Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a mounting mechanism for a fire detector in a clean room, and more particularly, to a mounting mechanism for mounting a small fire detector, which is usually mounted on a ceiling, to the frame of a system ceiling.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, there are the following methods for attaching the fire detector of the automatic fire alarm system to the system ceiling in the clean room.
[0003]
(1). A method of attaching a general fire detector with a size of 99φ directly to the system ceiling frame. In this method, the fire detector protrudes from the system ceiling frame as shown in FIG. In the figure, symbol a is a fire detector, b is a system ceiling frame, and c is a filter.
(2). A method of attaching the general fire detector (99φ) to the system ceiling frame through an adapter for preventing dust accumulation, for example, an adapter having an upper surface formed with a tapered inclined surface. This method is described in, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002-269650. In the figure, symbol a is a fire detector, b is a system ceiling frame, c is a filter, and d is an adapter interposed between the fire detector a and the system ceiling frame b.
(3). A method of attaching a fire detector (56φ) smaller than the above general type fire detector to a ceiling-embedded type. In this method, as shown in FIG. 4, a cylindrical embedding base g having a flange portion f is fitted to the outside of the small fire detector e from the rear side, and this flange is embedded in the system ceiling. ing. The small fire detector e has an appropriate number of wiring openings h on the rear peripheral wall.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The conventional mounting method described above has the following problems.
1. First, in the method (1), since the fire detector a protrudes from the system ceiling frame b, the protruding portion may disturb the air flow and become a dust reservoir, which has an adverse effect on the cleanliness of the clean room. is there.
2. Next, in the method (2), it is necessary to manufacture the fire detector a and the system ceiling frame b so that they are accurately interposed between the fire detector a and the system ceiling frame b. End up.
3. Next, in the method (3), a special structure is required on the ceiling side for embedded mounting, and when the small fire detector e is directly mounted on the system ceiling frame b, The wiring opening concealed in the ceiling and the rough finish on the rear side will be exposed, and this will become a dust trap, which adversely affects the cleanliness of the clean room. In addition, since the fire detector is a fire-fighting certified product, it cannot be modified even on the outer surface, for example, it cannot be modified so that the wiring opening is moved from the peripheral wall.
The present invention is intended to solve such a problem, that is, to enable a small fire detector, which is usually mounted in a ceiling, to be mounted on the system ceiling frame. It is the purpose.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems, in the present invention, a cylinder in which a flange inwardly protrudes from an opening end on the rear side on the outside of a cylindrical fire sensor having a wiring opening on the rear side peripheral wall. The cap is fitted to the system ceiling frame of the clean room in a state of fitting the cap from the rear side and covering the opening for wiring, and the outer diameter of the cylindrical cap is configured to be smaller than the width of the system ceiling frame . We propose a fire detector mounting mechanism in a clean room.
[0006]
According to the present invention, the tubular fire detector is usually buried in the ceiling by fitting a tubular cap with a flange extending inwardly at the opening end on the rear side from the rear side to the outside. it can be attached to the system ceiling frame of the clean room in a state in which a rough finish portion of the wiring opening portion and a rear side of the peripheral wall of the small fire detector is attached to the plugin was Tsu covered by the tubular cap, dust reservoir Does not occur.
[0007]
Also in a state fitted to the cylindrical cap on the size of the fire sensor, since the smaller than the width of the system ceiling frame outside diameter, without disturbing the air flow, also the look good fit even better .
[0008]
Moreover, since the fire detector itself is not modified, it does not conflict with the fire certification.
[0009]
