Description

The present invention relates to a formwork for construction comprising a formwork panel and a support for molding concrete.

Conventionally, in a building having a concrete frame, a wall formwork for molding the concrete frame is composed of a formwork panel (concrete panel) and a support work. The inner and outer formwork panels are made up of vertical and horizontal ends made of square pipes that are assembled vertically and horizontally on the outer surface of the outer formwork panel. And a separator assembly (consisting of a separator, a form tie, a cone, a washer, a nut, and the like) that is integrally coupled to the vertical end thick and the horizontal end thick. The interval between them is kept constant, and deformation and bending of the formwork panels are prevented (see Non-Patent Document 1 below).
Books Illustrated “Shaping construction of architecture” Kazuho Hatanaka, edited by Science and Engineering, July 15, 1990

By the way, in the conventional architectural formwork, as shown in FIG. 9, in order to prevent the inner and outer formwork panels from being deformed and bent and to hold the entire formwork panel vertically, a plurality of separator assemblies are used. It is necessary to reduce the space between the three-dimensional space and increase the number of steps. Especially, the formwork panel on the uppermost wall increases the amount of deformation and deflection, so the space between the upper and lower separator assemblies must be further narrowed. As a result, the workability of the formwork assembly deteriorates, and the uppermost part of the assembled formwork, that is, the part to which the slab formwork is connected is formed by the separator assembly on the inner and outer walls. Since the formwork panel is difficult to bind, it is easy to be deformed (see the two-dot chain line in FIG. 9), it is difficult to adjust the formwork panel vertically, and a separate holding member is required. There was a problem of inviting.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and prevents deformation and bending of the inner and outer formwork panels without using a conventional separator assembly, and covers the entire area of the wall formwork panel. It is an object of the present invention to provide a novel formwork for construction which solves the above-mentioned problems by making the vertical holding firm.

In order to achieve the above object, the invention described in claim 2 is the one described in claim 1,
The binding member (50) is bent into a square shape by a rod such as a metal rod, and the insertion portion (50a) and the locking portion (50c) are formed at both ends thereof, respectively. It is said.

Furthermore, in order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the invention according to claim 3 is the one according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the vertical end thick and the horizontal end thick are vertically connected to stand up. It is the same member as the connection bar which connects the panels.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, a plurality of vertical end thicknesses are temporarily fixed in the vertical direction at intervals in the horizontal direction on the outer surface of the formwork panel. The ends are overlapped in a lattice pattern, and the bent portion of the binding member is engaged with the outer edge of the lateral end thick and straddles the lateral end thick, and the insertion portion and the locking portion of the binding member are connected to the longitudinal end. Since each of the thick connecting holes is inserted and engaged , the formwork panel is firmly held from the lowermost part to the uppermost part, and can be held vertically with high precision. In particular, the uppermost part of the wall formwork It becomes possible to tie up firmly. In addition, a conventional separator is unnecessary, the number of parts is small, the structure is simple, and the workability is excellent, and a significant cost reduction can be achieved.

Further, according to the invention described in claim 2, it is easy and easy to connect the vertical end thick and the horizontal end thick by the binding member, and the workability of the support work is further enhanced.

Furthermore, according to the third aspect of the present invention, the vertical end thick and the horizontal end thick are composed of the same member as the connecting bar that connects the formwork panels that are vertically connected to stand up. Reduction becomes significant, and further cost reduction is achieved.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Embodiments of the present invention will be specifically described below based on examples of the present invention illustrated in the accompanying drawings.

Further, as will be described later, the outer heat insulating panels 1 and 1 are connected to each other by the assembly tie 20 in the concrete placement space S, and the assembly tie 20 is a straight bar. It has a locking portion 20a, 20a that bends at substantially right angles at both ends, and is formed in a “spot shape” shape.

In this embodiment, the vertical end thickness 30 constituting one part of the support C is the same as that of the connecting bar 10, that is, as clearly shown in FIGS. The first and second portions 30 1 , 30 2 are formed in a T-shaped cross section, and the first portion 30 1 is provided with a plurality of connecting holes 31 in the longitudinal direction .

Further, in this embodiment, the horizontal end thick 40 constituting another part of the support work is configured in the same manner as the vertical end thick 30 so as to be used as the connecting bar 10 as well. Further, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the binding member 50 constituting another part of the support C is a bent portion that is bent into a middle shape by a rod body such as a metal rod. 50d, and at one end thereof, an insertion portion 50a is formed via an engaging step portion 50b, and a locking portion 50c bent at a substantially right angle is formed at the other end.

Next, with reference to FIGS. 2-8, the formwork MW of the wall for construction is used using the vertical end thick 30, the horizontal end thick 40, and the fastening member 50 which comprise the said heat insulation panel 1 and the support work C. As shown in FIG. The case of assembling will be described.

The formwork MW of the building wall is provided with the outer heat insulating panels 1 on the foundation B, with the concrete placement space S standing inside each other.

As shown in FIG. 4, in order to build and connect the upper thermal insulation panel 1 (U) to the lower thermal insulation panel 1 (D), the lower thermal insulation panel 1 (with the connection bar 10 fixed in advance as described above ( D) is held in a vertical state, and the upper thermal insulation panel 1 (U) is raised there. At this time, the slits 2 of the upper insulating panel 1 (U), the second portion 10 2 of the connecting bar 10 is inserted fixed.

This like an anchor state, the corresponding insulating panel 1 of each stage (U) from each other, 1 (D) each other, the engaging portions at both ends of the first portion 10 1 of the coupling hole 11 in the assembly tie 20 of the connecting bar 10 20a and 20a are connected together by being inserted and engaged.

By the way, the heat insulating panels 1 erected in a plurality of stages have sufficient strength so that they are not deformed or bent by the concrete pouring pressure, and ensure high-precision vertical retention. In order to do so, it is reinforced by the support C according to the present invention.

As shown in FIGS. 2 to 6, a plurality of vertical end thicknesses 30 made of T-bars are spaced laterally on the outer surface of the inner and outer heat insulation panels 1. These vertical end thicknesses 30... Are temporarily fixed to the connecting bar 10 by a fixing tool 33 such as a tap screw.

On the outer surface of the plurality of vertical end thicks 30..., A plurality of horizontal end thick 40. The intersecting portions of the lateral end thicknesses 40 are fastened together by fastening members 50. That is, as clearly shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the insertion portion 50 a at one end of the fastening member 50 is inserted into the connection hole 31 of the thick vertical end 30, and the engagement step portion 50 c is engaged with the connection hole 31. After that, the bent portion 50 d of the binding member 50 is engaged with the outer edge of the first portion 40 1 of the thick side end 40, and the locking portion 50 c at the other end is inserted into the other connecting hole 31. .

Incidentally, after it plugged before the locking portion 50 C at the other end of the tie element 5 0 the coupling hole 31 of Tatetan thick 30, first the tie element 50 carbonochloridate-shaped bent portion 50d of Yokotan thick 40 1 engages the portion 40 1 of the outer edge, integrally insert portion 50a of one end thereof, inserted into the other connecting hole 31, the TatetanFutoshi 30 ... and Yokotan thickness 40 ... each intersection of the tie element 50 ... by You may be tightly bound.

As described above, the inner and outer heat insulation panels 1... Which are set up in a plurality of stages are firmly supported by the support C composed of the vertical end thick 30, the horizontal end thick 40 and the binding member 50.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the wall formwork MW is further supported by a plurality of pipe supports 25. That is, a plurality of pipe supports 25 are stretched between the uppermost horizontal end thickness 40 of the inner heat insulating panel 1 and the foundation B, whereby the strength of the wall formwork MW is increased, and the vertical Retention can be further ensured.

As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, a slab mold MS is attached to the top of the wall mold MW. The formwork panel 60 of the formwork MS of the slab is supported by a plurality of pipe supports 63 via joists 61 and large draws 62.

Reinforcing bars (not shown) are incorporated into the concrete placement space S formed by the formwork M formed of the wall formwork MW and the slab formwork MS assembled as described above. As shown by, by placing concrete in the space S, a concrete frame of a building is formed.

After the concrete is placed, the support C is disassembled and removed from the heat insulating panel 1, but the heat insulating panel 1 is used as a heat insulating wall of the building while being integrated with the concrete frame.

As described above, in this embodiment, the supporting work C of the wall formwork MW is constituted by the vertical end thick 30 and the horizontal end thick 40 assembled in the vertical and horizontal directions, and the fastening member 50 that fastens them. By the work C, the heat insulating panels 1 are firmly held from the lowermost part to the uppermost part, and high-precision vertical holding is performed. In particular, the uppermost portion of the wall mold MW, that is, the connecting portion to the slab mold MS (it is difficult to connect the connecting portions in the conventional separator assembly) can be firmly connected.

Further, the support C according to this embodiment is composed of the vertical end thick 30, the horizontal end thick 40 and the fastening member 50, and it is not necessary to employ the conventional separator assembly. In particular, the vertical end thick 30 and the horizontal end thick 40 are used. Since both are also used as the connection bar 10 of the heat insulation panel 1, the number of parts is reduced, and the construction is greatly simplified, and the production cost and the construction cost can be reduced.
