Figure 1A-1E is the synoptic diagram according to the different layouts of the label apparatus of exemplary embodiment.Figure 1A-1E only illustrates as illustration purpose. Can obtain different layout according to the instruction that appears here.
In each width of cloth in these figure (Figure 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E and 1F) label 100 has been shown. Each label 100 (calling " label " in the following text) has first 101, second portion 102, third part 103 and the 4th part 104.Label 100 also has adhesive material 105.In these ingredients each all will go through below.
First 101 represents the front of print media (media).Print media is a temperature-sensitive.In other words, the front surface coated at first 101 places has the temperature sensitive ink that through thermal printer (for example two-sided thermal printing) time, can be activated.
Second portion 102 is represented the back side of print media.Second portion also is coated with the temperature sensitive ink that through thermal printer (for example two-sided thermal printing) time, can be activated.
Third part 103 is represented the front and back of the print media on first and second parts simultaneously. That is, third part is first and second parts of combining.
The 4th part 104 of print media has the perforation and/or the punching (die cuts) of the third part of print media being opened or sketching the contours of its profile in 103 minutes. This perforation and/or punching allow third part 103 from print media with the 4th part 104 removes or separately.
In one embodiment, when temperature sensitive ink optionally is activated through two-sided thermal printing to accomplish a transaction when (transaction), third part 103 is the receipt (receipt) of this transaction. That is to say; The front at first 101 places of formation third part 103 and the back side at second portion 102 places are had the price of for example representing the information of concluding the business, this information for example to be but being not limited to canned data, payment information, quantity, type and purchase goods by thermal imaging. In another kind of situation, first 101 is one or more addresses that convey goods by thermal imaging, and second portion 102 is the packing list that is conveyed goods by thermal imaging then.Thereby the container that is conveyed goods has a print media, has the address tag and the packing list of the front and back that is positioned at third part 103 on this print media.
In other situation; Allow or expectation is positioned at the front and/or the information that when label is attached on the object, can see is printed on label 100 front (for example; First 101), this object for example is but is not limited to product or container (for example chest, sack, handleless cup etc. include but not limited to be used for product or hold containers of products); Allow or expectation is positioned at reverse side and/or hides and not can be the back side (for example, second portion 102) that outside being seen information is printed on label 100.In one embodiment; The label 100 of individual form (for example thin slice) or conitnuous forms (for example fan-shaped fold (fan-folded) or the volume rolled) is printed as has the first information that is positioned at label 100 fronts (for example first 101), and second information that is positioned at label 100 back sides (for example second portion 102), wherein; Label 100 is attached on the object subsequently; Thereby the first information can be seen from the outside of object, and second information cannot see from the outside, but towards object.Based on this embodiment; The information that permission or expectation are seen (for example can comprise the information of transporting; Sender and/or addressee) and/or the receipt information selected is (for example; Product quantity and/or type), and allow or expect can be comprised ticket information, competition information, advertising message, payment information (for example mode and/or number) and/or payer information, clause (terms) and condition (conditions) information and/or security information by the information of hiding.
Continue the embodiment of front, label 100 can further comprise on the one 102 and the 2 103 part that is positioned at receipt Cheng Shuan's or two or three various colors.Thereby the temperature-sensitive coating can have multiple color, and these colors are activated when single is through two-sided thermal printing.
In one embodiment, the 4th part 104 is along the periphery setting or the location of print media, and third part 103 is set to the core of print media. This embodiment is shown in Figure 1A.
In the other layout of the label shown in Figure 1B, 1C, 1D and the 1E 100, the 4th part 104 is provided with along at least one outward flange of print media, and third part 103 is provided with along at least some parts at the residue edge of print media simultaneously.
Figure 1B shows the coboundary of the 4th part 104 along print media, and third part 103 comprises center and remaining three outward flanges of print media simultaneously. It should be noted that said orientation (orientation) can realize through any way, thereby the 4th part 104 can be directed along the lower edge of print media. It is relative where being defined as top or bottom, depends on the thermal imaging that in the first 101 of print media, takes place. Therefore, Figure 1B is regarded as the top that the 4th part 104 appears at an edge of third part 103.
Fig. 1 C shows coboundary and the left hand edge of the 4th part 104 along print media, and third part 103 comprises the lower outer edge and the right outward flange of print media simultaneously.Equally, said orientation is relative, thereby Fig. 1 C also can be shown lower edge and the right hand edge of the 4th part 104 along print media.Thereby it is besieged along any two edges of the 4th part 104 that Fig. 1 C shows third part 103.
Fig. 1 D shows top, left side and the lower edge of the 4th part 104 along print media, and third part 103 comprises the right hand edge of print media simultaneously.Fig. 1 D show the 4th part 104 along any three edges of print media around third part 103.It should be noted that in this embodiment and other embodiment according to the embodiment requirement, bonding agent 105 can comprise discrete band (as shown in the figure) or continuous band (not shown).Various distortion comprise that the 4th part 104 for flooding coating (flood coat), all is fine.
Fig. 1 E shows the another kind of directed of Fig. 1 D, and wherein, the 4th part 104 centers on third part 103 along three edges of print media.
Fig. 1 F also shows another kind of directed, and wherein, the 4th part 104 is adjoined with second portion 102 along two parallel edges and first 101.Equally; First 101 can be designed to and/or thermal imaging for having the first information; Second portion 102 can be designed to and/or thermal imaging is to have second information that is printed on below the first 101, and first 101 combines to form third parts 103 with second portion 102.In the embodiment shown in Fig. 1 F, said orientation also can be changed, thereby except the 4th part 104 is adjoined from top to the bottom the first 101, also can make it adjoin first 101 from right to left.
For example the label shown in Fig. 1 F 100 can have length variable or customization; That is to say the bonding agent 105 styles/coverage of for example constant/repetition that medium does not need predetermined length to guarantee. Thus; Variable (for example revocable quantity/length) information can be printed on the one or both sides of the medium that constitutes label 100; Label 100 can be cut to length expectation or that require suitably then, no matter and this medium be provide with individual form (for example section) or provide with conitnuous forms (for example fan-shaped fold or volume).
It should be noted that; When with conitnuous forms (the for example form of fan-shaped fold or volume) when providing; Any label in above-mentioned disclosed embodiment and the style (comprising, for example Figure 1A-1F and Fig. 2) can repeat along the operating shaft of media roll, and this media roll comprises for example fan-shaped fold or volume; Wherein, arbitrarily the edge of appointment can be parallel to or perpendicular to operating shaft.Various distortion comprise along the embodiment that replaces of operating shaft and/or the orientation of style, all are fine.
It is also to be noted that other layout of label also can exist. For example, the 4th part 104 can not comprise a whole outward flange or a whole set of outward flange, and only comprises any an outer peripheral part of print media or the outer peripheral part of a cover.
Label 100 also can have adhesive material 105, and it is pasted on the one side (the for example back side) of the 4th part 104.Adhesive material can comprise for example double-sided belt, glue etc., and has the degree (for example, for movably, semifixed or fixing) of the tailor-tacking (tack) of variation/be provided for changing adhesion.
This allows the back side of the 4th part 104 to be attached to or to adhere to object, for example the packing of the product that transports or a set product.Third part 103 can remove from product along perforation and/or punching, thereby himself becomes an independently print media, and the 4th part 104 keeps adhering to object. And third part comprises double-face imaging information, on this information thermal imaging one or two in the first of third part 103 101 and second portion 102.
Now how forming improved label by monolayer material is readily understood that. This monolayer material is the print media with third part 103 and the 4th part 104.Having only the third part 103 that removes from the 4th part 104 is discardable refuses. This is than previous needs more than four or more many tag system environmental protection more of a refuse. This also is the method that obtains the label that more cheap for example being used to freight, because only have a print media to transport and pass on other information to the recipient who transports material.
Fig. 2 is another synoptic diagram according to the label apparatus 200 of an exemplary embodiment.Only shown a kind of layout and the orientation of label apparatus 200 (calling " label " in the following text) although can see Fig. 2, label 200 also can adopt any in the layout of the label apparatus 100 that shows among Figure 1A-1F or discussed with reference to figure 1A-1F.
