[0018]
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, and its purpose is to suppress an increase in construction cost and a concrete wall that can be constructed even when an operator cannot enter a gap between adjacent sites. It is to provide a construction method.
[0019]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The method for constructing a concrete wall according to the present invention uses a spacing member including a rod-shaped portion having a predetermined length and an attachment having a closed end and an open end provided at at least one end of the rod-shaped portion, and a plate-shaped portion and its plate A pair of molds including at least one heat-insulating frame member having a heat insulating material part formed on one surface of the shape part and having an opening provided at a predetermined position to which the spacing holder is attached. There are a step of fixing the holder to one end side and the other end side so as to face each other, and a step of driving concrete into a region sandwiched between a pair of molds. The step of fixing the pair of molds includes the following steps. The attachment is inserted into the opening from the side of the heat insulating material part of the heat insulating frame member, and the open end of the attachment is brought into contact with the plate-like part of the heat insulating frame member. A flat plate portion for receiving pressure acting on the heat-insulating frame material is provided on the plate-like portion side, and a male screw formed at one end of the spacing holder is attached to the female screw of the female screw forming portion provided on the flat plate portion. The heat insulating frame material is fixed to one end of the spacing holder by screwing. In the step of fixing the pair of molds, a pressure distribution plate having a flat plate portion and provided in the flat plate portion so that the female screw forming portion is substantially orthogonal to the direction in which the flat plate portion expands is used. The step of fixing the mold is to insert a female screw forming portion into the opening from the plate-shaped portion side of the heat-insulating mold frame material, abut the flat plate portion against the plate-shaped portion, and form a male formed at one end of the spacing holder. The method includes a step of fastening the plate-like portion between the open end of the attachment and the flat plate portion of the pressure dispersion plate by screwing the screw and the female screw, and fixing the heat insulating frame material to one end of the spacing holder. .
[0020]
According to this construction method, when concrete is driven into an area sandwiched between a pair of molds, the force acting on the heat-insulating frame material is the flat plate portion provided on the plate-like part side of the heat-insulating frame material. Accepted by. At this time, the force received by the heat-insulating frame material is received by the flat plate portion having a relatively large area, so that the force can be dispersed and the heat-insulating frame material can be prevented from being deformed or broken. Thus, a concrete wall having a heat-insulated frame material without the need for an additional reinforcing material as in the conventional construction method of a concrete wall and without installing a scaffold for attaching such a reinforcing material. Can be built. As a result, it is possible to reduce costs required for construction such as material costs and labor costs. Furthermore, since it is not necessary to attach an additional reinforcing material, it is possible to construct a concrete wall even in a place where an operator cannot enter a gap with the adjacent land. As a result, it becomes possible to effectively use a limited site, particularly in an overcrowded area in an urban area.In addition, the force acting on the heat insulating frame member when the concrete is driven is received by the flat plate portion of the pressure dispersion plate that abuts on the plate portion of the heat insulating frame member. The force received by the heat-insulating frame material is received by the flat plate portion having a relatively large contact area with the heat-insulating frame material, so that the force is dispersed and the heat-insulating frame material is reliably deformed or destroyed. Can be prevented.
[0023]
In particular, in order to fasten the plate-like member of the heat-insulating frame material by the open end of the attachment and the flat plate portion of the pressure dispersion plate, the opening formed in the plate-like portion of the heat-insulating frame material has a female screw forming portion. The diameter of the opening formed in the heat insulating material part of the heat-insulating frame material has the diameter of the opening formed in the plate-shaped part having the diameter of the opening through which the attachment is inserted. It is preferable that it is set larger. Moreover, you may use a heat insulation formwork material for both of a pair of formwork, and can further aim at reduction of the cost required for construction of concrete walls, such as material cost and labor cost.
[0024]
Another method for constructing a concrete wall according to the present invention uses a bar-shaped portion having a predetermined length and a spacing member including an attachment having a closed end and an open end provided at at least one end of the bar-shaped portion, A pair of molds including at least one heat insulating mold member having a heat insulating member part formed on one surface of the plate-like part and having an opening provided at a predetermined position to which the spacing holder is attached. And a step of fixing the gap holder to one end side and the other end side so as to face each other, and a step of driving concrete into a region sandwiched between a pair of molds. ThatIn the step of fixing a pair of molds, the flat plate portion is the plate-like portion of the heat-insulating frame material itself, and the heat-insulating frame material in which the female screw forming portion is provided on the plate-like portion is used as the heat-insulating frame material. The step of fixing the pair of molds is performed by screwing a male screw formed at one end of the spacing holder into a female screw of a female screw forming part provided in the plate-like part, thereby A step of fixing to one end of the spacing holder.
[0025]
According to this construction method, as described above, the following effects can be obtained in addition to being able to effectively use a limited site in an overcrowded area in an urban area. That is, the flat plate portion is the plate-like portion of the heat-insulating frame material itself. The force acting on the heat-insulating frame material when the concrete is driven is received by the plate-like portion itself of the heat-insulating frame material. Since the force received by the heat-insulating frame material is received by the entire plate-like portion, the force is sufficiently dispersed, and the heat-insulating frame material can be more reliably prevented from being deformed or broken.
[0026]
Still another method for constructing a concrete wall according to the present invention uses a plate-like portion including a rod-shaped portion having a predetermined length and a spacing holder including an attachment having a closed end and an open end provided at at least one end of the rod-shaped portion. And a pair of molds having a heat insulating material part formed on one surface of the plate-like part and including a heat insulating mold material having an opening at a predetermined position to which the spacing holder is attached. And a step of fixing the gap holder to one end side and the other end side so as to face each other, and a step of driving concrete into a region sandwiched between a pair of molds.
According to this construction method, as described above, the following effects can be obtained in addition to being able to effectively use a limited site in an overcrowded area in an urban area. That is, by using a pair of molds that include both of the heat insulating mold materials, it is possible to further reduce the cost required for constructing the concrete wall such as material costs and labor costs.

【The invention's effect】
According to the method for constructing a concrete wall according to the present invention, when concrete is driven into a region sandwiched between a pair of molds, the force acting on the heat-insulating frame material is on the side of the plate-like portion of the heat-insulating frame material. It is received by the flat plate part provided in the.
[0099]
[0100]
According to another concrete wall construction method according to the present invention, the following effects can be obtained in addition to being able to effectively use a limited site in an overcrowded area in an urban area.
[0101]
According to still another concrete wall construction method according to the present invention, the following effects can be obtained in addition to being able to effectively use a limited site in an overcrowded area in an urban area. In other words, by using a pair of molds that contain heat-insulating mold materials on both sidesFurther, it is possible to further reduce costs required for construction of concrete walls such as material costs and labor costs.
