Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a swing type fishing rod.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The swing type fishing rod has a small diameter rod pipe accommodated in a tapered tapered large diameter rod, and the tip side inner peripheral surface of the large diameter rod pipe and the proximal end outer peripheral surface of the small diameter rod pipe are spun out. It is supposed to be. Such swing-type fishing rods are usually provided with decorations such as painting on the front and rear outer peripheral surfaces of the rods. Also, the joint of the small-diameter steel pipe, that is, the outer peripheral surface of the proximal end side of the small-diameter steel pipe, is also coated in the same way. Even if the height changes (occurrence of variation), the unpainted portion is no longer exposed at the joint, and the appearance with a beautiful decoration is maintained regardless of the use conditions.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, since the outer peripheral surface of the small-diameter soot tube is coated up to the inside of the joint portion, the outer diameter dimension at the joint portion is likely to change, and the joint length is likely to be large and uneven. In particular, the decorative layer by painting, etc. is softer and easier to wear than the FRP main body (FRP), so it is difficult to keep the outer diameter constant, and the durability is different between the worn part and the non-worn part. Will occur. On the other hand, if the decorative layer such as paint is simply removed, there is a drawback that the appearance of the fishing rod as a whole deteriorates.
[0004]
The present invention has been made based on the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a swing-type fishing rod with improved appearance accuracy and durability and excellent appearance.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems, the swing type fishing rod of the present invention is a swing type in which the proximal end side outer peripheral surface of the small-diameter rod pipe is joined to the tip-out inner peripheral surface in the tapered tapered large-diameter rod pipe. In the fishing rod, the joint portion of the small-diameter rod pipe is formed with a fiber reinforced resin layer, the rear side of the outer surface of the joint portion is a rough surface, and the front side is a mirror-like surface where the reinforcing fibers are partially exposed. It is characterized by that.
[0006]
Regarding the outer peripheral surface of the joint portion of the small-diameter steel pipe, the rear side is finished to a rough surface shape that can prevent sticking, and the front side is finished to a mirror surface shape that can improve processing accuracy and durability.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 is a partial cross-sectional view showing a joining state in a joining portion of a swing type fishing rod according to an embodiment of the present invention (a joining portion is indicated by a symbol R), and FIG. 2 is a joining of a large diameter rod pipe. FIG. 3 is a partial cross-sectional view showing a joining portion of a small-diameter soot tube.
[0008]
The large-diameter rod 1 and the small-diameter rod 10 are formed by so-called FRP in which a reinforcing fiber is impregnated with a synthetic resin. Specifically, a synthetic fiber such as an epoxy resin or the like is reinforced with carbon fibers, alumina fibers, or the like. A prepreg formed by impregnating a resin is wound around a cored bar, and the prepreg is stabilized with a mold-holding tape, and then formed through a firing process, a decore process, a mold-keeping tape peeling process, and the like. . Each soot pipe has a structure in which prepregs having different configurations are laminated. Normally, the outermost layer and the innermost layer in the main body layer of each soot pipe are surrounded by a prepreg constructed by aligning reinforcing fibers in the circumferential direction. It is a directional fiber layer. However, a reinforcing prepreg (reinforcing layer) in which reinforcing fibers are obliquely aligned or configured in a woven cloth shape may be disposed at a portion where a load is applied, such as a joint portion.
[0009]
As shown in FIG. 2, the large-diameter soot tube 1 is formed in a tapered shape, and the small-diameter soot tube 10 is formed so as to be joined to the tapered portion on the tip side of the large-diameter soot tube. In this case, the small-diameter rod 10 has a reinforcing layer 10b made of a prepreg in which reinforcing fibers are arranged in a cross shape so as to gradually increase in thickness toward the base end side in the region of the joint portion R on the main body layer 10a. It is preferable to comprise the disposed fiber reinforced resin layer (see FIG. 3). In addition, it is preferable to arrange such a reinforcing layer at the joints of all the pipes, but only at some joints (for example, the joints close to the main pipe). Alternatively, the joint portion may be formed by a fiber reinforced resin layer of only the main body layer without being disposed.
[0010]
As for the joining part R of the proximal end side of the small-diameter rod 10, the rear side R1 is formed on the rough surface 11, and the front side is formed on the mirror-like surface 12. In this case, it is preferable that the rough surface 11 is formed so as to have an uneven line in the axial length direction and the circumferential direction with respect to the reinforcing layer 10b arranged as described above. For example, it can be formed by buffing, grinding wheel polishing, cylindrical polishing, liquid honing, or the like. Further, such a rough surface can be formed by a method other than the method described above, and it is sufficient that the roughness thereof is Ra = 0.20 μm or more. In addition, since the rough surface 11 is for preventing the sticking of the mutual tubule in the joining part R so that it may mention later, in order for such an effect to be exhibited, The ratio of the length of R1 to the length (R1 / R) may be about 50 to 80%.
[0011]
The specular surface 12 in front of the rear side R1 of the joint R can be formed by using, for example, a chemical polishing method, particularly a chemical buffing (CB polishing) method, and the roughness is Ra = 0. It is sufficient if it is formed to be 15 μm or less. By finishing the mirror surface in this way, the reinforcing fibers are partially exposed on the surface, and the reinforcing fibers exist up to the surface region, so that wear at the joint portion can be effectively prevented. . For this reason, it is preferable to use a material having higher wear resistance, such as carbon fiber, glass fiber, silicon carbide fiber, etc., as the reinforcing fiber.
[0012]
Also, not only the joint part, but preferably, the surface of the front side of the rod tube is also made into a mirror surface, so that the surface is finished beautifully, so that the appearance of the fishing rod as a whole can be improved, It is not necessary to apply paint, and the accuracy of alignment at the joint portion R can be improved. In addition, since the coating is not performed, the clearance at the joint portion is reduced, and there is no partial wear, so that the rigidity and strength before alignment can be improved.
[0013]
Furthermore, since the rear side of the mirror-like surface is a rough surface, the joining portion R can prevent both of them from sticking even if moisture adheres in the joining state. In addition, by finishing the front surface of the joint portion R and the surface of the rod tube in front of it in a mirror-like manner, painting is unnecessary and the weight of the entire fishing rod can be reduced.
[0014]
In addition, the inner peripheral surface in the joining part R of the large diameter soot pipe 1 joined with the base end side of the small diameter soot pipe 10 comprised as mentioned above is a small diameter soot pipe in the inner peripheral side of the main body layer 1a. It is preferable to dispose a softer material (for example, polyester nonwoven fabric) than the joint portion R. By comprising in this way, while being able to aim at the abrasion suppression (improvement of durability) of the joint part R of a small diameter soot pipe, it comes to fit in comfortably. In addition, it is possible to prevent the large-diameter and small-diameter pipes from sticking by arranging a material having an uneven shape (rough surface) like a woven fabric, or by roughing the inner surface (surface roughening). it can.
[0015]
In addition, by forming the front surface of the joint portion R and the front surface of the soot tube in a mirror surface, the appearance is finished beautifully, but by changing the outer layer form of the soot tube material, various appearances are achieved. be able to. For example, by winding the shape-retaining tape in a pitch shape or in a cross shape, the surface irregularity form changes, and a different appearance can be obtained when finished in a mirror shape. Alternatively, a different appearance can be obtained by using colored reinforcing fibers. In addition, even in the mirror finished part, decoration such as step coating may be applied to a part of the part, for example, the front part of the soot tube.
[0016]
According to the above configuration, there is no need to provide a coating layer at the joint portion, and the weight can be reduced accordingly. Even when a coating layer is provided, a thin layer is sufficient.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the front side of the joint portion of the small-diameter soot tube is made into a mirror-like shape in which the reinforcing fibers are partially exposed, thereby improving accuracy and durability in the joint portion, and A swing-type fishing rod with excellent appearance can be obtained. In addition, since the rear side of the joint portion is formed on the rough surface, the rods are not fixed to each other by moisture or the like.
