従来、タイヤ加硫機の中心機構は、ブラダー付き中心機構、ブラダーレス中心機構の両方共に複雑で、大きなスペースを取っているのが現状である。特にブラダーレスのタイヤ加硫機の中心機構は、ビード部の形状を確保するためのビード部の押え部材の動きが複雑であると共に、大きな設備になっている。

このため、移動には多くの手間と時間がかかる上に故障の原因となり易く、またグリーンタイヤ(未加硫タイヤ)のセンターリング精度を向上させるのが難しく、従ってタイヤの品質向上を図ることが難しいと言う問題があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この発明のブラダーレスタイヤ加硫機のビードロック装置は、上記目的を達成するため、未加硫タイヤの内径部内に、タイヤビード部の一方を固定する固定ビードロック装置と、固定ビードロック装置に立設されたガイドロッドに着脱可能に取付けられ、かつタイヤビード部の他方を固定する一対の可動ビードロック装置とから成り、前記一対の固定ビードロック装置と可動ビードロック装置とは、フランジ部を備えた筒状のビード押え支持部材の外周部に、ビード押え出没機構を介して放射方向に出没する複数のビード押え部材と、ビードリング部材とから成るビードクランプ機構を設けてなることを特徴とするものである。

以下、添付図面に基づき、この発明の実施形態を説明する。

図1は、この発明にかかるブラダーレスタイヤ加硫機のタイヤビードロック装置の実施態様例を断面図で示したものであり、未加硫タイヤWの内径部Ws内には、タイヤビード部Wbの一方を固定する固定ビードロック装置1と、固定ビードロック装置1に立設されたネジ付きボルト等のガイドロッド2に着脱可能に取付けられ、かつタイヤビード部Wbの他方を固定する一対の可動ビードロック装置3とが組付けられる。

前記一対の固定ビードロック装置1と可動ビードロック装置3とは、フランジ部4を備えた筒状のビード押え支持部材5の外周部に、図1及び図2に示すように、ビード押え出没機構6を介して放射方向に出没する複数のビード押え部材8と、ビードリング部材7とから成るビードクランプ機構9が設けてある。

前記ビード押え出没機構6は、ビードリング部材7の外部から回動させる力が加えられることによりビードリング部材7の内周部に沿って回動可能な筒状体10と、上述した複数のビード押え部材8を筒状体10の回動に従って放射方向に出没させるように筒状体10に連結されたリンク部材11とで構成される。

筒状体10に、上述したビードリング部材7の外部から回動させる力を加えるための手段としては、図3に示すように筒状体10と一体的に形成された係止爪12に、回動操作用治具13の係合凹部14を係合させて構成し、該回動操作用治具13を回動させる操作により前記筒状体10が所定方向に回動され、この回動に伴ってリンク部材11によりビード押え部材8が図2に示すように放射方向に出没がなされることにより、タイヤビード部Wbの表裏面をビードリング部材7とビード押え部材8とで気密的にクランプするものである。該回動操作用治具13は、操作作業者により操作される。

また 前記固定ビードロック装置1と可動ビードロック装置3とのビード押え支持部材5,ビードリング部材7を貫通して連結するガイドロッド2には、スプリング座16を介してコイルスプリング15a等のビード間隔制限ストッパー部材15が設けてあり、固定ビードロック装置1及び可動ビードロック装置3の組付け時に一定のビード間隔となるようにしている。

次に、ブラダーレスタイヤの加硫方法を、図4(a)〜(c)を参照しながら説明する。
まず、成形された未加硫タイヤWを加硫機に挿入する前に、図4(a)に示すように、未加硫タイヤWの一方のビード部Wbを、ビード押え部材8とビードリング部材7とから成る固定ビードロック装置1で気密的にクランプする。

【発明の効果】
この発明は、上記のようにブラダーレスタイヤを加硫する際、グリーンタイヤを加硫機に挿入する前に、タイヤのビード部をビードロック装置により気密的に保持し、このビードロック装置でタイヤを保持したまま加硫機に挿入させ、また加硫終了後には、加硫済タイヤをビードロック装置で保持した状態で取り出すようにしたので、以下のような優れた効果を奏するものである。
