Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a gaming machine island in which a substantially horizontal top plate is supported on a lower island and a plurality of gaming machines are arranged side by side on the top plate. Here, the gaming machine mainly refers to a pachinko machine.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in order to build a new gaming machine island when building or refurbishing a pachinko machine shop, etc., first, the island pillars that will serve as the skeleton base of the whole island are erected on the floor based on the floor plan. . And after carefully adjusting the level of each island pillar to determine the horizontal and vertical, a pachinko ball polishing and lifting device is set up in a position not to hit the island pillar at the center of the island, Storage tanks were arranged on both sides of the polishing and lifting device.
[0003]
Here, the storage tanks on both sides are usually arranged at positions slightly apart from the center of the island on both sides of the polishing and lifting device so as not to interfere with the lower tanks protruding to the left and right at the lower part of the polishing and lifting device. It was. After that, the framework of the island centering on the island pillar is assembled according to the height of the entire island, and the various facilities that make up the lower island, middle island, and upper island are assembled in and out of the framework. First of all, in the lower part of the island, which is the foundation of the entire island, a lower plate of the polishing and lifting device and a storage tank are disposed, and a top plate on which a waist plate, a pachinko machine, and the like forming an outer wall are placed.
[0004]
In the middle part of the island, pachinko machines and ball lending machines were fitted into the frame on the top plate from the front of the island and fixed with bolts. Here, in consideration of the convenience of the player, a premium ball counter is usually installed at the center of the island in the pachinko machine train before and after the polishing and lifting apparatus. After the construction of the island, the balls discharged from each pachinko machine were received in the storage tank, and a large number of balls were brought into the prize ball counter at one time, but were received in the storage tank after counting.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional gaming machine island as described above, it takes time to set up the island pillars, which also serve as the skeleton base of the lower island, with anchors on the floor one by one, and it takes time to improve accuracy. In addition, since the level adjustment for determining the horizontal and vertical of each island pillar is very troublesome, a great deal of labor is required at the construction stage of the island at the construction site, leading to a prolonged construction period, etc. The cost was high.
[0006]
In addition, after adjusting the level of each island pillar by standing and leveling, etc., a polishing pumping device is set up in a frame surrounded by each island pillar, or a storage tank is disposed. You are forced to work in a narrow area, the construction efficiency of the lower part of the island, which is the foundation of the whole island, does not increase, it is easy to hit the surrounding island pillars during work, and the level adjustment of each island pillar must be performed again There was also.
[0007]
Furthermore, according to the conventional gaming machine island, the balls discharged from the prize ball counter are delivered to the storage tank through a guide rod extending long from the counter. Because of the distance between them, it took time and effort to deliver the balls. Therefore, if a large number of balls are brought into the prize ball counter at once, it is difficult to smoothly transfer a large number of balls already counted to the storage tank, and there is a limit to the discharge processing of such balls. The capacity of the machine's counting process itself could not be fully utilized.
[0008]
In order to make full use of the counting process of the counter, a separate storage tank dedicated to the counter is provided directly below the premium ball counter at the center of the island, and a large number of counted spheres are temporarily stored in this tank. Then, it may be transferred to a normal storage tank, but this increases the cost by providing an extra tank. By the way, the conventional storage tank has been arranged at a position slightly apart from both sides of the polishing and lifting apparatus so as not to interfere with the lower tank and the like of the polishing and lifting apparatus. There was no equipment to install and it was a so-called dead space.
[0009]
The present invention has been made paying attention to the problems of the prior art as described above, and the construction work of the lower part of the island, which also serves as the foundation of the whole island, is extremely simple and can be efficiently performed. The construction period of the island as a whole is greatly shortened, cost can be reduced, and game media counted by the counter can be quickly transferred to the storage tank, greatly improving the counting processing capacity of the counter. The purpose is to provide an amusement machine island that can be used.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
To achieve the above object, the gist of the present invention is as follows.SectionExist.
[0011]

In the vicinity of both sides of the game media polishing / lifting device (50) erected on the floor, the game media are respectively stored on both sides of the island with the polishing / feeding device (50) at the center of the island, and the polishing / lifting device is provided. A pair of storage tanks (30) for sending game media are installed at the bottom of (50),
SaidA pair ofAt least one of the storage tanks (30) competes so that one end facing the center of the island overlaps the lower part of the polishing and lifting device (50), and the one end is located at the center of the island in the gaming machine row. Is arranged close to the back side of the game media counter (60) interposedIn addition, a bottom surface (31) is formed so as to incline downward from one end facing the center of the island to the other end facing the island end. The discharge port (35) is communicated with the lower part of the polishing / lifting device (50) through a guide rod (36).This is a gaming machine island (10).
[0016]
Next, the operation based on the above solution will be described.
According to the gaming machine island (10) described in item 1,At least one of the storage tanks (30) competes so that one end portion facing the center side of the island overlaps the lower part of the polishing and lifting device (50). The upper part of the lower part of the device (50) can also be used effectively as a storage space for game media, and one end of the storage tank (30) approaches the center of the island without interfering with the lower part of the polishing and lifting device (50). Become.
[0020]
By placing one end of the storage tank (30) close to the back side of the game medium counter (60) interposed at the center of the island in the game machine row, the counter between the counter (60) and the tank (30) is obtained. , The game media can be quickly and efficiently transferred from the counter (60) to the tank (30). Therefore, even if a large amount of game media is brought into the counter (60) at once, a large amount of already counted game media can be delivered to the storage tank (30) in a short time, and the relationship with such discharge processing. In addition, it is possible to make full use of the counting capacity of the game medium counter (60), which has been suppressed in the past.
[0021]
And 1According to the gaming machine island (10) described in the above section, the storage tank (30) whose one end is close to the back side of the gaming medium counter (60) is directed from the one end facing the center of the island toward the island end. Since the bottom surface (31) is inclined downward toward the other end portion, even if a large amount of game media is introduced into one end portion of the storage tank (30) from the game media counter (60) at one time, It is well distributed over the other end on the island end side without excessive concentration at one end near the center of the island. And the game medium which flowed down on the bottom face (31) to the other end part which becomes the lowermost end of the storage tank (30) is passed through the discharge port (35) through the guide rod (36) of the polishing and lifting device (50). Guided smoothly to the bottom.
[0025]

The money transport device 78 includes a conveyor belt stretched so as to extend in the longitudinal direction of the island in order to transport bills and coins discharged from the money identification device 77.
[0046]
The curtain plate 80 is divided into curtain plate units 81 set to a predetermined length, and a plurality of curtain plate units 81 are arranged in the island longitudinal direction so as to simply cover the island upper frame framework 70 and related equipment. Thus, it is formed so that it can be mounted on the support substrate 71. As shown in FIG. 5, the curtain unit 81 includes a pair of panel bodies 82 and 82 that cover the island upper frame 70 from the front and rear, and the upper edge of each panel body 82 extending toward the topmost end of the island upper stage 10C. They are connected to each other by a hinge 83 so that they can be opened and closed.
[0047]
More specifically, each panel body 82 is assembled from a front panel 82a and a rear panel 82b that are curved in an arc from the lower end edge toward the upper end edge, and both side plates 82c and 82c. Both the front panel 82a and the back panel 82b are formed of a light-transmitting material such as a transparent acrylic resin. The upper end edges of the opposing panel bodies 82 are connected to each other so as to be openable and closable by a hinge 83 formed of a cylindrical tube having a shaft pin inserted therethrough.
[0048]
In addition, a fitting groove 82d through which the insertion port 79 of the currency identification device 77 provided corresponding to each pachinko machine 11 can be inserted is opened in advance at a key point of each panel body 82. The curtain unit 81 simply covers the front and rear panel bodies 82, 82 on the island upper frame 70 of the island upper stage 10C and fits the hinge 83 into the notch 74 provided at the upper end of each partition plate 72. It can be installed. In addition, the lower end edge of each panel body 82 has an area that spreads slightly in a plane, and can be fixed so as not to move on the support substrate 71 by a simple locking mechanism (not shown) or can be removed as necessary. Yes.
[0049]
Next, a construction method of the gaming machine island 10 will be described.
In FIG. 2, the polishing and lifting apparatus 50 is first set up, and then a pair of storage tanks 30 </ b> A and 30 </ b> B are first installed near both sides of the polishing and lifting apparatus 50. Then, as shown in FIG. 1, an island lower frame 20 assembled in advance in a factory or the like is installed on the floor so as to simply cover the storage tanks 30A and 30B. What is necessary is just to adjust an arrangement | positioning state so that the fitting rail 22 which is the upper end of this may become horizontal.
[0050]
As shown in FIG. 7, the island lower frame 20 is assembled in a cubic shape extending in the longitudinal direction of the island by combining prismatic members, so that it can be a simple unit that is structurally very simple and has sufficient rigidity. . Since the adjuster 23 is provided at the main point of the prismatic member 21 which is the lower end of the island lower frame 20, the level can be adjusted easily and reliably so that the fitting rail 22 at the upper end is horizontal. The leveling at this time is performed by rotating the handle 25a of the adjuster 23 shown in FIG. 8 and appropriately adjusting the height position of the anchor 25b while using a conventional leveling instrument, optical sensor, or the like. .
[0051]
Thus, the lower island stage 10A that forms the foundation of the entire island is almost constructed. In this case, the installation work of the island lower stage frame 20 that becomes the framework base of the entire island is extremely simplified. Since the island lower stage frame 20 is assembled in advance to form a single unit, it is not necessary to increase the accuracy between the frame components at the construction site as in the prior art, and it is possible to save time and effort for leveling each frame component.
[0052]
In addition, since the polishing and lifting device 50 is erected and the storage tanks 30A and 30B are disposed in a state where there is no island framework on the floor, these operations can interfere with the framework etc. in a wide space. You can do it without worrying. In this way, the assembly of the island lower stage 10A, which takes the longest time in the conventional construction site, is extremely simple and easy, and the construction time can be greatly reduced.
[0053]
A substantially horizontal top plate 26 is supported on the upper end side of the island lower frame 20. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, a pair of fitting grooves 27 and 27 into which the pair of fitting rails 22 and 22 of the island lower frame 20 are fitted are formed on the lower surface portion of the top plate 26. By simply fitting the fitting groove 27 into the fitting rail 22, the assembling work of the top plate 26 can be easily performed.
[0054]
Subsequently, a pair of recovery rods 40, 40 are attached to the lower surface of the top plate 26. Here, the top plate 26 itself can be used as the support substrate 71 of the collection basket 40, and each collection basket 40 extends along the vicinity of the lower surface of the top board 26, so that each collection basket 40 does not get in the way inside the island lower stage 10A. Free space can be secured. The pair of collection baskets 40, 40 may be configured as one, but if a pair is provided corresponding to the pachinko machine train as in the present embodiment, the effects described later can be obtained.
[0055]
As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 9, a plurality of middle stage supports 16, 16... Are erected on the top plate 26 of the island lower stage 10 </ b> A. Each middle stage support 16 has its lower end directly screwed to the upper surface of the top plate 26, or a dovetail groove is cut on the upper surface of the top plate 26, and the lower end of the middle stage support 16 is fitted into this dovetail. Let it be screwed. Further, a pipe member 17 is erected between the middle support members 16 and connected to each other.
[0056]
Each middle stage support 16 can secure a mounting space for the pachinko machines 11 arranged in two rows in the front and rear direction very easily between the lower island stage 10A and the upper island stage 10C. Here, since each middle stage support body 16 is arranged between the pachinko machine trains lined up back to back, even if the width of each pachinko machine 11 and the protruding state on the back side are slightly different, it is a conventional fixed form. As in the case of the frame, there is no possibility that the frame itself will interfere with the assembly work of the pachinko machine 11. Therefore, the structure of the middle island stage 10B becomes extremely simple, and the assembly work of the pachinko machine 11 becomes easy.
[0057]
Before each pachinko machine 11 is juxtaposed on the top plate 26 on each middle support 16, the island upper stage 10 </ b> C can be stably installed on each middle support 16. Similarly to the island lower stage framework 20 of the island lower stage 10A, the island upper stage framework 70 of the island upper stage 10C can be standardized and mass-produced as an independent structure in a factory or the like. That is, the island upper stage frame assembly 70 is assembled so as to have sufficient rigidity to carry in, and various related facilities such as the fluorescent lamp 84 and the supply / distribution bar 90 can be assembled in advance. Moreover, it can be easily carried into a construction site such as an amusement shop as a unit, and can be easily installed on the construction site so as to be stacked on each intermediate support 16 as shown in FIG.
[0058]
Each pachinko machine 11 constituting the middle island stage 10B is attached by fitting the fitted rail 11a at the upper end thereof to the suspension rail 14 on the island upper stage 10C side, and the lower end of each pachinko machine 11 at the top plate 26. What is necessary is just to install on the upper mounting rail 12. FIG. The fitted rail 11a at the upper end of the pachinko machine 11 is movable in the rail longitudinal direction while being fitted to the suspension rail 14, and the lower end of the pachinko machine 11 is also movable on the mounting rail 12 in the longitudinal direction of the island. . Therefore, the pachinko machines 11 can be arranged so as to be sequentially arranged from the island edge while moving.
[0059]
After each pachinko machine 11 is placed in place, the pachinko machine 11 can be suspended if the front end edge side of the upper end of the pachinko machine 11 is appropriately pressed by the angle adjusting member 15 screwed into the upper bracket 13 on the island upper stage 10C side. Since the to-be-fitted rail 11a fitted to the rail 14 is slightly tilted about the rotation center, the tilt angle of the pachinko machine 11 can be easily adjusted.
[0060]
Further, the upper bracket 13 can slide within a certain range in the island depth direction with respect to the support substrate 71 of the upper island stage 10C, and the mounting rail 12 can move on the top plate 26 in the island depth direction. Therefore, each pachinko machine 11 can be adjusted later to an optimum position in the island depth direction. Note that the load on the island upper stage 10C can be received not only by each middle stage support body 16 but also by each of the two pachinko machines 11 in the two rows. Can be prevented.
[0061]
Finally, in order to install the curtain plate 80 forming the outer wall of the island upper stage 10C, for each curtain plate unit 81, a pair of panel bodies 82 and 82 are covered from above so as to cover the front and rear of the island upper frame framework 70, What is necessary is just to fit the hinge 83 in the connection location of each panel body 82 to the notch 74 of the upper end of each partition plate 72. FIG. By such a simple curtain 80, the island upper stage 10C can be entirely surrounded, and related facilities such as the supply / distribution bar 90 and the currency identification device 77 arranged in the island upper stage frame assembly 70 can be concealed.
[0062]
Next, the operation after island construction will be described.
As shown in FIG. 2, each of the storage tanks 30 </ b> A and 30 </ b> B competes so that one end portion facing the center of the island overlaps the lower part (base cover 54) of the polishing / lifting device 50. The upper part of the lower part of the polishing and lifting apparatus 50 can also be effectively used as a storage space for the sphere, and one end of the storage tanks 30A and 30B approaches the center of the island without interfering with the lower part of the polishing and lifting apparatus 50. Become.
[0063]
A guide rod 64 connecting the counter 60 and the tanks 30A, 30B by bringing one end of each of the storage tanks 30A, 30B close to the back side of the prize ball counter 60 interposed in the center of the island in the pachinko machine row. Can be shortened as much as possible, and the ball delivery from the ball outlet 63 of the counter 60 to the tanks 30A and 30B can be performed quickly and efficiently. Accordingly, even if a large number of balls are brought into the prize ball counter 60 at a time, a large number of balls already counted can be delivered to the storage tanks 30A and 30B in a short time, and this is related to the discharge processing. It is possible to make full use of the counting processing capacity of the premium grade counter 60 that has been suppressed.
[0064]
Further, the spheres directly discharged from the pachinko machine 11 are temporarily stored in the out sphere tank 19 on the top plate 26 and then fall into the respective collection baskets 40 located immediately below. Each collection basket 40 collects balls discharged from the pachinko machine 11 for each pachinko machine row, so that it is wider than the collection basket that extends in the island width direction as in the prior art and extends only one, The capacity can be designed small. That is, as shown in FIG. 3, it is possible to set each recovery rod 40 to a narrow and small flow path area.
[0065]
The spheres collected in each collection tub 40 do not spread unnecessarily on the narrow bottom surface, but rather flow down to the downstream side more efficiently than a wide collection tub. In this way, the spheres that have flowed down on the respective collection tanks 40 are directly delivered to the storage tanks 30A and 30B to which the terminal ends 41 are connected. Each of the storage tanks 30A, 30B is formed so that the bottom surface portion 31 is inclined downward from one end portion facing the island center side to the other end portion facing the island end side. Is introduced into one end of the storage tank 30, the spheres are well dispersed over the other end on the island end side without excessive concentration at one end near the center of the island.
[0066]
The sphere that has flowed down on the bottom surface 31 to the other end, which is the lowermost end of the storage tanks 30A, 30B, is smoothly transferred from the discharge port 35 to the lower tank 51 of the polishing / lifting device 50 through the guide rod 36. Then, the balls taken into the lower tank 51 of the polishing and lifting device 50 are lifted up to the upper island stage 10C while being polished, flow down in the supply / distribution bar 90, and supplied to the pachinko machines 11 again. The curtain plate 80 that forms the outer wall of the island upper stage 10C can open the pair of panel bodies 82 and 82 largely upward with the hinge 83 as a rotation center. As a result, the vicinity of the top end inside the island upper stage 10 </ b> A can be easily directly inspected and maintained simply by opening and closing the panel body 82.
[0067]
FIG. 10 shows a second embodiment of the present invention.
In the present embodiment, the storage tanks 30C and 30D are integrally formed so that one end portions located on the center side of the islands communicate with each other. That is, the storage tanks 30C and 30D do not have the front wall 34, and the connecting parts are arranged above the lower part of the polishing / lifting device 50 and are shifted in position so as not to interfere with the polishing cylinder 55 and the like. Moreover, you may form the hollow part which the grinding | polishing cylinder 55 etc. penetrate in the connection part of each storage tank 30C, 30D.
[0068]
As described above, the storage tanks 30C and 30D are integrally formed so that one end portions located on the center side of the respective islands communicate with each other, so that the storage capacity of the pachinko balls can be further increased. In addition, about the site | part of the same kind as the said 1st Embodiment, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected and the overlapping description is abbreviate | omitted.
[0069]
Note that the specific configuration of the gaming machine island according to the present invention is not limited to that illustrated in the above embodiment. For example, various variations are possible for the arrangement and shape of the storage tank. As shown in an example in FIG. 11, one storage tank 30 </ b> B in the first embodiment may be disposed in the reverse direction. That is, it is not always necessary to compete so that one end portion of the storage tanks on both sides overlaps the upper part of the lower part of the polishing and lifting device, and only one of them may be used. The gaming machine is not limited to a pachinko machine, and may be a slot machine using coins and medals as a gaming medium.
[0070]
【The invention's effect】
According to the gaming machine island according to the present invention, the gaming media counted by the gaming media counter can be quickly transferred to the storage tank, and the counting processing capacity of the counting machine can be greatly improved.
In addition, the storage tank having one end close to the back side of the game medium counter is formed so that the bottom surface is inclined downward from one end facing the center of the island to the other end facing the island end. Even if a large amount of game media is introduced into one end of the storage tank at a time from the counter, the game media will not be excessively concentrated on one end near the center of the island, and will be well distributed over the other end on the island end side. Is done. And the game medium which flowed down on the bottom face to the other end part which becomes the lowest end of the storage tank can be smoothly guided from the discharge port to the lower part of the polishing and feeding apparatus through the guide rod.
