Description
【0001】

[Technical field to which the invention belongs]
The present invention relates to a secondary repair method for a thatched roof.
[0002]
[Prior art]
About 30 years ago, many thatched roofs such as thatched roofs were replaced with flat roofs. The thatched roof was a time that needed further refurbishment due to deterioration over time.
The existing flat roof (primary refurbishment) that has been renovated thatched roof is often damaged in the eaves. When refurbishing this, remove the rotten part and replace it with a new member. It was.
This is shown in FIGS. 7 to 10. FIG. 7 is a view of a primary renovation of a thatched roof to a flat roof. Due to the deterioration over time, the place of about 60 mm to 100 mm around the contact point between the existing rafter C and the existing nasal cover D is often decayed. In order to renovate this (secondary refurbishment), members that make up the eaves and thatched roof materials such as eaves are cut out from the eaves to about 1500 mm to 2000 mm. FIG. 8 shows a state after excision.
Then, for secondary renovation, as shown in FIG. 9, the new eaves-end reinforcement member 1, the new reinforcement member 11, and the new main building 12 are attached, and the existing rafter C is fixed with a supplementary rafter. The length of the new rafter 13 is assumed. At the eaves, a new nose cover 5 and a new installation 6 will be constructed.
Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 10, the newly installed vertical pier 3 and the newly installed horizontal pier 9 are disposed, and the newly installed roofing material 10 is spread. Members such as the newly installed vertical pier 3 and the newly installed horizontal pier 9 are different depending on the shape of the newly installed roof material 10. Secondary renovation was done in this way.
[0003]
If this method is used, the damaged part of the eaves of the existing modified flat roof is removed and discarded, but this excision work is very labor intensive.
In order to remove the decayed part of the primary refurbishment, it is necessary to cut the existing rafter C about 1500 mm to 2000 mm. Must be bare. After all, the existing flat roofing board A must be peeled from the eaves by about 2000mm to 3000mm.
The existing thatched roof H of about 900mm to 1500mm from the eaves must also be excised, but as shown in Fig. 7, the existing thatched roof H is in the eaves and is filled with materials such as eaves, so this is excised. It took a lot of work to do.
In this way, the existing eaves E, the existing nasal concealment D, the existing drainage material F, the existing eaves arabesque G, the existing field plate B, a part of the existing flat roofing board A and a part of the existing rafter C, etc. The removal of the existing thatched roof H was a work process that required a great deal of time and labor.
[0004]
In addition, it took time and effort to dispose of many of the excised members and a large amount of thatched roof material such as firewood.
In recent years, the social intention to prevent environmental pollution has become stronger, so the repair method that produces such a lot of waste has become inconsistent with the flow of the times.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The problem to be solved is that, when a secondary roof is repaired, the primary roof is repaired without excision, and a construction method with as little waste as possible is provided.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A secondary refurbishment method for a thatched roof that renovates a roof of a primary refurbishment that has a roof plate, rafters, and eaves arabesque that has been sown on a thatched roof. ing.
The arm has a length that reaches at least an unbroken portion of the existing rafter when the eaves reinforcing metal fitting is attached to the roof of the primary renovation so that the arm is positioned on the existing rafter. The part has a shape in which the existing eaves arabesque can be positioned inside, and the leg part extends downward from the convex part.
The projecting part of the eaves reinforcement is placed on the eaves of the primary renovation, and the arm is placed on the existing rafter and fixed to the unbroken part of the existing rafter.
The eaves-attaching material is stretched over and fixed to the projections and projections of the plurality of eaves reinforcement brackets attached to the eaves of the roof of the primary renovation.
[0007]
In this way, the eaves part of the roof of the primary renovation is reinforced and the new roof is sown.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In order to reinforce the eaves part of the existing roof with the eaves reinforcement metal fittings and the eaves attachment material attached to the eaves reinforcement metallurgy, it was possible to perform secondary refurbishment without cutting the primary renovation roof that is the existing roof.
[0009]
【Example】
A first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 1 is an explanatory view of the present embodiment, FIG. 2 is an explanatory view of an eaves-end reinforcing
[0010]
As shown in FIG. 1, a new vertical pier 3 is stretched over the existing flat roofing board A from the eaves edge to the ridge, and fixed to the existing rafter C. The newly installed vertical pier 3 is useful for marking, etc., when making a sump when stopping the new horizontal pier 9.
Since there is a high possibility that the existing rafter C, the existing field plate B, and the like are rotten at the eaves of the existing roof, the eaves reinforcing

The new roofing material 10 is spread on the above-described structure. In order to attach the new roofing material 10 illustrated in this embodiment, the new roofing material 10 is printed on the new vertical pier 3 at predetermined intervals. 9 is disposed. In this way, secondary renovation is performed.
[0017]
In the present embodiment, a metal roof material of a type that requires a horizontal pier as the new roof member 10 is illustrated, but members configured on the existing roof such as the new vertical pier 3 and the new horizontal pier 9 are as follows. Depends on the shape of the new roofing material 10. Depending on the shape of the roof material, the newly installed vertical pier 3 or the newly installed horizontal pier 9 is not required, and the roof may be rubbed using other members.
In addition, as described above, the newly installed vertical pier 3 was installed to facilitate the work of sumi-brushing and the like, but the eaves reinforcing
As described above, members configured on the existing roof differ depending on the shape of the new roofing material 10, and various examples of roofing materials can be considered as necessary. I can't take it all up and explain it.
[0018]
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.
This second embodiment is a case where no eaves are provided in the first embodiment. In other words, this is an example of a case where the existing eaves E is not decayed and it is not necessary to construct the new eaves 2.
Since the existing eaves E is used as it is, the new eaves reinforcement 1 is not attached. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 5, the eaves-end

Thus, the secondary repair method for thatched roof according to the present invention reinforces the eaves portion of the existing roof with the eaves reinforcing bracket and the eaves attaching material attached to the eaves reinforcing bracket. The secondary refurbishment can be done without removing the roof.
Moreover, since it is not necessary to remove the roof of the primary renovation (existing roof), there is also an advantage that no curing is required to cope with rainy weather during construction.
Various other embodiments can be envisaged with design changes, but not all of them can be described here.
[0021]
【The invention's effect】
In the secondary refurbishment method of the thatched roof by the conventional technology, it is necessary to cut off the decayed part of the eaves and the surrounding components such as the existing flat thatched roof board A and the existing rafter C, and the existing thatched roof H. did not become.
The existing thatched roof H is in the eaves, and the material such as firewood is tightly packed, so it takes a lot of work to remove this, and the existing flat roofing board A and the existing rafter C are also included. The excision was a work process that required a great deal of time and effort.
In addition, a large amount of thatched roof materials such as firewood must be disposed of, as well as existing eaves, existing nasal cover, existing drainers, existing eaves arabesque, and some existing flat roof materials. It was a refurbishment method that had to dispose of a lot of waste materials such as a part of existing rafters.
[0022]
On the other hand, the secondary refurbishment method of the thatched roof according to the present invention is such that the eaves reinforcing metal fitting is attached to the roof of the primary renovation (existing roof), and the eaves reinforcing metal fitting and the eaves attaching material attached to the eave reinforcing metal fitting The eaves part of the renovated roof (existing roof) is reinforced.
The arm of the eaves-end reinforcement bracket has a length that extends to the unbroken portion of the existing rafter, so when it is placed and fixed so as to be positioned on the existing rafter, Since it can fix, it can fix firmly.
Moreover, since the convex part of the eaves edge reinforcement metal fitting is a shape which can position the existing eaves arabesque inside, it can cover the eaves of the roof of the primary repair which is an existing roof.
For this reason, it is possible to perform secondary repair without excising the roof of the primary repair that is the existing roof.
In the conventional technique, a work process for cutting off the material such as the fence or cutting off the existing flat roofing board A or the existing rafter C is required. However, the present invention is modified by omitting the process. Is made possible.
In addition, while the conventional method produced many waste materials and a large amount of waste material of thatched roof materials, the present invention is not such waste materials, so it fits the social intention to prevent environmental pollution. It is a repair method.
