Description

【0001】

[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The conventional circuit breaker is configured as described above, but the elongated hole of the lead wire holding member is sized to pass the lead wire. For example, a crimp terminal is attached to the tip of the lead wire. In some cases, the crimping terminal must be crimped after passing the lead wire through the elongated hole, resulting in poor assembly workability. Further, when the lead wire drawn out of the circuit breaker is pulled or pushed in from the outside to the inside, the holding state of the lead wire may be released or loosened. Depending on the disengaged or slackened state, there is a problem that the soldered portion of the lead wire is peeled off.
[0005]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems. Even when the lead wire is long or a crimp terminal is attached to the tip of the lead wire, the assembly work is easy and the circuit breaker is When the lead wire pulled out to the outside is pulled, or
An object of the present invention is to provide a circuit breaker in which the holding state of the lead wire does not come off or loosen when pushed in from the outside to the inside.

A substantially L-shaped locking member that can wind and lock the lead wire is provided, one end of which is an opening for inserting the lead wire, and the other end is a locking portion for winding and locking the lead wire. In addition, a deflection preventing protrusion for suppressing the deflection of the locking member over a predetermined dimension is provided at the opening of the locking member or at the portion facing the opening inside the auxiliary cover. .
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiment 1 FIG.
1 is a perspective view showing a state before an attachment device is mounted in a circuit breaker according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention, FIG. 2 is an enlarged perspective view of an attachment device portion in FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is an embodiment of the present invention. 4 is a partially broken side view of the circuit breaker according to the first embodiment when the attached device is mounted, FIG. 4 is a partial plan view taken along line AA in FIG. 3, and FIG. 5 is taken from line BB in FIG. FIG.
[0008]
In the figure, a circuit breaker case 11 is composed of a synthetic resin base 11a and a synthetic resin main cover 11b which is detachably attached to the base 11a. Z) is built-in. The auxiliary cover 12 is fixed to the main cover 11b with a screw 13. By this fixing, the auxiliary cover 12 closes the recess 14 in which the attachment device 21 is accommodated. A lead wire 22 for outputting a signal from the accessory device 21 to the outside of the circuit breaker 1 is drawn out from the accessory device 21.
[0009]
The auxiliary cover 12 is provided with a side wall 12a that covers the side surface of the main cover 11b when the auxiliary cover 12 is closed. A hook 21 a that is a locking member for locking the lead wire 22 drawn out from the auxiliary device 21 to the outside of the circuit breaker 1 is provided on the side wall of the auxiliary device 21. The hook 21a is formed in an approximately L shape, one end of which is an opening 21aa into which the lead wire 22 can be inserted, and the other end is a locking portion 21ab in which the lead wire 22 can be wound and locked. The lead wire 22 is pulled out through a gap formed between the side wall 12a of the auxiliary cover 12 and the side surface of the base 11a as shown in FIGS.
[0010]
In the circuit breaker configured as described above, when the lead wire 22 drawn out from the attachment device 21 is pulled out of the circuit breaker 1, the lead wire 22 is wound around the engaging portion 21ab of the hook 21a. Since the lead wire 22 is locked and fixed to the hook 21a, even if the lead wire 22 is pulled in the direction of the mounting surface of the circuit breaker 1 (the direction of the arrow F1 in FIG. 3), the lead wire connecting portion 21b ( For example, no stress is applied to the soldered portion of the lead wire 22. Further, since the hook 21a is formed in an approximately L shape and one end is open, workability when winding the lead wire 22 is good. Further, when the lead wire 22 drawn out of the circuit breaker 1 is pulled or pushed in from the outside to the inside, the holding state of the lead wire is loosened and the soldered portion of the lead wire 22 is peeled off. The problem of doing is also solved.
[0011]
Embodiment 2. FIG.
When the gap between the hook 21a and the side wall 12a of the auxiliary cover 12 is large, a deflection preventing projection 21ac is provided in the opening 21aa portion of the hook 21a as shown in FIG. Is suppressed. That is, when the lead wire 22 is pulled in the lateral direction of the circuit breaker 1 (the direction of the arrow F2 in FIG. 4) by the deflection preventing projection 21ac, the hook 21a is displaced outward as indicated by the broken line, thereby preventing the deflection. Since the protrusion 21ac contacts the inside of the side wall 12a of the auxiliary cover 12 to prevent further displacement, the hook 21a is not broken. Depending on the configuration of the side wall 12a of the attachment device 21 or the auxiliary cover 12, the deflection preventing projection 21ac may be provided inside the side wall 12a of the auxiliary cover 12. However, when the gap between the hook 21a and the side wall 12a of the auxiliary cover 12 is small, the bending prevention protrusion 21ac may not be provided.
[0012]
Embodiment 3 FIG.
As shown in the first and second embodiments, when the lead wire 22 is wound around the hook 21a, the lead wire 22 is locked and fixed to the hook 21a. However, as shown in FIG. If the lead wire loosening prevention rib 12b is provided on the wire, it can be locked and fixed more firmly. That is, when the auxiliary cover 12 is closed, the lead wire 22 wound around the hook 21a is pressed toward the hook 21a by the lead wire slack preventing rib 12b. By this pressing, the lead wire 22 is further firmly locked and fixed.
[0013]
Embodiment 4 FIG.
6 is a perspective view showing a state before the attachment device 23 of the circuit breaker in Embodiment 4 of the present invention is mounted, and FIG. 7 is an enlarged perspective view of a portion of the attachment device 23 in FIG.
[0014]
The auxiliary device 23 is provided with a projecting portion 23 a that is a locking member for locking the lead wire 22 drawn out of the circuit breaker 2 from the auxiliary device 23, and is pulled out from the auxiliary device 23. When the lead wire 22 is pulled out of the circuit breaker 2, if the lead wire 22 is wound around the projecting portion 23a, the lead wire 22 is fixed to the projecting portion 23a. No stress is applied to the lead wire connecting portion 23b of the attachment device 23 even when pulled in the direction of the mounting surface 2. In addition to this configuration, as shown in the third embodiment, if the lead wire loosening prevention rib 12b is provided inside the auxiliary cover 12, it is more firmly locked and fixed.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the locking member capable of winding and locking the lead wire drawn out from the accessory device to the outside of the circuit breaker is provided on the side wall of the accessory device. Even when a crimp terminal is attached or when the lead wire is long, it is not configured to pass through the elongated hole, so that the lead wire can be easily locked and fixed.
[0016]
Further, the locking member is formed in an approximately L shape, and one end thereof is an opening for inserting a lead wire, and the other end is a locking portion for winding and locking the lead wire. It is easy to attach and restrain loosening of the lead wire.
[0017]
In addition, by providing a bend prevention protrusion that suppresses a bend of a predetermined size or more of the locking member at the opening portion of the locking member or a portion facing the opening portion inside the auxiliary cover, the locking member is broken. Can be prevented.
[0018]
Furthermore, by providing a loosening prevention rib inside the auxiliary cover, it is possible to prevent the locking of the lead wire locked to the locking member from being loosened when the lead wire is pushed inward from the outside. Can do.
