【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、遊技機の各種関連設備がそれぞれ収納される上段ユニットと下段ユニットの間に、複数の遊技機が列をなす中段ユニットを配置して成る遊技機島に関する。ここで遊技機とは主としてパチンコ機を指すものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、図6及び図7に示すような遊技機島1を構築する場合には、遊技店内の配置場所にて、先ずフレーム材から島全体の骨格をなす枠組を島全体の高さに合わせて組み上げる。それから、島下段をなす貯留タンク(図示せず)や腰板2、島中段をなす複数のパチンコ機3や球貸し機4、それに島上段をなす給配樋5や幕板6等の関連設備を、順次枠組内外に組付けるようにして施工していた。

島中段をなすパチンコ機3や球貸し機4の取付けは、枠組内にそれぞれ予め位置決めされた所定スペース毎に、パチンコ機3等を島前方より嵌込むようしてボルト等で固定していた。このような島中段の上には、パチンコ球を各パチンコ機3等に供給する給配樋5を含む島上段が一体的に構築されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、前述したような従来の遊技機島1では、その島全体の大きさに相当する枠組を個々のフレーム材から総て施工現場で組み上げるので、フレーム材同士の連結箇所が多く精度出しにも手間を要し、島の構築に非常に時間がかかり、コストを低減する際の大きな支障になるという問題点があった。

特に島上段側への関連設備の組付けは高さがあるため作業しずらく、例えば給配樋はその傾斜角度の設定調整が煩雑であり、しかも後から島全長や球供給速度に応じて傾斜角度を再度調整し直すことは非常に困難であった。また、島上段へ配線される各種信号線は、通常は剥き出しのまま単に束ねられて適所に止着されるだけなので、他の関連設備の組付け時に誤って引っ掛けたり切断してしまうおそれもあった。

島中段側へのパチンコ機3等の組付けは、パチンコ機3の横幅や高さ、背面側での構成部品の出っ張り具合等がメーカーや機種によって異なるため、最初から最良の位置にパチンコ機3を位置決めして枠組内に組付けるのは難しく、定形的な枠組がかえって組付け作業の邪魔になるような場合もあり、必要な作業スペースを十分に確保できないことも多かった。また、島下段側においても、前記枠組にいちいち天板や腰板を位置決めしつつ取付けていた。

本発明は、以上のような従来技術の有する問題点に着目してなされたもので、島全体の構築作業が極めて簡単であり、工期の大幅な短縮によりコストダウンを図ることができる遊技機島を提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前述した目的を達成するための本発明の要旨とするところは、以下の項に存する。
請求項記載の発明では、
遊技機(11)の各種関連設備がそれぞれ収納される上段ユニット(10A)と下段ユニット(10C)の間に、複数の遊技機(11)が列を成す中段ユニット(10B)を配置して成る遊技機島(10)であって、
前記上段ユニット(10A)は、島長手方向に延びる支持基板(26)と、該支持基板(26)上に所定間隔おきに島長手方向と略直交するよう垂設される複数の仕切板(20)と、各仕切板(20)間を連結するよう架設される複数のパイプ部材(30)とを具備するとともに、
前記上段ユニット(10A)の前記支持基板(26)には、前記各遊技機(11)の上端に突設した被嵌合レール(11a)が遊技機(11)正面に対して前後方向に回動可能で、かつ島(10)長手方向に移動可能に内嵌する吊下レール(14)が設けられ、
該吊下レール(14)は、前記支持基板(26)に遊技機(11)正面から背面側に向かう島(10)奥行方向にスライド可能に装着された上方ブラケット(13)に対して、高さ位置を調節できるようねじ軸を介して吊下げられ、該上方ブラケット(13)には、上下に進退可能なねじ状であって前記遊技機(11)の上端の前端縁側を押圧することにより前記遊技機(11)の傾き角度を調整する角度調整部材(15)が螺合し、

前記中段ユニット(10B)は、前記天板(61)上に所定間隔おきに立設されて前記支持基板(26)を下から支える複数の中段支持体(16,70)と、該中段支持体(16,70)を間にして背中合わせに前後二列に配設される複数の遊技機(11)とを具備して成ることを特徴とする遊技機島(10)に存する。

次に前述した解決手段に基づく作用を説明する。
請求項記載の遊技機島(10)によれば、上段ユニット(10A)と下段ユニット(10C)の間に中段ユニット(10B)を配置して成り、上段ユニット(10A)及び下段ユニット(10C)は、それぞれ独立の構造体として別々に工場等で規格化して量産でき、また遊技店等の施工現場へは各ユニット毎に容易に搬入でき、施工現場では各ユニットを順次積み上げるようにして、遊技機(10)全体を簡易に構築できる。

また、中段ユニット(10B)は、後付けする遊技機(11)を含むため予め総て一体化される構成ではないが、前記天板(61)上に立設され前記支持基板(26)を下から支える複数の中段支持体(16,70)により、下段ユニット(10C)と上段ユニット(10A)との間に極めて簡易に、前後二列に並ぶ各遊技機(11)の取付けスペースを確保できる。この中段支持体(16,70)は、あくまで背中合わせに並ぶ前後の遊技機(11)列間に配されるので、たとえ各遊技機(11)の横幅や背面側の出っ張り具合等が多少異なっても、従来のフレーム材から成る定形的な枠組の如く、枠組自体が遊技機(11)の組付け作業に支障を来すおそれはなく、必要な作業スペースも十分確保できる。
更に、前記上段ユニット(10A)の前記支持基板(26)には、前記各遊技機(11)の上端に突設した被嵌合レール(11a)が遊技機(11)正面に対して前後方向に回動可能で、かつ(10)長手方向にも移動可能に内嵌する吊下レール(14)が設けられ、
該吊下レール(14)は、前記支持基板(26)に遊技機(11)正面から背面側に向かう島(10)奥行方向にスライド可能に装着された上方ブラケット(13)に対して、高さ位置を調節できるようねじ軸を介して吊下げられ、該上方ブラケット(13)には、上下に進退可能なねじ状であって前記遊技機(11)の上端の前端縁側を押圧することにより前記遊技機(11)の傾き角度を調整する角度調整部材(15)が螺合しているので、各遊技機(11)の前後方向および島(10)長手方向に容易に移動できるとともに、各遊技機(11)の高さ位置の調整および前記被嵌合レール(11a)を回動中心とした微妙な傾き角度を調整することができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面に基づき本発明を代表する各種実施の形態を説明する。
図1〜図4は本発明の第1の実施の形態を示している。
本実施形態に係る遊技機島10は、遊技機としてのパチンコ機11の各種関連設備がそれぞれ収納される上段ユニット10Aと下段ユニット10Cの間に、各パチンコ機11が列をなす中段ユニット10Bを配置して成る。

図1及び図2に示すように、上段ユニット10Aは、島長手方向に互いに平行に延びる略水平な支持基板26,26と、該支持基板26,26上に所定間隔おきに島長手方向と略直交するよう垂設される複数の仕切板20,20…と、各仕切板20間を連結するよう架設される複数のパイプ部材30,30とを主要骨組として、その周囲に上面板25や内側壁27、それに外壁をなす幕板28を予め組付けて構成されている。

更に詳しく言えば、各仕切板20の略中央には、給配樋32が上下に移動可能に挿通する中空部21が形成されている。また、各仕切板20には、前記中空部21に挿通させた給配樋32を所望の高さ位置に支持するための樋支持部材23が装着されている。なお、給配樋20の途中箇所には、図示省略したが各パチンコ機11及び各球貸機19に対応した配給シュートと称される球の供給部材が取付けられている。

各パイプ部材30には、それぞれ長手方向に延びるスリット31が形成され、該スリット31よりパイプ部材30内に遊技関連設備の各種信号線が束ねられるように収納されている。また、上段ユニット10A内には、各パチンコ機11にパチンコ球を供給する前記給配樋32の他、貨幣識別装置40や貨幣搬送装置50等の関連設備も組付けられている。

貨幣識別装置40は、紙幣や硬貨の投入口41(図4参照)に投入された紙幣や貨幣を磁気・光方式で特定する各種センサの他、CPU,RAM,ROM等を含むマイクロコンピューターを備えている。貨幣搬送装置50は、前記貨幣識別装置40から排出された紙幣や硬貨を搬送するために、島長手方向に延びるように張設されるコンベヤベルトを具備して成る。

貯留タンク63は複数に分割されたタンクブロックを長手方向に連結して構成してもよく、始めから所定の大きさの一つのタンクとして一体成形してもよい。貯留タンク63内のパチンコ球は島中央側へと傾斜した底部を流下し、研磨揚送装置80(図3参照)の下端に集まるように設定されている。なお、貯留タンクの側壁と腰部支持板とを一体化させて形成してもよい。

図1〜図3に示すように、中段ユニット10Bは、前記天板61上に所定間隔おきに立設されて前記支持基板26を下から支える複数の中段支持体16,16…と、各中段支持体16を間にして背中合わせに前後二列に配設される複数のパチンコ機11とから構成されている。ここで各パチンコ機11は、最初から中段支持体16と一体のユニットをなすものではなく、中段支持体16の配設後に島側に後付けされて中段ユニット10Bを構成するようになっている。

中段支持体16は、数枚の板材を重ね合わせた状態でプレス加工して形成されるものである。詳しく言えば本実施形態では、支持脚部17を含むベースとなる下板材16aに、支持受部18を含む補強用の上板材16bを重ね合わせてプレス加工して成るが、板材の具体的な枚数や形状は図示したものに限定されるわけではない。支持脚部17は下段ユニット10Cの天板61上に設置される部位であり、一方の支持受部18は支持基板26に係合して上段ユニット10Aを下から支える部位である。

所定間隔に並ぶ各中段支持体16は、それらの間に架設された複数のパイプ部材18,18…によって互いに連結されている。パイプ部材18には、前記上段ユニット10Aのパイプ部材30と同様に各種信号線が収納されている。また本実施形態では、各中段支持体16の支持脚部17は、天板61上にて所定範囲で島長手方向及び島奥行方向に移動可能に設置され、適宜位置調整できると共に図示省略した簡易ロック機構で固定できるように成っている。なお、中段支持体16には、各パチンコ機11を島奥行方向に動力で移動させる駆動ユニット等を組付けるようにしてもよい。

中段支持体16を間にした前後の天板61,61上には、各パチンコ機11の下端が所定範囲で前後左右に移動可能に支持される載置レール12が設けられている。図1に示すように、載置レール12の奥側にはパチンコ機11下端が島長手方向に移動可能に嵌合する突起12aが突設されており、また載置レール12の手前側は球箱台となっている。また、前述した上段ユニット10Aの支持基板26には、各パチンコ機11の上端に突設した被嵌合レール11aが前後方向に回動可能かつ島長手方向にも移動可能に内嵌する吊下レール14が設けられている。

吊下レール14は略C字形断面であり図1の紙面に垂直に延びており、かかる吊下レール14は、支持基板26に島奥行方向にスライド可能に装着された上方ブラケット13に対して、高さ位置を調整できるようねじ軸を介して吊下げられている。更に上方ブラケット13には、上下に進退可能なねじ状の角度調整部材15が螺合している。この角度調整部材15は、各パチンコ機11上端の前端縁側を適度に押圧することにより、前記被嵌合レール11aを回動中心とした各パチンコ機11の微妙な傾き角度を調整するための部材である。

載置レール12の下面にはスプリング付きベアリング(図示せず)が取付けられており、かかる載置レール12は、天板61上を島長手方向及び島奥行方向に移動できるようになっている。また、スプリングの弾性変形により、載置レール12上のパチンコ機11下端は、その傾斜角度に応じて略水平面に対して適宜変位できるように設定されている。このように載置レール12と吊下レール14との間にパチンコ機11は装着されるが、前記上段ユニット10Aの荷重は、中段支持体16のみならず前後二列に配設された各パチンコ機11でも受けるように構成されている。

本実施形態におけるパチンコ機11は、ハンドルの回転操作によってパチンコ球を盤面上に打ち出し、打球の入賞を競い楽しむものであり、正面側には球を機内に導入する前皿や球貯留用の予備皿等が設けられている。また、図4に示すように、各パチンコ機11間には球貸し機11Aが介装されている。この球貸し機11Aは、前述した貨幣識別装置40からの信号を受けた際に、相当数の球を計数しつつ払い出す関連機器である。

本実施形態に係る遊技機島10aの構成は、前述の第1実施形態に係る遊技機島10とほぼ共通するが、中段ユニット10Bを構成する複数の中段支持体70の構成が異なる。すなわち、本実施形態における各中段支持体70は、一本の棒材71の下端に天板61上に立設させる支持脚部72を設け、上端に支持基板26を支持する支持受部73を設けて成る。支持脚部72と支持受部73とは板材からプレス加工して形成してもよい。
