明らかにQ(kg)の方が、H(kg)よりも大きい。

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a robot. In particular, the present invention relates to a technique for moving the lower limbs and upper limbs of humanoid robots and animal robots.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The development of humanoid and animal robots with lower and upper limbs has become active. The lower limbs and upper limbs of such robots have joints, and they walk, hold, and operate by rotating the joints.
The rotation of the joint is performed by a motor attached to the shaft. A motor is attached to each axis of the joint. For example, since the ankle joint rotates about two axes, two motors are attached to the ankle joint.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since the above-mentioned robot has a motor attached to each axis of the joint, the moment of inertia of the lower limb and the upper limb is increased. For example, when two motors are attached to the ankle joint, a heavy motor is disposed at a position far from the hip joint, so that the moment of inertia around the hip joint increases. When the moment of inertia is large, a large force is required to move the lower limb and the upper limb.
[0004]
The present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and an object thereof is to provide a technique capable of moving a lower limb and an upper limb of a robot with a small force.
[0005]
[Means for solving the problem, operation and effect]
The robot of the present invention includes a thigh, a lower leg connected to the thigh via a knee joint, a foot connected to the lower leg via an ankle joint, and a thigh A lower leg actuator that rotates the lower leg, and first and second foot actuators that rotate the foot relative to the lower leg, and the actuator group includes the thigh Installed on .
When the actuator group is fixed to the thigh, the tip of the lower limb (foot, ankle joint, lower leg, etc.) is lightened, and the moment of inertia around the hip joint is reduced. For this reason, the lower limb can be moved with a small force.
[0006]
In the robot described above, the lower leg actuator and the lower leg are connected by a wire, and the foot actuator and the foot are connected by a wire passing through the periphery of the knee joint. each is Ru Oh an actuator for driving the joint by adjusting the length of the wire.
With this configuration, when the lower leg actuator pulls the wire, the lower leg rotates with respect to the thigh, and when the foot actuator pulls the wire, the foot moves with respect to the lower leg. It is rotated. The power is transmitted to the distal member by a wire, and it is not necessary to provide an actuator for rotating the distal member on the distal member.
[0007]
In the above robot, the knee joint is connected to the thigh so that the lower leg can rotate about the rotation axis extending in the left-right direction of the robot, and the ankle joint connects the foot to the lower leg. it is rotatably connected to the rotation axis extending in the lateral direction of the robot.
Further, in the above robot, the lower leg actuator and the lower leg are connected by a lower leg wire passing through the rear side of the knee joint, and the first leg actuator and the foot located on the front side of the ankle joint the front portion are connected by a first wire you pass the knee joint front, second rear foot portion located on the rear side of the actuator and the ankle joint for the second leg portion you pass the knee joint front Connected with wires, loosen the lower leg wire connected to the lower leg with the lower leg actuator and pull both the first and second wires with the first and second foot actuators it rotates toward the front of the robot with respect in the lower leg portion thigh.
In the robot described above, the lower leg actuator and the lower leg are connected by the lower leg wire, and the wire is pulled backward. Further, by adjusting the manner of pulling the first and second wires, the front part or the rear part of the foot part can be pulled upward, and the lower leg part can be pulled forward.
[0009]
On the other hand, in the above robot, the knee joint is connected to the thigh so that the lower leg can rotate about the rotation axis extending in the left-right direction of the robot, and the ankle joint is connected to the lower leg. May be connected so as to be rotatable around two axes of a rotation axis extending in the left-right direction of the robot and a rotation axis extending in the front-rear direction.
At this time, the robot is connected to the lower leg actuator and the lower leg by a lower leg wire passing through the rear side of the knee joint, and is positioned on the front side and the outer side of the first leg actuator and the ankle joint. front outer foot which are connected by a first wire you pass the knee joint front, the front inner leg portion located on the front side and the inner side of the third foot actuator and ankle joint the knee joint It is connected by a third wire passing through the front side, and the second foot actuator and the rear part of the foot located on the rear side of the ankle joint are connected by a second wire passing through the front side of the knee joint. Loosen the lower leg wire connected to the lower leg with the thigh actuator, and pull the first, second and third wires together with the first, second and third foot actuators. The thigh is facing the front of the robot with respect to the thigh Rotating is preferable.
In the above robot, the lower leg actuator is connected to the lower leg with a wire passing through the rear side of the knee joint, and the lower leg is pulled backward. Also, by adjusting how the first, second, and third wires are pulled, the front outside of the foot, the inside of the front of the foot, the rear of the foot, and the front of the foot You can also pull the lower leg part forward.
In the above robot, three actuators are used to lift the lower leg where a large force is required, and one actuator is used to move the lower leg that requires less force. Therefore, it is easy to equalize the actuator capacity.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
A first embodiment embodying the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In this specification, the front-rear direction of the foot (the direction of movement of the robot) is the X-axis, the left-right direction is the Y-axis, and the direction in which the crus or torso extends is the Z-axis. Each axis is orthogonal to each other.
In the first embodiment, the present invention is applied to a lower limb of a robot. The left and right lower limbs are mirror-symmetric. 1 is a front view of both lower limbs of the robot of this embodiment, FIG. 2 is a side view of the left lower limb, FIG. 3 is a view for explaining the structure of an ankle joint, and FIG. 4 is a detail of a ball screw. FIG. 5 to FIG. 14 are diagrams for explaining the movement of the foot.

Each joint is driven by a wire (excluding the rotation of the hip joint around the Z axis. This rotation alone is directly rotated by a motor without using a wire). One end of each wire is attached to the end side member, and the other end is connected to an actuator composed of a ball screw and a motor. The ball screw feed screw (extending in the Z direction) is rotated by the motor, and the nut screwed to the feed screw is sent in the feed screw direction, and the wire tip connected to the nut is moved in the Z axis direction. Advance and retreat. The distal end member can be pulled or loosened by the wire by advancing and retracting the wire tip in the Z-axis direction.

In the system in which the wire guide is not provided in FIG. 11, the arm length changes greatly depending on the posture of the foot 218, and the magnitude of the moment for rotating the foot 218 changes greatly.

Without the wire end guide, every time the end side member such as the foot moves, the wire locally bends at the wire connecting portion, so it is not easy to maintain the durability of the wire connecting portion. In this embodiment, since the wire end guide is provided, even if the foot rotates around the Y axis, the vicinity of the lower end of the wire is always guided by the arc surface of the wire end guide. There is no local bending, and the durability of the wire connection portion is improved.
Further, if there is no wire end guide, the distance between the wire and the Y axis, that is, the arm length of the moment greatly changes every time the end side member such as the foot moves. In this embodiment, since the wire end guide is provided, even if the foot rotates around the Y axis, the change in the arm length of the moment can be suppressed by the wire end guide.
Further, the wire end guide of this embodiment has a width in the Y-axis direction, and the wire does not come off the wire end guide even if the
[0036]
In this embodiment, by using the wire end guide, the durability of the wire connecting portion can be maintained against changes in the posture of the end side member around the X axis and the Y axis. In addition, a change in the arm length of the moment can be suppressed with respect to a change in the posture of the terminal side member around the X axis and the Y axis. Furthermore, since the wire end guide is made wider, the wire can always be guided near the wire connection point without deviating from the wire end guide.
Even in a system in which a wire is guided by forming a groove in the wire end guide, the wire can be prevented from deviating from the wire end guide, but the wire may be locally bent sharply when the wire is separated from the groove. The wire end guide of this embodiment does not have a groove, so that the wire can move freely in the axial direction on the arc surface of the wire end guide and is wide so as not to deviate. It has succeeded in always guiding while avoiding sharp bending.

In order to adjust the rotation angle around three axes with four actuators, the actuators appear redundant. However, the rigidity relating to the rotation angle can be adjusted using this redundancy. This point will be described later.

[0050]
The robot of this embodiment is a system (pull-pull system) in which one of the two wires is pulled and rotated in the clockwise direction, and the other wire is pulled and rotated in the counterclockwise direction. In addition, since a spring extending in proportion to the tension is inserted, the rigidity can be adjusted independently of the robot posture. When it is necessary to follow flexibly, the rigidity is sometimes low, and when it is necessary to stabilize the posture, the rigidity can be adjusted to be high.
[0051]
The reason why the rigidity around the joint can be adjusted by the pull-pull method and the nonlinear spring will be described with reference to FIGS. In this description, a simple example in which the foot is rotated around the Y axis by two wires will be described. FIG. 21 schematically illustrates such a configuration. As shown in FIG. 21, the

When combined with a pull-pull system and a non-linear spring, the rigidity can be adjusted independently of the rotation angle of the joint.
[0055]
The inclination angle of the spring characteristic graph of FIG. 22 is proportional to the rigidity. Therefore, by obtaining the amount of elongation of the spring whose inclination angle corresponds to the intended stiffness and giving the amount of elongation, the desired stiffness can be adjusted.
Regardless of the posture of the robot, if the length of the perpendicular line from the center of rotation to the wire, that is, the length of the arm of the moment is substantially constant, the tension or the extension amount can be determined from the rigidity.
However, if the length of the perpendicular line from the center of rotation to the wire, that is, the length of the moment arm changes, the length of the moment arm must be taken into account before determining the tension from the stiffness. . For example, it is assumed that the wire tension is 1 kg. At this time, the length from the center of rotation to the point of application of the 1 kg tension is 10 cm (case 1) and 20 cm (case 2). At this time, the case 2 has a longer arm length and a larger moment. Case 2 has a stronger degree of maintaining the joint rotation angle at a predetermined value against an external force while having the same tension. Stiffness is determined by the length of the arm of tension and moment.
When the stiffness is specified, the second calculation unit of the controller calculates the tension necessary to adjust the specified stiffness from the specified stiffness and the length of the arm of the moment at that moment, and then When the length of the wire elongation necessary for adjusting to the tension is calculated, the flexibility around the joint can be adjusted to the specified rigidity regardless of the posture of the robot.
[0056]
A second embodiment in which the present invention is embodied in a neck joint will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 15 is a view for explaining the structure of the neck joint of the robot, and FIGS. 16 to 20 are views for explaining the movement of the head.

The robot of the present invention is wire-driven, and there is no need to mount an actuator on each joint. Since the actuator can be mounted at a position away from the joint, the joint can be reduced in size and weight, and the degree of freedom in mounting the actuator is increased. In the case of the present invention, the number of wires may be three for a biaxial joint, four for a triaxial joint, that is, the number of axes plus one for one joint. Since the required number of wires and the number of actuators are reduced, the limbs and the like can be slimmed and reduced in weight. As a result, the required power can be reduced, so that the movement of the distal side member can be speeded up, and a robot similar to humans and animals in terms of appearance and operation can be realized. It becomes possible.
[0066]
Specific examples of the present invention have been described in detail above, but these are merely examples and do not limit the scope of the claims. The technology described in the claims includes various modifications and changes of the specific examples illustrated above.
In addition, the technical elements described in the present specification or the drawings exhibit technical usefulness alone or in various combinations, and are not limited to the combinations described in the claims at the time of filing. In addition, the technology illustrated in the present specification or the drawings achieves a plurality of objects at the same time, and has technical utility by achieving one of the objects.
[0067]
Therefore, for example, it can also be configured as described below.
(1) The actuator group is not limited to being arranged on the thigh. For example, an actuator group may be arranged on the upper arm portion of the upper limb, and each actuator may be operated to rotate the forearm relative to the upper arm or rotate the hand relative to the forearm.
[0068]
(2) The ball screw controller described above receives the rotation angle and tension of the joint, but may be configured to input the rigidity of the joint instead of the tension.
In such a configuration, the controller calculates a moment arm between the rotation center of the distal member (for example, the foot) and the connection point of the wire from the rotation angle of the joint, and from this moment arm, the joint has a desired rigidity. Calculate the wire tension. Then, an operation amount of the ball screw having the calculated wire tension is output to the ball screw. In a configuration where the moment arm changes greatly with the rotation of the end side member (a configuration in which there is no wire end guide), the rigidity is input to the controller instead of the tension as described above, and this is processed. Thus, the rigidity of the joint can be controlled more accurately.
