明らかにQ(kg)の方が、H(kg)よりも大きい。

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a robot in which a body side member and a terminal side member are connected by a joint, for example, a robot in which a foot is connected to a lower leg (shin) via an ankle joint, and a wire is pulled. Thus, the present invention relates to a robot in which a distal side member rotates around a joint.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Recently, development of robots simulating the shapes and movements of people and animals, such as humanoid robots that perform upright walking and animal robots that perform quadrupedal walking, has become active. In the case of such a robot, a technique is required in which the end side member is connected to the body side member via a multi-axis joint and the joint angle is independently adjusted for each axis.
The “torso-side member and end-side member” here are, for example, “torso and head”, “torso and upper arm”, “upper arm and forearm”, “forearm and palm”, “Palm and fingers”, “torso and thigh”, “thigh and lower leg”, “lower leg and foot”, and the like. The “foot part” refers to a member on the distal side from the ankle joint.
[0003]
When adjusting the joint angle of the multi-axis joint connecting the body side member and the end side member, generally, a motor is attached to each rotation shaft of the joint, and each rotation shaft of the joint is rotated by the rotation of the motor. Since the rotation shaft is directly rotated by a motor, the apparatus configuration can be simplified and the rotation angle can be easily adjusted. However, in this method, it is necessary to provide a motor at a position far away from the body side member, and the moment of inertia of the end side member increases. For example, in order to rotate the thigh around the hip joint, it is necessary to rotate the lower limb where the moment of inertia is increased by the motor present in the ankle. For this reason, a large motor is required to rotate the lower limbs around the hip joint, and a large amount of energy is required.
[0004]
Therefore, a structure has been developed in which an actuator for adjusting the joint angle is provided at the body side member or a position close thereto, and the actuator and the joint are connected by a wire. In this technique, a pulley is fixed to each rotation shaft of the joint, and this pulley is rotated by a wire.
According to this, for example, the moment of inertia of the lower limbs around the hip joint can be reduced, and the actuator for adjusting the rotation angle of the hip joint can be reduced. However, in this method, it is necessary to fix a pulley to each rotation shaft of the joint, which increases the joint size.
[0005]
In the case of a puppet, attach the wire directly to the distal member. According to this method, it is not necessary to fix a pulley for each rotation axis of the joint, and the joint size does not increase. However, in the system in which the wire is directly attached to the distal side member, as the distal side member rotates around the joint, the wire is locally bent at the connection point between the distal side member and the wire, and this is repeated. There is a problem that the wire is fatigued and easily cut.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the system in which the actuator for rotating the distal side member around the joint is provided for each joint, the problem that the moment of inertia becomes large is solved by using a wire in the present invention. The problem that the joint size increases in the method of rotating the joint shaft by rotating the pulley using the extension of the wire is solved by directly connecting the wire to the distal side member.
[0007]
However, in the method in which the wire is directly connected to the end side member and the pulley is not used, the wire is locally bent and cut at the connection point between the end side member and the wire even if the above-mentioned problem can be solved. The problem of being easy remains. For example, when a wire connected to the upper surface of the foot portion in front of the ankle joint is pulled toward the thigh side, the toe lifts, and the angle formed by the wire and the foot portion becomes larger than that in the standard state. Conversely, when the wire is loosened, the tip of the toe is lowered, and the angle formed by the wire and the foot becomes smaller than that in the standard state. Due to the change in the posture of the end member, the wire is likely to be broken into a locally bent stop at the connection point.
The first problem of the present invention is that the wire is directly connected to the end side member and the pulley is not used, but the phenomenon that the wire is locally bent at the connection point due to the posture change of the end side member is generated. It is to prevent the wire from being cut easily.
[0008]
Further, in the system in which the wire is directly connected to the end side member, the horizontal distance between the wire connection point and the joint rotation axis, that is, the arm length of the moment changes with the change in the attitude of the end side member. As a result, the magnitude of the moment for rotating the end member changes greatly.
The second problem of the present invention is to suppress the change in the magnitude of the moment that rotates the distal side member by suppressing the change in the arm length of the moment while being a method of directly connecting the wire to the distal side member. It is in.
[0009]
In order to increase the durability of the wire connection portion, it is effective to attach a wire termination guide near the wire connection point. When the joint is a multi-axis joint, there is a problem that the wire deviates more than the guide width of the wire end guide and deviates from the wire end guide due to various posture changes of the end side member. If a wire end guide having a groove such as a V-shaped groove pulley is used, it is possible to prevent the wire from deviating from the wire end guide. It is not possible to prevent the wire from bending locally at a location away from the groove.
The third object of the present invention is to realize a guide guide mechanism that can always guide the vicinity of the connection point of the wire with the terminal member against the change in the posture of the terminal member.
[0010]
[Means, actions and effects for solving problems]
In the robot of the present invention, the body side member and the terminal side member are connected by joints, and the terminal ends of the plurality of wires are connected to the terminal side member at a plurality of locations, and the expansion and contraction of the plurality of wires are performed. The distal member is moved by the combination of A wire end guide having an arcuate surface for guiding the vicinity of the wire end is fixed near the wire end connection point of the end member of the robot according to the present invention.
A robot embodied by the present invention includes a body side member, a terminal side member, a body side member, and a terminal side member connected in a rotatable manner around the X axis and the Y axis perpendicular to the X axis. It has a shaft joint. This robotThe endA first wire termination guide fixed to the end member;A first wire whose end is connected to a first wire end guide;A first actuator for advancing and retracting the other end of the first wire is provided. The first wire end guide has an arc surface whose central axis extends in the Y-axis direction and has a predetermined width in the Y-axis direction,It is located on one side of the multi-axis joint with respect to the X-axis direction. First wire termination guideArc face ofIs1st wireA part from the end of a certain length (near the end)I am guiding you. Also, this robotThe endA second wire termination guide fixed to the end member;A second wire whose end is connected to a second wire end guide;A second actuator for advancing and retracting the other end of the second wire is provided. The second wire end guide has an arc surface whose central axis extends in the Y-axis direction and has a predetermined width in the Y-axis direction,It is located on the other side of the multi-axis joint with respect to the X-axis direction and is located on one side of the multi-axis joint with respect to the Y-axis direction. Second wire termination guideArc face ofIsSecond wireA part from the end of a certain length (near the end)We are guiding. In addition, this robotThe endA third wire termination guide fixed to the end member;A third wire whose end is connected to a third wire end guide;A third actuator for advancing and retracting the other end of the third wire is provided. The third wire end guide has an arc surface whose central axis extends in the Y-axis direction and has a predetermined width in the Y-axis direction,It is located on the other side of the multi-axis joint with respect to the X-axis direction and is located on the other side of the multi-axis joint with respect to the Y-axis direction. Third wire termination guideArc face ofIs3rd wireA part from the end of a certain length (near the end)Is guiding.
According to this, since the wire is guided along the circular arc surface, it is possible to prevent the wire from being locally bent at the wire connecting portion with respect to the change in the posture of the end side member. This improves the durability of the wire connection.
[0011]
The robot of the present inventionToIfThe arc surface of the first wire end guide faces the one side with respect to the X-axis direction, and the arc surface of the second wire end guide and the arc surface of the third wire end guide face the other side with respect to the X-axis direction. It is preferable.
[0012]
In the robot of the present invention, it is preferable that the center of the arc of the wire end guide is closer to the body side member than the connection point of the wire end. That is, the central axis of the arc surface of the first wire end guide is the first wire. The end of is connectedCloser to the body side member than the connection point, the central axis of the arc surface of the second wire end guide is the second wireThe end of is connectedCloser to the fuselage side member than the connection point, the central axis of the arc surface of the third wire end guide is the third wireThe end of is connectedIt is preferable to be closer to the body side member than the connection point.
According to this, even if the contact point between the wire and the wire end guide moves with the change in the posture of the end side member, the wire is always in contact with the arc surface of the guide. As a result, a change in the arm length of the moment can be absorbed, and a change in the magnitude of the moment can be suppressed. Furthermore, the size of the range through which the wire passes can be kept small, and the wire can be prevented from interfering with other members or the wire from greatly changing the passing position.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
An embodiment embodying the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In this specification, the front-rear direction of the foot (the direction of movement of the robot) is the X-axis, the left-right direction is the Y-axis, and the direction in which the lower leg or torso extends is the Z-axis. Each axis is orthogonal to each other.
In this embodiment, the present invention is applied to a lower limb of a robot. Each joint is driven by a wire (excluding the rotation of the hip joint around the Z axis. This rotation alone is directly rotated by a motor without using a wire). Without the wire end guide, every time the end side member such as the foot moves, the wire locally bends at the wire connecting portion, so it is not easy to maintain the durability of the wire connecting portion. In this embodiment, since the wire end guide is provided, even if the foot rotates around the Y axis, the vicinity of the lower end of the wire is always guided by the arc surface of the wire end guide. There is no local bending, and the durability of the wire connection portion is improved.
Further, if there is no wire end guide, the distance between the wire and the Y axis, that is, the arm length of the moment greatly changes every time the end side member such as the foot moves. In this embodiment, since the wire end guide is provided, even if the foot rotates around the Y axis, the change in the arm length of the moment can be suppressed by the wire end guide.
Further, the wire end guide of this embodiment has a width in the Y-axis direction, and the wire does not come off the wire end guide even if the
[0038]
In this embodiment, by using the wire end guide, the durability of the wire connecting portion can be maintained against changes in the posture of the end side member around the X axis and the Y axis. In addition, a change in the arm length of the moment can be suppressed with respect to a change in the posture of the terminal side member around the X axis and the Y axis. Furthermore, since the wire end guide is made wider, the wire can always be guided near the wire connection point without deviating from the wire end guide.
Even in a system in which a wire is guided by forming a groove in the wire end guide, the wire can be prevented from deviating from the wire end guide, but the wire may be locally bent sharply when the wire is separated from the groove. The wire end guide of this embodiment does not have a groove, so that the wire can move freely in the axial direction on the arc surface of the wire end guide and is wide so as not to deviate. It has succeeded in always guiding while avoiding sharp bending.

In order to adjust the rotation angle around three axes with four actuators, the actuators appear redundant. However, the rigidity relating to the rotation angle can be adjusted using this redundancy. This point will be described later.

[0052]
The robot of this embodiment is a system (pull-pull system) in which one of the two wires is pulled and rotated in the clockwise direction, and the other wire is pulled and rotated in the counterclockwise direction. Since a non-linear spring is inserted, the rigidity can be adjusted independently of the robot posture. When it is necessary to follow flexibly, the rigidity is low, and when it is necessary to stabilize the posture, the rigidity can be adjusted to high rigidity.
[0053]
The reason why the rigidity around the joint can be adjusted by the pull-pull method and the nonlinear spring will be described with reference to FIGS. In this description, a simple example in which the foot is rotated around the Y axis by two wires will be described. FIG. 21 schematically illustrates such a configuration. As shown in FIG. 21, the

When combined with a pull-pull system and a non-linear spring, the rigidity can be adjusted independently of the rotation angle of the joint.
[0057]
The inclination angle of the spring characteristic graph of FIG. 22 is proportional to the rigidity. Therefore, by obtaining the amount of elongation of the spring whose inclination angle corresponds to the intended stiffness and giving the amount of elongation, the desired stiffness can be adjusted.
Regardless of the posture of the robot, if the length of the perpendicular line from the center of rotation to the wire, that is, the length of the arm of the moment is substantially constant, the tension or the extension amount can be determined from the rigidity.
However, if the length of the perpendicular line from the center of rotation to the wire, that is, the length of the moment arm changes, the length of the moment arm must be taken into account before determining the tension from the stiffness. . For example, it is assumed that the wire tension is 1 kg. At this time, the length from the center of rotation to the point of application of the 1 kg tension is 10 cm (case 1) and 20 cm (case 2). At this time, the case 2 has a longer arm length and a larger moment. Case 2 has a stronger degree of maintaining the joint rotation angle at a predetermined value against an external force while having the same tension. Stiffness is determined by the length of the arm of tension and moment.
When the stiffness is specified, the second calculation unit of the controller calculates the tension necessary to adjust the specified stiffness from the specified stiffness and the length of the arm of the moment at that moment, and then When the length of the wire elongation necessary for adjusting to the tension is calculated, the flexibility around the joint can be adjusted to the specified rigidity regardless of the posture of the robot.
[0058]
The robot of the present invention is wire-driven, and there is no need to mount an actuator on each joint. Since the actuator can be mounted at a position away from the joint, the joint can be reduced in size and weight, and the degree of freedom in mounting the actuator is increased. In the case of the present invention, the number of wires may be three for a biaxial joint, four for a triaxial joint, that is, the number of axes plus one for one joint. Since the required number of wires and the number of actuators are reduced, the limbs and the like can be slimmed and reduced in weight.
[0059]
In the present embodiment, a wire end guide is disposed in the vicinity of the connection point between the end side member and the wire. The wire end guide guides the wire on an arc surface, the arc surface is wide in the axial direction, and the center of the arc is always closer to the body side member than the wire connection point. According to such a wire end guide, the durability of the wire connection portion is maintained against any posture change of the end side member, the change in the arm length of the moment is suppressed, and the wire deviates from the wire end guide. In addition, the vicinity of the wire connection point can always be guided. By these things, a joint, limbs, etc. can be reduced in size and weight. Further, the power required to change the posture is reduced, and the movement of the distal side member can be speeded up. Furthermore, the wire drive mechanism can be stabilized, and a robot similar to humans and animals can be realized in terms of appearance and operation.
The structure of rotating a joint by pulling with a wire is very similar to the structure of a living body that rotates a limb or neck around the joint with a muscle. Suitable for realizing a robot.
