BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a novel fluorine-containing organosilicon compound that is effective as a crosslinking agent for addition reaction.
[0002]
[Prior art and problems to be solved by the invention]
Addition reaction curable rubber composition generally includes a base polymer having an alkenyl group such as a vinyl group, a compound having a hydrogen atom (that is, SiH group) directly bonded to a silicon atom, and an addition reaction catalyst such as a platinum catalyst. And the SiH group is added to the alkenyl group of the base polymer and cured.
[0003]
For example, the following are mentioned as a well-known organosilicon compound which has SiH group. That is, as shown by the following formula, a SiH group is bonded to an Si atom having a fluoroalkyl substituent via an oxygen atom (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 3-197484).
[0004]
[Formula 4]
[0005]
This compound can be hydrosilylated with other substances having a vinyl group, and is useful as a raw material for synthesizing various derivatives. For example, it can be used as a raw material for a modifier, a resin or rubber cross-linking agent, a surfactant or an additive.
[0006]
However, when this compound is used as a cross-linking agent, there is a problem in that the physical properties after curing are not stable because it easily volatilizes when cured at a high temperature.
[0007]
In addition, a compound represented by the following formula is also known, but when used as a crosslinking agent for a composition using a polymer having a high fluorine content such as perfluoropolyether as a base polymer, the compatibility is poor.
