Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a hinge that is pivotally attached so that another member can be freely opened and closed by being attached between two members, and more particularly, based on a frictional force between constituent members when the other member is opened and closed relative to one member. This is related to a torque hinge that can increase or decrease the rotational resistance generated by a desired degree.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Various types of torque hinges of this type have already been proposed. However, the technical content disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-131595 is disclosed in FIG. The metal plates a and the first synthetic resin plates b are alternately stacked and fixed, and a split groove c is drilled in the longitudinal direction at the pivotal tip b1 of the first synthetic resin plate b. ing.
On the other hand, on the rotary side blade plate B, a plurality of second metal plates d and second synthetic resin plates e are alternately stacked and disposed, and the extending portion d1 of the second metal plate d is formed as described above. And pivotally connected to the pivotal tip b1 of the first synthetic resin plate b and the extended portion d1 of the second metal plate d arranged in the stacked state. The landing pin f is fitted.
Further, adjusting nuts h1 and h2 are screwed into the projecting screw portions g1 and g2 of the pivot shaft pin f, and the first synthetic resin plate b and the second screw are tightened by screwing them. By adjusting the surface contact resistance with the extension part d1 of the metal plate d, the rotational resistance of the rotating side blade plate B with respect to the fixed side blade plate A in the torque hinge can be adjusted to a desired degree. .
[0003]
In the case of the conventional torque hinge, if the adjustment nuts h1 and h2 are surely screwed and tightened appropriately, the pivot on the first synthetic resin plate b with respect to the extending portion d1 of the second metal plate d is supported. Since the pressing force of the tip end b1 can be changed, the rotational resistance of the torque hinge can be matched to the requirement, but the range from the minimum value to the maximum value of the fastening force by the adjusting nuts h1 and h2 The rotation resistance can be adjusted only within the range, and therefore there is an inconvenience that even if a rotation resistance larger or smaller than that is required, this cannot be satisfied, and the adjustment nuts h1 and h2 are not much. When the tightening force is weak, there is also a problem that the adjustment nuts h1 and h2 are loosened and an undesired fluctuation in rotational resistance occurs.
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
[0004]
According to the present invention, the conventional torque hinge has been studied in view of the defects. According to the first aspect, the first and second mounting blades are formed on the inner side like a normal flat hinge. It can be freely opened and closed by fitting a bearing pin on the continuous cylindrical body. First, the disk is located between the first and second locking end edges formed on the inner ends of the first and second mounting blades. An accumulation space is set, and the threaded end portion of the bearing pin protrudes from the center.
Then, the required number of first and second discs fitted on the screw end portions are alternately stacked, and the first and second discs are locked to the first and second locking end edges, respectively. Thus, the disk integrated group formed in this way can be opened and closed together with the first and second attachment slats, and the pressure adjusting nut screwed into the end of the screw end portion is connected to the continuous cylindrical body. It is configured so that it can be fastened between.
[0005]
By providing the above-described configuration, the first and second discs that rotate together with the rotation of the first and second mounting blades according to the degree of tightening of the pressure adjusting nut in the first aspect can be used. It is possible to adjust the frictional resistance at this time by adjusting the frictional resistance, which is the same effect as the conventional example. However, if the rotational resistance based on the frictional force is to be further reduced or increased, adjustment is possible. The purpose is to allow the rotational resistance to be greatly adjusted by simple operations by removing or increasing the number of first and second disks after removing the pressure nut.
Further, in
[0006]
Next, in
Moreover, in this case, the disk stacking group is such that the disk that is to be disposed closest to the pressure adjusting nut is the first disk that is locked to the selected second mounting blade and rotates together. Is constituted. In this way, the first mounting vane, the bearing pin, and the pressure adjusting nut are always rotated integrally with each other, whereby the bearing pin and the pressure adjusting nut with respect to the non-rotating second disk. When the torque adjusting nut is in use, the pressure adjusting nut receives a force in the reverse screwing direction against the screw end, causing slack, and the disk stacking group is unintentionally tightened. We are trying to solve the problem of relaxation.
Further, in the fourth aspect of the present invention, the flat grouped washer and the disc spring washer are also included in the disk integrated group in the third aspect as in the case of the second aspect. Trying to.
[0007]
