上記課題を解決するために、本発明は、帯状シートの切断方式を、シェアカッターによる接線切りから、前記シェアカッターの下刃軸と該下刃軸に隣り合うローラとの間でのレザーカッターによる空中切りに切り替えるとき、前記下刃軸を片持ち状態にして該下刃軸に複数の円筒状のローラ部材を取付け、帯状シートの走行経路を、前記下刃軸に取り付けたローラ部材の外周を帯状シートが巻掛けて走行するように変更することを特徴とする。
