Description
【0001】

[Technical field to which the invention belongs]
The present invention relates to a grip used for a writing instrument and a writing instrument provided with the grip.
[0002]
[Background]
Various techniques have been proposed to prevent slipping between the hand and the writing instrument when the writing instrument is held.
For example, Utility Model Registration No. 3010570 discloses an anti-slip device made of silicon rubber in which zeolite fine particles fixed with silver ions are dispersed.
JP-A-8-72463 discloses a grip in which a thick film is formed on the outer periphery of the grip portion.
However, all of these conventional techniques try to prevent the problem of slipping due to the material and the like.
[0003]
Further, in the utility model registration No. 3008909, a protective cover which is a grip having a groove portion is disclosed, but the groove width of the groove portion does not matter the width of the stripe of the fingerprint as described later. .
[0004]
A fingerprint is naturally formed at the tip of a human finger. In this fingerprint, raised stripes run at almost equal intervals, and this stripe increases the frictional resistance between the fingers and the object to be grasped and makes it easy to grasp the object to be grasped.
In the past, there have been few techniques that focus on the fingerprint, including the conventional techniques described above.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
It is an object of the present invention to provide a grip that can focus on the fingerprint and prevent slippage between a human finger and the grip by using the fingerprint more actively and a writing instrument provided with the grip. It is what.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A first problem solving means for solving the above problems is a grip used for a writing instrument, wherein the grip has a plurality of concave grooves, and the groove width of each concave groove is 0.1 to 0.1. It is 0.3 mm.
Here, there are various types of “writing tools” such as a ball pen, a sharp pencil, a brush pen, and a sign pen, but there is no particular limitation.
The material of the “grip” is not limited at all. For this reason, a metal grip is also conceivable. However, in order to enhance the fit between fingers and grips, it is desirable that the elastic body.
[0007]
The applicant has measured the dimensions of the fingerprint in developing the grip. As described above, streaks are formed on the fingerprints of human fingers. When the dimensions of a plurality of human muscles were measured, the average width of the muscles was about 0.2 mm, and the pitch of the muscles (interval where the muscles were provided) was about 0.35 mm. The average of the muscle height was about 0.1 mm.
[0008]
Based on this measurement, we have researched and developed grips and reached this solution. As a result, it was found that the groove width of each concave groove is suitably 0.1 to 0.3 mm. As shown in FIG. 2, a groove was formed perpendicular to the axial direction, and a large number of groove width grips having different groove dimensions and groove pitches were prepared. It became clear that it became slippery that it was less than 1 mm. This is presumably because the fingerprint streaks are out of the groove. On the other hand, when it exceeded 0.3 mm, it turned out that it becomes slippery also in this case. This is because fingerprint streaks can enter the concave grooves, but the width of the concave grooves is wider than the fingerprint streaks, so there is room for the fingerprint streaks to move (wobble) within the concave grooves. it is conceivable that.
[0009]
More preferably, the width of the groove is 0.14 to 0.24 mm. By narrowing the groove width to 0.24 mm at the maximum, the capillary force becomes more effective due to the groove width, and the hand sweat can be held within the groove width, which is more effective against slipping. It is. Further, by setting the thickness to 0.14 mm or more, it is possible to further suppress the wobbling of the fingerprint stripes in the groove. The depth of the groove is preferably 0.1 mm or more. This is because the height of human fingerprint streaks is approximately 0.1 mm. Preferably it is 0.15 mm or more.
[0010]
The second solving means is limited to the first solving means, and is characterized in that the pitch of the grooves is 0.2 to 0.8 mm. As described above, as a result of measuring the dimensions of the fingerprint by the applicant, the pitch of the fingerprint streaks (interval at which the streaks are provided) was about 0.35 mm. By setting the thickness within the range of 0.2 mm to 0.8 mm, the probability that the stripes of the fingerprint coincide with the concave grooves is increased, and it becomes possible to prevent the slippage in combination with the first problem solving means. If it is less than 0.2 mm, since a ditch | groove is provided more than needed, it will become time-consuming for production. On the other hand, if the thickness is larger than 0.8 mm, the groove of the fingerprint is insufficient and slipping is likely to occur during gripping. In addition, More preferably, it is 0.3-0.7 mm. Within this range, the production efficiency can be further increased, and at the same time, slipping can be further prevented.
[0011]
The third solving means is limited to the first problem solving means or the second problem solving means, and each of the concave grooves is formed in a lattice shape by intersecting. It is. By forming it in a lattice shape, the concave grooves effectively act on the fingerprint streaks against slipping in various directions during gripping.
[0012]
A fourth problem solving means is a writing instrument provided with a grip, wherein the grip is formed with a plurality of grooves, and the groove width of each groove is 0.1 to 0.3 mm. It is characterized by.
Although there is a method of providing a grip on the writing instrument, there are a method of providing a grip formed of a separate part, and a method of forming the grip with the writing instrument integrally by two-color molding or the like. Needless to say, the present invention is not limited to these.
Moreover, since it is the same as that of the 1st problem-solving means except the point which provided the grip in the writing instrument, description is abbreviate | omitted.
[0013]
The fifth problem solving means is limited to the fourth problem solving means, and the pitch of the concave grooves is 0.2 to 0.8 mm.
[0014]
The sixth problem solving means is limited to the fourth problem solving means or the fifth problem solving means, and each of the concave grooves is formed in a lattice shape by intersecting. Is.
The fifth and sixth solving means are the same as the second and third solving means, respectively, and the description thereof is omitted.
