水切金具12をビス止めして端部の雨仕舞の強化を図っ
ている。

部にプライマ−剤を塗布する。 プライマ−層の形成の
後、新たな防水層としての重設防水層を、平坦部の既存
防水層4、ボ−ド板8の表面に張設し、この重設防水層
の端部はパラペット2の頂部の外端まで延設固着する。
端部は、場合によっては水切金具により雨仕舞を補強す
る。なお、重設防水層は、アスファルト防水層、塗膜防
水層、高分子系シ−ト防水層等が種々の施工条件に応じ
て選択し、各々周知の工法により施工されることにな
る。

廃材の適正処理という問題も回避でき、また、防水層等
の撤去作業中、あるいは撤去後における煩わしい降雨対
策も不要であり改修に要する工期、費用を大幅に低減に
資するところが大きい。
