本発明は、フロアパネルを支持脚に固定するフリーアクセスフロアに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
床面に設置した支持脚にフロアパネルの4隅を固定してフリーアクセスフロアを構成しているが、このフロアパネルの固定方法として通常のボルトなどを使用すると固定に時間を要するので、簡易にワンタッチで固定することが望ましい。そのために、特公平5−46418、特開平7−233618など多くの発明が開示されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、前記特公平5−46418の固定装置は回転による締代が小さいためにパネルの浮き上がりなどの場合の固定に対応し難い欠点がある。また、特開平7−233618の固定装置は止め具の縦溝と螺旋状傾斜溝にパネル押さえの突起を係合させて固定するものであるが、突起が一か所のためにパネルの4隅が均等に締め付けられないという問題点がある。

これらの点から、さらに締代が大きく、パネルが均等にワンタッチで締め付けられるフリーアクセスフロアが要求されている。

そこで本発明は、上記問題点を解決し、フロアパネルをワンタッチで固定でき、締代が大きく、パネルが均等に締め付けられるフリーアクセスフロアを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、本発明のフリーアクセスフロアは、大径の頭部と外周に2条以上の螺旋状溝が設けられた小径の柱部とを有するフロアパネル固定部材と、フロアパネルを載置し前記フロアパネル固定部材の柱部の螺旋状溝に係合する2以上の突起が設けられた係合孔を有するフロアパネル支持部材とを備えたフリーアクセスフロアにおいて、前記フロアパネル固定部材の大径の頭部下面に小突起が設けられ、載置されるフロアパネルの固定面に前記小突起に係合する複数の切込みが設けられたことを特徴とするものである。

すなわち、本発明のフリーアクセスフロアは、一般のねじよりねじり角の大きい螺旋状溝と突起を係合させてパネルを固定するので、パネルの着脱の際に固定部材の回転角が小さくてすむ。すなわちワンタッチでパネルの着脱ができる。これにより、締代が大きくできパネルが浮き上がった場合も容易に緊締できる。またパネルの固定の緊締の場合もワンタッチでできるとともに、パネルの取り外しの際に固定部材を緩めると頭部がパネルの面から浮き上がるので容易に固定部材の取り外しができる。さらに、従来の突起が1個の固定部材では固定部材が傾いて4枚のパネルが均等に固定できない場合が生ずるが、本発明では2個以上の突起と2条以上の螺旋状溝を備えているので、傾くことがなく4枚のパネルで構成する固定部を均等に緊締できるという特徴がある。また1個の突起が破損し場合もパネルが外れるようなことがない。ここでフロアパネル支持部材とは、床面に設置される支持脚とフロアパネルを受けて保持する調整台とを含むものをいう。また螺旋状溝とは等ねじり角度の螺旋のみでなく部分的にねじり角度の異なる螺旋状の形状をもいう。

前記フロアパネル固定部材または円筒部材に設けられた螺旋状溝又は螺旋状切欠は、前記突起または前記係合ピンへの係合開始部分のねじり角が大きく、係合終了部分のねじり角が小さいことが望ましい。前述の特開平7−233618の固定部材では縦溝と螺旋状傾斜溝に突起を係合させているが、固定部材の締代は突起が螺旋状傾斜溝に噛み込んだ位置から決定されるために締代が大きく取れないため浮上がったパネルの緊締などの場合に問題がある。本発明は突起などに係合が開始する部分のねじり角が大きくされているので、噛み合い始めから固定部材を引き込む力が働き、係合が終了する部分のねじり角が小さくされているので固定部材を回り戻す力が小さく緩みを生ずることがない。このため締代を大きくすることができ前記従来方法の欠点が解消される。なお、係合終了部分のねじり角は0に近い角度にすることができる。

図1は本発明第1実施形態のフロアパネルの固定部材の構成を示す斜視図、図2は図1のA−A断面図、図3は図2のB視図、図4は固定部材の螺旋状溝の形状を示す展開図である。

これらの図を用いて本発明のフリーアクセスフロアの構造を説明する。本発明のフリーアクセスフロアは、フロアパネル1とフロアパネル固定部材20とフロアパネル支持部材とを備え、フロアパネル支持部材は調整台10と支持脚7とから構成されている。調整台10は円板の台座11上の中心に固定部材20の柱部22の外径が遊合する内径を有する係合孔13が設けられ、その回りに4つ爪状に4個の受部12が等角度に配設されている。係合孔13の入口に柱部22の螺旋状溝23に係合する2個の突起14が設けられている。
