Description

The present invention relates to a fire alarm used in a house.

In recent years, in order to prevent damage caused by fire, it has been desired to install a fire alarm in ordinary households.
In a conventional fire alarm, a sensor (detection means) that detects the occurrence of a fire and an alarm unit (notification means) that performs an alarm based on the detection of the sensor are stored inside the main body cover. The main body cover is roughly divided into a front cover and a back cover, and is integrated as a main body cover by fitting them together.
The main body cover is integrally molded with a hooking portion for hooking to a nail, a screw, a hook, or the like when attached to a wall or ceiling (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

Further, the locking hole 76 provided on the lower side of the surface portion of the back cover 7 is a long hole formed substantially in the left-right direction, that is, along the circumferential direction of the back cover 7, one end of which is the same as described above. The head portion of the screw can be inserted, and the opening is slightly large.
As shown in FIG. 4, the engaging portions 65 and 75 include plate-like portions 65 a and 75 a provided in parallel with the surface portions of the inner cover 6 and the back cover 7 of the front cover 5, respectively. By engaging the other plate-like portion so as to enter from the circumferential direction of the cover between the plate portion and the plate-like portion, the two covers are attracted and connected in a direction in which they are in close contact with each other.

The back cover 7 according to the present embodiment includes a wall hanging member 71 that forms a part of the cover wall surface of the back cover 7 and is formed integrally with the back cover 7 so as to be separable. A mounting portion 72 for attaching one end portion of the latching member 71 cut out from the cover and separated is formed (see FIG. 3). In FIG. 3, for ease of explanation, both the state before the latching member 71 is separated and the state where the latching member 71 is separated and attached to the attachment portion 72 are drawn together.

The back cover 7 is integrally formed of a resin such as plastic, and the hooking member 71 forms a part of the wall surface of the back cover 7 itself and is integrally formed as described above. Further, the hook member 71 itself is formed so as not to protrude from the entire shape of the back cover 7.
The hook member 71 has a substantially Ω shape when viewed from the front, and has a substantially annular portion 71a for hooking on a projection such as a nail or hook provided on the wall or ceiling, and two for attaching to the back cover 7. Foot portion 71c (see FIG. 5).
The hook member 71 is formed integrally with the back cover 7 and integrally formed with the back cover 7 by continuously molding the ends of the two legs 71c. Is held, and can be easily separated as necessary.
Moreover, the two leg parts 71c of the latching member 71 have a shape having a step 71b in a side view so as to be fitted to a mounting part 72 described later (see FIG. 6).

In addition, when the fire alarm device 1 according to the present embodiment is attached to a wall or ceiling, the hooking member 71 has a nail, a hook, etc. in order to hold the hooking member 71 in a more stable state. Two through-holes 71d are formed for inserting the.
The through hole 71d is provided so as to be inclined downward from the front surface to the rear surface side of the annular portion 71a of the latching member 71 with the annular portion 71a of the latching member 71 facing upward and the foot 71c facing downward. Thus, the durability of the nails and rivets driven through the through-hole 71d and driven into the wall surface against the downward load is improved.

The mounting portion 72 is provided at the periphery of the outer flat surface 7a of the back cover 7 and has a shape in which the two foot portions 71c of the above-described hooking member 71 are fitted, and has two holes penetrating to the inner flat surface 7b. (See FIGS. 7, 8, 9, and 10). As shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the two foot portions 71 c of the latching member 71 can be inserted into or removed from the mounting portion 72 only from obliquely upward on the back side of the back cover 7. Yes. Then, as shown in FIG. 10 (a), the two foot portions 71c of the latching member 71 are inserted obliquely from the outside with respect to the mounting portion 72, and the latching member as shown in FIG. 10 (b). When 71 is held in parallel with the back cover 7, the recess 71 e of the latch member 71 engages with the edge of the peripheral wall 7 c of the back cover 7, so that the latch member 71 is prevented from moving upward. The back side of the book leg 71c is brought into contact with the inner flat surface 7b of the back cover 7, so that the back side of the back cover 7 and the hooking member 71 form the same plane and engage with each other.
Further, when the front cover 5 and the back cover 7 are connected to each other, the above-described locking projection 63 is provided at a position corresponding to the mounting portion 72 formed on the back cover 7. The pressure holding according to the present invention prevents the play between the mounting member 72 of the latching member 71 and the inner lid 6 and the back cover 7 by filling the gap between the mounted latching member 71 and the inner lid 6 and prevents rattling. It is provided as a means (see FIG. 10C).

Next, the effect | action of the fire alarm device 1 which is this embodiment is demonstrated in detail with reference to drawings.
First, the latching member 71 at the time of molding is molded integrally with the back cover 7 so as to constitute a part of the wall surface of the back cover 7 as described above.
Since the back cover 7 in the present embodiment is provided with four locking holes 76, for example, when the locking member 71 is not used according to the limitation of the mounting location or the user's preference, the locking is performed. The fire alarm device 1 is attached to the wall surface through the locking hole 76 while the member 71 is integrated with the back cover 7. In particular, when installing on the ceiling, it is preferable to use a plurality of locking holes 76 when mounting so that the entire surface of the outer flat surface 7a of the back cover 7 is in contact with the ceiling surface.

Next, the case where the latching member 71 is used when attaching the fire alarm 1 to a wall surface is demonstrated.
First, the tip ends of the two legs 71c of the latching member 71, which is a connecting portion between the back cover 7 and the latching member 71, are cut using a tool such as a cutter or a nipper. The cutting operation can also be performed manually without using a tool by repeatedly swinging the latching member 71 formed integrally with the back cover 7.

Next, as described above, the retaining member 71 separated from the back cover 7 is attached to the attachment portion 72 of the back cover 7 (see FIGS. 10A, 10B, and 10C).

Subsequently, the back cover 7 and the front cover 5 are connected.
Such a connecting operation is performed by engaging the engaging portion 75 of the back cover 7 and the engaging portion 65 of the inner lid 6 provided on the front cover 5 side. That is, the inner lid 6 of the front cover 5 and the inner side surface of the back cover 7 are brought into contact with each other so that the engaging portions 65 and 75 are adjacent to each other. When the back cover 7 is rotated clockwise with respect to the inner lid 6, the engaging portions 65 and 75 are engaged with each other as described above, and the front cover 5 and the back cover 7 are brought into contact with each other. They are connected and integrated as a main body cover 4. At this time, the locking projection 63 formed on the inner lid 6 is moved so as to contact the end of the latching member 71 (see FIG. 10B), and when the engaging portions 65 and 75 are engaged. The latch member 71 is fixed. Here, the latch member 71 is fixed so as not to drop off the cover by being pressed at three points.
And the fire alarm 1 is attached to a wall surface by latching this latching member 71 on protrusions, such as a nail and a hook provided in the wall.

Moreover, when removing the latching member 71, it can remove by performing operation | movement contrary to the above. That is, the back cover 7 is rotated counterclockwise with respect to the front cover 5 to release the end of the latching member 71 from the locking state of the locking projection 63 and to separate the back cover 7 from the front cover 5. To do. Then, the tip of the latching member 71 is raised and removed from the back cover 7 by an operation reverse to that shown in FIG.
Here, the latch member 71 removed from the back cover 7 is housed in a latch member housing portion 62 formed on the inner lid 6, and the main body is formed by connecting the front cover 5 and the back cover 7. It is stored inside the cover 4. At this time, since the display 62a is provided on the storage portion 62, it can be seen at a glance where the latch member 71 should be stored. Further, the latch member 71 housed in the latch member housing portion 62 can be carried with the fire alarm 1 while being stored in the main body cover 4.

(Effect of embodiment)
As described above, according to the fire alarm device 1 according to the present embodiment, when the fire alarm device 1 is transported or normally used, the hooking member 71 does not protrude outward and is not bulky. Therefore, damage to the main body cover 4 (particularly the back cover 7) can be prevented. Moreover, the latching member 71 can be separated from the back cover 7 as necessary, and the separated latching member 71 can be attached to the attachment portion 72 so as to protrude from the back cover 7. By attaching to the wall surface with the latching member 71 provided so as to protrude to the outside of the main body cover 4 in this manner, the attaching and detaching work can be easily performed visually, compared with the case where the locking hole 76 is used. The complexity at the time of attaching / detaching the alarm device 1 can be eliminated. In addition, with the above-described structure, the rear cover 7 is provided with a locking hole 76 suitable for mounting the fire alarm device 1 on the ceiling, and the retaining member 71 suitable for wall hanging is also provided. Any of these can be selected freely. Furthermore, by integrally forming the latch member 71 and the back cover 7, the number of parts can be suppressed, and the cost can be reduced.
Further, by providing the locking protrusion 63, the hooking member 71 can be fixed when the front cover 5 and the back cover 7 are connected. As a result, it is possible to prevent the main body cover 4 and the latching member 71 from rattling or inadvertent detachment.
Further, the latching member 71 separated from the back cover 7 can be stored in a latching member storage unit 62 formed on the inner lid 6 of the front cover 5. Thereby, even if it is a case where the latching member 71 once separated from the main body cover 4 is not used, it can be integrated with the said fire alarm 1 and the loss of the latching member 71 can be prevented. Moreover, when using the latch member 71 again, it can take out easily and the selectivity of the attachment method and attachment position at the time of attaching the fire alarm 1 can be improved.
Moreover, it can show to a user that the latching member 71 isolate | separated from the back cover 7 can be accommodated in the accommodating part 62 by having the display 62a. Thereby, loss of the retaining member 71 can be prevented.
Further, when the hooking member 71 is not used, there is no portion protruding from the main body cover 4, and the aesthetic appearance is improved.
