Description

【0001】

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The former construction method for the periphery of the opening and the decorative member around the opening used in the construction method have a number of effects such as making sealing work unnecessary, but the decorative member is composed of four parts. The number of parts is large, construction work is somewhat complicated, and further improvements have been demanded. Moreover, although the end surface part of the exterior material is inserted into the insertion space forming portion, the cut end surface is cut and the paint is lost, and it is not preferable that the rainwater that has entered is touched. Further, in the latter repair member, the repair member is formed of an integrally molded body made of an extruded aluminum material or hard plastic, and this repair member is expensive, and is composed of four members and increases the number of parts. In addition, since the four members are connected, the construction work becomes complicated and the construction cost is high.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of such a problem, and an object of the present invention is to provide a construction method around an opening that can reduce construction costs by using an inexpensive decorative member, and the construction method. An object of the present invention is to provide a decorative member around the opening used in the above. Moreover, it aims at providing the construction method with respect to the opening part which can perform construction work easily by using the decorative member with few components, and a simple structure, and the opening surrounding decorative member used for this construction method.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the construction method for the periphery of the opening according to the present invention includes a step of newly attaching a trunk edge along the four circumferences around the opening of an existing building, and a reference for the end surface portion of the exterior material for renovation The metal plate decorative member to be used is fixed to four circumferences around the opening by using the trunk edge, and a new opening is formed, and an exterior material is provided around the new opening. A step of sticking to a building wall surface, and the decorative member is a connected decorative member that connects linear members along three circumferences of one horizontal side and left and right vertical sides of the four circumferences; It is comprised from two aggregates with the horizontal decorative member along one circumference of the other horizontal side, The said exterior material is affixed on the basis of a connection decorative member, It is characterized by the above-mentioned.
[0008]
Although an appropriate plate material can be applied as the metal plate, a steel plate that can be easily processed into a sheet metal is suitable. The exterior material may be attached so as to be in direct contact with the connected decorative member as a reference, or may be attached with a waterproof packing or the like interposed therebetween. Further, it is preferable that the exterior material is pasted so as to face the connected decorative member with a gap, and further includes a step of injecting a sealing material into the gap.
[0009]
In the construction method for the periphery of the opening of the present invention configured as described above, the decorative member is connected to the connected decorative member that forms three laps of one horizontal side and the left and right vertical sides, and the other horizontal side is along one lap. Since it consists of two aggregates of horizontal decorative members, it is composed of two parts, so the number of parts can be reduced, and since the decorative members can be easily assembled, construction work is facilitated. Moreover, since the decorative member is cut from a metal plate and formed by sheet metal processing, the cost of parts can be reduced and the cost of construction can be reduced. Furthermore, the sealing material is injected into the three peripheral portions of the connecting decorative member, and the waterproof performance is improved. It should be noted that the waterproof performance can be further improved by injecting a sealing material between the other one-level horizontal decorative member and the exterior material.
[0010]
Also, the decorative member around the opening used in the construction method according to the present invention is a decorative member around the opening used in the construction method, and the decorative member forms three circumferences around the new opening. It is characterized by comprising as an aggregate of a connecting decorative member that connects linear members of the horizontal side and the right and left vertical sides and a horizontal decorative member that forms the remaining one round.
[0011]
In the thus configured decorative member around the opening of the present invention, of the four circumferences around the opening, the connecting decorative member forms a straight shape with one horizontal side and left and right vertical sides forming three circumferences around the opening. The members are connected, and three sides of the new opening can be formed along three circumferences at a time, and one side of the new opening can be formed by the horizontal decorative member on the remaining one circumference. . For this reason, a new opening can be formed very easily around the existing opening.
[0012]
As a preferable specific aspect of the decorative member around the opening according to the present invention, the linear member is formed so as to protrude to the front side of the base flat surface, which is a fixed surface to the new trunk edge, and the base flat surface. A front projecting surface serving as a reference for the end surface portion of the exterior material, a frame portion positioned inside the front projecting surface, and an inner peripheral cover surface extending rearward from the frame portion and covering the inner periphery of the trunk edge are provided. It is characterized by that. The front projecting surface can be used as a reference, for example, by directly abutting the end surface portion of the exterior material, or can be used as a reference when the exterior material is pasted with a gap therebetween.
[0013]
According to this configuration, the connecting decorative member can be fixed to a new body edge using the base flat surface, and a new exterior material is brought into contact with the front protruding surface formed continuously protruding from the base flat surface, Alternatively, they can be fixed facing each other with a gap. And the inner peripheral part of a trunk edge can be covered with the inner peripheral cover surface extended back from the frame part, and the periphery of a new trunk edge can be reliably stopped with a small number of parts.
[0014]
Furthermore, as another preferable specific aspect of the decorative member around the opening according to the present invention, the connecting decorative member has an appropriate length in accordance with a dimension around the opening newly formed from a long member. It is characterized by being cut at right angles by forming a cut such as a V-shaped cut in accordance with the length of the three-round linear member. According to this configuration, the connecting decorative member can be easily formed by processing a long material, and the long member is cut at the site in accordance with the three circumferences of the new opening and bent at the part to be bent. Corresponding decorative members can be easily formed by forming the corresponding cuts and bending them.
[0015]
According to still another preferred aspect of the decorative member around the opening according to the present invention, the horizontal decorative member includes a draining surface and an inner periphery that extends rearward from the draining surface and covers an inner periphery of a new trunk edge. A cover surface and a base flat surface that extends downward in a direction perpendicular to the inner peripheral cover surface and serves as a fixing surface to a new trunk edge are provided. According to this configuration, the horizontal decorative member is fixed on the base flat surface along one horizontal circumference of the new opening, and rainwater can be prevented from entering through the draining surface continuous to the base flat surface. Water can be stopped around the trunk edge on the cover surface.
[0016]
The connecting decorative member may be formed by connecting linear members along all sides of the opening around the four weeks. In that case, a new opening can be formed without using the lower horizontal decorative member.
[0017]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view, partially broken, illustrating an embodiment of a construction method around an opening at the time of reforming according to the present invention and a decorative member around the opening used in the construction method, and FIG. 2 is an opening after construction. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the main part in the horizontal direction after construction, and FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the main part in the horizontal direction after construction.
[0018]
In the example shown in FIGS. 1-3, the makeup | decoration around the opening part by this invention is carried out on 4 rounds, the upper side of the opening part 60 of the existing building to which the window frame sash 50 is attached as an external sash, the left and right sides, and the lower side. The member 10 is attached, and the exterior wall of the building is reformed by attaching a new exterior material B for reforming to the outside of the existing exterior wall (for example, mortar wall) A with the decorative member as a reference.
[0019]
A horizontal trunk edge 53 and a vertical trunk edge 54 are attached to a base material (lintel and window stand) 51 of an existing building, a pillar 52, and the like, and an exterior wall such as a mortar wall using the trunk edges 53, 54. A is attached so as to form an existing opening 60, and a window frame sash 50 is attached to the four circumferences of the opening 60 with a sealing material 55 and a backup material 56 interposed therebetween. The configuration around the opening is an example around the existing opening, and the construction method around the opening at the time of reforming according to the present invention can be applied to any existing opening. It is.
[0020]
At the time of construction, first, along the four circumferences of the existing opening 60, appropriate horizontal trunk edges 3 and vertical trunk edges 4 are fixed to the exterior wall A by using nails 5 or screws. When the existing wall surface is a mortar wall, the thickness L1 of each trunk edge 3, 4 in the depth direction is preferably about 30 mm thick. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the lower horizontal barrel edge 3 and the vertical barrel edge 4 are fixed with a gap of about 10 mm. By comprising in this way, even if rain water etc. permeate around a trunk edge, it can drain toward the downward direction.
[0021]
Next, the decorative member 10 around the opening according to the present invention is attached to the trunk edges 3 and 4 fixed as described above. The decorative member 10 is formed with a connected decorative member 20 that connects the linear members on the upper side and the left and right sides that form three circumferences around the new opening formed by the body edges 3 and 4, and the remaining one circumference. The horizontal decorative member 30 is composed of two parts, and in this embodiment is formed of a plate material having a thickness of about 0.3 to 0.4 mm of a galvanium steel plate.
[0022]
First, with reference to FIGS. 4-6, the connection decorative member 20 which is one member which comprises the decorative member 10 is demonstrated in detail. Details of the elongated member 21 forming the connecting decorative member 20 will be described with reference to FIG. The elongate member 21 is made of a galvanium steel plate, protrudes to the front side of the base flat surface 22 to be a fixed surface to the newly attached trunk edges 3, 4, and the new exterior material B A front projecting surface 23 serving as a reference for the end surface portion, a frame surface 24 extending to the inside (lower side in the figure) of the front projecting surface 23, and an inner peripheral cover surface 25 extending rearward from the frame surface 24. Have The width of the inner peripheral cover surface 25 extending to the rear side is set to a width that covers the width of the trunk edges 3 and 4 in the front-rear direction, and the inner peripheral cover surface 25 covers the inner circumference of the trunk edges 3 and 4. Prevent water from entering inside.
[0023]
The long member 21 shown in FIG. 5a, which is formed by bending a galvanium steel plate as a metal plate, is cut into a predetermined length with right-angled portions 21a and inclined portions 21b formed at both ends as shown in FIG. 5b. Then, a portion corresponding to the upper left and right corners of the connecting decorative member 20 is cut with a V-shaped cut to form the connecting decorative member 20 having the left side member 20A, the upper side member 20B, and the right side member 20C. The right angle portion 21 a and the inclined portion 21 b are in contact with an inner peripheral cover surface 34 and a draining surface 32 of the horizontal decorative member 30 described later. The connecting decorative member 20 may be processed in advance at the factory, but has a characteristic that it can be easily cut and bent in accordance with the internal dimensions of the opening 60 at the site. Note that the cutting is not limited to the V-shaped cut, and may be made by cutting at a right angle and overlapping.
[0024]
In this manufacturing process, the frame overlap piece 26 is formed on the outer side by setting the V-cut angle to 45 degrees on the center side and setting the outer side to an angle smaller than 45 degrees. Further, the cover overlapping piece 27 is formed by bending the outside of the V-shaped cut portion of the inner peripheral cover surface 25 downward. When the left side member 20A and the right side member 20C are bent at a right angle with respect to the upper side member 20B, the frame overlap piece 26 is positioned below the upper side member 20B cut at 45 degrees, and a gap is generated in the cut portion. Is preventing. Similarly, when the cover overlap piece 27 is bent at a right angle, the cover overlap piece 27 can enter the inside of the inner peripheral cover surface 25 of the upper side member 20B, and can maintain the right angle state.
[0025]
The front projecting surface 23 is preferably perpendicular to the base flat surface 22, but the frame surface 24 need not be perpendicular to the front projecting surface 23 and may be bent at an acute angle. The inner peripheral cover surface 25 is preferably parallel to the front projecting surface 23, and these are made to further improve the appearance design of the newly formed opening 60A, and as long as the object is achieved. Of course, the shape and size are arbitrary, and are not limited to those shown in the drawings. As described above, the left side member 20A, the upper side member 20B, and the right side member 20C are formed by bending the long member 21 and have the same cross-sectional shape continuously, and are continuous with the frame surface 24. The depth of the inner peripheral cover surface 25 extending rearward is set in accordance with the thickness of the trunk edges 3 and 4.
[0026]
In addition, the vertical height of the inner peripheral cover surface 25 of the left side member 20A and the right side member 20C is set so as to coincide with the vertical interval between the upper and lower trunk edges 3 and 3 in the lateral direction. , 4 covers the entire inner peripheral depth surface. The horizontal length of the inner peripheral cover surface 25 of the upper side member 20B is set so as to coincide with the horizontal interval between the left and right trunk edges 4 and 4, and the entire inner peripheral depth surface of the upper trunk edge 3 is set. It has a shape that covers. In this way, the inner peripheral cover surface 25 extends rearward and integrally covers the inner periphery of the trunk edges 3 and 4, so that an L-shaped joiner or the like for concealing the trunk edge is unnecessary and the number of parts can be reduced. Work can be simplified.
[0027]
Next, the horizontal decorative member 30 which is the other member constituting the decorative member 10 will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. Similarly to the connecting decorative member 20, the horizontal decorative member 30 is formed of a long member 31 formed of a galvanium steel plate as a metal plate material. In the long member 31, the front end of the draining surface 32 inclined slightly downward toward the front is bent downward in the vertical direction to form a front surface portion 33, and the rear end of the draining surface 32 extends rearward. The inner peripheral cover surface 34 that covers the inner periphery of the trunk edges 3 and 4 is configured, and the rear end of the inner peripheral cover surface 34 is bent 180 degrees and extended forward, and then bent vertically and downward. An extending base flat surface 35 is formed.
[0028]
The horizontal length of the horizontal decorative member 30 is preferably formed larger than the horizontal length of the connecting decorative member 20. If it forms in this way, the rain water which flows along the connection decorative member 20 can be drained reliably. In addition, the inner peripheral cover surface 34 is formed in a double shape by folding the steel plate, so that the strength of the inner peripheral cover surface 34 that is easy to touch after completion of construction can be improved, and injuries due to the steel plate end can be prevented. .
[0029]
The width in the depth direction of the inner peripheral cover surface 34 is set by the thickness of the trunk edges 3 and 4, similarly to the connecting decorative member 20. When the outer wall of the existing building is a mortar exterior wall A, the depth is set to 30 mm because a body edge having a thickness of 30 mm is used. The horizontal length of the inner peripheral cover surface 34 is set so as to coincide with the horizontal interval between the left and right trunk edges 4, 4 in the vertical direction. It is the shape which covers reliably over.
[0030]
The manufacturing process of the horizontal decorative member 30 will be described with reference to FIG. (A) has shown the elongate member 31, cut | incised as shown by a dashed-two dotted line in (b), and it will be in the state of (c). Thereafter, as indicated by a one-dot chain line, first, the front surface portion 33 is bent backward, then the draining surface 32 is bent downward, and then the end portion is bent and integrated so as to wrap the first bent front surface portion.
[0031]
The horizontal decorative member 30 manufactured in this way is formed by folding both ends of the draining surface 32 and the front surface portion 33 as shown in (e) to form both end vertical surfaces 36, 36. Between the base flat surface 35, left and right openings 37, 37 into which a new exterior packaging material B for reforming is inserted are formed. The horizontal width of the opening is set to be slightly larger than the width into which the new exterior material B can be inserted, that is, the thickness of the exterior material B, and the height of the opening is formed to reach the draining surface 32.
[0032]
FIG. 9 shows a state where the connecting decorative member 20 and the horizontal decorative member 30 are combined. In FIG. 9, the upper connecting decorative member 20 and the lower horizontal decorative member 30 are in contact with the inner peripheral cover surface 34 with the right-angled portion 21 a without a gap, and with the draining surface 32 with the inclined portion 21 b without a gap.
[0033]
The operation of attaching the decorative member of the present embodiment configured as described above to the existing exterior wall A and the construction of the exterior material B will be described below.
First, as shown in FIG. 11, the horizontal decorative member 30 is attached to the lower trunk edge 3. The inner peripheral cover surface 34 is inserted rearward while being in contact with the upper surface of the trunk edge 3, the base flat surface 35 is brought into contact with the front surface of the trunk edge 3, and the nail 6 is hit from the front and fixed. As a result, the right angle portion between the inner peripheral cover surface 34 and the base flat surface 35 of the horizontal decorative member 30 is in close contact with the right angle portion between the upper surface and the front surface of the lower trunk edge 3, and the inner peripheral cover surface 34 is the lower trunk edge 3. Cover and protect the top surface.
[0034]
Next, the connecting decorative member 20 obtained by connecting the left side member 20A, the upper side member 20B, and the right side member 20C is formed by the inner peripheral edges of the trunk edges 3 and 4, with the respective front projecting surfaces 23 facing outside. The base flat surface 22 is brought into contact with the periphery of the opening, and the nail 6 is driven into and fixed to the trunk edges 3 and 4. At this time, the inner peripheral cover surface 25 is inserted from the front in contact with the inner peripheral surfaces of the trunk edges 3 and 4, and the base flat surface 22 is brought into contact with the front surfaces of the trunk edges 3 and 4 and fixed by nailing. . The order of nailing is arbitrary, and by fixing all the nails, the inner peripheral surfaces of the left and right trunk edges 4 and 4 and the upper trunk edge 3 are covered and protected by the inner peripheral cover surface 25, and the waterstop and A new opening 60A rich in appearance design is formed.
10 and 11 show a state in which the connecting decorative member 20 and the horizontal decorative member 30 are attached to the waist edges 3 and 4.
[0035]
A new exterior material B for renovation is attached to the newly formed opening 60A. First, the upper side of the outer packaging material B is inserted into the openings 37, 37 at both ends of the horizontal decorative member 30, and the upper end of the outer packaging material B is in contact with the lower surface of the draining surface 32 or is nailed so as to have a slight gap. It fixes to the trunk edge 3 and the other trunk edge which extends in the other vertical direction not shown.
[0036]
Next, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the end surface portion of the exterior material B is pasted so as to face the front projecting surface with a gap S on the basis of the front projecting surface 23 of the connecting decorative member 20. At this time, the single hat joiner 40 shown in FIG. 3 is brought into contact with the left and right side members 20A and 20C, and the exterior material B is brought into contact with the single hat joiner 40 in a state of being sandwiched between the trunk edge 4 and the exterior material B. The horizontal gap S can be easily obtained by the curved portion protruding from the flat plate portion of the one-hat joiner 40. As shown in FIG. 2, a gap S is formed by a backup material 41 on the upper side member 20B, and the exterior material B is attached. Then, after the exterior material B is sequentially attached to the entire circumference of the connecting decorative member 20, the sealing material 42 is injected into the upper portion of the gap S, whereby the construction around the opening at the time of the renovation according to the present invention is completed. The sealing material 42 is injected into the gap S along the three sides of the connecting decorative member 20 and reliably stops water.
[0037]
Although FIG. 1 shows an aspect in which the exterior material B is horizontally stretched, it is needless to say that it may be vertically stretched. Further, when the exterior material B is pasted, a predetermined gap S may be provided around the connecting decorative member 20 and the backup material 41 may be pushed into the gap S later. Although an example in which the exterior material is attached by nailing is shown, the exterior material may be attached using a fixing bracket. Furthermore, the sealing material 42 may be injected by pushing the backup material 41 into the gaps S in the three directions of the upper side and the left and right sides.
[0038]
In the construction structure of the present embodiment thus constructed, water leakage is reliably prevented by the sealing material 42 between the front projecting surface 23 and the end surface of the exterior material B, and rainwater flowing along the sealing material 42 It is guided forward through the draining surface 32 of the lower horizontal decorative member 30 and does not enter the interior. Further, rainwater that has entered the inside of the upper connecting decorative member 20 is prevented from entering the inside of the trunk edge along the inner peripheral cover surface 25 of the connecting decorative member. And it guide | induces ahead along the draining surface 32 of the horizontal decorative member 30, and it is prevented that water leaks into the exterior material B inside.
[0039]
Another embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIG. FIG. 12 is a cross-sectional view of another embodiment of the decorative member according to the present invention. In this embodiment, the existing wall is mortar in the above-described embodiment, but the existing wall is used when the siding is stretched, and the thickness of the trunk edge in the depth direction is different. To do. Other substantially equivalent configurations are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof is omitted.
[0040]
In FIG. 12, when the existing wall is siding tension, the body edges 3A, 4A (only 3A is shown) having a thickness L2 in the depth direction is small. It is set to be small according to the thickness L2. Further, the horizontal decorative member 30 and the depth of the inner peripheral cover surface 34a are set to be small in accordance with the thickness L2. For example, in the above-described embodiment, the thickness of the trunk edges 3 and 4 is about 30 mm, but in the embodiment shown in FIG. 12, the thickness of the trunk edges 3 and 4 is about 18 mm. The inner cover surfaces 25a and 34a have a small depth in accordance with 18 mm.
[0041]
Also in this embodiment, since the inner peripheral cover surfaces 25a, 34a having a small depth can reliably cover the inner peripheral surfaces of the trunk edges 3, 4, the trunk edges 3, 4 using another L-shaped joiner or the like. It is not necessary to cover the inner peripheral surface of the cover, the number of parts can be reduced, and the attaching operation of the decorative member 10 can be simplified.
[0042]
Although one embodiment of the present invention has been described in detail above, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention described in the claims. Design changes can be made. For example, although the example in which the horizontal decorative member is first fixed and then the connecting decorative member is fixed has been described for fixing the decorative member to the trunk edge, the present invention is not limited to this. The order may be changed so that the horizontal decorative member is fixed in contact with the lower end of the connecting decorative member.
[0043]
Further, a sealing material may be injected into the contact portion between the opening of the horizontal decorative member and the new outer wall plate to further improve the waterproof property, and at the corner portion of the connecting portion between the connecting decorative member and the horizontal decorative member. Alternatively, a sealing material may be applied. Further, a sealing material may be applied to a contact portion between the falling surface of the connecting decorative member and the inner peripheral cover surface of the horizontal decorative member. As the metal plate forming the decorative member, an appropriate plate material such as a copper plate, a tin plate, an aluminum plate, a stainless steel plate, or the like can be used in addition to the steel plate.
[0044]
Although the decorative member has shown the example comprised from the connection decorative member which forms 3 rounds which an upper side and right and left sides continue, and the horizontal decorative member which forms a lower side, 3 rounds where a lower side and left and right sides continue It may be configured as an aggregate of a continuous decorative member that forms the upper side and a horizontal decorative member that forms the upper side.
[0045]
【The invention's effect】
As can be understood from the above description, according to the construction method around the opening at the time of renovation according to the present invention, by attaching a new exterior material B, the existing outer wall can be completely concealed, and a new The end surface portion of the exterior material around the opening is sealed and covered with the front projecting surface of the decorative member, and is not exposed to the outside. Therefore, the end face of the new exterior material is not exposed to rainwater, and rainwater does not enter the building. Only the outer surface of the decorative member made of a metal plate appears on the outer side around the new opening, and the area around the opening at the time of renovation can be applied at low cost.
[0046]
Moreover, according to this invention, the attachment operation | work of the decorative member at the time of renovation is easy, and reliable fixation is obtained. Moreover, the required water stoppage between the existing opening and the new opening is ensured. Furthermore, since the decorative member is configured as an assembly of the connecting decorative member and the horizontal decorative member in which the horizontal side and the right and left vertical sides are connected, the opening of various different dimensions can be used for the connecting decorative member. By changing the bending length and changing the length of the horizontal decorative member, it is possible to easily and appropriately carry out the renovation work.
