この発明は柄部に櫛部と刷毛部を備えた染毛用櫛に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来の染毛用櫛として、図７に示すように柄部１２の先端部に櫛部１３を一体に設け、柄部１２の先端背面に取付部１４を設け、該取付部１４に刷毛部１５を取り外し可能に嵌合している。そして、刷毛部１５に対し染毛剤を付着させ、それを毛髪に塗布するとともに、毛髪に塗布された染毛剤を均一に延ばし毛髪全体に行き渡らせるために櫛部１３を用いている。

前記柄部１２と櫛部１３の材料の硬さは、比較的柔らかい材料が要求される刷毛部１５の硬さよりも硬いので、柄部１２及び櫛部１３と刷毛部１５は別体で形成された後、取り外し可能に組み付けられる。前記刷毛部１５の被取付部３１は、柄部１２側に設けた取付部１４の嵌合凸部１６を嵌入する嵌合凹部３８を有し、嵌合凸部１６と嵌合凹部３８には凹凸の関係で組み付け状態を保持する係止溝１７と係止凸条３７が形成されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記従来の染毛用櫛においては、被取付部３１を構成する係止板部３４ａ，３４ｂが刷毛部１５の細毛部と同じ比較的柔らかい材料で形成されているので、前記両係止板部３４ａ，３４ｂを指で把持して取付部１４に刷毛部１５を取り付ける際には、嵌合するうえで大きな問題はない。しかし、取付部１４から刷毛部１５を取り外す操作を行う際には、刷毛部１５側の両係止板部３４ａ，３４ｂが指により摘まれて間隔を狭められる方向に力を受ける。このため、係止溝１７と係止凸条３７の係止状態を高める方向の力が作用し、取付部１４の嵌合凸部１６から両係止板部３４ａ，３４ｂを引き外す操作を円滑に行うことができないという問題があった。

この発明の目的は上記従来の技術に存する問題点を解消して、柄部の取付部に対し刷毛部を容易に脱着することができる染毛用櫛を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の目的を達成するために、請求項１に記載の発明では、柄部、櫛部及び刷毛部を有し、柄部の先端部に設けた取付部に対し、前記刷毛部の被取付部を取り外し可能に嵌合した染毛用櫛において、前記取付部は、嵌合凸部と、該嵌合凸部の左右両側面に設けた係止溝とを備え、前記被取付部は、基板と、該基板の背面に一体に形成されるとともに前記嵌合凸部に嵌合可能な嵌合凹部を構成する一対の嵌合板部と、両嵌合板部間を一体に連結する複数の連結板と、前記両嵌合板部の内側面に設けられるとともに前記係止溝に係止される係止凸条とを備え、前記被取付部の左右両側には、前記両嵌合板部の外側間隔よりも幅広となって突出する指掛鍔部が形成されてなり、前記指掛鍔部を形成した前記被取付部を有する前記刷毛部は、前記櫛部と前記取付部とを有する前記柄部の材料よりも軟質な材料により形成されていることを要旨とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、この発明を具体化した一実施形態を図１〜図３に基づいて説明する。
図１，２に示すようにこの発明の染毛用櫛１１は、柄部１２と、該柄部１２の上部一側に一体に形成した櫛部１３と、該櫛部１３の反対側において取り外し可能に取り付けられる刷毛部１５とにより構成されている。前記柄部１２の上側には取付部１４が形成されている。該取付部１４を構成する嵌合凸部１６は、左右両側の付け根部に係止溝１７，１７を有している。嵌合凸部１６の上下中間位置にはスリット１８が形成されている。嵌合凸部１６の上下両端面から所定間隙Ｇ，Ｇをおいて上部及び下部の規制片１９ａ，１９ｂが設けられ、前記規制片１９ａ，１９ｂの基端寄りには突起２０，２０が一体に形成され、嵌合凸部１６の上下両端面との間にスリット２１，２１が形成されている。

一方、刷毛部１５は前記取付部１４と対応する被取付部３１と、染毛剤を保持する付着歯部３２とにより一体的に構成されている。前記被取付部３１は縦長平板状の基板３３と、該基板３３の背面側に一体的に、かつ互いに平行に形成された左右一対の嵌合板部３４ａ，３４ｂと、両嵌合板部３４ａ，３４ｂを互いに連結する複数の連結板３５，３６と、前記両嵌合板部３４ａ，３４ｂ及び複数の連結板３５，３６の間に形成された嵌合凹部３８と、さらに前記両嵌合板部３４ａ，３４ｂの内側面に一体に形成され、かつ前記係止溝１７，１７に係止される係止凸条３７，３７とにより構成されている。前記基板３３の背面には前記取付部１４側の上部規制片１９ａ及び下部規制片１９ｂを係合しうる係合凹部３９ａ，３９ｂが一体に形成されている。

前記基板３３は前記両嵌合板部３４ａ，３４ｂの外側面の間隔よりも幅が大きく設定され、この突出部を指掛部としての指掛鍔部３３ａ，３３ｂとしている。
前記基板３３の前面には付着歯部３２を構成する毛細部４１，４１が縦方向に互いに平行状に一体的に形成されている。又、基板３３の中央部には縦方向に二列に染毛剤を保持する太毛部４２，４２が一体的に、かつ前記細毛部４１よりも短く形成されている。なお、太毛部４２，４２は例えば３〜６ｍｍの間隔で１５〜２５本形成されている。

前述した柄部１２及び櫛部１３の材料としては、ＰＰ（ポリプロピレン）、ＡＢＳ（アクリロニトリル・スチレン共重合体とアクリロニトリル・ブタジエン共重合体を混合したもの）、ＡＳ（アクリロニトリル・スチレン共重合体）、ＰＳ（ポリスチレン）などがある。又、前記刷毛部１５の材質としては、ＬＬＤＰＥ（直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン）、ＬＤＰＥ（低密度ポリエチレン）、ＨＤＰＥ（高密度ポリエチレン）及びそれらを混合したものが用いられる。

上述した材料を適宜選択して刷毛部１５の硬度は柄部１２及び櫛部１３の硬度よりも軟らかくすることにより取り外しを容易にすることができる。さらに、刷毛部１５の細毛部４１が柔軟性を有しているので、染毛剤の毛髪への塗布効果も優れたものになる。

図２は刷毛部１５が取付部１４から取り外された状態であり、刷毛部１５を柄部１２側に取り付けるには、嵌合凸部１６と嵌合凹部３８を対応して取付部１４に刷毛部１５を押圧する。すると、嵌合凸部１６が嵌合凹部３８に嵌合されるとともに、スリット２１，１８，２１に連結板３５，３６，３５が挿入されるとともに、係止溝１７，１７に係止凸条３７，３７が係止され、さらに係合凹部３９ａ，３９ｂに規制片１９ａ，１９ｂが係合されるので、刷毛部１５は取付部１４に安定して取り付けられる。

前記のように構成された染毛用櫛１１は、刷毛部１５に例えばクリーム状の染毛剤を載せて、毛髪を梳くことにより染毛剤を塗布することができる。その後、櫛部１３により毛髪を梳くことによりさらに染毛剤を毛髪全域に行き渡らせることができる。

次に、前記のように構成した染毛用櫛についてその効果を構成とともに列記する。
（１）前記実施形態では取付部１４に取り付けられる刷毛部１５の被取付部３１を構成する基板３３の左右両側部を嵌合板部３４ａ，３４ｂよりも外側方に突出して指掛鍔部３３ａ，３３ｂを形成した。このため、刷毛部１５を被取付部１４から取り外す操作を簡単かつ確実に行うことができる。即ち、図３に示すように、柄部１２に刷毛部１５を装着した状態で、一方の手で柄部１２を把持し、他方の手の指で指掛鍔部３３ａ，３３ｂを把持し、刷毛部１５を右方に引っ張ると、被取付部３１の両嵌合板部３４ａ，３４ｂは指で押圧されることはないので、取付部１４から簡単に取り外される。

又、刷毛部１５を被取付部１４に取り付ける際にも、基板３３の指掛鍔部３３ａ，３３ｂを把持して被取付部３１の両嵌合板部３４ａ，３４ｂの間に形成された嵌合凹部３８を嵌合凸部１６に対応させて溝３８に凸条１６を押し込むことにより容易に行うことができる。この被取付部３１の取付動作時にも両嵌合板部３４ａ，３４ｂの間隔が狭められることはないので、取付操作を容易に行うことができる。

（２）前記実施形態では、刷毛部１５の基板３３の前面に対し指掛鍔部３３ａ，３３ｂと対応するように細毛部４１，４１を形成し、両細毛部４１，４１の間に太毛部４２，４２を設けたので、幅広い領域に渡ってクリーム状の染毛剤を多量に付着して、染毛剤がたれないように保持することができる。

・図４に示す別例は、被取付部３１の係合凹部３９ａと対応する位置にスライス棒５１を一体に突設したものである。この別例では、スライス棒５１により毛髪をかき分けて、塗布する場合に毛髪の内側への染毛剤の塗布が容易になる。又、毛髪のかき分けから染毛操作への移行がスムーズに行われる。
