, photosensitive materials, liquid crystal materials and the like.
[0003]
Conventionally, as a phthalic acid derivative, JP-A-5-1148 discloses 1,4-bis ( 3,4-dicarboxytrifluorophenoxy) tetrafluorobenzene as 1,4-bis (3,4-dicyanotrimethyl). A method of reacting (fluorophenoxy) tetrafluorobenzene in a 60% aqueous sulfuric acid solution at 150 ° C. for 15 hours is disclosed.
