上記課題を解決するために、本発明の物品の飲食物容器の供給方法は、飲食物容器の供給部から搬送方向に向かって往復移動又は無端回走する搬送手段を設け、前記供給部において搬送手段の定位置に、客よりの注文品を載せた飲食物容器を載置したのち、搬送手段を作動させて飲食物容器を注文客の近傍まで搬送するとともに、無端状をなす搬送路を備え、該搬送路により囲まれた内方に、前記搬送手段を設けたことを特徴としている。
上記構成の方法によると、客により注文された飲食物容器は、通常の搬送路とは別の搬送手段により直接かつ自動的に注文客に提供されるので、下流側の客に対する不公平感をなくすことができるとともに、省力化が図れる。
