Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an infusion container with a double-ended needle, and more particularly, to an infusion container with a double-ended needle that is individually provided with a communication port with another drug container and a drug solution outlet.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as an infusion container with a double-ended needle, a type (for example, refer to Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 4-22745) that shares a communication port with other drug containers and a chemical solution outlet (for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Hei 5) -337163)) has been proposed.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Unlike the former common type, the latter individual type does not require removal of the vial after dissolution of the drug (for example, antibiotics), and the infusion operation can be performed with the vial attached. By visually checking the bottle, the name of the dissolved drug can be known. Therefore, the individual type is convenient because it is not necessary to enter the name of the dissolved drug in the infusion container at the time of infusion operation, but has the following problems, and the improvement has been desired.
[0004]
B) Since a sealing film made of plastic is simply formed on the communication port side, there is a risk of liquid leakage from the insertion portion when the double-ended needle is inserted. In particular, the operation of transferring the infusion to the vial is usually performed with the infusion container upside down, so there is a high risk of liquid leakage.
[0005]
B Since the resistance of needle removal of the double-ended needle from the sealing membrane is small, for example, after the administration of the infusion to the patient is completed, the double-ended needle may fall out of the sealing membrane naturally, which is dangerous. .
[0006]
The problems of (b) and (b) can be solved to some extent by using a rubber plug together. However, using a rubber plug together is not preferable because the insertion resistance at the time of needle insertion increases and the operability at the time of communication decreases.
[0007]
An object of the present invention is to provide an infusion container with a double-headed needle that can solve the problems of liquid leakage and the spontaneous dropout of double-ended needles found in individual types without lowering operability.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention provides an infusion container with a double-ended needle that is individually provided with a communication port with another drug container and a drug solution outlet, wherein the communication port includes a rubber plug, and the rubber plug is provided at the center of the bottom surface. A recessed portion formed, and an insertion hole extending in the vertical direction at the upper surface of the rubber plug and at the center of the rubber plug so as to open in the recessed portion and sealed by a sealing film portion , and A single-policy portion of a double-ended needle can be inserted into the membrane portion, and the insertion hole is configured such that its inner diameter is smaller than the outer diameter of the single-policy portion of the double-ended needle, One policy part of the double-ended needle can be inserted against the elasticity of the rubber plug, and the lower sealing film part disposed below the rubber plug is a plastic sealing film part separate from the rubber plug consists, the lower sealing film portion fits in the recess protrudes upward in the opening peripheral edge of the insertion hole Both have a protruding portion having an upper surface for contact with the bottom surface of the recess, the upper surface of the lower sealing film unit, according to the double-ended needled infusion container, characterized in that in contact with the bottom surface of said rubber plug.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The infusion container with a double-ended needle of the present invention includes a container body 1 and a double-ended needle 2 as is apparent from FIG. 1 (vertical front view) and FIG. 2 (vertical side view).
[0011]
The container body 1 is made of a flexible plastic, for example, a polyolefin resin such as polyethylene or polypropylene, and contains an infusion solution a such as distilled water for injection, glucose, physiological saline, electrolyte solution, amino acid solution, and fat emulsion. The upper end side is provided with a communication port 3, and the lower end side is provided with a chemical solution outlet 4.
[0012]
The double-ended needle 2 is slidably held in an upward projecting support ring 5 concentrically supported by the communication port 3, and normally holds the non-communication position shown in FIGS. 6 is configured to be slidable to the communication position shown in FIG.
[0013]
The support ring 5 is formed in a cylindrical shape from plastic, and is fitted and connected to the outer peripheral shoulder 11 of the communication port 3 on the lower end side, and a removable closing means such as a cap 6 is provided on the upper end side. Yes. In addition, the closing means may be a peel seal type as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7 of Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 4-22745.
[0014]
The chemical solution outlet 4 is composed of a plastic stopper 4b with a rubber stopper 4a, and an easily peelable plastic cover 7 is welded to the lower end of the stopper 4b. The cover 7 is a hard plate and includes a flange portion 7a projecting outward from the periphery of the chemical solution outlet 4 so that the container body 1 can be self-supported in the flange portion 7a. The cover 7 can be easily peeled and removed by pushing down one end of the flange portion 7a when taking out the chemical solution. As the liquid outlet 4, various other known configurations can be adopted.
[0015]
1 to 7 show a first embodiment of the present invention. According to this embodiment, in the infusion container having the above-described configuration, the communication port 3 is provided with inner and outer plastic sealing film portions 3a 1 and 3b 1 (lower side). Fumaku portion 3a 1, is constituted from the upper Fumaku portion 3b 1) and these Fumaku portion 3a 1, 3b enclosed between 1 HamaSo been rubber stopper 3c, insertion holes 8 in the rubber stopper 3c penetrating vertically The inner diameter of the insertion hole 8 is set to be slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the lower needle portion 2b of the double-ended needle 2.
[0016]
In the first embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the communication port 3 includes an inner mouth portion 3a with a top surface sealing portion 3a 1 formed integrally with the container body 1 and the inner mouth portion 3a. An outer mouth portion 3b with a top seal portion 3b 1 fitted and fixed to the outside, and a rubber plug 3c enclosed and sealed between the seal portions 3a 1 and 3b 1 of the inner and outer mouth portions 3a and 3b I have. The outer opening 3b includes attachment portions 9 and 9 at the base end portion, and the attachment portions 9 and 9 support the inverted U-shaped lifting tool 10.
[0017]
Of the sealing film portions 3a 1 , 3b 1, the portions covering the upper and lower openings of the insertion hole 8 are, as shown in an enlarged view in FIG. 3, thin film portions 3a 2 , 3a 2 , consists 3b 2, since the thin film portion 3a 2, 3b 2 is may be reduced or lost performance as too much thin sealing membrane, usually selected appropriately determined from the range of about 0.2~0.5mm Is done.
[0018]
In the communication operation, the cap 6 is removed from the state shown in FIG. 2, and as shown in FIG. 4, the inside of the other drug container, for example, the vial A containing medicines such as antibiotics and the inside of the container body 1 through the double-ended needle 2 In this communication state, the infusion a is transferred from the container body 1 into the vial A, dissolved, and then returned to the container body 1 through the double-ended needle 2 again. In such a case, the drug dissolving operation can be completed by repeating such an operation several times.
[0019]
As is apparent from the enlarged view shown in FIG. 5, when the communication operation, the upper needle portion 2a of the double-ended needle 2 is pierced from the mouth portion A 1 of the vial A on the inside, while the lower needle part 2b outside of the top The surface sealing film portion 3b 1 is inserted into the container body 1 through the insertion hole 8 of the rubber plug 3c and the inner top surface sealing film portion 3a 1 .
[0020]
Since the inner diameter of the insertion hole 8 is set slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the lower needle portion 2b,
The lower needle portion 2b passes through the insertion hole 8 while expanding and pushing against the elasticity of the rubber. Thus, after the insertion, the inner peripheral wall around the insertion hole 8 is strongly adhered to the outer peripheral surface of the lower needle portion 2b by the elasticity of the rubber, so that liquid tightness is obtained, and the drug dissolving operation may be leaked. Can be done safely and reliably.
[0021]
Further, when communicating, the lower needle portion 2b is configured to be inserted into the insertion hole 8 of the rubber plug 3c, so that the insertion resistance is small and liquid leakage can be prevented without substantially reducing operability. .
[0022]
After finishing the drug dissolution operation, as shown in FIG. 6, the patient with the prepared drug solution is passed through the drug solution outlet 4 under the application of an infusion set (not shown) with the cover 7 peeled and removed. Is administered. Since the administration operation can be performed while leaving the vial A, the name of the administered drug can be easily known by visually checking the vial A.
[0023]
After completing the operation of administering the drug solution to the patient, the vial A made of glass is removed from the double-ended needle 2 for separation and disposal as shown in FIG. Even after the vial A is removed, the lower needle 2b of the double-ended needle 2 is firmly held in the insertion hole 8 of the rubber stopper 3c provided in the communication port 3 by the elasticity of the rubber, so that the double-ended needle 2 is There is no danger of spontaneous dropout from the infusion container, and disposal of the infusion container can be performed safely. The disposal of the infusion container is preferably performed after the cap 6 is applied again in consideration of safety after disposal. For separation and disposal, when the glass vial A is removed from the double-ended needle A, a retaining mechanism 12 (see FIG. 3) may be provided so that the double-ended needle 2 does not come off the support ring 5. it can.
[0024]
FIG. 8 shows a second embodiment of the present invention. According to this embodiment, the first embodiment except that the sealing portion of the rubber plug 3c is composed of a rubber sealing membrane portion 3d integrated with the rubber plug 3c. There is no substantial difference from the form. In the second embodiment, similar to the first embodiment, it is possible to prevent liquid leakage and natural drop of the double-ended needle without a decrease in operability.
[0025]
In the second embodiment, the rubber plug 3c is loaded into the opening 3f of the plastic port 3e constituting the main body of the communication port 3 by insert molding or other incorporation. If the rubber sealing film portion 3d becomes too thick, the needle stick resistance increases and the operability at the time of needle sticking is lowered, so that the rubber seal film part 3d is usually set appropriately within a range of about 0.3 to 1.0 mm.
[0026]
In the present invention, the insertion hole 8 formed in the rubber plug 3c may be either a straight type (see FIG. 1) or a taper type (see FIG. 8). The inner diameter is set to be smaller than the outer diameter of the lower needle portion 2 b of the double-ended needle 2.
If there is too much dimensional difference between the outer diameter of the lower needle portion 2b of the double-ended needle 2 and the inner diameter of the insertion hole 8, there is a risk of causing an undesirable result in terms of operability or liquid tightness (prevention of falling off). Therefore, it is appropriate that outer diameter to inner diameter = 1 to about 0.7 to 0.9. Incidentally, in the case of the taper type insertion hole 8, the average value of the portion having a diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the lower needle portion 2b is regarded as the inner diameter.
[0027]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, a type having a communication port with another drug container and a drug solution outlet are individually provided, and the problems of liquid leakage and double-headed needle spontaneous drop that are seen in such individual types are reduced in operability. An infusion container with a double-ended needle that can be solved without any problems can be provided.
