Description

【0001】

[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the present invention, a mounting support member 2 having an engagement groove 7 is provided at a predetermined position of an arbitrary wall surface 1 such as a bathroom, a washroom, or a storage room, and the item configuration portion 22 having an arbitrary shape is provided in the engagement groove 7. In the attachment device for engaging and attaching the hook engaging portion 17 of the item member 16 having the following, in the engaging groove 7 opened downward to the fixed side engaging portion 5 of the main body 4 of the attachment supporting member 2 When the front engagement recess 14 and the rear engagement recess 11 that are recessed forward and backward are formed, and the front engagement portion 18 of the hook engagement portion 17 is fitted into the rear engagement recess 11, the rear engagement recess 11 is formed. The hook engaging portion 17 is rotated about the hook rear side engaging step portion 10 at the lower part of the hook engaging portion 17 so that the base side engaging portion 21 of the hook engaging portion 17 is rotated. a And the hook engaging portion 17 is configured to be movable in the length direction of the mounting support member 2. In addition, the engagement groove 7 is formed inside the sleeve member 50 fitted in the fixed side engagement portion 5 of the main body 4. This is an item member mounting device such as a shelf.
In the present invention, the sleeve member 50 is an item such as a shelf in which a gap is formed between the inner surface of the fixed side engaging portion 5 of the main body 4 by a protrusion 56 provided on the upper surface of the sleeve member 50. This is a member mounting device.
In the present invention, a cover 30 is detachably attached to the opposite side wall 1 side of the main body 4, and protrudes toward the fixed-side engaging portion 5 of the mounting support member 2 at the side ends of the main body 4 and the cover 30. A cover cap 40 having a mounting arm 41 formed so as to be foldable downwardly from a notch portion 42 on the lower surface of the base side is attached to the mounting arm 41 from below the fixed side engaging portion 5 of the main body 4 with a screw 43. An item member mounting device such as a shelf configured as described above is provided.
[0006]
【Example】
An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Reference numeral 1 denotes a wall surface in an arbitrary place such as a bathroom, a washroom, or a storeroom. (Back side) When the front side of the wall surface 1 is “rear” (the direction is not a requirement), the vertical plate portion 3 of the main body 4 of the rail-shaped mounting support member 2 having a predetermined length in the left-right direction is provided on the wall surface 1. It is fixed by a fastener 8 such as a screw. The vertical plate portion 3 is formed with a fixed-side engaging portion 5 having a substantially inverted U-shape in a side view as viewed from the rear side, and an engaging groove 7 is formed on the inner surface side of the fixed-side engaging portion 5. To do.
The rear side of the fixed-side engaging portion 5 is formed as a rear-side inclined portion 9 that is inclined lower toward the rear side, and the rear side of the rear-side inclined portion 9 projects toward the inner front of the engaging groove 7. The engagement step portion 10 is formed integrally, and a rear fitting recess portion 11 that is recessed rearward is formed between the lower surface of the rear inclined portion 9 and the upper surface of the rear engagement step portion 10.
The front side of the fixed side engaging portion 5 is formed on a front side plate portion 12 formed in a vertical plate shape, and the engagement groove 7 is formed on the rear surface of the front side plate portion 12 above the rear side engaging step portion 10 in a side view. A front engagement step portion 13 that protrudes toward the inner rear side is formed, and a front fitting recess portion 14 that is recessed forward is formed between the front engagement step portion 13 and the lower surface of the rear inclined portion 9.
A hook engaging portion 17 of an item member 16 to be attached to the attaching support member 2 described later is engaged inside the engaging groove 7. The hook engaging portion 17 is formed in the tip engaging portion 18 with the tip positioned on the rear side cut off, and the tip engaging portion 18 is formed in the engaging groove 7. Rear fitting recess 11 To engage smoothly. The tip engaging portion 18 is formed with an inclined portion 19 which is inclined higher as it reaches the front side following the tip engaging portion 18, and a vertical vertical plate portion 20 is formed at the base of the inclined portion 19. An arc-shaped base-side contact portion 21 is formed between the vertical plate portion 20 and the vertical plate portion 20, and an upper portion from the vertical plate portion 20 is formed in the hook engaging portion 17. The item member 16 is formed by forming the item component 22 of the item member 16.
The item component 22 includes a shelf 24, a hook 25, a soap tray 26, a shower hook 27, and a toothbrush pocket 2. 8 mag These item members 16 are detachably attached to the attachment support member 2.
In this case, the main body 4 and the engaging groove 7 and the hook engaging portion 17 of the item member 16 have the same cross-sectional shape, and the item member 16 is attached to the mounting support member 2 with respect to the mounting support member 2. It becomes movable in the length direction.
[0007]
Thus, the mounting support member 2 is fixed to the wall surface 1 in accordance with the length of each item member 16, and the hook engaging portion 17 of the item member 16 is inserted into the engagement groove 7 of the mounting support member 2. Once engaged, installation and installation is complete.
That is, the engaging groove 7 of the mounting support member 2 is formed to open downward, and the hook engaging portion 17 of the item member 16 is formed with the tip engaging portion 18 on the rear side. When the hook engaging portion 17 is inserted from below the joint groove 7 and the item member 16 is pushed downward, the fixed side engaging portion 5 is deformed and the hook engaging portion 17 engages with the engaging groove 7. If the attachment support member 2 having the same width as the item member 16 is attached to the wall surface 1, the item member 16 can be installed on the wall surface 1.
In addition, since the item member 16 only needs to be fitted into the engaging groove 7 from below, when the length of the mounting support member 2 is longer than the width of the item member 16, the item member 16 is in contact with the mounting support member 2. Since the mounting support member 2 can be moved in the length direction, the layout can be easily changed.
Reference numeral 23 denotes an abutting portion provided in the item constituting portion 22 of the item member 16. When the hook engaging portion 17 is engaged with the engaging groove 7, the abutting portion is abutted against the wall surface 1 and the item member 16 is rattled. . That is, when the hook engaging portion 17 is engaged with the engaging groove 7, the load is supported. In this state, when the abutting portion 23 is brought into contact with the wall surface 1, the rattling of the item member 16 is prevented. .
[0008]
Thus, the cover 30 is attached to the rear outer periphery of the main body 4 of the mounting support member 2.
The cover 30 is formed in an approximately U shape by an upper plate 31, an intermediate plate 32, and a lower plate 33, an upper engagement portion 34 is formed at an edge of the upper plate 31, and the main body 4 is formed on the inner surface of the intermediate plate 32. An intermediate engagement body 35 protruding toward the center, a lower end edge of the intermediate plate 32 is formed in the lower engagement portion 36, and an upper engagement portion 34 is provided at the upper end of the vertical plate portion 3 of the mounting support member 2. The intermediate engagement body 35 is engaged with a main body side intermediate engagement portion 38 provided above the fixed side engagement portion 5, and the lower engagement portion 36 is fixed side engagement portion. 5 is attached by being elastically fitted to the rear side.
Thus, the cover cap 40 is attached to the end of the main body 4 of the mounting support member 2. The cover cap 40 is attached so as to be fitted to the side ends of the main body 4 and the cover 30, and the base portion of the mounting arm 41 projecting inward in the longitudinal direction of the main body 4 on the inner surface of the cover cap 40. Is formed in the lower surface of the base portion of the mounting arm 41 on the inner side of the inner surface of the cover cap 40, and is formed so as to be foldable downward from the cutout portion 42. Forms a screw hole 44 for mounting the screw 43.
Usually, the cover cap 40 is fitted to the side ends of the main body 4 and the cover 30 from the side, and the mounting arm 41 of the cover cap 40 is inserted into the engagement groove 7 of the main body 4, and below the engagement groove 7. It fixes to the main body 4 with the screw 43 from the side. However, when the side wall surface 1 with respect to the mounting wall surface 1 of the main body 4 is in the vicinity of the end portion of the main body 4, the mounting arm 41 is folded to cover the cover cap 40 from the front between the end portion of the main body 4 and the side wall surface 1. After the insertion, the mounting arm 41 is extended and positioned below the fixed-side engaging portion 5 of the main body 4, and is fixed to the main body 4 by the screw 43 from the lower side of the engaging groove 7.
[0009]
11 to 15 show another embodiment relating to the fixed-side engaging portion 5 and the engaging groove 7, and the rear side of the fixed-side engaging portion 5 is connected to the front plate portion 12 in the hook engagement. A deformed portion 45 that is deformed and retracted when the base side abutting portion 21 of the joint portion 17 abuts is formed.
The deformable portion 45 has a distal end formed at the free moving end 46 and a base portion located below the free moving end 46 formed integrally with the front plate 12, and the free moving end 46 is formed by the hook engaging portion 17. The hook member is formed so as to be deformable between an advancing position protruding toward the inside of the engaging groove 7 before engaging and a retracting position retracted when the hook engaging portion 17 is engaged. It is formed with elasticity so that it returns to its original state when the engaging portion 17 is disengaged.
Therefore, the other part of the fixed side engaging part 5 does not need to be deformed when the hook engaging part 17 is engaged. In this respect, the other part of the fixed side engaging part 5 is different from the first example. Since the deformation is performed in the engagement groove 7, the deformation and breakage due to the impact from the outside are remarkably reduced, and the durability is improved.
In this case, the deformable portion 45 is formed in a tongue piece shape protruding upward and the upper end is formed at the free movement end 46 in the embodiment, but may be formed in a tongue piece shape protruding downward.
[0010]
16 to 22 show another embodiment relating to the fixed-side engaging portion 5 and the engaging groove 7, and a synthetic resin sleeve member 50 is fitted to the inner surface of the fixed-side engaging portion 5. The engaging groove 7 is formed inside the sleeve member 50, the deforming portion 45 is formed on the inner surface of the sleeve member 50 facing the engaging groove 7, and the hook engaging portion 17 is disengaged from the deforming portion 45. Deformed.
Therefore, in this embodiment, a sleeve fitting groove 51 for fitting the sleeve member 50 is formed on the inner surface of the fixed side engaging portion 5.
A front-side fitting recess 52 for sleeve and a rear-side fitting recess 53 for sleeve that are recessed in the front-rear direction are formed on the front-rear side in the sleeve-fitting groove 51, respectively, and the front-side fitting recess 52 for sleeve and the rear-side fitting for sleeve are formed. The fixed engagement portion 5 below the recess 53 is formed with a sleeve front engagement step portion 54 and a sleeve rear engagement step portion 55 that protrude toward the inside of the sleeve fitting groove 51, respectively.
The sleeve member 50 is formed in an outer peripheral shape corresponding to the substantially inner shape of the sleeve fitting groove 51 by an elastic member such as a synthetic resin, and the sleeve member 50 is interposed between the sleeve member 50 at a predetermined portion and the fixed-side engaging portion 5. A gap is provided for easily deforming.
The sleeve member 50 is attached to the main body 4 by being fitted from the side into the sleeve fitting groove 51 of the fixed side engaging portion 5 of the main body 4. A plurality of protrusions 56 are formed on the upper outer peripheral surface of the sleeve member 50 at a predetermined interval in the front-rear direction, and the upper surface of the protrusions 56 is brought into contact with the inner surface of the sleeve fitting groove 51. The protrusion 56 also acts to facilitate deformation when the sleeve member 50 is fitted into the sleeve fitting groove 51 of the fixed side engaging portion 5 and is suitable.
[0011]
A front-side engagement recess 14 and a rear-side engagement recess 11 that are recessed in the front-rear direction are formed on the front-rear side in the engagement groove 7 inside the sleeve member 50, respectively. A hook rear engagement step portion 10 protruding toward the inside front of the groove 7 is formed, and a front engagement step portion 13 protruding toward the inside of the engagement groove 7 is formed below the front engagement recess portion 14.
A deformation gap 57 is formed between the front surface of the front engagement step portion 13 and the inner peripheral surface of the sleeve fitting groove 51 of the fixed side engagement portion 5, and the front engagement step portion 13 and the front engagement step The portion of the sleeve member 50 that extends downward following the portion 13 constitutes a deformed portion 45 that is deformed and retracts when the base side abutting portion 21 of the hook engaging portion 17 of this embodiment abuts.
The deformable portion 45 is formed by forming the lower end of the front side of the sleeve member 50 at the free movement end 46 of the deformable portion 45, and the base portion of the deformable portion 45 is formed integrally with the front engagement step portion 13, The free moving end 46 is formed so as to be deformable between an advancing position protruding toward the inside of the engaging groove 7 before the hook engaging portion 17 is engaged and a retreat position where the hook engaging portion 17 is retracted when the hook engaging portion 17 is engaged. In addition, it is formed with elasticity so that it returns to its original state when the engaged hook engaging portion 17 is disengaged.
Accordingly, the sleeve member 50 itself forming the deformable portion 45 is configured to be elastically deformed by the synthetic resin, and this point is different from the second embodiment. However, the hook engagement portion 17 can be easily engaged. As a result, the operational feeling is improved, and the generation of abnormal noise due to the connection and disconnection of the hook engaging portion 17 is significantly reduced and the durability is improved.
Thus, the tip engaging portion 18 of the hook engaging portion 17 is formed in a circular arc shape so as to be smoothly engaged with the front engaging recess 14 of the sleeve member 50, and reaches the front side following the tip engaging portion 18. Accordingly, a base side engagement portion (base side contact portion) 21 a that bulges toward the front side is formed at the base portion of the slope portion 19.
The point which forms the base side engaging part (base side contact part) 21a in the base of this inclination part 19 is different from 2nd Example.
[0012]
Since the shape of the main body 4 is different in the third embodiment, the cover 30 is formed in a shape corresponding to this, the upper engagement portion 34 is formed at the edge of the upper plate 31, and the lower plate 33 is formed. A lower engagement portion 36 is formed at the edge, the upper engagement portion 34 is engaged with the main body upper engagement portion 37, and the lower engagement portion 36 is provided at the lower rear portion of the fixed engagement portion 5. The main body lower side engaging portion 60 is engaged and attached.
Thus, in the above-described embodiment, the positional relationship between the front engagement recess 14 on the front and rear sides in the engagement groove 7 and the rear engagement recess 11 is the same as that of the front engagement recess 14 and the rear engagement recess 11. Any may be high and the front side engagement recessed part 14 may be the same or low with respect to the rear side engagement recessed part 11 like FIG.
That is, the front end engaging portion 18 of the hook engaging portion 17 engages with the rear engaging concave portion 11, and the base side abutting portion 21 or the other portion of the hook engaging portion 17 is an arbitrary inside of the engaging groove 7. The rotation of the hook engaging portion 17 is stopped by coming into contact with the peripheral surface, whereby the engaging groove 7 and the hook engaging portion 17 are relatively moved relative to the front engaging portion 18 and the rear engaging recessed portion 11. What is necessary is just to make the disengagement direction of the fitting part center and the load direction applied to the item member 16 inconsistent, and to support a load.
[0013]
[Action]
Next, the operation will be described.
The vertical plate portion 3 of the main body 4 of the mounting support member 2 is applied to a predetermined position of an arbitrary wall surface 1 such as a bathroom, a washroom, or a storeroom, and is fixed by a fastener 8 such as a screw.
The main body 4 of the mounting support member 2 forms, on the rear surface of the vertical plate portion 3, a fixed side engaging portion 5 that opens toward the lower side as it reaches the rear side. Since the engaging groove 7 is formed on the inner side of the mounting member 2, when the hook engaging portion 17 of the item member 16 is engaged with the engaging groove 7, the item member 16 can be attached to the mounting support member 2.
Therefore, the item member 16 can be easily mounted on the mounting support member 2 simply by attaching the mounting support member 2 to any wall surface 1.
In this case, the hook engaging portion 17 of the item member 16 forms an inclined portion 19 following the tip engaging portion 18 formed at the end with the tip separated, and an arc-shaped base side contact portion following the inclined portion 19. Since the vertical plate portion 20 in the vertical direction is formed via 21 and the rear fitting recess 11 is formed on the rear side in the engagement groove 7 of the mounting support member 2, the hook member of the item member 16 is engaged. When the joint portion 17 is inserted into the engagement groove 7 from below and pushed toward the wall surface 1 with the front end engagement portion 18 facing upward as shown in FIG. 2, the front end engagement portion 18 is pushed toward the rear fitting recess 11. Rotate in this state.
Since the front side plate portion 12 of the fixed side engaging portion 5 is in contact with the wall surface 1, when pressed toward the wall surface 1, the base side contact portion 21 of the hook engaging portion 17 gets over the front side engagement step portion 13. Sometimes, the fixed engagement portion 5 is deformed, whereby the engagement is completed, and the base contact portion 21 of the hook engagement portion 17 hits the inner periphery of the engagement groove 7 to stop the rotation of the item member 16. To be installed.
[0014]
Therefore, the front end engaging portion 18 of the hook engaging portion 17 positioned in the front and rear is fitted in the rear side fitting recess 11, and the load applied to the item member 16 is based on the front end engaging portion 18 and the base side contact portion 21. Since the hook engaging portion 17 is inserted from below and rotated, the tip engaging portion 18 and the base side abutting portion 21 are brought into contact with the item constituting portion 22 of the item member 16. Supports the load of the placed article.
Therefore, the item member 16 other than the engaging portion between the engaging groove 7 and the hook engaging portion 17 does not need to be in contact with the mounting support member 2 or the wall surface 1, and the air permeability around the item member 16 is good. In addition, defects such as wrinkles do not occur.
Further, when the hook engaging portion 17 of the item member 16 is engaged with the engaging groove 7, the base side contact portion 21 of the hook engaging portion 17 gets over the front engaging step portion 13. This makes the operator feel a sense of moderation, easily confirms the engagement completion state, and avoids a situation in which unnecessary force is applied to cause damage.
[0015]
Thus, when the item member 16 is removed from the engaging groove 7 of the mounting support member 2, the item engaging portion 22 of the item member 16 is lifted while being pulled toward the front side. The base-side abutting portion 21 is disengaged after getting over the front-side engaging step portion 13, and further, when pulled forward, the front-end engaging portion 18 is disengaged from the rear-side fitting concave portion 11, and in this state, the entire item member 16 is removed. When lowered, it can be removed.
Also in this case, since the fixed-side engaging portion 5 is deformed, the item member 16 can be easily removed, neither the engaging groove 7 nor the hook engaging portion 17 is damaged, and frequent attachment / detachment is prevented. Durability is also improved.
Since the item member 16 is not restricted by the shape of the item component 22 with respect to the vertical plate portion 20 of the hook engaging portion 17, the shelf 24 on which articles are placed can be changed by variously changing the shape of the item component 22. Various kinds of item members 16 such as a hook 25 for hanging articles, a soap tray 26 for placing soap, a shower hook 27 for engaging a shower head, a toothbrush pocket 28 for inserting a toothbrush, and a wire storage shelf 29 are provided on the wall 1. Removably attached.
Moreover, since the item member 16 has only to be engaged with the engaging groove 7 from below, the mounting support member 2 can be moved in the length direction, and the item member 16 is arranged in a layout that best fits the place. it can.
In this case, it is only necessary to fix the main body 4 to the wall surface 1 by the fasteners 8 and the mounting support member 2 can be arranged in the vertical direction in consideration of the size of the item member 16. The degree of freedom in layout is greatly improved. Further, since the mounting support member 2 only needs to directly fix the main body 4 to the wall surface 1, there is no restriction on retrofitting.
[0016]
Thus, the upper engaging portion 34 of the cover 30 is engaged with the main body upper engaging portion 37 provided at the upper end of the vertical plate portion 3 of the main body 4 of the mounting support member 2, and in this state, the upper and lower intermediate portions of the cover 30. When the intermediate engagement body 35 is pushed toward the main body side intermediate engagement portion 38 provided above the fixed side engagement portion 5, the cover 30 is deformed, and the intermediate engagement body 35 is engaged with the main body side intermediate engagement portion 38. As a result, the lower engagement portion 36 of the cover 30 abuts on the rear lower surface of the fixed engagement portion 5 of the main body 4 to complete the attachment of the cover 30.
Therefore, the engaging portion between the mounting support member 2 and the item member 16 is surrounded from the upper side by the cover 30, and even if it is installed in a bathroom or bathroom, it is possible to eliminate as much as possible water from entering the engaging groove 7. .
In this case, since the vertical plate portion 20 of the hook engaging portion 17 of the item member 16 is separated from the wall surface 1, water does not enter the engaging groove 7 due to capillary action.
Accordingly, the cover cap 40 is fitted to the side ends of the main body 4 and the cover 30, and the mounting arm 41 of the cover cap 40 is placed in the engaging groove 7 of the fixed side engaging portion 5 of the mounting support member 2. It is inserted and fixed to the main body 4 by a screw 43 from the lower side of the engaging groove 7.
In this case, the mounting arm mounting arm 41 is formed with a notch 42 on the lower surface of the base portion at a predetermined distance inside the inner surface of the cover cap 40, and ahead of the notch 42 portion of the mounting arm mounting arm 41. Since the side is foldable downward, the mounting arm 41 is folded and the cover cap 40 is inserted between the end of the main body 4 and the side wall surface 1 from the front. It extends and is positioned below the fixed-side engaging portion 5 of the mounting support member 2, and is fixed to the main body 4 by a screw 43 from below the engaging groove 7.
Therefore, it is possible to attach the cover cap 40 close to the side wall surface 1 by the length from the notch 42 to the tip of the mounting arm 41, and the range in which the mounting support member 2 can be installed can be expanded.
[0017]
Thus, in the other examples of the fixed side engaging portion 5 and the engaging groove 7 in FIGS. 11 to 15, in addition to the above-described effect, the rear side of the fixed side engaging portion 5 is the front plate portion 12. Are formed with a deformed portion 45 that deforms and retreats when the base side abutting portion 21 of the hook engaging portion 17 abuts, so that the deformed portion 45 is formed before the hook engaging portion 17 is engaged. When the hook engaging portion 17 is engaged, the hook engaging portion 17 engages with the engaging groove 7 from the advancing position protruding toward the inside of the engaging groove 7.
Therefore, the front end engaging portion 18 and the base side abutting portion 21 of the hook engaging portion 17 are fitted in the front side fitting concave portion 14 and the rear side fitting concave portion 11, respectively, and the load applied to the item member 16 is the front end engaging portion 18. The base side abutting part 21 acts so as to rotate upward about the center, and the distal end engaging part 18 and the base side abutting part 21 support the load of the article placed on the item component part 22 of the item member 16. To do.
Moreover, the deformed portion 45 portion of the fixed side engaging portion 5 located in the engaging groove 7 is formed with elasticity so that it is deformed and returns to its original shape when the hook engaging portion 17 is jointed. This portion does not need to be deformed when the hook engaging portion 17 is engaged, so that it can be formed with rigidity, and the fixed-side engaging portion 5 is deformed due to an impact or load from the outside. The damage is remarkably reduced and the durability is improved.
[0018]
The deformed portion 45 has a tip Free moving end 46 15 and is formed integrally with the front plate 12 so that the front end engaging portion 18 faces upward and is engaged as shown in FIG. When inserted into the groove 7 from below and pushed toward the wall surface 1, the front end engaging portion 18 fits into the rear side engaging recess 11 and rotates in this state, and the base engaging portion of the hook engaging portion 17 is rotated. 21 comes into contact with the deformable portion 45 and retracts to the front side, gets over the free movement end 46 of the deformable portion 45 and completes the engagement, and the inclined portion 19 of the hook engaging portion 17 hits the inner periphery of the engaging groove 7 to make the item The rotation of the member 16 is stopped and attached.
When the base side contact portion 21 of the hook engaging portion 17 gets over the free moving end 46 of the deforming portion 45, the free moving end 46 is separated from the front side plate portion 12, and the deforming portion 45 is elastically hooked. Is pushed rearward to keep the entire hook engaging portion 17 in the fitted state.
In order to remove the hook engaging portion 17, when the item constituting portion 22 of the item member 16 is lifted while being pulled toward the front side, the base side abutting portion 21 of the hook engaging portion 17 is free to move the deformable portion 45. When the end 46 is pushed and deformed to overcome and disengage, and further pulled forward, the front end engaging portion 18 is disengaged from the front fitting recess 14, and in this state, the item member 16 is lowered as a whole to be removed.
[0019]
Accordingly, in another embodiment relating to the fixed-side engaging portion 5 and the engaging groove 7 in FIGS. 16 to 22, the sleeve member 50 formed on the inner surface of the fixed-side engaging portion 5 by an elastic member such as synthetic resin is provided. Since the engaging groove 7 is formed inside the sleeve member 50 and the deforming portion 45 is formed on the inner surface of the sleeve member 50 facing the engaging groove 7, the hook engaging portion 17 is engaged. Detachment is performed by deforming the deforming portion 45.
Therefore, when the hook engaging portion 17 of the item member 16 is engaged with the engaging groove 7, the sleeve member 50 is elastically deformed to facilitate the engagement, and after the engagement, the sleeve member 50 is restored to its original shape. Since it returns elastically, it is hard to come off and firmly supports the engaged state. That is, since the sleeve member 50 itself that forms the deformable portion 45 is configured to be elastically deformed by the synthetic resin, the engagement of the hook engaging portion 17 is facilitated and the operational feeling is improved. The generation of abnormal noise due to the connection / disconnection of the engaging portion 17 is remarkably reduced and the durability is improved.
In this case, a slight gap is formed in a predetermined portion between the outer periphery of the front upper surface of the sleeve member 50 and the inner surface of the sleeve fitting groove 51 of the mounting support member 2. When the hook engaging portion 17 is engaged, the elastic deformation of the sleeve member 50 is facilitated to facilitate the engagement.
[0020]
In particular, since the deformation gap 57 is formed between the front surface of the front engagement step portion 13 of the sleeve member 50 and the inner peripheral surface of the sleeve fitting groove 51 of the fixed side engagement portion 5, When the stepped portion 13 and the lower portion thereof become the deforming portion 45 and the base side engaging portion 21a of the hook engaging portion 17 contacts the deforming portion 45, the free moving end 46 of the deforming portion 45 becomes the deformation gap 57. The base side engaging portion 21a of the hook engaging portion 17 gets over the front engaging stepped portion 13 and fits into the front engaging concave portion 14 to complete the engagement. .
Further, since the tip engaging portion 18 of the hook engaging portion 17 is formed in a circular arc shape in cross section, it smoothly engages with the front engaging concave portion 14 of the sleeve member 50.
Further, below the front-side fitting recess 14 and the rear-side fitting recess 11 are formed a front-side engagement step 13 and a rear-side fitting recess 11 protruding inward so as to reduce the front-rear width of the engagement groove 7. Therefore, the front end engaging portion 18 is fitted into the rear fitting recessed portion 11 and the base side engaging portion 21a is fitted into the front engaging step portion 13, respectively, so that the engagement state is further satisfactorily maintained.
[0021]
Thus, when the item member 16 is removed from the engagement groove 7, if the item component portion 36 of the item member 16 is lifted while being pulled toward the near side, the base side engagement portion of the hook engagement portion 17 of the item member 16 is used. 21a is disengaged from the front engagement recess 14 and gets over the front engagement step 13, and further pulled forward, the front end engagement portion 18 is disengaged from the rear engagement recess 11, and in this state, the entire item member 16 is lowered. And you can remove it.
Also in this case, since the sleeve member 50 is deformed, the item member 16 can be easily detached, neither the sleeve member 50 nor the hook engaging portion 17 is damaged, and durability against frequent attachment / detachment is improved. To do.
Is pushed toward the main body 4, the cover 30 is deformed, and the lower engagement portion 36 of the cover 30 is provided at the lower rear side of the fixed-side engagement portion 5 of the main body 4. Main body lower engagement portion 60 And the attachment of the cover 30 is completed.
[0022]
