【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、配送サービスを表示可能な１パートタイプの配送伝票とその使用方法に関するものである。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】
この種の配送伝票は、実際には、判取り片が必要となるため、印字用基材とタック紙が部分的に擬似接着した構成となっており、印字用基材とタック紙という観点から言えば２パートであり、タック紙自体が、タック基材と剥離紙が積層されていることから考えれば３パートと呼ぶこともできるが、ここでは、形態的な特徴を現している「１パート」ということで統一して話を進めていく。

配送伝票の１パート化は、ＥＤＩ（電子データ交換）を伴うことによって、従来の多パート複写伝票から切り替えているため、これまでは、主に、大口荷主（１日平均の配送個数が１００個以上）、例えば、通信販売会社、百貨店等のギフト配送で多く利用されてきているが、現時点では、中口荷主（同３０〜１００個程度）まで展開が進んできている。

配送業者にとっては、伝票そのもののコストダウンに加えて、ＥＤＩによる一括精算化により、配送ドライバーの日々の業務負荷が軽減される、といったメリットがあること、荷主にとっては、感圧複写ではなくなったことから、手書きしなくてもよく、また、一般のオフィスにある各種プリンタでそのまま印字できるため、投資せずに電子データ化が図れることから、大口→中口へと進展してきている。
電子データ化は、配送業者にとってリピータを増やし、また、荷主としても伝票発行業務が大幅に軽減されることが証明されたと言ってよい。

そこで、今後は、小口荷主（同３０個以下）、さらには、個人（１ヶ月１個前後）のレベルまでサービスを広げていくことが予想できる。個人に至っては、ＥＤＩ化は難しいかもしれないが、配送料金の電子決済さえ可能となれば、１パート化は、即実行可能なものである。
電子決済は、ＩＣカードを使用する方法や、クレジットカード、ネットバンクを活用するといったＩＴ化によって、ほぼ実現できるレベルにあり、また、ＩＴ化によらなくとも、郵便における「切手」のような金券購入による方法でも可能である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
さて、懸案のＥＤＩ化は、解決可能であるとして、それでも問題として残るものがある。
これまでは、大口、中口が主体であったため、例えば、冷凍食品を送る通販会社であれば、『冷凍便』専用の配送伝票、時間指定を重視する場合は『時間指定』を盛り込んだ伝票を別途作っていたのであるが、中口、小口と規模が小さくなるにつれ、これまでのように、伝票を作り分ける方式では無駄が多くなる、ということである。

例えば、１日に１０個程度の荷物を出す荷主において、冷蔵が２個、冷凍が３個、常温が５個・・・となる場合に、日々の荷物の個数が確定的でない以上、在庫は、３種すべて必要となり、小口主体の場合は、対象法人も多く、個人にまで広げると、これだけでも、荷主における在庫量は膨大になってしまう。
製造側としても、サービス毎に伝票を用意するためには、伝票単位で在庫管理が必要であり、無駄な管理コストがかかるというデメリットがあり、サービス毎（サービス品種は、今後も増えるはずである）に、市場規模が違うため、製造数量に差が出ることは避けられず、これは、伝票単価にも多大な影響を及ぼすことになる。

単純に、伝票を共通化させ、当該伝票内に「冷蔵」、「冷凍」といった文字を印字すればよいように感じるが、毎日多量の荷物を扱う人間からすると、一目で容易に確認できるレベルと、よく見ないと確認できないレベルは、荷物の処理能力に影響することに加え、サービスレベル（配送品質）の低下が発生するため望ましくない。
印字サイズは大きくできても、同じようなデザインの物が大量に生じれば、結局よく見ていても、間違えてしまう。

換言すれば、世の中にあるプリンタがフルカラーで印字できるレベルまでインフラが到達すれば、配送伝票としては、絵柄印刷そのものが不要になるとも考えられる。
現時点でも、フルカラープリンタは存在しているが、インクジェット方式が主流であり、インクジェット方式の場合は、染料系インキが主体であるため一般的に耐水性、耐光性をはじめ、保存性が劣る。

印字基材をインクジェット専用紙に限定すれば、著しい改善は見られるが、この場合は、荷主の使用するプリンタによって、数種類を用意する必要（インクジェットプリンタの場合、機種毎の差が激しい）となり、最悪の場合には、配送業務の基幹となるバーコードが読めなくなる、という事態が発生してしまう。

インクジェットプリンタは、比較的安価であるが、配送業者側の都合で投資を強制することもできず、また、トナーを使用するカラーレーザープリンタも安価になってきたものの、まだ主流にはなく、結局、モノクロレーザや熱転写のように保存性が良いプリンタをメインにすることがサービスレベルの向上につながると考えられる。

そこで、これまでは共通の伝票で、当該伝票内に「冷蔵」、「冷凍」といった文字を印字するとともに、それを見て荷受担当者が、別途用意した『冷蔵』、『冷凍』といった、サービスごとの統一色で大きく印刷したラベルを使用していた。一目で分かるようにするためには、このようにピクト文字や図案、そして色を統一することが望ましく、これらの努力もあって、高品質なサービスを維持している訳である。
つまり、いくら１パート化によってリピータが増える仕組みを構築しても、サービスが悪ければ荷主からの支持は得られないために、配送業者にとって、サービスレベルを守るためには、多少の負荷は許容せざるを得なかったのである。

しかし、サービス専用ラベルを別途用意することは、結局、在庫管理も必要で、新しい伝票があることと大差なく、また、剥離紙を剥がして荷物に貼る作業を荷物１個に対して２回実施しなくてはならないため、作業負荷は、決して少なくなかった。
なお、サービス専用ラベルの在庫を過多にしないために、あえて荷受け側で対応している。

本発明の目的は、小口荷主であっても、これまで以上の低廉化と高品質化（サービスレベルの向上）の両立が可能な配送伝票とその使用方法を提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記課題を解決するために、請求項１の発明は、印字用基材と、タック基材と剥離シートが粘着剤層を介して貼り合せられたタックシ−トとが、擬似接着層及び／又は接着層を介して積層されたシート状の配送伝票であって、前記印字用基材及び／又は前記タック基材に形成された複数の配送サービス表示部の中から、希望する配送サービス表示部を選択して表示することができる配送サービス選択表示手段を備え、前記配送サービス選択表示手段は、前記タック基材に予め共通情報として印刷された複数の配送サービスに対応する複数の配送サービス表示部と、前記印字用基材に形成され、前記各配送サービス表示部に合わせて切取予定線で区画された複数の隠蔽部とを備え、前記印字用基材の前記隠蔽部を前記切取予定線に沿って、前記擬似接着層から剥離することによって、前記タック基材の前記配送サービス表示部が選択的に表出可能であること、特徴とする配送伝票である。

請求項２の発明は、請求項１に記載の配送伝票を使用する配送伝票の使用方法において、前記隠蔽部のうちで剥離されないものの表面に、「選択された配送サービス名」、「配送約款等の情報」、「荷主の広告宣伝」の少なくとも１つを、モノクロプリンタによって個別情報印字を行うことを特徴とする配送伝票の使用方法である。

請求項３の発明は、請求項１に記載の配送伝票を使用する配送伝票の使用方法において、希望する配送サービスを確実に選択できるように、前記印字用基材の前記隠蔽部及び／又はその周辺部に、剥離を促す旨の誘導文言を印字することを特徴とする配送伝票の使用方法である。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面等を参照して、本発明の実施の形態について、さらに詳しくに説明する。
（第１実施形態）
図１は、本発明による配送伝票とその使用方法の第１実施形態を説明する図、図２は、図１の配送伝票の断面図である。
第１実施形態の配送伝票１は、図２に示すように、印字用基材１０と、タック基材２０−１と剥離シート２０−３が粘着剤層２０−２を介して貼り合せられたタックシ−ト２０とが、擬似接着層３０によって積層されたシート状の伝票であり、印字用基材２０に形成された常温、クール冷蔵、クール冷凍などの複数の配送サービス表示部２５、２６、２７の中から、希望する配送サービス表示部２５、２６、２７を選択して、図１（ｆ），（ｄ），（ｅ）に示すように、表示することができる。

印字用基材１０は、図１（ａ）に示すように、配達の確認印をもらい、剥離して持ちかえる配達票１１と、荷札となる貼付票１２と、配達予定日記載欄１３と、配達予定時間帯記載欄１４と、表面に印字可能であって剥離可能な隠蔽片部１５〜１９等を備えている。
隠蔽片部１５〜１９は、後述する配送サービス表示部２５〜２９に合わせて、隠蔽片部１５〜１９をそれぞれ切り離して剥離できるように、ミシン目やハーフカットなどの切取予定線ｍで区画されている。配達票１１は、配達時に、同様に切取予定線ｍを境にして剥離される。なお、貼付票１２、配達予定日記載欄１３及び配達予定時間帯記載欄１４の部分は、剥離できないようにしてもよい。
また、配送伝票１は、配達予定日記載欄１３及び配達予定時間帯記載欄１４の上辺付近に、ミシン目ｍ１が形成されており、伝票１自体を２つに分離することができる。

タック基材２０−１は、印字用基材１０の剥離可能な部分、つまり、配達票１１と対応する位置にお知らせ欄２１が設けられ、隠蔽片部１５〜１９の裏面には、予め共通情報として印刷された複数の配送サービスに対応する複数の配送サービス表示部２５〜２９が設けられている。
この実施形態では、配送サービス表示部２５には、「常温」の表示［図１（ｆ）］が、配送サービス表示部２６には、「クール冷蔵」の表示［図１（ｄ）］が、配送サービス表示部２７には、「クール冷凍」の表示［図１（ｅ）］が、配送サービス表示部２８には、「ワレモノ」の表示［図１（ｆ）］が、配送サービス表示部２９には、「なまもの」の表示［図１（ｄ），（ｅ）］が、それぞれ予め印刷されている。

次に、本実施形態に係る配送伝票の使用方法を説明する。
まず、図１（ａ）に示す配送伝票１に、モノクロレーザープリンタで、図１（ｂ）に示すように、依頼主や届け先の情報や、配達予定日時の情報などを印字する。
このとき、隠蔽片部１５、１７、１８には、それぞれ、「冷」、「蔵」、「なまもの」の大きな文字を印字し、隠蔽片部１６、１９には、希望する配送サービスを確実に選択できるように、剥離を促す旨の誘導文言、例えば、「この部分を剥がしてください」の文言を印字する。なお、この文言は、隠蔽片部１６、１９の面ではなく、その周辺部に印字してもよい。

ついで、図１（ｃ）に示すように、隠蔽片部１６、１９を剥離すると、その下から、鮮やかな色彩でカラー印刷された「クール冷蔵」の配送サービス表示部２６、「なまもの」の配送サービス表示部２９が表れる。
このため、配送サービス表示部２６、２９が目立つうえ、隠蔽片部１５、１７、１８には、それぞれ、「冷」、「蔵」、「なまもの」の大きな文字が印字されているので、配送サービスの内容を間違えることはない。

届け先では、図１（ｄ）に示すように、配達票１１に、配達の確認印をもらい、剥離すると、お知らせ欄２１が表れ、所定の情報を伝達することができる。

以上は、「クール冷蔵（なまもの）」の配送サービスを選択した場合を説明したが、「クール冷凍（なまもの）」の配送サービスを選択する場合には、図１（ｅ）に示すように、隠蔽片部１５、１６、１８には、それぞれ、「冷」、「凍」、「なまもの」の大きな文字を印字し、隠蔽片部１７、１９には、「この部分を剥がしてください」の文言を印字する。そして、隠蔽片部１７、１９を剥離すると、その下から、鮮やかな色彩でカラー印刷された「クール冷凍」の配送サービス表示部２７、「なまもの」の配送サービス表示部２９が表れる。

「常温（ワレモノ）」の配送サービスを選択する場合には、図１（ｆ）に示すように、隠蔽片部１６、１７、１９には、それぞれ、「常」、「温」、「ワレモノ」の大きな文字を印字し、隠蔽片部１５、１８には、「この部分を剥がしてください」の文言を印字する。そして、隠蔽片部１５、１８を剥離すると、その下から、鮮やかな色彩でカラー印刷された「常温」の配送サービス表示部２５、「ワレモノ」の配送サービス表示部２８が表れる。

このように、第１実施形態によれば、印字用基材１１の隠蔽片部を、切取予定線ｍに沿って、擬似接着層３０から剥離することによって、タック基材の配送サービス表示部２５〜２９が選択的に表出可能であるので、１つの配送伝票で、確実の配送サービスを選択して表示でき、小口荷主であっても、これまで以上の低廉化と高品質化（サービスレベルの向上）の両立が可能となった。

（第２実施形態）
図３は、本発明による配送伝票とその使用方法の第２実施形態を説明する図である。
なお、以下に示す各実施形態では、前述した第１実施形態と同様な機能を果たす部分には、同一の符号又は末尾に統一した符号を付して、重複する説明や図面を適宜省略する。

第２実施形態の配送伝票２では、印字用基材１０は、図３（ａ）に示すように、配達票１１が切取予定線ｍで分離可能に区画されている。
また、印字用基材１０は、予め共通情報として印刷された複数の配送サービスに対応する複数の配送サービス表示部１５−２〜１９−２が設けられている。
つまり、配送サービス表示部１５−２には、「常温」の表示が、配送サービス表示部１６−２には、「クール冷蔵」の表示が、配送サービス表示部１７−２には、「クール冷凍」の表示が、配送サービス表示部１８−２には、「ワレモノ」の表示が、配送サービス表示部１９−２には、「なまもの」の表示が、それぞれ予め鮮やかな色彩でカラー印刷されている。

まず、図３（ａ）に示す配送伝票２に、モノクロレーザープリンタで、図３（ｂ）に示すように、依頼主や届け先の情報や、配達予定日時の情報などを印字する。
このとき、配送サービス表示部１５−２、１７−２、１８−２には、それぞれ、「クール冷蔵」、「なまもの」の小さな文字を、複数、高密度で印字する。
このように、「常温」の配送サービス表示部１５−２、「クール冷凍」の配送サービス表示部１７−２、及び、「ワレモノ」の配送サービス表示部１８−２は、希望しない配送サービスであり、選択しない旨の消し込印字を行うので、「クール冷蔵」の配送サービス表示部１６−２及び「なまもの」の配送サービス表示部１９−２のみが残り、それらの配送サービスのみが選択されたことを、確実に表示することができる。

届け先では、図３（ｃ）に示すように、配達票１１に、配達の確認印をもらい、剥離すると、お知らせ欄２１が表れ、所定の情報を伝達することができる。

以上のように、第１及び第２実施形態ともに、温度帯、時間帯、配達指定、ワレモノマークを大きく取り、荷受担当者が見やすいように配慮している。
また、記事欄を大きく取ることで、中小荷主の宣伝スペースを提供し、導入のインセンティブが働くように工夫している。
さらに、お届け予定日（指定日）、時間帯、ワレモノマークと、配送伝票部が分割できるよう、ミシン目ｍ１を設けてある。

一方、第１実施形態は、デザイン性と取扱性を重視し、第２実施形態は、作業性とコストを重視した設計となっている。
第１実施形態は、温度帯等の欄を２枚目に設け、１枚目は白紙のままとしておくため、見た目がスッキリで見易さを重視している。
第２実施形態は、あらかじめ全情報を設けた１枚目に対して、使用しないサービスを印字で消込むようにしたものであり、第１実施形態のように２枚目を露出させるための剥離作業は不要である。
なお、第２実施形態では、１枚目表面を４色カラー印刷、２枚目表面を単色印刷にすればコストダウンができる。

（第３実施形態）
図４は、本発明による配送伝票とその使用方法の第３実施形態を説明する図である。
第３実施形態の配送伝票３は、第２実施形態の変形タイプであり、レイアウトを変更し、予め共通情報として印刷された複数の配送サービスに対応する複数の配送サービス表示部１５−３〜１９−３が、伝票を縦方向で給紙した場合の、プリンタの印字不能領域にかかるように、上辺又は下辺に配置されている。

（１）共通情報の表示絵柄への個別情報の印字による配送サービスの選択方法は、「希望サービス名」の消し込みを例に説明したが、希望しない配送サービスに「×」印や墨ベタ等による消し込みをしてもよい。この場合、結婚披露宴の引出物なら「寿」、「祝」、香典返しのような送り物であれば「志」、といったように選べるとよい。また、希望配送サービスに「◎」印等のマークを付するようにしてもよい。

以上詳しく説明したように、本発明によれば、小口荷主であっても、これまで以上の低廉化と、高品質化・サービスレベルの向上の両立が可能となる、という効果がある。
