Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an interior material mounting method and a mounting structure.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A double wall structure in which an interior base made of a stud material or the like is formed on the wall surface of a building or the like and the interior material is attached to the interior base is adopted. As a method for attaching the interior material, a method using an elastic adhesive for fixing the wall surface and the stud material is known. In this construction method, as shown in FIG. 6, a stud material 42 is disposed at a predetermined interval from the wall surface 44, and the stud material 42 is filled with an elastic adhesive 46 between the back surface and the wall surface 44. And fix it.
[0003]
As a construction procedure of this construction method, first, stud materials 42 are arranged at regular intervals between runner materials 40 attached to the ceiling surface and the floor slab. An injection hole 49 for the elastic adhesive 46 is provided on the surface portion of the stud material 42 at a predetermined interval, and a sponge-like holding material 47 is mounted in the vicinity of the back surface of the injection hole 49.
[0004]
Next, in order to suppress the stagnation of the bow due to the repulsive force of the holding material 47, the adjustment rod 48 for adjusting the unevenness is applied to the stud material 42, and the adjuster pin 50 is inserted through the adjustment rod 48. Adjustment is made so as to eliminate the stagnation of the stud material 42 by driving into the wall surface 44. Then, the elastic adhesive 46 is injected from the injection hole 49 and filled between the wall surfaces 44 and waits for its curing. As this elastic adhesive 46, a modified silicone resin adhesive or the like is used, and the curing usually takes a period of 1 to 3 days (a little extra in winter).
[0005]
After the elastic adhesive 46 is cured, the adjustment bar 48 and the pin 50 are removed, and an interior material is stretched on the stud 42 to construct a double wall. Since this method uses elastic adhesive 46, it can follow the displacement between layers such as earthquakes, and it is confirmed that the interior material does not come off or drop out even in the in-plane deformation resistance test with a deformation angle of 1/60 rad. Has been. Patent Document 1 also discloses a method for attaching an interior board using an elastic adhesive.

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2002-61371
On the other hand, Patent Document 2 and Patent Document 3 describe a construction method using urethane foam for fixing the stud material. In this method, a foamed urethane resin liquid is directly injected between the stud material and the wall surface and filled therein, and after the curing, the interior material is stretched on the fixed stud material. Since this method uses a urethane resin liquid that cures quickly, the construction of the interior material can be performed easily and quickly, and no mold or the like is generated on the back surface of the interior board after construction.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the construction method using the elastic adhesive, it takes about 1 to 3 days for the elastic adhesive to harden. Therefore, the operation is interrupted during that time, and the hardening time varies depending on the temperature difference depending on the season. Therefore, it is not easy to manage the construction period, and there is a demand from the site to improve the construction period.
[0009]
In addition, in the construction method using the above urethane foam agent, construction can be performed easily and quickly and the workability is good. However, urethane foam has poor follow-up of interlayer displacement due to earthquakes, etc. There is a problem that the urethane foam agent is easily peeled off.
[0010]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object thereof is to provide an interior material mounting method and a mounting structure that are excellent in workability and durability.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above technical problems, the interior material mounting method according to the present invention is such that, as shown in FIG. 1, the runner material 3 is attached to the ceiling surface and the floor slab in the vicinity of the wall surface 2, respectively. A stud material 4 having an elastic adhesive injection hole 24 and a urethane foam injection hole 26 provided on the front surface thereof at a predetermined interval between the materials 3 is established at a predetermined interval, and the stud material A holding material for holding the elastic adhesive 6 injected from the injection hole around the back side of the elastic adhesive injection hole 24 and filling the elastic adhesive 6 between the stud material and the wall surface 2 in a predetermined amount. 10 and the elastic adhesive 6 is injected from the elastic adhesive injection hole 24, while the urethane foam 8 is injected from the urethane foam injection hole 26, and the urethane foam is cured and the interior material is attached. When possible, above Without waiting for the curing of sexual adhesive 6 it is to stretched the interior member 30 to the stud member 4.
[0012]
In the interior material mounting method according to the present invention, the runner material 3 is attached to the ceiling surface and the floor slab in the vicinity of the wall surface 2, and the stud material 4 is installed between the upper and lower runner materials at predetermined intervals. The elastic adhesive 6 injected from the gap between the stud material 4 and the wall surface 2 is held between the back surface and the wall surface of the stud material 4, and the elastic adhesive 6 is interposed between the stud material and the wall surface. A holding material 10 for filling a predetermined amount is filled, and an elastic adhesive 6 is injected and filled into the upper part of the holding material through a gap between the stud material and the wall surface, and urethane foam is formed on the back side of the stud material. The agent 8 is injected and filled between the back surface and the wall surface of the stud material, and when the foamed urethane agent 8 is cured and the interior material can be attached, the stud is not waited for the elastic adhesive 6 to be cured. [0016]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an interior material mounting method and a mounting structure according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows the mounting structure of the interior material. In this mounting structure, the stud material 4 is installed between the runner material 3 attached to the ceiling surface 12 and the floor slab 13, and the stud is formed with the elastic adhesive 6 and the foamed urethane agent 8 filled between the stud material 4 and the wall surface 2. The material 4 is fixed.
[0017]
The runner material 3 is a long lightweight steel material having a U-shaped cross section. The stud material 4 is a long lightweight steel material having a C-shaped cross section composed of a bottom plate 20, a side plate 22 and a flange portion 21. A plurality of injection holes 24 for the elastic adhesive 6 and injection holes 26 for the foamed urethane agent 8 are alternately provided on the bottom plate 20 of the stud material 4 at predetermined intervals.
[0018]
Then, the holding material 10 is mounted on the back surface side of the elastic adhesive injection hole 24 of the stud material 4. The holding material 10 has a rectangular parallelepiped shape and is made of a sponge-like synthetic resin elastic material such as a sponge material. The holding material 10 is attached in a form sandwiched between the flange portions 21 on the back surface of the stud material 4. The holding material 10 is attached to the upper and lower portions of the injection hole 24 of the stud material 4, holds the elastic adhesive 6 injected from the injection hole 24 so as not to sag, and is fixed between the stud material 4 and the wall surface. It is attached in a state in which a space with a constant vertical cross section is secured around the injection hole 24 so that the amount is filled.
[0019]
There are other forms of the holding material 10 in which a hollow portion extending from the injection hole 24 to the wall surface 2 is provided, but the main point is that the injection material is injected from the injection hole 24 between the stud material 4 and the wall surface 2. It is preferable if the elastic adhesive is held and a constant amount is filled between the stud material 4 and the wall surface 2 to form a connection body having a constant cross section made of the elastic adhesive 6.
[0020]
The elastic adhesive 6 is injected and filled between the wall surface 2 and the stud material 4 and between the upper and lower holding materials 10. As the elastic adhesive 6, an adhesive made of a resin system having elasticity after curing is used, but preferably a modified silicone that is solvent-free and excellent in durability and adhesiveness without the need for primer treatment. Resin adhesive is good.
[0021]
The foamed urethane agent 8 is an adhesive made of a foamable urethane resin liquid (foamed urethane foam), which cures from the surface and becomes sufficiently hard to stretch the interior material in a few minutes to a few hours. Used. Here, paying attention to the quick curing time of the urethane foam 8, the urethane foam 8 is filled between the wall surface 2 and the stud material 4 and used as a temporary fixing of the stud material 4 to speed up the construction. In order to improve the workability.
[0022]
In the mounting method, first, as shown in FIG. 2, the runner material 3 is disposed in the vicinity of the corners of the ceiling surface 12 and the floor slab 13 and fixed using anchor bolts 32 or the like. Between these upper and lower runner materials 3, stud materials 4 are installed in parallel with each other at a constant interval. These stud materials 4 are attached by inserting each end portion into a groove portion of the runner material 3. Then, the holding material 10 is mounted between the back surface of the elastic adhesive injection hole 24 of the stud material 4 and the wall surface 2 and on both the upper and lower sides of the injection hole 24.
[0023]
The holding member 10 is attached by being sandwiched by a flange portion 21 bent inwardly in the shape of the cross section C of the stud member 4. The holding material 10 has a role of preventing the elastic adhesive 6 from sagging, and by arranging a pair of the adhesive members at a predetermined interval (space portion), the adhesive material 6 filled in the space portion is disconnected. The area is constant, the connection strength of the stud material 4 to the wall surface 2 is constant, and the construction quality is made uniform. Note that the holding material 10 may be attached to the stud material 4 in advance, and the stud material 4 may be attached between the runner materials 3.
[0024]
Next, the level of the stud material 4 is adjusted by using the adjuster pin 50, the adjusting bar 48 and the like to prevent stagnation. In the same manner as described in the above prior art, the adjustment bar 48 is disposed side by side as shown in FIG. The stud material 4 is arranged so as to maintain a constant distance from the wall surface 2.
[0025]
When the entire arrangement of the stud material 4 is completed, as shown in FIG. 3, the elastic adhesive 6 is injected from the elastic adhesive injection hole 24 of each stud material 4 using the injection device 34, and the urethane foam agent is injected. The foamed urethane agent 8 is injected from the hole 26. FIG. 4 shows a filling state of the elastic adhesive 6 and the urethane foam 8. This urethane foam 8 is usually cured in about 90 minutes, while it takes 1-3 days for the elastic adhesive 6 to cure.
[0026]
After the injection operation, the urethane foam 8 is cured from the surface. Here, the elastic adhesive 6 and the urethane foam 8 protruding from the surface of the stud material 4 and exuding are removed with a spatula or the like. Then, when the foamed urethane agent 8 has reached the hardness to which the interior material 30 can be attached (about 90 minutes after the injection), the pin 50 and the adjusting rod 48 are removed, and thereafter, the cured foamed urethane agent 8 is removed. Thus, the stud material 4 is held and fixed (temporarily fixed). Thereafter, with the elastic adhesive 6 remaining in an uncured state, the interior material 30 for interior finishing made of gypsum board or the like is stretched on the surface of the stud material 4 temporarily fixed to the wall surface 2 to complete the construction. .
[0027]
5A and 5B show the arrangement of the injection holes 24 of the elastic adhesive 6 and the injection holes 26 of the foamed urethane agent 8 of various stud materials 4 due to the difference in the bonding interval of the adhesive and the like. In this arrangement, the injection hole 24 and the injection hole 26 are alternately provided. However, various forms can be adopted as long as the stud material 4 is not hindered.
[0028]
In the above construction method, the stud material 4 is provided with the injection hole 24 of the elastic adhesive 6, but without the injection hole 24, for example, the holding material 10 attached between the stud material 4 and the wall surface. It is also possible to adopt a form in which the elastic adhesive 6 is injected into the upper surface portion from the gap between the stud material 4 and the wall surface 2 and filled between the stud material 4 and the wall surface 2. Further, it is possible to adopt a form in which the urethane foam agent 8 is injected and filled from the gap between the stud material 4 and the wall surface 2 without providing the urethane foam agent injection hole 26. Only the elastic adhesive 6 may be injected from the injection hole 24.
[0029]
Moreover, it is also possible to employ | adopt the light steel material of another form also about the stud material 4, and the point can be employ | adopted if it is the shape by which the injection hole of an adhesive agent is provided in a front part, and the case where an injection hole is not provided It is possible to adopt a shape that does not hinder interior materials.
[0030]
Therefore, according to the above embodiment, by using the elastic adhesive and the urethane foam together, and using the urethane foam as a temporary stopper for the stud material, it is as short as several minutes to several hours from the injection of the adhesive. Since the finishing material can be applied to the stud material over time, the construction of the interior material is completed without waiting for the elastic adhesive to harden, and the construction can be performed quickly and the workability is greatly improved. . Furthermore, since an elastic adhesive is interposed between the stud material and the wall surface, even if the foamed urethane agent that does not follow the interlayer displacement due to an earthquake or the like is peeled off, the wall surface of the stud material is bonded by the elastic adhesive. Can be prevented from peeling or falling.
[0031]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the interior material mounting method according to the present invention, the elastic adhesive is injected from the elastic adhesive injection hole of the stud material, while the urethane foam is injected from the foam urethane injection hole and foamed. Since the interior material is stretched when the urethane agent is cured and the interior material can be attached, the construction of the interior material is completed quickly without waiting for the elastic adhesive to cure, greatly improving the workability. In addition, it is possible to prevent the stud material from being peeled off or dropped from the wall surface by the adhesive fixing of the elastic adhesive, and the durability is improved.
[0032]
Further, according to the interior material mounting method according to the present invention, the elastic adhesive is injected and filled from the gap between the stud material and the wall surface, and the urethane foam agent is injected into the back surface side of the stud material to back the stud material. When the urethane foam agent is cured, the interior material is stretched on the stud material, so that the construction can be performed quickly and the stud material can be fixed in the same manner as above. The effect is good.
[0033]
In addition, according to the interior material mounting method according to the present invention, since the stud material is used to prevent stagnation of the stud material and then the elastic adhesive and the urethane foam agent are injected, the stud material There is an effect that itching is effectively prevented and construction quality is good.
[0034]
According to the interior material mounting structure of the present invention, the elastic adhesive injected from the elastic adhesive injection hole of the stud material, the foamed urethane agent injected from the foamed urethane agent injection hole, and the foamed urethane agent are cured. When the interior material can be installed, it has an interior material that is stretched on the stud material, so the construction of the interior material is completed quickly without waiting for the elastic adhesive to harden, so the workability is greatly improved. Moreover, there is an effect that the durability of the stud material fixing is good by the adhesive fixing of the elastic adhesive.
