Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a file that is easy to use, has improved durability, and can be appropriately disposed of.
[0002]
[Prior art]
One of the file types is configured so that the binding piece that forms part of the front cover and the binding piece that forms part of the back cover face each other, and sheets can be bound between them, with the base end on the back cover A binding leg that is supported by the binding piece on the side and inserted through the insertion hole provided in the binding piece on the front cover side, and attached to the binding piece on the front cover side, and passes through the insertion hole. There is known a binding foot locking portion that includes a binding foot that is continuously inserted into a part of the binding foot to lock the binding foot in a bent state.
[0003]
The binding foot locking portion includes a base that is fixed to the binding piece on the front cover side and has a binding foot drawer opening for inserting the binding foot in part, and a slidably attached to the base. And a slider that opens and closes the drawer opening. The slider locks the binding leg when the binding leg drawer opening is closed, and opens the binding leg when the binding leg drawer opening is opened.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the binding-side lead-out opening on the base side is generally in the position where it almost overlaps with the insertion hole of the binding piece on the front cover side to which the base is attached, and is generally in the same shape. On the other hand, when binding paper sheets, set the paper sheets so that they are inserted through the binding feet on the back cover, and then bend the binding legs that have passed through the paper sheets and cover the tips of the front covers. It is necessary to pass through the insertion hole of the side binding piece. However, in most cases, the binding foot is inserted into the insertion hole from an oblique direction with respect to the insertion hole of the binding piece, in other words, from a direction having an angle with respect to the normal direction of the binding piece. For this reason, it becomes difficult for the binding feet to rub against the inner periphery of the insertion hole, and the usability is deteriorated. In addition, the repeated occurrence of such a situation easily causes early damage or breakage of the file. Yes. In particular, the binding foot includes a plurality of ribs that form a concave-convex engagement with the base when closed at a predetermined pitch along the longitudinal direction. In the case of rubbing, the above-mentioned defect appears as a more remarkable phenomenon.
[0005]
On the other hand, a rivet or the like is generally used as a means for fixing such a binding foot locking portion to the binding piece. However, since the rivet prevents the base from coming off the binding piece by caulking a part of it, when discarding it, if the part of the cover of the file containing the binding piece is not broken or crushed, it should be discarded separately. The point that cannot be done is also a problem.
[0006]
The present invention has been made paying attention to such a problem, and an object thereof is to provide a file that is easy to use, has improved durability, and can be appropriately disposed of.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve this object, the present invention takes the following measures.
[0008]
That is, the file of the present invention is inserted into a pair of binding pieces for binding paper sheets between them and an insertion portion provided at the base end of one binding piece and the distal end side provided on the other binding piece. A binding foot that is attached to the other binding piece, and a binding foot locking portion that is inserted into a part of the binding foot and that locks the binding foot in a folded state. The binding foot locking portion is fixed to the other binding piece and has a base formed with a binding foot pull-out opening for inserting the binding foot into a part thereof, and slidably attached to the base. The protrusion comprises a slider that opens and closes the binding leg drawer opening, and a portion that is to be an opening edge of the binding leg drawer opening of the base is a protrusion that protrudes from a contact surface with respect to the binding piece of the base. In the insertion part of the other binding piece Characterized in that in a state of being entered securing the base to the binding strips.
[0009]
Here, “paper sheets” is a concept including not only paper but also a clear file. Further, the insertion portion is not limited to a hole-like shape with a closed periphery, but includes a notch-like shape with a part opened.
[0010]
According to this configuration, in order to bind the paper sheets, the paper sheets are set on one binding piece while being inserted through the binding legs, and then the binding legs that have passed through the paper sheets are bent. When inserting the tip of the lever into the insertion portion of the other binding piece, the insertion portion is inserted in an oblique direction with respect to the insertion portion of the binding piece (a direction having an angle with respect to the normal direction of the binding piece). Even if it is inserted into the insertion part, a protruding part enters the inside of the insertion part, and since there is a binding leg drawer opening inside this protruding part, before the binding leg rubs against the inner periphery of the insertion part, It becomes easy to insert the tip into the binding leg drawer opening. For this reason, it is possible to effectively eliminate the problem that it becomes difficult for the binding foot to rub against the inner periphery of the insertion portion and the usability is deteriorated, and the problem that the file is damaged early or damaged early.
[0011]
In particular, as a preferable embodiment in the vicinity of the entrance of the binding foot drawer opening, a slope forming an angle with respect to the normal direction of the binding piece is formed at the entrance of the binding foot drawer opening. Examples include a shape in which the circumference gradually decreases the opening area from the entrance to the inside, and a shape in which the inner circumference of the binding leg drawer opening is smoothly curved from the entrance to the inside.
[0012]
According to these configurations, since the entrance is wide, it is easy to put the binding foot, and since the inside is narrowed, an effect of guiding the tip of the binding foot to an appropriate position is exhibited.
[0013]
Further, as a preferred embodiment in the vicinity of the exit of the binding leg drawer opening, a slope forming an angle with respect to the normal direction of the binding piece is formed at the exit of the binding leg drawer opening. Examples include a shape in which the circumference gradually increases the opening area from the inside toward the outlet, and a shape in which the inner circumference of the binding leg drawer opening smoothly curves from the inside toward the outlet.
[0014]
According to these configurations, since the binding foot is easily bent when the binding foot is bent by the slider at the exit, the usability can be effectively improved.
[0015]
In particular, if the protruding portion penetrates the insertion portion and protrudes from the back of the binding piece, the inner periphery of the insertion portion is covered with the protruding portion and is reliably guarded, so that the above effect is effective. Can be.
[0016]
On the other hand, taking into account the presence of such protrusions, the binding foot locking part is engaged with the base contact surface in order to make sure that the fixed state is fixed and can be easily removed from the cover sheet at the time of disposal. The nail is provided in a protruding manner, an engagement hole is provided in the corresponding portion of the other binding piece, the engagement nail is inserted into the engagement hole, and the contact surface is attached to the binding piece, and then the base is bonded. In this case, the protruding portion is made to enter the binding leg drawer opening, and at the same time, the engaging claw is engaged with a concave portion provided at a predetermined position on the back surface of the binding piece.
[0017]
In this way, the base cannot slide in the opposite direction to that of the engagement unless the operating force for pulling the engaging claw away from the recess and the operating force for releasing the protruding portion from the binding leg drawer opening are simultaneously applied. It will be a thing. For this reason, the fixed state can be ensured, and when the disposal of separation is required, by applying the above-mentioned operation force, the binding foot locking portion can be made much easier than for example riveting. It becomes possible to make it separate from.
[0018]
In particular, in the case where a pair of engaging claws are provided and these are engaged with the recesses provided at the corresponding positions of the binding piece, these engaging positions are defined by the protrusion and the binding leg drawer opening. It is desirable to set it on both sides of the engagement position. This is because any one end side of the base can be prevented from floating.
[0019]
As a specific form of the engaging claw, when a sliding operation force in the direction opposite to the sliding direction at the time of engagement is applied, one engaging claw maintains a state of being engaged with the recess, and the other Examples of the engaging claw include one that is configured to cause an operation of releasing from the recess.
[0020]
In the above, it is preferable that the binding foot locking portion is entirely made of resin.
[0021]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0022]
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the file of this embodiment includes a paper cover body 1 composed of a front cover 11, a back cover 12, and a spine 13, and the paper sheet P for binding between them. A pair of binding pieces 2 provided on the cover 1, a pair of binding feet 3 whose base end 31 is supported by one binding piece 2 and whose distal end 32 is inserted through the other binding piece 2, and this binding foot 3 And a binding foot locking portion 4 that locks the binding foot 3 in a bent state by inserting the tip end side 32 of the binding leg 3 into a part thereof.
[0023]
One binding piece 2 is formed at a position folded inward from the inner surface of the edge of the binding source side of the back cover 12 constituting the cover body 1, and the other binding piece 2 is the cover cover 11 constituting the cover body 1. It is formed in the position folded inward from the inner surface of the edge part of the binding origin side. In this embodiment, the front cover 11 has an opening 11a on the binding origin side and has a bag shape with the other three sides closed, and the back cover 12 continues to the binding piece 2 on the binding origin side. An extending portion 21 that can be inserted into the opening 11a of the front cover 11 and has a plurality of ridges in a direction orthogonal to the insertion direction is formed at a position continuous with the edge portion. Both the binding pieces 2 are in a state in which the extending portion 21 of the back cover 12 is inserted into the opening 11a of the cover 11 and keeps a distance for sandwiching a required amount of sheets P according to the insertion amount. The facing portion is arranged, and the extending portion 21 that is exposed between the front cover 11 and the back cover 12 serves as the back cover 13. And the insertion hole 22 which is an insertion part for inserting the binding leg 3 in the two corresponding positions spaced apart in the longitudinal direction is provided.
[0024]
The binding leg 3 is formed of resin or the like, and has linear ribs 33 at a predetermined pitch along the longitudinal direction. Then, the binding foot 3 is inserted into the insertion hole 22x provided in the binding piece 2 of the back cover 12 from the distal end side 32, and the base end 31 side which is wider than the insertion hole 22x is connected to the other side of the binding piece 2. It is related to the part and is held.
[0025]
As shown in an exploded perspective view in FIG. 3, a plan view in FIG. 4, and a side view in FIG. 5, the binding foot locking portion 4 includes a pair of sliders 5 having an open knob 51 and a closing knob 52, and both sliders 5. A base 6 is provided so as to be slidable and cannot fall off, and the base 6 is fixed to the binding piece 2 of the front cover 11 by being applied thereto.
[0026]
The base 6 has a base region 6x in which rail portions 61 are formed at both edges in the width direction in the vicinity of both ends in the longitudinal direction, and an operation in which an open knob 51 and a closed knob 52 of the slider 5 are disposed at an intermediate position between the both base areas 6x. It is a plate-shaped object composed of the region 6y.
[0027]
The slider 5 is formed by connecting the open knob 51 and the closed knob 52 with a connecting plate 53, and these knobs 51 and 52 are provided integrally with the connecting plate 53 so as to protrude in the thickness direction. Both knobs 51 and 52 are slightly wider than the base region 6x of the base 6, and the open knob 51 has an engaging claw 51a that engages the rail portion 61 so as to hold the base region 6x of the base 6 from both sides. The closing knob 52 has an engaging claw 52a that engages with the outer edge 54 so as to hold the mating connecting plate 53 from one side. Then, the sliders 5 are adjacent to each other so that the inner edges of the connecting plate 53 are in close contact with each other (that is, the operation area is apparently continuous with the base area), and the knobs 51 and 52 are It is engaged with the corresponding rail portion 61 and the edge portion 54 so as to be movable relative to each other in the longitudinal direction and cannot be separated. In this way, the sliders 5 are drawn in the direction in which the two open knobs 51 are brought together, and each of them hits the other's closing knob 52 or is relatively moved in the separating direction to a position close to each other. 6 and the closed state of FIG. 6 (b) in which the two closing knobs 52 are pulled toward each other and collide with each other or moved relative to each other in the polymerization direction. is there. In the base region 6 x of each base 6, a binding foot drawer opening 62 is provided at a position opened and closed by the open knob 51, and when the binding foot 3 inserted through the opening 62 to the binding piece 2 side is pulled out. In the closed state, the binding foot 3 is bent and locked by the opening knob 51 of the slider 5 and the opening edge 62a of the binding leg drawer opening 62, and the opening knob 51 of the slider 5 is retracted from the binding leg drawer opening 62 in the opened state. Thus, the binding foot 3 can be opened. What is indicated by reference numeral 64 in the figure is a binding foot storage groove.
[0028]
As shown in FIGS. 7 to 9, the binding foot locking portion 4 of the present embodiment configured as described above is configured so that a portion to be an opening edge of the binding foot pull-out opening 62 of the base 6 is bound to the base 6. The base 6 is protruded from the contact surface 60 with respect to the piece 2 and this portion is set as a protruding portion 62x, and the protruding portion 62x is inserted into the insertion hole 22 of the binding piece 2 on the front cover 11 side. Is fixed to the binding piece 2.
[0029]
The protrusion 62x is integrally molded with the base 6 and has a rectangular shape in plan view with an outer shape that fits closely to the inner periphery of the insertion hole 22 of the binding piece 2, and is open to the inside. The binding leg pull-out opening 62 has a wide opening at the inlet IN and an opening at the outlet OUT, and the opening area of the inner INT is narrowed, so that it gradually moves from the inlet IN toward the inner INT and from the outlet OUT toward the inner INT. It is curved. Specifically, in the cross section of FIG. 9 in which the base 6 is broken at the center in the width direction, the tangent L along the inner periphery of the binding leg drawer opening 62 is the normal direction of the binding piece 2 (X direction in FIG. 9). The slope is gradually reduced from the most inclined inlet IN, and parallel to the normal direction at the inside (particularly the center) INT, and then gradually sloped in the opposite direction toward the outlet OUT. The inner circumference is formed into a partial arc shape so that the maximum inclination is obtained again at the outlet OUT.
[0030]
The projecting portion 62x is dimensionally adjusted with respect to the thickness of the binding piece 2 so as to pass through the insertion hole 22 and slightly protrude from the back side of the binding piece 2 by a distance d.
[0031]
Further, when fixing the base 6, the engaging claws 65 and 66 are provided to project at two locations separated in the longitudinal direction of the contact surface 60 of the base 6, and at the corresponding portion of the binding piece 2 on the front cover 11 side. Engagement holes 25 and 26 are provided, and the engagement claws 65 and 66 are inserted into the engagement holes 25 and 26, the abutment surface 60 is abutted against the binding piece 2, and then the base 6 is bound to the binding piece. 2, the protrusion 62 x is dropped into the binding leg drawer opening 22, and at the same time, projections 65 a and 66 a provided at the tips of the engaging claws 65 and 66 are provided at predetermined positions on the back surface of the binding piece 2. The recesses 25a and 26a are engaged with each other.
[0032]
Note that the position of engagement between the engaging claw 65 and the recess 25 and the position of engagement between the engagement claw 66 and the recess 26 are the engagement portions of the pair of protrusions 62x and the binding leg drawer opening 22, respectively. It is set so that it is on both sides of the screen.
[0033]
Further, the protrusion 66a of the rear engaging claw 66 is bent in a hook shape toward the sliding direction at the time of engagement, whereas the protrusion 65a of the front engaging claw 65 is rounded. When a sliding operation force in the direction opposite to the sliding direction at the time of engagement is applied, the protrusion 66a of the rear engagement claw 66 is caught in the recess 26a and maintained in the engaged state, whereas the front The protrusion 65a of the engaging claw 65 causes an operation of detaching from the recess 25a with relatively little resistance.
[0034]
In order to use the file configured as described above, first, the binding foot 3 is inserted through the insertion hole 22 provided in the binding piece 2 on the back cover 12 side, and the extending portion 21 on the back cover 12 side is connected to the cover cover. In the state inserted in the opening 11a on the 11th side, as shown in FIG. 1, the binding hole P1 is superposed on the binding foot 3, and the required paper sheet P is inserted. Next, the binding foot 3 is bent as shown in FIG. 2 and inserted into the insertion hole 22 provided in the binding piece 2 on the front cover 11 side and the binding foot drawing opening 62 of the binding foot locking portion 4. Thereafter, the front cover 11 is slid as indicated by an arrow Z in the figure, and the insertion depth into the opening 11a of the extending portion 21 until the binding piece 2 touches the paper sheet P, that is, the width of the spine cover 13 is increased. adjust. Then, the closing knob 52 of the binding foot locking portion 4 is picked with a finger and pulled in the direction of approaching. As a result, the opening knobs 52 of the binding foot locking portion 4 are separated from each other, and the binding leg 2 is sandwiched between the opening knob 51 of one slider 5 and the edge 62a of the binding leg drawer opening 62 of the other slider 5. It is bent and fixed. When it is necessary to add or remove the paper sheet P, an operation reverse to the above may be performed.
[0035]
In the file of the present embodiment configured as described above, when the binding foot 3 that has passed through the binding hole P1 of the paper sheet P is bent and the leading end thereof is inserted into the insertion hole 22 of the binding piece 2 on the front cover 11 side. Even if the binding foot 3 is inserted into the insertion hole 22 from an oblique direction (a direction having a certain angle with respect to the normal direction of the binding piece 2) with respect to the insertion hole 22 of the binding piece 2, As described above, the protrusion 62x enters the inside of the hole 22, and the binding foot pull-out opening 62 exists inside the protrusion 62x. Therefore, before the binding foot 3 is rubbed against the inner periphery of the insertion hole 22 , It becomes easy to insert the tip into the binding leg drawer opening 62. For this reason, it is possible to effectively solve the conventional problem that the binding foot 3 is not easily rubbed against the inner periphery of the insertion hole 22 and is unusable and the conventional problem that causes early damage or early breakage of the file. .
[0036]
In particular, in the vicinity of the entrance IN of the binding foot drawer opening 62, a slope that forms an angle with respect to the normal line direction of the binding piece 2 is formed at the entrance IN, and the inner circumference of the binding foot drawer opening 22 along the slope. Since the opening area gradually decreases from the inlet IN toward the inner INT, and the inner periphery thereof is shaped so as to be smoothly curved from the inlet IN toward the inner INT, the inlet IN is wide. It becomes easy to insert the binding foot 3 and the inside of the binding foot 3 is narrowed, so that the tip of the binding foot 3 can be effectively guided to an appropriate position.
[0037]
Further, in the vicinity of the outlet OUT of the binding leg pull-out opening 62, an inclined surface that forms an angle with respect to the normal line direction of the binding piece 2 is formed at the outlet OUT, and the inner periphery of the binding leg pull-out opening 62 along the inclined surface. Since the opening area gradually increases from the inner INT toward the outlet OUT, and the inner periphery of the inner INT is smoothly curved from the inner INT toward the outlet OUT, a slider is formed at the outlet OUT. 5, when the binding foot 3 is bent, the bending operation of the binding foot 3 can be effectively guided in the bending direction (that is, the longitudinal direction of the base 6), thereby making the operation at the time of binding smooth. , Can improve the usability effectively.
[0038]
In the present embodiment, since the periphery of the binding leg drawer opening 22 is thicker than the other base portion by the protrusion 62x, such an inner peripheral shape can be easily realized.
[0039]
In particular, in this embodiment, the protrusion 62x penetrates the insertion hole 22 and protrudes to the back surface of the binding piece 2, and the inner periphery of the insertion hole 22 is covered with the protrusion 62x and is securely guarded. The above effect can be made more effective.
[0040]
On the other hand, in the present embodiment, in consideration of the existence of the protruding portion 62x, the engaging claws 65 and 66 protrude from the contact surface 60 of the base 6 constituting the binding foot locking portion 4, and this is attached. The engagement holes 25 and 26 are provided in the corresponding portions of the binding piece 2 to be inserted, the engagement claws 65 and 66 are inserted into the engagement holes 25 and 26, and the contact surface 60 is attached to the binding piece 2. 6 is slid with respect to the binding piece 2 so that the protrusion 62x enters the binding leg drawer opening 22, and at the same time, the projections 65a and 66a of the engaging claws 65 and 66 are provided at predetermined positions on the back surface of the binding piece 2. 25a and 26a are engaged with each other, so that the operating force for pulling the protrusions 65a and 66a of the engaging claws 65 and 66 away from the recesses 25a and 26a, and the operating force for releasing the protrusion 62x from the binding leg drawer opening 22 Same Unless addition, the base 6 is not easily slide into engagement at the opposite direction. Therefore, it is possible to secure the fixed state and to bind the binding foot much more easily than conventional methods such as riveting, for example, by applying the above-mentioned operating force when sorting and disposal are necessary. The part 4 can be separated from the binding piece 2.
[0041]
In particular, since the engagement positions of the pair of engagement claws 65 and 66 with respect to the engagement holes 25 and 26 are set on both sides of the engagement position between the protrusion 62x and the binding leg drawer opening 22, any of the base 6 Even in the end portion of this, the effect of effectively suppressing the lifting from the binding piece 2 is exhibited.
[0042]
Further, the projections 65a and 66a of the engaging claws 65 and 66 are formed in a concave shape when a sliding operation force in the direction opposite to the sliding direction at the time of engagement is applied based on the shape described above. While the engagement state with 26a is maintained, the front engagement claw 65 has a property of causing an operation of separating from the recess 25. For this reason, the rear engaging claw 66 is pulled away from the recess 26a with a finger or the like, and the protruding portion 62x is pushed out from the insertion hole 22 with the finger or the like from the back, and the sliding operation in the direction opposite to that when engaging with the base 6 is performed. If a force is applied, the front engaging claw 65 can be detached from the recess 25a relatively easily, and as a result, the binding foot locking portion 4 can be separated from the binding piece 2. Therefore, with such a specific structure, the certainty in the fixed state and the convenience at the time of sorting and discarding can be accurately ensured.
[0043]
Although one embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the specific configuration of each part is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
[0044]
【The invention's effect】
Since the file of the present invention has the configuration described in detail above, it is easy to insert and remove the binding foot with the addition and removal of paper sheets and is easy to use. The opening can be prevented from being damaged and the durability can be improved, the separation of the binding foot locking portion and the binding piece can be facilitated, and the convenience of separation and disposal can be effectively improved.
