αc=Te/Jc (1)
αm=(Te−Tm)/Jm (2)
となる。
【0013】
Tm=((Jc−Jm)/Jc)・Te (3)

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a power transmission system test apparatus and a control method therefor.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a power transmission system test apparatus, there is one disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 3158461.
This test apparatus includes a dynamometer connected as a power absorbing means to a power transmission system in order to perform a vehicle performance test and a durability test indoors, and by controlling the generated torque of the dynamometer, In addition, an inertia that is equivalent to that of an actual vehicle is loaded to enable a test that simulates actual vehicle travel.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in this test apparatus, in order to control the torque generated by the dynamometer, the speed of the dynamometer is detected, and the acceleration of the dynamometer is obtained by calculating a differential value of the speed. For this reason, noise is easily generated in the acceleration value of the obtained dynamometer, and it is difficult to control the generated torque of the dynamometer with high accuracy.
[0004]
In addition, when detecting the speed of the dynamometer by a position detecting means such as an encoder or a resolver, the detected position information must be second-order differentiated in order to obtain the acceleration value of the dynamometer. There is a problem of lowering. In these cases, if the detection period is lengthened, accuracy and resolution can be improved to some extent, but detection is delayed, which is not preferable. In addition, it is conceivable to detect the generated torque directly by attaching a torque converter to the output shaft of the dynamometer, but there are problems such as transient vibration and errors due to the rigidity of the shaft. Conceivable.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and is a power transmission system that makes it possible to perform a test by applying a torque generated by an appropriate dynamometer to a power transmission system including a power source. It aims at providing a test device and its control method.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides the following means.
The invention according to
[0007]
According to the present invention, the estimated speed of the dynamometer is obtained, and the process of differentiating the actual speed of the dynamometer is eliminated by taking the deviation between the estimated speed and the actual speed. It is possible to estimate with accuracy. Thereby, the generated torque of the dynamometer can be controlled based on the generated torque of the power source, and the power source can be appropriately tested.
[0008]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the power transmission system testing device according to the first aspect, the control device has a delay equivalent to the delay of the speed detection of the speed detection means, so that the dynamometer A test apparatus for speed estimation is provided.
According to the present invention, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of a difference between the detected actual speed and the estimated speed, and to control the generated torque of the dynamometer with higher accuracy.
