Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a shock absorber used when packing an electronic device or the like, and more particularly to a shock absorber constituted of cardboard.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, heavy OA equipment products such as personal computers, printers, displays, etc. have foaming effects such as foamed polystyrene, foamed polyethylene, foamed polypropylene, etc. in order to reduce the impact received during transportation and storage and protect the products. It is packaged using a plastic cushion. Particularly in heavy-duty laser printers, etc., the packaging box is divided into upper and lower parts to facilitate packaging and unpacking. Further, foam cushions such as foamed polystyrene, expensive foamed polyethylene, and foamed polypropylene have been used on the bottom of the packaging box to cushion the bottom of the product.
[0003]
FIG. 11 is a perspective view of the packaging state of a conventional OA device. The electronic device 11 has shock absorbers 12 to 14 made of foamed plastic in contact with the upper and lower portions thereof, and is housed in a bottom packaging container 15 made of cardboard. It was a packaging form.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above conventional packaging form, the cushioning bodies 12 to 14 made of foamed plastic are not required after unpacking after transporting the OA equipment, and are discarded and incinerated or landfilled, and therefore made of foamed plastic that is an incombustible material. The cost for the treatment of the buffer body is increased, and further, there is a problem that air pollution due to incineration and environmental destruction due to landfill are caused.
[0005]
The present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional problems, is formed from a single corrugated cardboard sheet, has a sufficient cushioning function without using a foamed plastic cushioning material that is difficult to process, and is easy to recycle. An object is to provide a buffer package.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve this object, the present invention provides a shock-absorbing package using a substantially rectangular corrugated cardboard sheet as a base material, and a corrugated cardboard base plate provided with a square face plate at the center of the corrugated cardboard sheet base material. Four cuts are formed around the quadrangular face plate portion of the material as a reference, and the four cuts are formed at the four corners of the square face plate portion by the cut and extend over two right-angled sides of the four corner portions. A substrate is formed, and each folding substrate is provided with cuts, perforations, a plurality of creased lines and punched holes, the creased lines are sequentially bent, and a right-angle wall cushioning portion made of laminated corrugated cardboard is provided for each of the face plate portions. It is set as the structure formed over two right-angled sides of four corners.
[0007]
According to the present invention, since a foamed plastic buffer that requires a lot of processing is not used, the buffer can be made inexpensive and recyclable. Of course, the impact during transportation and storage of the packaged contents can be sufficiently absorbed, and after unpacking after transportation of the OA equipment, it can be recycled and used as another packaging cardboard. In addition, by changing the number and dimensions of cuts, perforations, crease lines, and punched holes, it is possible to change the shock absorption performance of the package contents according to the product strength and weight of the package contents. .
[0008]
