BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to improvements in portable fire extinguishers installed in factories, offices, hospitals, schools, public offices, public halls, gymnasiums and other public facilities, or general households. The purpose is to prevent fouling due to adhesion, to improve appearance, and to improve alertness (visibility) and operability.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A conventionally known portable fire extinguisher has a bottomed tube barrel filled with a fire extinguishing agent, a head portion attached to an upper end opening of the tube barrel, a radiation hose attached to the head portion, and the radiation. The hose is composed of an operation handle for radiating the internal fire-extinguishing agent in a constant external direction by gas pressure. However, the fire extinguisher having the above-described structure not only has a bad appearance due to its head protruding in a complicated manner, but if it is installed in a certain place for a long time, dust adheres to the head and also combines with raindrops to form a pressure gas container. The rupture means is rusted and the cleaning work is not easy. So far, the entire body of the tube and the head have been covered with a transparent plastic bag or covered with a transparent heat-shrinkable film (see JP-A-10-33708).
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when covering with the above-mentioned transparent plastic bag, it covers the entire fire extinguisher, so it is excellent in dustproofness, but it can be used in emergency use unless it is removed from the fire extinguisher. In addition, it is difficult to be removed by being caught on the operation handle or other protruding parts when removing it, and in the case of external installation, the plastic bag may be easily damaged by the wind, etc. There is a problem. Furthermore, in the method of covering with a heat-shrinkable film, the film shrunk by heating becomes relatively hard, and the operation of the operation handle may be hindered during emergency use, which is not always preferable. In addition, there is a problem in terms of appearance because the head portion can be completely seen through.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Therefore, in the present invention, various problems in the above-described prior art are solved, and the design and visibility are excellent, and the invention is devised so as not to be an obstacle to fire fighting work during emergency use. The invention of

[0009]
In the above configuration, the cap protrudes from the slit at the upper end of the tube, the fixed handle and the operating lever from the slit formed on one side, and the radiation hose from the slit formed on the opposite side, part of each protruding outward. In addition, the cover is put on and the opening is fitted to the shoulder at the upper end of the tube barrel. In an emergency, after removing the cap upward and removing the safety pin, the operation lever is operated to radiate the fire extinguishing agent in the tube body in a certain direction via the radiation hose.
[0010]
In this case, as shown in FIG. 7, a pin hole for projecting a circular hook of a safety pin (safety stopper) that regulates the operation of an operation lever attached to the head portion to the substantially upper end of the cap. Is formed, the safety pin (safety stopper) is pulled out to release the control lever, and then the cap is removed to emit the fire extinguishing agent. 8 and 9 , when the finger hole is formed on the upper end of the cap, the fingertip is inserted into the cap through the finger hole of the cap, and the safety pin (safety Pick up the circular hook of the stopper, and remove the safety pin (safety stopper) with the cap facing upward at the same time as pulling out the safety pin.

Further, in the case where the cap that covers the head portion is fitted with a safety pin (safety stopper) that restricts the operation of the operation lever on the inner side as shown in the invention of FIG. At the same time as removing the cap upward, the safety pin (safety stopper) is pulled out and the operation lever can be operated. Furthermore , when the cap covering the head is transparent or translucent, the operation of extracting the safety pin (safety stopper) inside the cap can be informed in advance from the outside while the fire extinguisher is installed. A used display state such as an OK pin inside the cap is seen through from the outside, and it is possible to confirm whether or not it can be used in advance without touching the fire extinguisher.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, the present invention provides a bottomed tube barrel filled with a fire extinguishing agent, a head portion attached to the upper end opening of the tube barrel, a radiation hose attached to the head portion, and the radiation hose. It consists of an operating lever for radiating the internal fire extinguishing agent toward the outside in a certain direction by gas pressure, and a cap that covers the head part is fitted on the upper end of the tube body, so that the tube body and head Compared to conventional covering means that covers the entire part with a plastic bag or transparent heat-shrinkable film, there is no risk of hindering the operation of the operation lever during emergency use, and the appearance and visibility (attention) ) Can be greatly improved, and there is no risk of the cap scattering due to wind.
[0025]
In addition, the cap that covers the top of the tube barrel and that covers the head has a shoulder on the bottom of the top of the tube, or an opening having the same diameter as the outer diameter of the mounting screw of the head. Since the fixed handle and the operating lever protruding slit are formed from one side to the other side, and the radiation hose protruding slit is formed from the opening to the opposite side surface, a complicatedly shaped head portion is formed. It can be reasonably covered, so that it is possible to prevent injuries due to the above complex head part when urgently transporting a fire extinguisher, and to carry with a fixed handle with the cap attached In addition, the elasticity of the lower surface opening can be ensured, thereby enabling fitting to the upper end shoulder of the tube cylinder.
[0026]
In addition to this, the cap that covers the top of the tube barrel is formed with a projection that protrudes toward the inner peripheral side of the opening edge, and the projection is connected to the shoulder at the top of the tube. If the weld bead that protrudes outward from the outer peripheral edge of the part is elastically fitted, the cap may be blown by a strong wind or tilted, which may impair the appearance of the fire extinguisher Also disappear. Furthermore, the cap that covers the head part, which is fitted on the upper end of the tube body, has a circular hook of a safety pin (safety stopper) that regulates the operation of the operation lever attached to the head part at the upper end of the cap. In the case where the pin hole for projecting is formed, the emergency pin can be removed more quickly because the cap is removed after the safety pin (safety stopper) is first pulled out.
[0027]
In addition, the cap that covers the head part has a finger hole at its upper end, so put your fingertip into the cap through the finger hole of the cap, pick the internal safety pin (safety stopper), and pins can be removed toward the withdrawal and simultaneously cap (safety stopper) above, the operation requires only one step, corresponding becomes more rapid emergency. In addition, the cap that covers the head part is provided with a safety pin (safety stopper) that regulates the operation of the operation lever. The safety pin can be pulled out of the head part at the same time by removing the cap upward. It is possible to eliminate the hesitation of the operation of the fire extinguisher user in an emergency, and to immediately start sufficient fire extinguishing activities.
[0028]
Furthermore, since the cap is transparent or semi-transparent, the used display such as an OK pin attached to the head portion can be used even though the ugly head portion with a complicated structure can be covered somewhat simply. Can be easily visually recognized from the outside in a state where the is attached.
