【0001】

[0004]
As examples of the conventional dental treatment apparatus, the inventions disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 6-9577, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-178753 and Japanese Patent Publication No. 3-34345 are known.
In the invention disclosed in Japanese Examined Patent Publication No. 6-9577, a flexible multi-joint hose that can connect various treatment instruments in common is used, and a treatment instrument is attached to one end of the multi-joint hose. When the connection is made via the connection terminal and the other end is selectively connected to the treatment apparatus main body via the connection terminal, the electric circuit element resistance or impedance of the connected treatment instrument is used as a specific signal element of the treatment instrument. The read signal is guided to the main body of the treatment apparatus to detect the type of the treatment instrument, and among the various operation medium supply means provided in the main body of the treatment apparatus, the supply of the operation medium necessary for the operation of the treatment instrument is performed. Only the means are configured to operate under optimum conditions. The treatment apparatus body is provided with switching means that can be used by switching between a detection signal circuit and an operating power supply circuit built in the flexible multi-joint hose.
[0005]
The invention disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-178653 supplies a specific working medium to a treatment apparatus body, for example, supply of only a power source as the working medium or supply of a plurality of types such as power source, water, air, etc. For this purpose, a dedicated energizing connection terminal is provided for each type of working medium, and a treatment device corresponding to this dedicated energizing connection terminal can be detachably connected via a multi-joint hose. The connection terminal includes a terminal for discriminating the type of treatment instrument to be connected. The discrimination means automatically discriminates the type of treatment instrument and automatically supplies the necessary working medium corresponding to the type. It is configured to be able to.
[0006]
In the invention disclosed in Japanese Examined Patent Publication No. 3-34345, the connecting device group on the treatment apparatus main body side and the connecting device group on the treatment device side are structurally identical, and are connected to each other by an easily detachable connecting means. It is proposed as a control device for a dental device having a possible configuration. This apparatus has a treatment apparatus body, a current, and a supply conduit for a working medium such as water, and a treatment instrument is connected to each supply conduit via a connector, and the connected treatment instrument. Is detachably hung on the plurality of buttocks on the treatment apparatus main body side, and the working medium can be supplied from the treatment apparatus main body to the treatment instrument in a state where the coupling elements of the corresponding connecting devices are connected to each other. In the control device, the connection device on the treatment device main body side is disposed at a place where the treatment device main body side is easily accessible from the outside of the treatment device body, and the connection device group on the treatment device body side and the connection device group on the treatment device side are structurally identical. It is constructed and can be connected by an easily removable connecting means, and the working medium of all the therapeutic devices is considered so that the connection device on the treatment device side can be connected to the connection device on the treatment device main body side in any combination In The connecting elements for the individual working media in the connecting device are arranged at the planned positions, and correspond to the therapeutic device when the therapeutic device side connecting device is connected to one of the connecting devices on the main body of the therapeutic device. Coding means are included in the connector which mechanically cooperate to provide an electronic circuit for evaluating the signal for switching on the control mechanism for the working medium attached.
[0007]
That is, in each of the conventional examples, the type of the treatment instrument connected to the treatment apparatus body is automatically detected on the treatment apparatus body side, and a working medium necessary for the treatment apparatus is automatically supplied. It has become.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the invention described in Japanese Examined Patent Publication No. 6-9577 in the above-mentioned conventional example is not only heavy but difficult to perform a therapeutic operation because a flexible multi-joint hose is configured to be shared. Since it is necessary to share the joint part shape of various treatment instruments connected to the sexual multi-joint hose, there is a problem that the joint part shape becomes large.
[0009]
In the invention described in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-178753, the multi-joint joint portion integrally handles the joint portion that realizes the multi-joint and the multi-joint hose, and is detachably attached to the multi-joint hose itself. Since it is necessary to provide various electrical wiring and air and water pipes so that they can be used in common with each treatment device, the problem is that the multi-joint hose is thick and heavy, making it difficult to perform treatment. is there.
[0010]
In the invention described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 3-34345, the connecting device group on the main body side and the connecting device group on the treatment device side are structurally identical and can be connected to each other by a connecting means that can be easily removed. There is a coding means for identifying various instruments, but the joint portion has to be enlarged by the connection terminal of the coding means.
[0011]
As described above, the conventional example has been described. In any case, the multi-joint hose connected to the treatment instrument must always be sterilized in order to allow bacteria to propagate in the moisture in the conduit. Therefore, for sterilization, drain the residual water in the conduit before use, or perform chemical cleaning, wipe the cutting powder and body fluid adhering to the outer surface of the hose with anhydrous alcohol, or autoclave (high pressure steam sterilization). ) Is generally performed.
[0012]
In addition, if the sterilization process is repeated in this manner, the electrical contact deteriorates, so that the apparatus of the type that automatically recognizes the type of the treatment instrument causes a malfunction. Furthermore, since the hose becomes unusable after about 250 sterilization treatments, a new one needs to be replaced. For this reason, it is desirable to make the multi-joint hose disposable by sterilization, but in order to make it disposable, the hose must be inexpensive. In this respect, the multi-joint hose used in the conventional treatment instrument is expensive because it has a built-in means for automatically recognizing the type of the treatment instrument, and there is a problem that it is difficult to make it disposable.
[0013]
By the way, the treatment apparatus currently handled by the applicant is that the arrangement of the treatment instrument with respect to the treatment apparatus main body is set in advance on the base, and the surgeon cannot arbitrarily rearrange the treatment instrument at the treatment site. Therefore, improvement of this point has been desired.
[0014]
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional problems, and enables the arrangement position of the treatment instrument with respect to the treatment apparatus main body to be freely set, and makes the multi-joint hose light and easy to handle. The purpose is to provide it at a low price.
[0015]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, claim 1 according to the treatment apparatus of the present invention is configured such that various treatment instruments that operate using electricity, water, air, or the like as a medium are detachable from the treatment apparatus body via a multi-joint hose. In a dental treatment apparatus, various treatment instruments and a supply circuit for supplying only a necessary working medium corresponding to the type of treatment instrument are incorporated, and at one end, a connection terminal for connecting to the treatment instrument is provided and the treatment apparatus body is disposed at the other end. Various types of multi-joint hoses having connection terminals to be connected to, a position setting means for arbitrarily setting the position of the treatment device, a working medium supply source, and various working media can be supplied in response to any of the various treatment devices. A supply circuit, a working medium supply setting means for selectively setting a supply of various working media to supply only a working medium necessary for the operation of the treatment device, and multi-joining various treatment devices A therapeutic device main body having a plurality of connection terminals that can be connected in common through a hose, a predetermined treatment instrument is connected to the position of the treatment instrument which is set by the working medium supply setting means of said treatment device main body A warning device and / or a warning sound that is detected when a treatment device other than a predetermined type is connected and is detected. It is.
[0016]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, the placement position setting means and the working medium supply setting means can perform environmental settings such as the placement position of the treatment instrument and the selection and supply of the working medium by operating a panel switch on the liquid crystal display screen. a dental treatment device according to claim 1, wherein a formed by configuration.
[0018]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, a non-contact type sensor comprising a light reflection type sensor or a light transmission type sensor capable of detecting the type of the treatment instrument is provided at a connection portion between the connection terminal on the multi-joint hose side and the connection terminal on the treatment apparatus body side. The dental treatment device according to
[0019]
According to the first aspect, it is possible for the surgeon to arbitrarily set the arrangement position of the various treatment instruments with respect to the treatment apparatus main body by the arrangement position setting means, and the treatment becomes easy.
In addition, since the working medium supply setting means can supply only the necessary working medium corresponding to the type of the therapeutic instrument, the multi-joint hose connecting the therapeutic instrument has only the necessary working medium corresponding to the type of the therapeutic instrument. A simple structure with a built-in supply circuit for supplying power is inexpensive.
[0020]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, it is recognized that the predetermined therapeutic instrument is connected to the arrangement position of the therapeutic instrument set in advance by the working medium supply setting means, and a therapy other than the predetermined is set at the set position. When the appliance is connected, it is informed by the warning display or / and the warning sound that the connection has been made erroneously, so that the erroneous connection is prevented.
[0021]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the setting operation is easy because the panel switch operation can be performed on the liquid crystal display screen such as the placement position of the treatment instrument and the selection and supply of the working medium.
[0022]
According to claim 3 , by providing a sensor capable of detecting the type of treatment instrument at the connection portion between the connection terminal on the multi-joint hose side and the connection terminal on the treatment apparatus body side, the detection signal transmitted from the sensor Whether the connection is correct or not is determined.
In particular, it is a non-contact type sensor composed of a light reflection type sensor or a light transmission type sensor, and can prevent malfunction due to contact failure like a contact type sensor.
