Description
【0001】

[0015]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide an active headrest structure that can secure a knee space for an occupant seated in a rear seat and can improve appearance quality.
[0016]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the seat back frame is provided in the seat back provided in the passenger compartment of the vehicle and is rotatable with respect to the seat back frame. As described above, a headrest support member for supporting a headrest mounted on the upper portion of the seat back is provided, and the headrest is rotated toward the front of the vehicle by a load from the front of the vehicle applied to the pressure receiving member positioned in the seat back. An active headrest structure,
The pressure receiving member is connected to an elastic member provided in the seat back and connected to the seat back frame, and a seat back skin material pasted on the back side of the seat back is stretched by the pressure receiving member. It features an active headrest structure.
[0017]
In the thing of Claim 1 comprised in this way, the said pressure receiving member stretches | stretches the seat back skin material affixed on the said seat back back side.
[0018]
Since the pressure receiving member is connected to an elastic member connected to the seat back in the seat back, the seat back skin material is pulled toward the front of the seat back by the pressure receiving member. It is urged in the direction and dents.
[0019]
For this reason, a recess is formed on the back side of the seat back, and a knee space for a passenger in the rear seat is secured.
[0020]
Moreover, since the seat back skin material is always urged toward the front of the seat back by the pressure receiving member, the skin material does not sag.
[0021]
Further, a member for fixing the skin material that hinders the operation of the pressure receiving member is not required.
[0022]
Therefore, the appearance quality on the back side of the seat back is good, and the operational reliability of the active headrest can be maintained.
[0023]
Further, according to the second aspect of the present invention, the pressure receiving member is provided with a locked member that locks the locking member fixed to the seat back skin material side, and the headrest has a multi-stage height. By providing a position adjustment mechanism and moving it downward from the lowest position lock position of the height adjustment mechanism, the lower end of the headrest stay of the headrest is brought into a position where it comes into contact with the locked member. The active headrest structure according to
[0024]
In this configuration, the lower end of the headrest stay is in contact with the locked member even if the headrest is moved below the lowest lock position of the height adjusting mechanism. To be stopped.
[0025]
For this reason, the downward movement to the outside of the design range of the headrest is surely restricted, and it is possible to always maintain a fit when using the headrest.
[0026]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, the lower end of the headrest stay at the lowermost lock position is smaller than the dimension from the lower end surface of the headrest to the upper end surface of the seat back at the lowermost lock position of the height adjusting mechanism. The active headrest structure according to
[0027]
In this configuration, the lower end surface of the headrest stays against the upper end surface of the seat back even at the position where the lower end of the headrest stay stops by contacting the locked member. It is possible to obtain a fit that is substantially the same as that in the case where the height adjustment mechanism is not touching and is stopped at each stage of the height adjustment mechanism.
[0028]
Further, in the invention described in claim 4, the locked member is characterized by the active headrest structure according to at least one of
[0029]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention configured as described above, since the locked member is configured by a loop-shaped wire member, the headrest can be formed without increasing the thickness in the front-rear direction inside the seat back. Sufficient rigidity can be secured when the lower end of the stay abuts.
[0030]
Therefore, the knee space can be further expanded and the space efficiency is good.
[0031]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, the locked member is formed by bending a linear wire member, and both ends of the wire member are fixed to the pressure receiving member. The active headrest structure according to at least any one of
[0032]
In the structure according to
[0033]
According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, the locking member is locked to the locked member at a position below the fixing position of the locked member to the pressure receiving member by a predetermined distance in the height direction. It is characterized by the active headrest structure according to at least one of
[0034]
According to a sixth aspect of the present invention configured as described above, the locking member is positioned at a position below a predetermined distance in the height direction from a position where the locked member is fixed to the pressure receiving member. It is locked to the member.
[0035]
For this reason, the pressure receiving member and the stay are arranged so as to overlap in the front and rear direction of the seat back, and the thickness of the upper portion of the seat back is maintained thin, and the engagement is provided near the lower end of the pressure receiving member. By providing a stop member, the position where the seat back skin material is stretched can be set to a low position.
[0036]
Therefore, it is possible to easily secure the rear seat knee space.
