本発明は上記課題を解決するため、噴射管本体部で万一燃料が洩れた場合でも、洩れた燃料と接続頭部のなす押圧座面部と相手部材の受圧座面部とのシート部で洩れた燃料を共に同じドレインより回収できるように構成するとともに、それらの燃料が締付けナットと相手部材との螺合部から外部に洩れないようにシール手段をこうじたもので、その第1の実施態様は両側端部に接続頭部と該接続頭部の背後に締付けナットを組込んだ噴射管本体の外周側にそれぞれ別体からなる外管を被着重合し、かつ前記外管の両外側端部付近をシール部材を介在して前記締付けナットと係合せしめて構成し、前記接続頭部のなす押圧座面部を相手部材の受圧座面部に当接係合せしめ、前記締付けナットの螺合による前記接続頭部での押圧に伴って締着して相手部材を接続する構造となした高圧燃料噴射管において、前記噴射管本体の接続頭部と締付けナットとの間に、円周上に少なくとも1個の細孔を放射状に設けた環状のワッシャーを嵌合し、さらに前記締付けナットの前記ワッシャーと相手部材との間にドレイン孔を穿設し、前記ワッシャーの細孔より締付けナット内部に流入した燃料または前記接続頭部のなす押圧座面部と相手部材の受圧座面部とのシート部より締付けナット内部に洩れた燃料を前記締付けナットのドレイン孔より回収する構造となしたディーゼル機関用高圧燃料噴射管を要旨とするものである。
また第2の実施態様は両側端部に接続端部と該接続端部の背後に締付けナットを組込んだ噴射管本体の外周側に、それぞれ別体からなる外管を被着重合し、かつ前記外管の両外側端部付近をシール部材を介在して前記締付けナットと係合せしめて構成し、前記接続端部のなす押圧座面部を相手部材の受圧座面部に当接係合せしめ、前記締付けナットの螺合による前記接続端部での押圧に伴って締着して相手部材を接続する構造となした高圧燃料噴射管において、前記噴射管本体の接続端部と締付けナットとの間に、円周上に少なくとも1つの切込みを放射状に設けた筒状のねじ込み式スリーブを該噴射管本体の接続端部に螺着し、さらに前記締付けナットの前記スリーブと相手部材との間にドレイン孔を穿設し、前記ねじ込み式スリーブの切込みより締付けナット内部に流入した燃料または前記接続端部のなす押圧座面部と相手部材の受圧座面部とのシート部より締付けナット内部に洩れた燃料を前記締付けナットのドレイン孔より回収する構造となしたディーゼル機関用高圧燃料噴射管を要旨とするものである。
また上記第1、第2のディーゼル機関用高圧燃料噴射管において、締付けナットと相手部材との螺合部外側端部付近にシール部材を配したりするものである。
